In order to realize optimization of production organization and put forward a reasonable calculation model for the turnover number of steel ladle, the turnover process and time of steel ladle are analyzed with steel ladle of Q steelmaking plant. Gantt charts of steel ladle turnover for single casting schedule and double casting schedule are drawn. Calculation model for turnover number of steel ladle is put forward by analyzing the relationship between casting schedule and the turnover time of steel ladle, and the accuracy of the model is verified by simulation method. Researches show that the turnover number of steel ladle can be reduced 1-2 by adjusting cast starting time, and have significance for the optimization of steel ladle production organization.  相似文献

To realize efficient operation, the production organization constraints of ironmaking/steelmaking interface, desulphorization basic oxygen furnace and decarburization basic oxygen furnace, refining equipment and casting/rolling interface of typical steel production process A are analyzed. Order planning model of iron and steel enterprises considering production organization constraints is established. The scheduling compact and coordination and the optimization of commissioning date of different production lines are fully considered in the model. Then, the model is solved by tabu search. Finally, three different sizes of actual production contracts which are randomly selected from the steel plant A are simulated. The results prove the presented model and algorithm can harmonize and optimize the production effectively and also realize the process running efficiently.  相似文献

The characteristics of the knowledge discovery for basic oxygen furnace(BOF) steelmaking are analyzed by using the Rough Set Theory. The production data of BOF steelmaking are preprocessed by using the methods of data withdrawal, standardization, discretization and so on. The main influencing factors of steelmaking production are set as the knowledge discovery property. The endpoint control objectives of BOF steelmaking are used as the decision attribute of knowledge discovery. Then the knowledge discovery model of BOF steelmaking based on rough set theory is established, which makes the automation of the production knowledge discovery, access and rule extraction come true. The model is tested by using the production data of 210 t BOF, and takes the temperature variation of smelting endpoint as the decision attribute. The results show that the influencing factors, such as silicon content, iron ore weight, oxygen consumption and so on, are of very importance to the endpoint temperature of molten steel. Besides, the rules of molten steel temperature extracted by the model vary with current converter steelmaking process, which proves the validity of the model.  相似文献

Reasonable production planning effectively ensures smooth operation. According to the analysis of the characteristics of steelmaking-continuous casting production process, a production planning method for steelmaking - continuous casting process based on time backward inference method and process simulation is presented. Production plan meeting certain criteria is rapidly gained by time backward inference method, and is regarded as input of simulation model in steelmaking process. Considering time randomicity in production process and transporting equipment restriction, production plan meeting more restrictive conditions, such as no equipment conflict, continuous casting, and etc, is acquired through simulating. It assures that the plan is carried out in practice. The instance demonstrates the feasibility of the method.  相似文献

It is of great significance in steel complex to link production flow between work stations and control production rhythm by cranes. Crane scheduling is a multi-machine multi-task problem which limits temporal and spatial constraints and production plan. A simulation model based on evolution rules to solve temporal and spatial constraints is proposed. Its objective is to guarantee execution of production plan in steelmaking plant. And match between cranes and production task on working span is conducted to fulfill temporal constraints between multi-tasks and spatial constraints among multi-cranes. Simulation rules including task allocation, conflicts eliminating and task finishing are also proposed to dominate simulation process. This model avoids difficulties of theoretical calculation for crane scheduling problem. Offline test in a steelmaking plant shows that it is available to make a crane scheduling without conflicts between cranes and plans, which provides a guideline for production scheduling.  相似文献

Considering the uncertainty and complexity of production planning and scheduling in steel making and continuous casting, an optimal simulation model is built. Based on the analysis of the logistics in steelmaking process, the casting plan is regarded as the global goal, and the procedural information is taken into account, as well as the local evolution rule that abstracted from scheduling rule. To simulate transferring of materials in the process, the state of operation sites are updated as a result of the global goals, process information and local rule. The goal directed simulation is carried out based on the self organization evolution mechanism. Finally, an optimal integrated production plan is made by a continuous simulation evolution. A simulation case for eight hours production plan shows that the model is valid and efficient.  相似文献

为深入研究炼钢厂多台连铸机间钢包产生互用的条件及影响因素,以H炼钢厂的钢包为研究对象,简要解析了钢包运行过程及运行时间。分析了钢包周转次数、周转数与浇铸炉次数之间的关系;运用甘特图模拟出两台连铸机浇次重叠时间为50 min条件下的钢包运行过程。研究表明:钢包产生互用的前提条件为钢包在先停浇连铸机不再承担运输任务,且先停浇连铸机的钢包空包结束时间应在后开浇连铸机钢包的重包开始时间之前。分析了浇次重叠时间对钢包互用的影响,结果表明:浇次重叠时间内连铸机浇铸的钢包数少于围绕连铸机周转的钢包数时才能产生钢包互用。研究了连铸机单炉浇铸时间与钢包周转周期对钢包互用的影响,结果表明:科学控制钢包周转周期和连铸机单炉浇铸时间,合理匹配二者关系,可使浇次最后不需要周转的钢包数增加,提高钢包的互用几率。  相似文献

To solve potential scheduling problems in production after renewal of continuous casting process in Vanadium-extracting and Steel-making Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Corporation (PISCO), how to model and simulate logistics system in steel-making processhas been discussed. A series of simulatingtests for logistics system in steel-making processhave been conducted based on inputs of presentsteel-making processof PISCO. In the tests, cases of regular schedule case and cases with repairing converter have also been regarded as essential simulation condition. It has been shown that three casters can not start at same time in order to ensure continuous hot metal supply for casters when three kinds of steel are made. It has also been shown that the simulation system for logistics system in steel-making processis valid and can be used for simulating logisticsin upcoming 100% continuous casting process of PISCO. The better schedule scheme of production and reasonable match of converter-caster in time and capacity can be achieved with the help of using simulation approach.  相似文献

