摘 要:田间试验条件下,研究不同水肥处理对二月兰生长,及其翻压后后茬花生产量和养分累积的变化。结果表明,灌溉和施肥可显著促进二月兰生长。在绿肥季,不论施肥与否,灌溉处理均可显著提高二月兰的生物量和N、P、K养分含量, NPW(绿肥季施氮磷肥和灌溉)和CKW处理(绿肥季不施肥,只进行灌溉处理)的二月兰生物量和N、P、K养分含量分别比相应的未灌溉处理提高了66.47%和63.97%、76.95%和32.36%、88.31%和9.80%、21.71%和15.56%。二月兰翻压的养分还田量为91.04~260.23 kg/hm2,约占花生季化肥总养分的27.59%~78.86%。与冬闲处理(CF)相比,不同施肥和灌溉处理的绿肥翻压均促进了花生产量和养分累积,及土壤养分含量的提高,其中以EN处理的提升效果最明显。周年等养分条件下,花生季35.00%氮和/或42.86%磷肥料前移至绿肥季,可明显促进绿肥养分还田量的增加,后茬花生产量不同程度增加(增幅22.82%~41.18%)。综上,在适量灌溉和施肥条件下,二月兰生物量明显增加,进而促进后茬花生产量增加及养分累积。研究结果可为我国绿肥农田应用及化肥减施提供数据支撑和实践依据。  相似文献

试验研究了二月兰的耐盐能力及在盐渍土上作为越冬绿肥的培肥效果。通过盐水浸泡试验,发现二月兰种籽在浓度为4.0 g/kg的NaC l溶液中可正常发芽。田间耐盐试验表明,二月兰的耐盐极限为4.53 g/kg。土壤含盐量为2.41~4.53 g/kg时,二月兰生物量随着土壤含盐量增加而降低,差异达到显著水平。二月兰种植及翻压试验表明,翻压二月兰能够有效地降低土壤表层含盐量,增加土壤有机质含量,提高土壤中N、P、K的含量;土壤含盐量愈低,培肥效果越好。二月兰是轻、中度盐碱耕地很有潜力的越冬绿肥作物。  相似文献

二月兰可作为冬季绿肥作物引入华北地区农田种植,与春玉米等作物形成良好的粮肥复种体系,在华北地区有着广阔前景.本试验调查分析了二月兰从返青到成熟的养分含量及累积状况,结果表明,二月兰植株体的养分含量较高,盛花期其干物质氮、磷、钾含量分别为2.99%、0.42%和2.99%,且产量较高.二月兰对氮、钾的累积量大,对磷的累积量较小.盛花期二月兰的养分已累计完成了总量的86.3%~94.0%,是进行翻压的最适宜时期.二月兰的养分累积过程符合Logistic方程y=k/(1 +ae-bx),氮、磷、钾最大累积速率出现的先后顺序为磷最早、氮次之、钾最晚.  相似文献

冬季覆盖作物-春玉米种植模式是减缓华北平原冬小麦减少导致的耕地裸露及其环境影响的新型农业生产方式,但其翻压后对华北平原下一季春玉米生长季作物产量和土壤养分及微生物学性质的影响研究鲜见。本研究以华北平原冬闲田-玉米(WFM)为对照,设置毛叶苕子-玉米(VrM)、二月兰-玉米(OvM)以及冬油菜-玉米(BcM)3个覆盖作物处理,通过盆栽试验研究了冬季种植覆盖作物翻压对玉米生长季土壤理化性质、微生物量和玉米生长特性的影响。结果表明:(1)翻压覆盖作物显著提高了玉米产量以及作物养分吸收量。与WFM处理相比,OvM处理秸秆产量和籽粒产量提高幅度最大,分别为33.3%和35.5%(P0.05);BcM处理地上部氮、磷、钾和地下部磷素吸收量显著提高(P0.05),分别为30.7%、74.7%、57.6%和171.4%。(2)翻压覆盖作物能显著提高0~10和10~20 cm土层有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾、全氮和全钾含量(P0.05)。此外,翻压覆盖作物能显著降低玉米幼苗期土壤NH_4~+-N和NO_3~--N含量(P0.05),范围为0.50~3.52和21.40~33.13mg·kg~(-1)。(3)在玉米的不同生育期,覆盖作物翻压处理的SMBC、SMBN和SMBP均显著高于冬闲处理(P0.05)。综合翻压覆盖作物对华北平原玉米产量及土壤理化性质和微生物量含量的影响,华北平原冬油菜-玉米和二月兰-玉米轮作模式效果较好。  相似文献

