对2个牡丹品种"锦袍红"和"建始粉"的鲜切花进行9种保鲜剂处理,以瓶插寿命、鲜重及平衡水分为指标,比较各种保鲜剂的保鲜效果。结果表明:保鲜剂可以不同程度地延长切花的瓶插寿命。对"锦袍红"和"建始粉"保鲜寿命最长的配方分别是1 L水+10 g蔗糖+10 mL酒精和1 L水+200 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉+30 g蔗糖。不同保鲜剂处理的切花水分平衡和鲜重的变化趋势不一,与切花寿命没有明显的相关性。水分平衡值的变化趋势与鲜重的变化趋势基本一致,但后者出现变化的时间迟于前者。  相似文献

以黄姜花切花为试材,研究了不同浓度的B9与6-BA保鲜液对黄姜花切花在瓶插期间的鲜重变化率、瓶插寿命的影响。结果表明:添加B9或6-BA的保鲜液能使花枝的鲜重变化率下降变缓,延长切花的瓶插寿命,提高黄姜花切花瓶插的观赏品质。其中以处理10 mg/L 6-BA的保鲜液的保鲜效果最佳,其次为处理300 mg/L B9的保鲜液,均比对照瓶插寿命延长4 d。  相似文献

The postharvest performance of cut spray-type carnations (Dianthus caryophyllus L.) is often limited by the opening, longevity, and coloration of individual florets, and is apparently related to water stress and sugar deficiency. In this study, we found that, compared with deionised water-treated controls, the vase life of cut spray ‘Prince’ carnations was extended by 2.1–4.6 days when held in vase solutions containing1–5 mg L–1 nano-silver (NS). Moreover, combination treatments with 5 mg L–1 NS and 2%, 3%, or 4% sucrose consistently further prolonged the vase life, prominently promoted floret opening, and increased the bright pink coloration of petals, thereby markedly enhancing quality performance. Overall, the 5 mg L–1 NS plus 3% sucrose treatment provided the longest vase life extension (6.6 days) compared with the control, and significantly increased the anthocyanin content in floret petals. Besides, we also showed that the treatment with 5 mg L–1 NS alone or 5 mg L–1 NS plus 3% sucrose significantly enhanced their vase solution uptake and relative fresh weight. Further, scanning electron microscopy observations revealed that the NS vase treatments evidently alleviated vascular occlusion by inhibiting bacterial colonisation and biofilm formation on their stem-end cut surfaces and in the xylem vessels.  相似文献

With the aim of extending the vase life of cut rose flowers, we investigated whether the application of salicylic acid (SA), pre- and postharvest, could improve this. For this purpose, two individual trials were conducted, using a completely randomised design, with three replications. In the first trial, aqueous solutions of 0, 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 mM SA were sprayed on roses grown in a controlled greenhouse once the flower buds had appeared, and the second stage was performed two weeks before harvest. The preharvest SA application at 1.5 mM concentration prolonged the vase life of cut roses by improving membrane stability, and decreasing the lipid peroxidation properties. In the second trial, continuous exposure to (0, 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 mM), and pulses of (0, 5, 10 and 15 mM), SA significantly extended the vase life. Flowers treated with 1.5 (continuous exposure) and 15 mM (pulse) SA showed a significant decrease in weight loss, and antioxidant activity increased, compared to the control solution, but the flowers in the control solution indicated an increase in weight loss. The results show that pre- and postharvest SA application prolonged the vase life of cut roses through improving CAT and POD activity, and decreasing lipid peroxidation.  相似文献

  不同失水胁迫条件下的研究结果表明: 切花月季耐失水胁迫品种‘萨蔓莎’和不耐失水胁迫品种‘加布里拉’的瓶插寿命缩短百分比、鲜样质量损失率、相对电导率、花朵乙烯生成量都随胁迫程度的增加而增加, 叶片、花朵水势随胁迫程度的增加而下降, 萨蔓莎的变化幅度比加布里拉小。中度失水胁迫的叶片和花瓣SOD、POD 活性高于轻度和重度胁迫。两个品种的叶片气孔阻力没有明显区别。瓶插期间,相同失水胁迫时间, 萨蔓莎复水恢复能力比加布里拉强。讨论了月季切花上述参数与失水胁迫耐性之间的关系。  相似文献