An integrated batch planning mathematical model based on multi-object optimization is proposed to solve the orderly and efficient flow of material between different working stations in iron and steel enterprises, where production technology constraints, material variations and coupling between steelmaking-continuous casting and hot rolling are analyzed first. According to the requirements of the hot rolling steel strip contracts, the integrated batch planning is divided into sub-plans of rolling plan, casting plan and furnace plan which are independent and coupling to each other, forming rolling plan and furnace plan simultaneously to influence casting plan. Heuristic method based on modified co-evolutionary algorithm is advanced to resolve this problem. The results of simulation and analysis in an iron and steel plant for strip steel production shows that it is feasible to provide effective guidance for integrated batch plan making.  相似文献

A dynamic control model for the secondary cooling of slab casting is presented to reduce the difference between the actual temperature and the goal surface temperature of slab. The model, which is based on the BP neural networks for forecasting the temperature and the fuzzy neural networks for dynamically controlling the water in the secondary cooling in the continuous casting, could timely adjust and allocate the water according to the speed and temperature of slab. A series of tests have been conducted based on inputs of the No. 2 slab caster in a steel plant. It has been shown that the model, which integrate the charateristics of water controlling problem in secondary cooling into the temperature status of slab during the cooling process, can control the water in secondary cooling efficiently and dynamically according to the situation of actual production.  相似文献

In this paper, the water model method is used to optimize the flow behavior of asymmetrical five streams L-type tundish in a steelmaking plant. The results show that the optimization plan is set up with turbulence suppressor T+ vice guide wall D2+ main guide wall with three holes (D1a) which consists of top two holes with 25° inclination and one hole with 30° inclination below. With this plan, the time which the colorants reach to the outlets increases, the difference of response time in all outlets decreases, the peak concentration of the RTD reduces, the existence time of high concentration liquid steel extends, and the ratio of dead zone in each streams reduces.  相似文献

The principle and possibility of alloying of high speed steel W6Mo5Cr4V2 (M2) with CaWO 4 MoO 3 V 2O 5 during the steelmaking are discussed, experiments of the alloying technologcial process have been carried out, the properties of M2 product have been determined, the benefit have been analysed. The results show that the rate of recovery of W Mo V are respectively 97.08%, 96.51%, 93.79% during the steelmaking of M2 alloying with CaWO 4 MoO 3 V 2O 5 in induction furnace, the chemical composition and properties of product M2 can meet the demands that the standard of high speed steel M2 requires.  相似文献

In order to increase decision accuracy of the intermixing slab length and position, and decrease the slabs which are offgraded or scrapped. Water model experiments were conducted to simulate the continuous casting grade transition process of No. 2 continuous caster at Bao Steel. The dimensionless concentration profiles along slab length with different continuous casting conditions were measured. Based on the profiles a mathematical model was developed to predict the final composition distributions and length of intermixing slab. Comparison of predicted dimensionless concentration profile with plant data shows that the precision of the model is considerably satisfied to meet the need of steel grade transition evaluation.  相似文献

This paper presents a transient mathematical model of the HVDC converters-Equivalent Circuit Method(ECM), which can describe all possible states of converter valves in a simple and explicit way. With the converter model, programs have been implemented for single and double bridge HVDC systems. The results of simulation to the normal and fault operation of HVDC system show that the method is flexible and reliable, and has the advantages of small calculation amount and less computer storage requirments. The programs based on this paper provide convenient, inexpensive and feasible tools for computer dynamic or transient analysis of the HVDC systems.  相似文献

温室环境模型是制定控制策略、优化控制方法的重要基础。采用径向基网络构建北方地区的温室环境控制模型,以温室内的温度和湿度为输出,采用进化策略(ES)优选网络中心,简化网络结构,并与OLS算法进行性能对比。试验结果表明:进化RBF网络具有更小的网络结构,并在逼近能力和泛化能力上优于OLS算法。该模型为设计北方温室环境控制方案和结构奠定了良好基础。  相似文献

A product family extension configuration method based on evaluation model for customer demands, relational mapping and extension association rules is introduced to better realize rapid and effective product configuration. A demand-based evaluation model is confirmed by the information of customer demands and a mapping relationship between demand-based model and characters of product family cases is built. The similarity between evaluation model and product family cases is up to the association rules and a product family case with the highest similarity can be extracted according to association rules. According to the situation of the similarity, the extracted case is modified to meet the demands of configuration with case-based reasoning method. According to the space vector modulation method of the AC DC AC converter,the switch control scheme of the matrix AC AC converter is deduced,and the model of a three phase matrix AC AC converter is constructed. The heat transfer of steel fluid in continuous casting mould is a stable process and can be depicted with three-dimensional stable heat conduction equation depending on tension speed. The corresponding finite element equation, including the first, second and third boundary conditions, is deduced out with Galerkin residual method. The coded FEM program is used to analyze the temperature distribution of Q235 steel in continuous billet casting mould. Abstract:To manage suppliers who are involved in product collaborative design and innovation, on the basis of collating and analyzing 35 literatures related to co design process and supplier management activities, a three tier model of supplier management in collaborative product development is put forward, which includes tiers of long term strategic management, product development project and co design task. In terms of collaborative product development process, an overall management activities model about suppliers is built. Methods of supplier selection and performance evaluation are studied.