为了探究不同绿肥品种之间的生长差异及其翻压后对后茬水稻养分的影响,通过选取7种不同绿肥(紫云英、白三叶草、金花菜、光叶苕子、箭筈豌豆、油菜、二月兰),以冬闲田(CK)为对照,进行大田试验,分析不同绿肥品种的生长性状、土壤肥力和水稻的产量、养分、养分累积量等指标。结果表明:不同的绿肥作物品种存在着不同的生长差异,综合来看以光叶苕子、箭筈豌豆的生物量最高,分别为46.07 t/hm2、38.74t/hm2,二者养分含量及养分累积量显著高于其他绿肥品种,适合作为苏北地区种植的绿肥品种;种植绿肥具有提高土壤肥力的潜力,促进土壤养分累积,同时对改良土壤肥力具有积极的作用。箭筈豌豆翻压后的土壤pH比CK 高出0.71%,光叶苕子翻压后有机质含量、全氮含量比CK高出1.56%、8.86%;绿肥翻压后对水稻秸秆和籽粒的氮、磷、钾含量及其累积量有了显著的增加,其中以箭筈豌豆的综合效果最好,与CK相比,箭筈豌豆翻压后水稻秸秆全氮累积量、全磷累积量分别提高15.18%、14.98%,水稻籽粒全氮累积量、全钾累积量分别提高9.98%、15.02%,水稻地上部全氮总累积量、全磷总累积量分别提高14.75%、20.42%。综上,光叶苕子、箭筈豌豆的生物量、养分累积量较高,推荐作为该地区种植的绿肥品种;光叶苕子能够对土壤肥力有一定的提高,箭筈豌豆能够促进水稻养分含量及养分累积量。研究结果可为苏北地区绿肥的利用与推广提供理论依据。  相似文献

以亚热带红泥砂田为研究对象,在15℃和25℃条件下,利用淹水培养法模拟水田土壤紫云英翻压还田,研究其对土壤可溶性有机氮(SON)、酶活性及微生物量碳、氮的影响。结果表明:15℃和25℃条件下翻压紫云英后土壤SON含量总体呈先上升后下降并趋于平稳的变化规律,分别于培养15 d和10 d达到峰值,比未翻压紫云英处理提高138.11%和84.20%。两种温度条件下翻压紫云英均显著提高土壤SON含量、脲酶、蛋白酶和谷氨酰胺酶活性以及微生物量碳和氮。土壤SON含量与脲酶、蛋白酶、谷氨酰胺酶、微生物量碳和氮呈显著或极显著正相关。翻压紫云英后水田土壤SON的迁移及其环境风险应引起充分关注。  相似文献

采用大田试验方式研究华北地区冬绿肥生态适应性。试验设置冬闲、二月兰、毛叶苕子、黑麦、黑麦草、毛叶苕子二月兰混播、毛叶苕子黑麦混播7个处理,分析其养分累积及其对翻压前土壤养分的影响。结果表明,供试冬绿肥翻压前生物产量为4991~7262 kg/hm2,氮、磷、钾累积吸收量分别为121.5 ~191.4、26.8~41.9、140.7~261.5 kg/hm2,显著高于冬闲处理。其中,毛叶苕子氮吸收量最高,黑麦磷、钾吸收量最高;冬绿肥翻压前土壤硝态氮、有效磷含量显著降低,土壤速效钾含量显著增加。研究结果为冬绿肥种植减少土壤氮、磷养分淋失和钾素固持提供了理论支持。  相似文献