以清水为对照,探讨不同浓度保鲜剂组合对切花洋桔梗观赏品质的影响。结果表明:切花洋桔梗采用保鲜剂250mg/L Al2(SO43+250mg/L 8-HQC+3%SUC进行瓶插处理,对减缓切花体内水分下降、促进花苞开放、花径增大、提高寿命等方面有显著的作用,保鲜效果好,建议生产上运用。  相似文献

采用4种不同瓶插保鲜剂配方对香石竹切花保鲜效果进行了比较研究。结果表明:4种瓶插保鲜剂均明显改善了香石竹切花体内水分状况,花朵开放度增大,切花瓶插寿命延长,POD酶活性提高,细胞膜透性增加延缓。处理A(3%蔗糖+200 mg/L 8-HQ+40 mg/L苯甲酸+300 mg/L青霉素)、处理B(3%蔗糖+200 mg/L 8-HQ+40 mg/L苯甲酸+100 mg/L赤霉素)、处理C(3%蔗糖+200 mg/L 8-HQ+40 mg/L苯甲酸+50 mg/L 6-BA)效果更加明显。处理A、处理B和处理C在延长切花瓶插寿命、提高POD酶活性上无明显差异,但处理A和处理C在增大花径、改善水分平衡和降低细胞膜透性方面要优于处理B。在延缓膜透性增加上,处理C的效果更佳。  相似文献

Experiments were performed to find out the cause of stem break in some Gerbera cultivars. In cut flowers fresh weight decreased sharply 3 days before stem break occurred, and this was accompanied by a decline in absorption of water by the flowers. The petal water potential (ω) decreased in these flowers whereas it remained constant in flowers without stem break. Stem break could be prevented by pretreatment of the stems with sodium hypochlorite or silver nitrate, by adding silver nitrate or dichlorophen to the vase water, and by handling the stems in such a way that water could enter into the cavity of the stem.In 1 of the 4 cultivars used, the percentage of stem break varied strongly between summer- and winter-grown flowers.It is suggested that there are 2 different pathways for water uptake: a direct one through the xylem vessels at the cut surface and an indirect one through the cavity in stem. Only the direct water uptake is strongly inhibited by growth of bacteria in the vase water. Stem break occurs when the direct water uptake is inhibited by bacterial activity and the indirect uptake is hampered.  相似文献

Summary

Post-harvest longevity of Epidendrum ibaguense cut flowers was maximum when treated for 6 h with 1 g m–3 Ethylbloc® [0.14% 1-methylcyclopropene; 1-MCP] followed, or not, by pulsing with 200 g l–1 sucrose for 12 h. This extended the vase-life from 5.5 d to at least 11 d. Cut inflorescences pulsed with 2.0 mM silver thiosulphate (STS) had reduced abscission of flowers, similar to the effect of 1-MCP. When inflorescences were pulsed with 200 g l–1 sucrose alone for 12 h, no effect was observed on the vase-life of the flowers. Flowers kept in a vase solution containing 20 g l–1 sucrose, 150 mg l–1 citric acid, and 200 mg l–1 8-hydroxyquinoline citrate did not influence the longevity of 1-MCP or STS pre-treated flowers, but the vase solution had a small influence on retarding abscission compared with flowers kept in distilled water. Adding 0.2 mM STS to the vase solution improved vase-life 1.74- and 1.45-fold compared with the longevity of flowers kept in distilled water or in vase solution alone, respectively. The presence of 0.3 mM AgNO3 alone, or mixed into the vase solution, had no affect on the vase-life of the flowers.  相似文献

