Bovine embryos were exposed to bovine viral diarrhea (BVD) virus in vitro. An uptake of BVD virus by the embryos could not be detected by several assay systems. A significant decrease in the titer of BVD virus was found to occur when the virus was incubated in saline solution + 5% goat serum or minimal essential medium + 5% goat serum for 24 hours at 37 C. Since there was significant inactivation of the BVD virus during the incubation period, lack of viral infectivity of the embryos may have been due to adverse effects of the experimental environmental conditions on the virus or the embryos or upon viral-embryo interaction.  相似文献

Various combinations of human serum (from blood of groups A and Rhesus positive) with bovine serum, i.e. 20% + 20% (Medium I), 30% + 10% (II), 40% + 0% (III) and 0% + 40% (IV) and Medium-199 (60%) were used in the propagation of Babesia bovis. Babesia bovis stabilate revived by inoculation in a bovine calf was used at a level of 6% parasitized erythrocytes (PPE). The medium was replenished every 24 h. The medium changed from bright red to dark-coffee color every 24 h. The increase in PPE was maximal between 24 and 48 h. It was also observed that the increase in PPE was significantly higher in a 1:2 dilution compared with a 1:1 dilution. The increase in PPE was highest in Medium I with a 50% replacement of bovine with human serum. However, the parasites could not be subcultured and maintained continuously. Fifty percent replacement was thus optimal for the human-bovine serum combination in a microaerophilous stationary phase (MASP) system. The results indicate that B. bovis can also multiply in a human/bovine serum MASP culture system at least for a period of 48 h, and this is consistent with the zoonotic nature of Babesia species.  相似文献

A novel large Babesia sp. from an infected dog was cultivated in vitro by microaerophilous stationary phase culture methodology. A primary culture initiated in enriched RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with 40% canine serum and incubated in a 2% oxygen environment supported parasite growth in vitro. Subsequent subcultures into enriched HL-1 medium with 20% fetal bovine serum also supported parasite propagation. Cultures were successfully introduced to 5% carbon dioxide in air atmosphere at passage 4. To date, the parasites have been continuously cultured through 35 passages, although the parasitemias are low, ranging from 0.2 to 0.3%. Parasites cultured in RPMI with canine serum were cryopreserved and successfully recovered from liquid nitrogen storage. The small subunit ribosomal rRNA gene sequence was identical in blood-derived and culture-derived parasites, differing in a single base position from the previously reported sequence for this Babesia sp. The ultrastructure of the parasite was consistent with that of other large Babesia spp., except that the spherical body contained numerous round particles unlike the inclusions previously described in Babesia spp.  相似文献

为了通过比较培养筛选出能改进和提高山羊卵母细胞体外成熟效率的培养体系 ,培养的山羊卵母细胞以 TCM-199为基础培养液 ,添加 :(1) 10 %血清 (胎牛血清 (FBS)或发情山羊血清 (EGS) ) 2 0 m g/ L促黄体素 (L H) 10 mg/ L促卵泡素 (FSH) 1m g/ L 雌二醇 (E2 ) ;(2 ) 10 % EGS 促性腺素 (L H∶ FSH=5 mg/ L∶ 0 .5 m g/ L 或 2 0 mg/ L∶ 10mg/ L )或者 0 .0 75 IU / m L人绝经期促性腺素 (HMG) 1mg/ L estradiol 17β;(3) 10 % EGS 0 .0 75 mg/ L HMG 10~ 2 0 μg/ L EGF。此外 ,以 M199 10 % EGS 0 .0 75 mg/ L HMG 10~ 2 0 μg/ L EGF为培养基 ,溶解于自制超纯水或储存的商品化超纯水来培养卵母细胞。培养条件为 38℃ ,5 % CO2 。培养 2 4 h后 ,在体式显微镜下统计处于 M 期的卵母细胞比例。结果显示 :在卵母细胞成熟液中添加 10 % EGS比 10 % FBS的成熟培养效果好 ;添加 HMG能够促进卵母细胞的成熟 ,其效果比添加不同比例的 L H/ FSH好 ;成熟液中添加 10~ 2 0μg/ L EGF能促进卵母细胞的成熟 ,但成熟率没有明显提高 ;新鲜的超纯水对于卵母细胞的培养是必要的。结论 :新鲜超纯水配制的 M199 10 % EGS 0 .0 75 IU / m L HMG 10~ 2 0μg/ L EGF培养液可以获得最佳卵母细胞培养效果  相似文献