通过田间定位试验,研究了减量化肥紫云英不同翻压量下土壤活性氮的含量、动态变化及氮素可利用性,探讨了紫云英鲜草的适宜翻压量和土壤氮素利用效率,为双季稻合理施用氮肥提供理论依据。在稻-稻-紫云英轮作体系典型时期紫云英翻压前、早稻分蘖盛期、早稻成熟期、晚稻分蘖盛期、晚稻成熟期分别采集土壤样品,监测稻田土壤微生物量氮(MBN)、可溶性有机氮(DON)含量动态变化及氮素可利用性,并分析晚稻成熟期土壤铵态氮(NH_4~+-N)和硝态氮(NO_3~--N)含量。结果表明:与对照(CK)处理相比,各施肥处理均提高了土壤全氮(TN)、NH_4~+-N和NO_3~--N含量,增幅分别为10.4%~21.2%、10.3%~44.1%和14.7%~52.9%。在翻压紫云英15.0~22.5 t·hm~(-2)时,土壤TN、NH_4~+-N和NO_3~--N含量均随紫云英还田量增多而提高,之后则随还田量的增多而降低。与常规施肥处理相比,化肥减施下紫云英各翻压量处理均提高了土壤MBN、DON及活性氮含量,增幅分别为7.0%~28.7%、8.5%~22.5%和5.8%~26.6%,且随紫云英翻压量的增加呈先增加后降低的变化趋势,MBN和活性氮含量均在翻压量22.5 t·hm~(-2)时最高,DON含量在翻压量30.0 t·hm~(-2)时最高。MBN/TN在翻压量22.5 t·hm~(-2)时最高,DON/TN在翻压量30.0 t·hm~(-2)时最高。各处理不同时期土壤MBN、DON含量及MBN/TN、DON/TN有明显波动,总体来看,土壤MBN含量及MBN/TN在早稻分蘖盛期明显降低,早稻成熟期有所回升,至晚稻成熟期又逐渐降低;土壤DON含量及DON/TN在早稻成熟期降至最低,至晚稻成熟期再次上升。研究表明,减施40%化肥条件下长期翻压紫云英不仅能增加土壤活性氮含量,同时有利于提高土壤氮素可利用性,紫云英翻压量22.5~30.0 t·hm~(-2)时效果最好。  相似文献

[目的]研究不同冬绿肥种植与翻压对土壤氮素供应能力的影响,为改进华北地区冬绿肥种植技术,提高作物产量和维持土壤生产力提供理论依据。[方法]在天津市武清区设置大田冬绿肥/玉米轮作定位试验(2012—2019年)种植和翻压冬绿肥,测定不同冬绿肥及组合处理即二月兰、毛叶苕子、黑麦、黑麦草、毛叶苕子与二月兰混播和毛叶苕子与黑麦混播土壤有机氮及组分含量;同时进行室内培养试验,测试不同处理土壤的有机氮矿化势(N0)和矿化量,分析冬绿肥种植与翻压对土壤有机氮组分及矿化的影响(以冬闲处理为对照)。[结果]与对照相比,冬绿肥种植与翻压显著提高总有机氮含量(幅度为3.05%~12.36%),显著降低非酸解态有机氮含量(18.87~55.87 mg/kg)。冬绿肥处理N0值在189.15~245.90 mg/kg之间,比冬闲对照增加14.16%~48.41%,土壤矿化半衰期t1/2比冬闲对照提高22.57%~73.11%。所有处理室内培养24周矿化分解土壤有机氮主要组分为酸解总氮,冬绿肥处理土壤酸解总氮矿化量比对照高3.41~20.54 mg...  相似文献