以蔗糖、8-羟基喹啉硫酸盐、柠檬酸、磷酸二氢钠等配制的不同配方的保鲜剂对4种鲜切花(香石竹、非洲菊、菊花、月季)进行瓶插试验,观察了不同配方的保鲜剂在当地自然条件下对切花外观品质和瓶插寿命的影响,从中筛选出各种鲜切花的较佳保鲜配方。结果表明:处理1-3(5%蔗糖+200 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉硫酸盐+50 mg/L醋酸银)对香石竹切花保鲜有较好的效果;处理2-2(3%蔗糖+150 mg/L柠檬酸+200 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉硫酸盐)对抑制非洲菊鲜切花弯头效果好,能有效地延长花期;处理3-1(3%蔗糖+30 mg/L硝酸银+150 mg/L柠檬酸)对菊花切花的保鲜效果较好;处理4-1(2%蔗糖+200 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉硫酸盐+200 mg/L硝酸钙)和4-2(4%蔗糖+50 mg/L8-羟基喹啉硫酸盐+100 mg/L异抗坏血酸)对月季切花均有着较好的保鲜效果。  相似文献

以龙船花(Ixora chinensis)切花为试材,通过测定瓶插寿命、鲜样质量、花瓣质膜透性和花瓣蛋白质含量,研究不同浓度配比的蔗糖、KH2PO4、8–羟基喹啉(8-HQ)和柠檬酸(CA)保鲜液对保鲜效果的影响。结果表明:2%蔗糖 + 150 mg · L-1 KH2PO4 + 120 mg · L-1 8-HQ + 30 mg · L-1 CA保鲜液处理比蒸馏水对照明显延长瓶插寿命6 d,使切花鲜样质量、蛋白质含量和相对电导率变化比较慢,适于龙船花瓶插保鲜。  相似文献

对不同发育时期牡丹切花采后的瓶插生理特性以及保鲜液的调控效应进行了研究。结果表明:蒸馏水(对照)瓶插牡丹切花,从露色期到盛开期随着开放级别的升高瓶插寿命和最佳观赏期相应缩短,保鲜液能够延长瓶插寿命和最佳观赏期,提高最大花径和花枝鲜样质量;牡丹切花瓶插期间花枝吸水量和失水量持续下降,水分平衡值在瓶插1 d 达到最大,保鲜液能够改善花枝的水分状况,延迟水分平衡值趋于0 的时间,瓶插期水分平衡值降为零的时间与瓶插寿命呈显著的正相关。牡丹切花的适宜采收期为绽口期到初开期,保鲜液能够改善切花的观赏品质。  相似文献

以非洲菊切花花梗为试材,研究不同浓度草酸保鲜剂对非洲菊的瓶插寿命及开花质量的影响。结果表明:添加了50 mg/L草酸的保鲜剂能有效地改善非洲菊切花的花径,使最大花径出现得最晚;维持水分收支平衡;延缓可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量的下降;抑制丙二醛的产生,延长了非洲菊切花的瓶插寿命,同时提高了切花的观赏品质。  相似文献

Acacia holosericea is a novel cut foliage line with a short vase life. Postharvest application of salicylic acid (SA) can extend the vase life of cut flower. SA is a host defence inducer, as is jasmonic acid (JA). SA and JA were compared as vase solution additives for A. holosericea. Three experiments were conducted that also compared these two chemicals with H+ and Cu2+ as known vase life extending additives. Vase solutions containing SA at 0.5, 1.5, and 2.5 mM gave ~1.3- to 1.5-fold vase life extensions as compared with the distilled water (DW; control). Provision of Cu2+ and JA at 0.5 mM in vase solutions also prolonged vase life by ~1.3-fold as compared with DW. The positive effect of SA tended to be greater than that of JA, but was inferior to that of Cu2+ at the same concentration. However, trend differences among these treatments were not statistically significant. Cut A. holosericea foliage stems treated with SA and JA exhibited higher relative fresh weight (RFW) and vase solution uptake rates as compared with DW. Overall, SA and JA evidently extended the vase life of cut A. holosericea foliage by inhibiting water loss and maintaining RFW during the vase period.  相似文献