The in vitro growth inhibitory activities of 15 drugs against Babesia gibsoni were evaluated following establishment of a continuous culture isolate (Aomori isolate). The culture was successfully continued in an RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with 20% normal canine serum or fetal bovine serum in a humidified atmosphere containing 5% CO(2) and 5% O(2) at 37 degrees C. We used this isolate to evaluate the growth inhibitory effect of naphthoquinone (atovaquone), aromatic diamidine (diminazene and pentamidine), artemisinin compounds (artesunate and dihydroartemisinin), an iron chelator (deferoxamine), quinoline-containing compounds (quinine and chloroquine), macrolide antibiotics (azithromycin), lyncomycin antibiotics (clindamycin), tetracycline antibiotics (doxycycline and minocycline), imidazole antifungals (clotrimazole and ketoconazole), and a nitroimidazole antiprotozoal (metronidazole). Atovaquone and aromatic diamidine showed the highest activity; they were followed by artesunate compounds with nanomole levels of IC(50). Metronidazole did not exhibit activity against the parasite. Other drugs exhibited intermediate in vitro activities with micromole levels of IC(50). This is the first report to screen drug activities against B. gibsoni in vitro. The results of our study may support further in vitro drug evaluation for the establishment of therapeutic strategies against canine B. gibsoni infections.  相似文献

Experiments were conducted to study effects of macromolecules on stallion sperm capacitation and fertilization as determined by penetration of bovine zona-free and equine partially zona-removed oocytes. Stallion sperm were capacitated in TYH medium (modified Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate) supplemented with either 1 mg/mL of polyvinylalcohol (PVA) or 4 mg/mL of BSA. Capacitation was induced with 8 bromoadenosine cyclic monophosphate (8BrcAMP; 0.5 mM) alone or in combination with 0.1 microM of ionomycin. Intraspecies gametes were co-incubated in TYH/PVA or TYH/BSA for 18 to 20 h. For zona-free bovine oocytes, penetration rate (35%) with the combination of 8BrcAMP and ionomycin in PVA-containing medium was higher (P < 0.05) than any treatment in BSA-containing medium (5 to 6%). A similar study was conducted using equine oocytes with partially removed zonae. Sperm capacitated and used for in vitro fertilization (IVF) in PVA-containing medium had higher penetration rates (P < 0.01) than sperm in BSA-containing medium (54 vs. 11%). The effect of equine preovulatory follicular fluid on bovine oocyte penetration was assessed. Bovine oocytes were matured in tissue culture medium-199 with 0, 20, 50, or 100% equine preovulatory follicular fluid, and 1 IU/mL of equine chorionic gonadotropin. Stallion sperm were treated with 8BrcAMP + ionomycin in PVA- or BSA-containing media. The penetration rates of bovine zona-free oocytes by stallion sperm were again higher with PVA (47%) than BSA (18%; P < 0.01). Penetration rates of oocytes matured in 100% follicular fluid were higher (P < 0.05) than for oocytes matured with 0% follicular fluid. The effects of equine follicular fluid and PVA/BSA during sperm capacitation on standard bovine IVF were examined. Culture of bovine oocytes with equine follicular fluid did not affect oocyte maturation or penetration rates after IVF. Bovine sperm capacitated with heparin in PVA-containing medium yielded lower (P < 0.05) fertilization rates than those capacitated in BSA-containing medium when incubated with both zona-intact and zona-free bovine oocytes. In summary, PVA was superior to BSA for ionophore-induced capacitation of equine sperm for penetration of zona-free bovine oocytes or partially zona-removed equine oocytes, but not for standard bovine IVF with bovine sperm. Zona-free bovine oocytes may be useful for assaying in vitro capacitation and fertilization of stallion sperm.  相似文献

