笔者采用"云大120"、GA_3、BA-6等不同药剂组合对新生系3号和黔阳无核椪柑进行了保花保果试验。试验结果表明:"云大120"组合对黔阳无核椪柑保花保果效果很好,坐果率达21.10%,最高达25.00%,比喷清水作对照高5.40%;细胞分裂素组合对黔阳无核椪柑保花保果有增效作用,坐果率达30.91%,比对照高1.10%。 相似文献

降香黄檀是海南珍贵树种,生长缓慢,幼林期长,林下生长空间充足,通过林下套种农作物,扩大种植效益。2016—2017年,在海南省定安县海南省林业科学研究所金鸡岭基地,开展降香黄檀幼林套种花生+南瓜、红薯、玉米试验,以降香黄檀纯林为对照,探讨降香黄檀幼林下套种农作物对林分生长量、土壤理化性质及经济效益的影响。结果表明:降香黄檀幼林套种农作物可提高林分生长量、土壤有机质及速效养分含量,显著提高林分的经济效益,其中以降香黄檀幼林套种花生+南瓜模式最佳,套种2 a后,可获得经济效益约38730元·hm-2。 相似文献

通过对雷竹新造林地进行套种黄豆、花生、地瓜的试验研究,结果表明:3种雷竹+农作物混农模式对雷竹造林成活率的影响无显著差异,但雷竹+花生和雷竹+黄豆的混农套种模式对雷竹的出笋个数有明显的促进作用,并显著地提高了新竹的高生长。同时雷竹混农模式增加了经济效益,达到了以耕代抚,以短养长的目的,其中以雷竹+花生的混农模式效果最佳,比未套种的出笋个数增加675个.hm-2、新竹高生长增加90 cm、经济纯收入增加4 950元.hm-2。 相似文献

以温州蜜柑为中间砧,对高林温州蜜柑、太田椪柑进行不同部位高接的适宜性研究.结果表明,不同部位高接对成活率的影响无显著性差异,但树冠的恢复程度与嫁接部位的高低成正比,即高接部位越高,树冠恢复越快;含糖量和糖酸比以腹接最高,侧枝次之;外观以腹接、侧枝高接为好,副主枝高接次之,主枝高接最差.柑桔高接最高高度应控制在1.0 ~ 1.3m,早投产,树冠恢复快,果实品质好,以侧枝高接,腹接为好,侧枝高接易引起内膛空虚,可采取内膛腹接弥补. 相似文献

We analyzed the effects of nitrate availability on growth of Navelina (Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck) scions grafted on three citrus rootstocks differing in salt tolerance: Carrizo citrange (Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck x Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf.), Citrus macrophylla Wester and Cleopatra mandarin (Citrus reshni Hort. ex Tanaka). Salt stress reduced total plant biomass by 27-38%, whereas potassium nitrate supplementation partially counteracted this effect by increasing dry matter and new leaf area. Salinized Carrizo citrange had the greatest response to nitrate supplementation, whereas the effects on salinized Cleopatra mandarin and C. macrophylla were less apparent. Nitrogen and chlorophyll contents and photosynthetic activity also increased in leaves of the nitrate-supplemented salinized plants. In salinized plants, nitrate supplementation reduced leaf abscission, stimulated photosynthetic activity and increased growth of new leaves. The nitrate treatment did not modify chloride concentration in leaves, but it reduced chloride concentrations in Carrizo and Macrophylla roots. Therefore, in both rootstocks, chloride content was similar in mature leaves, higher in immature leaves and lower in roots of the nitrate-supplemented salinized plants compared with salinized plants unsupplemented with nitrate. We suggest that the nitrate-induced stimulation of growth reduced chloride concentration in roots through the reallocation of chloride to new leaves. 相似文献

通过对柑桔×小麦+金乔麦植物篱、柑桔×小麦+茶树植物篱、柑桔×小麦+银合欢植物篱等系统的组成植物材料不同径级根系垂直分布、水平分布和系统的根系分布及竞争,以及柑桔、银合欢的根片段分形研究表明:植物材料根系呈典型的Gauss曲线分布,少数呈Lorentz分布;柑桔×小麦+茶树植物篱复合系统根系存在着较强的竞争关系,与柑桔×小麦+金乔麦植物篱复合系统相比,小麦减产18.5%,柑桔单果平均重减小14.3%;柑桔和银合欢的大部分分形参数与林龄或Ln-1间存在着3/4的标度关系,分形研究将丰富农林复合系统的结构优化方法,提高科学性、可操作性、可预见性。 相似文献

'Cleopatra' tangerine (Citrus reshni Hort. ex Tanaka) seedlings were irrigated daily for 8 weeks with 1/4 strength Hoagland's nutrient solution containing 0 (control) or 2 mM aluminum (Al). Leaves from Al-treated plants had decreased CO2 assimilation and stomatal conductance, but increased intercellular CO2 concentrations compared with control leaves. On a leaf area basis, 2 mM Al increased activities of key enzymes in the Calvin cycle, including ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase (Rubisco), NADP-glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), phosphoribulokinase (PRK), stromal fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase (FBPase), and a key enzyme in starch synthesis, ADP-glucose pyrophosphorylase (AGPase), compared with control leaves. Aluminum had no effect on cytosolic FBPase activity, but it decreased sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS) activity. Aluminum had no effect on area-based concentrations of carbohydrates, glucose-6-phosphate (G6P) and fructose 6-phosphate (F6P) or the G6P:F6P ratio, but it decreased the area-based concentration of 3-phosphoglycerate (PGA). Photochemical quenching coefficient (qP) and electron transport rate through PSII were greatly reduced by Al. Non-photochemical quenching coefficient (NPQ) was less affected by Al than qP and electron transport rate through PSII. We conclude that the reduced rate of CO2 assimilation in Al-treated leaves was probably caused by a combination of factors such as reduced electron transport rate through PSII, increased closure of PSII reaction centers and increased photorespiration. 相似文献