利用盐碱苗圃地树苗行间空地种植耐盐绿肥作物毛叶苕子和二月兰,生产有机物料并就地翻压还田,不仅改良盐碱土壤物理性状,还提升土壤肥力。连续种植绿肥并翻压三年后,土壤中Na+含量降低,0~40 cm土层的盐分含量降低了37%以上,土壤有机质由8.43 g kg-1上升到10.51 g kg-1以上,土壤全氮增加近1倍,速效磷由4.36~4.67 mg kg-1增加到12.0 mg kg-1以上,速效钾增加10.37%~10.71%;土壤真菌,细菌,放线菌数量均有大幅度增加,土壤转化酶活性有较大提高,表层0~20 cm土壤容重由1.51 g cm-3降低到1.33 g cm-3,土壤疏松,结构良好,利于苗木生长。  相似文献

Changes in fertilizer and pesticide formulations plus success in reducing sulfur (S) emissions to the air from industrial operations have reduced the availability of S to peach trees in some locations. Peach (Prunus persica L. Batsch) trees on highly leached acid sands have shown responses to S fertilization. The levels of total S required for S sufficiency is important to determine fertilizer needs. The 100 ppm SO4‐S requirement offered by some sources has been misinterpreted. Greenhouse experiments with Nemaguard, Lovell, Montclar and Nemared rootstock seedlings resulted in the establishment of levels representing S deficiency and sufficiency. The foliage and growth rates of rootstock seedlings in this experiment showed severe deficiency symptoms at 550–990 μg S g‐1 DW. Sufficiency was achieved at 1400–2500 μg S g‐1 DW.  相似文献

Isolated leaf cuticles and intact plants of one‐year‐old potted ‘Red Haven’ trees grown in the greenhouse were used to study the permeability of leaf cuticles to boron (B). The isolated leaf cuticles were prepared enzymatically. Flux was determined using a transport cell. Permeability coefficient (P) was calculated and used as the parameter of cuticle permeability to B. For intact plant studies, enriched‐10B boric acid solution was evenly spread onto the abaxial or the adaxial side of a leaf. The trees were sacrificed three days after the treatment and selected plant parts were analyzed with ICP‐AES and ICP‐MS spectrometers. The 10B content was used as the parameter of B permeability in vivo. The permeability coefficient of peach leaf adaxial cuticle was in the order of 10‐7 cm/sec. There were no difference in the permeability coefficients among B concentration and surtactant treatments. The pH had variable effect on B absorption through the cuticle of the adaxial side of the leaf. For the in vivo study of B uptake by peach leaves, the abaxial side was more efficient than the adaxial side, with the total 10B taken up four times greater in the abaxial side than the adaxial side. The absorption percentages of the total 10B applied in the abaxial and adaxial sides were 0.31% and 0.08%, respectively. Scratches on the treated leaves made the total 10B uptake and translocation higher than the control treatment.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine if plasma‐lemma transport is a limiting step for boron (B) uptake by peach leaf. Only about 0.3% of the B applied could be absorbed by peach (Prunus persica L. Batsch) leaves when enriched 10B‐boric acid was used as a tracer.

Boron uptake increased proportionally to the external B concentration in the range of 1 mM to 20 mM. The highest B content was found in the 20 mM treatment. Boron uptake was rapid for the initial 6 to 8 hours, but it then slowed down steadily until the end of the experiment. A linear correlation between the external B concentration and leaf B content was obtained (y =‐8.98 + 46.1×, R2 = 0.999). pH had a profound effect on B uptake by peach leaf slices with pH 7 and 8 had the highest B absorption.

Boron uptake was strongly dependent on temperature over the 2°C to 40°C range. Peach leaf slices had the highest B absorption at 40°C. B uptake decreased sharply when the temperature dropped to 2°C. Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) increased B uptake significantly in the range from 1 to 2 mM. ATP concentrations higher or lower than this range did not affect B uptake. Diethylstilbestrol (DES) and 2,6 ‐ Diiodo ‐4‐ nitrophenol (DNP) both inhibited B uptake with DNP the more effective inhibitor than DES. It is suggested that plasmalemma transport is not the rate limiting step in B absorption by peach leaves. Boron uptake by peach leaf slices involves both an active and a passive process with the active uptake as a major component.  相似文献