试验比较了在SOFaa,CRlaa,mCRlaa3种培养液中添加不同浓度的成年山羊血清(NGS)对山羊孤雌胚胎进行体外培养的效果。结果表明:在3种培养液中,添加10%的NGS对山羊孤雌胚胎的体外发育效果较好,囊胚率分别可达62.79%(81/129)、53.52%(38/71)、13.64%(12/88);mCRlaa组囊胚发育率和囊胚细胞数显著低于SOFaa组和CRlaa组,SOFaa组优于CRlaa组.但SOFaa组和CRlaa组间无显著差异。在现有试验条件下,以在SOFaa培养液中.山羊孤雌胚胎的体外培养的第72小时时加入10%的NGS的发育效果较好,囊胚率可达62.79%。  相似文献

Philasterides dicentrarchi is a scuticociliate causing fatal disease in farmed turbot and sea bass. In view of its high virulence and endoparasitic location, this parasite cannot be effectively controlled by formalin baths, and no systemic chemotherapeutic treatments have yet proved effective; immunoprophylaxis may thus be an attractive alternative approach. Since vaccine development is greatly facilitated by axenic culture of the pathogen, we have developed a simple axenic culture system based on commercially available Leibovitz L-15 medium, supplemented with fetal bovine serum, lipids (lecithin and Tween 80), nucleosides and glucose. After 1 week's culture under optimal conditions (salinity 10 per thousand, pH 7.2, temperature between 18 and 23 degrees C), yields of 1-2 x 10(5)cells/ml were obtained. Even cultures with seeding densities as low as 20 cells/ml were found to produce a good yield of ciliates (about 6 x 10(4)cells/ml) after 11 days of incubation. The ciliates thus obtained were free of contamination by other microorganisms, enabling preparation of pure P. dicentrarchi antigens for vaccine development studies.  相似文献

Fecal culture has been the primary method used to diagnose paratuberculosis in goats. It is laborious, slow, and expensive. Validation of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) on milk samples could make paratuberculosis testing more widely available for goat farmers. The aim of this study was to determine the accuracy of serum and milk ELISAs for paratuberculosis, relative to fecal culture, in Chilean dairy goats. Eight dairy goat herds were selected. Feces, blood, and milk samples were collected from all female goats >2 years old. Fecal samples were cultured using Herrold egg yolk medium with mycobactin J and antibiotics. Serum and milk samples were tested using a commercial ELISA kit for Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis antibody detection. A total of 383 goats were tested by ELISA and fecal culture. The sensitivity of ELISA on serum and milk relative to fecal culture was 74.3% (95% CI: 59.8-88.8) and 60% (95% CI: 43.8-76.2), respectively. The corresponding values for ELISA specificity based on the percentage of non- M. avium subsp. paratuberculosis-infected goats testing ELISA-negative were 98.6% (95% CI: 96.6-100) and 99.3% (95% CI: 97.9-100) on serum and milk, respectively. Proportions of positive results for serum and fecal samples were significantly different, whereas the proportions of positive results for milk and fecal samples were not significantly different. The milk ELISA had a moderate level of agreement with fecal culture results (Kappa = 0.57). The paratuberculosis ELISA on goat milk samples may be a cost-effective, accurate alternative to fecal culture.  相似文献

本试验从内蒙古白绒山羊胎儿的生殖嵴中分离出原始生殖细胞体外培养并进行了鉴定。为建立内蒙古绒山羊原始生殖细胞(pri mordial germcells,PGCs)的培养体系,试验对比了A、B、C3组不同的培养条件对内蒙古绒山羊原始生殖细胞传代数的影响。RT-PCR鉴定结果表明,β-actin、hTERT、GAPDH、Nanog、Oct3/4为阳性、AKP染色为阳性;免疫荧光检测胚胎干细胞特异标志物Oct3/4、SSEA-3、SSEA-4呈阳性。未添加任何因子的A培养体系仅能传1代,添加LIF及Insulin的B培养体系可以传至4代,添加LIF、Insulin及优质胎牛血清的C组培养体系可以传至9代。  相似文献