 研究了降解前后的海带多糖对瓶插香石竹切花的保鲜效果,结果表明:降解后的海带多糖能使切花寿命延长5—8 d,最大花径增大1 2 em,呼吸高峰推迟4~6 d,细胞膜相对透性小,较好地维持水分平衡,切花鲜样质量增加,观赏效果提高。海带多糖降解后浓度为2.0 g/L效果最好。  相似文献

 以切花菊‘神马’为试材,探索了远距离运输导致其花朵开放过速的原因,并通过改良切 花菊预处理液配方,延长其远距离运输后的瓶插寿命。对经模拟远距离运输又复水后的切花菊花朵和叶 片水势测定的结果表明,长时间2 ℃冷链运输后,切花菊花朵和叶片水势下降可达10 × 105 Pa。花朵的 过速开放是由瓶插复水时水势骤变导致,单位时间内水势差越大花朵开放速度越快。花枝在长途运输时 逐渐失水,增加了复水时花枝内外的水势差,致使复水时水分供应快速,促进花头花瓣快速扩展。在传 统配方基础上添加适量的N–苯基–N’–1,2,3–噻二唑–5–脲(TDZ)可减缓花朵花冠直径增长速度、 延缓叶片衰老,改良后的最佳预处液配方为:200 mg · L-1 8–羟基喹啉(8-HQ)+ 200 mg · L-1 柠檬酸(CA)+ 2 mL · L-1 聚氧乙烯–8–辛基苯基醚(Triton X-100)+ 100 mg · L-1 维生素C + 0.05 mg · L-1 TDZ + 1% 蔗糖,在实践操作中该配方使切花菊瓶插寿命比对照延长了3 d。  相似文献

通过对牡丹切花瓶插寿命、水分平衡值、花瓣可溶性蛋白含量、花瓣细胞膜透性的测定,研究了不同浓度的壳聚糖涂膜保鲜液对壳聚糖切花的保鲜效果。结果表明:壳聚糖涂膜液可明显抑制牡丹切花水分的蒸腾,减缓花瓣中可溶性蛋白的降解和细胞质膜的损伤,延长瓶插寿命。其中,以4g/L的壳聚糖处理对牡丹切花的保鲜效果最佳。  相似文献

The leaf water conductance of cut, flowering stems of Chrysanthemum morifolium was measured by diffusion porometry. The stems were placed in solutions of chemicals which have commonly been used in flower preservatives, or which might be expected to affect the physiology of the leaves.In the environmental conditions of our experiments (18° C; 0.8 kPa; 5 W m?2 visible radiation for 8 h) sucrose (6 %) and abscisic acid (0.001 %) lowered leaf water conductance. Silver nitrate (0.003 %) or 8-hydroxyquinoline sulphate (0.02 %) either had no effect or increased leaf water conductance. We conclude that the latter two substances increase the vase life of cut flowers by affecting the physiology and pathology of the stem rather than the stomatal physiology of the leaf. The leaves of stems standing in high concentrations of sucrose accumulated sucrose and were frequently damaged as a result.The results are discussed with regard to the water relations of the cut flower and the possible use of anti-transpirants.  相似文献

 研究了非洲菊鲜切花瓶插过程中弯颈易发部位(中部茎段) 及其上部、下部茎段水分平衡动态和某些生理指标的变化。结果表明, 非洲菊鲜切花瓶插过程中: ①鲜样质量和含水量先增后减, 吸水逐渐减少, 蒸腾失水相对稳定, 水分饱和亏缺增大; ②可溶性蛋白质含量呈下降趋势, 但上部茎段一直高于中部和下部茎段; ③MDA 的含量呈上升趋势, 上部茎段低于中部和下部茎段; ④中部茎段的粗纤维含量与上部茎段无显著差异, 但大大低于下部茎段; ⑤瓶插初期POD 活性略有下降, 后期迅速上升, 上部茎段POD 活性一直高于中部茎段和下部茎段。讨论了中部茎段易发生弯曲的原因。  相似文献