为给苗木嫁接机器人切削系统的研制提供设计依据和有关设计参数,自制苗木压伤试验装置和苗木切削试验装置,选取南方常用、材质较硬的砧木毛桃苗作为试验对象,对毛桃树苗进行抗压伤和切削力学特性试验。试验结果得出毛桃树苗抗压伤极限载荷、毛桃苗切削最大阻力和刀片的最小极限切削线速度;以及影响毛桃苗切削的因素关系,苗木直径、转速、滑切角依次影响切削阻力大小,苗木直径与切削阻力呈平方关系;转速与切削阻力呈线性关系;滑切角与切削阻力也呈线性关系。综合试验得出:毛桃苗抗压伤极限载荷为20.35 N;切削最大阻力为7.34 N,最小极限切削线速度为0.312 m/s;苗木直径较大地影响切削阻力,转速较大地影响切断率。  相似文献

Supplemental N fertilization significantly increased survival and yield of Elberta peach trees growing in a severe decline area. There was a trend for supplemental N plus dolomitic lime to give further increases in tree survival and individual tree yields but did not significantly influence nutrient content of leaves. 该文综述了桃果实风味物质的组成、主要组成成分的风味阈值、部分风味物质的气味特征、与风味物质合成有关的酶和前体、低温贮藏条件下桃果实风味物质的变化特点及其与呼吸、乙烯关系的研究进展;并对桃果实风味物质与果实品质相关性进行了分析,对影响桃果实风味物质形成的各种因素及桃果实风味物质的研究方法进行了简要评述。目前已从桃果实中分离到近百种芳香成分,但并非所有芳香成分都能决定果实的特征风味,而只有较少的成分甚至某一种化合物决定特征风味。低温贮藏桃果实易发生冷害,冷害桃果实的重要表现之一是原有的桃风味变淡或丧失,甚至产生异味。不同品种果实所含风味物质不尽相同,桃果实风味物质的形成是一个动态的变化过程,采前和采后处理均可不同程度的对果实风味物质产生影响。  相似文献

为了保持鲜切桃块的色泽,延长其货架期,试验以久保和绿化9号桃为材料,研究了卡拉胶、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、海藻酸钠涂膜及其两两复配处理对鲜切桃在5℃下贮藏期间的色泽及多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性变化的影响。结果表明:海藻酸钠涂膜抑制了Hunter L*值的下降和Hunter a*、b*值上升,抑制了PPO活性;而单一卡拉胶或CMC涂膜效果则不明显;不同涂膜材料复合后,减缓了桃块Hunter L*值的降低和Hunter a*、b*值的增大幅度,明显降低桃块的褐变程度及抑制酶活性,其中卡拉胶复配CMC的涂膜处理效果最佳。海藻酸钠和3种复合涂膜分别有效地抑制了久保桃和绿化9号桃的褐变。  相似文献

基于GA-BPNN的采后蜜桃预冷效果预测模型   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为精准监控采后蜜桃预冷效果以提高商业经济价值,该研究以大久保蜜桃为研究对象,建立了包含衬垫和果实内部热源项的单箱多层CFD-WIHS(Computational Fluid Dynamics-With Internal Heat Source)传热传质数值模型。通过对比试验结果发现该模型预测果温时的最大均方根误差为1.668 °C,平均绝对百分比误差为13.65%,验证了该建模方法的可行性和通用性。在此基础上,利用高精度三维时空温度及流场分布数据,构建了GA-BPNN采后蜜桃预冷效果网络预测模型。该模型在冷藏转移时间和整体预冷均匀度方面的网络预测与测试值之间决定系数达0.962 5和0.863 8,且均方根误差和平均绝对百分比误差较BP模型分别低了30.22%、32.84%以及21.91%、39.45%,GA-BPNN比BP神经网络模型能更好表达采后蜜桃预冷效果与主控因素之间的非线性关系。研究结果为中小型果园实时监控蜜桃采后预冷均匀性和冷却时间以保障果实最佳预冷品质提供可靠的依据。  相似文献