本研究通过对拟穴青蟹血细胞原代培养条件的摸索与优化,成功在体外培养了青蟹血细胞。结果表明,pH 4.6的海洋甲壳类血细胞抗凝剂培养青蟹血细胞的形态优于海洋蟹类抗凝剂(ACD);高血清浓度(>15%)培养血细胞形态较差,易出现空泡;添加5% FBS与1.2% NaCl的L15培养基是培养拟穴青蟹血细胞最适培养基,并可在培养的青蟹原代血细胞中检测到稳定的管家基因表达,表明该细胞可用于拟穴青蟹体外功能试验研究。  相似文献

The present investigation was undertaken to study the effect of addition of dbc AMP on bovine oocyte maturation and fertilization in vitro. The bovine oocytes isolated from 2–8 mm follicles were cultured for 26 h in TCM-199. The maturation rate (71.4 %) did not significantly increase after supplementation of the culture medium with dbc AMP (86.3 %.) or FSH + hCG (86.3 %). The in vitro fertilization rate of oocytes based on sperm penetration and presence of sperm tail in the ooplasm increased significantly in the dbc AMP (34.7 %) and the dbc AMP + FSH + hCG (33.9 %) treated groups when compared with untreated controls (17.9 %). However, dbc AMP treated oocytes were not able to secure the formation of male pronucleus 20 h after in vitro fertilization, while in oocytes matured in dbc AMP free medium both pronuclei were present in approximately 15 % of the penetrated oocytes. Also, the sperm head decondensation was blocked or slowed down by the dbc AMP treatment. It is concluded (1) that dbc AMP may improve the condition for the interaction of oocytes with spermatozoa, and (2) that the ooplasm of such dbc AMP treated oocytes apparently is not able to decandense the sperm head and transform it to the male pronucleus.  相似文献

The aim of present study was to optimize culture conditions for pig embryos. Initially, we evaluated three different basic culture conditions. When embryos from electro-activation (parthenotes) or in vitro fertilization (IVF-embryos) were cultured in PZM supplemented with 3 mg/ml bovine serum albumin (PZM-3) in 4-well dishes, in medium covered with oil in 4-well dishes or in droplets under oil, 0%, 33% and 20% of the parthenotes, and 11%, 23% and 20% of the IVF-embryos developed to blastocysts. Subsequently, we examined the development of embryos when they were cultured in 4-well dishes in medium covered with oil continuously for 7 days or cultured under the same conditions but with a change to fresh medium on Days 2 and 4. In this experiment, 23% (no medium change) and 34% (change) of the parthenotes developed to blastocysts, respectively. When IVF-embryos were cultured under similar conditions, 33% and 38% of the embryos developed to blastocysts. Further improvement was achieved when PZM was supplemented with FBS from Day 4. In this experiment, 47% of the parthenotes developed to blastocysts with an average cell number of 57 +/- 7.7. In IVF-embryo group, 49% of the embryos developed to blastocysts with a mean cell number of 60 +/- 6.1. These results indicate that a change to fresh medium and inclusion of FBS in the medium during the late stages of culture can generate a higher proportion of high-quality blastocysts.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To establish optimal conditions for long-term culture of the erythrocytic stage of Theileria uilenbergi. SAMPLE POPULATION: Red blood cells from 3 splenectomized sheep experimentally infected with a blood stabilate of T uilenbergi. PROCEDURES: Cultures of T uilenbergi were initiated by use of blood from experimentally infected sheep collected when parasites were detected in Giemsa-stained thin blood smears. Different culture conditions were tested to optimize in vitro growth of the organisms. Subcultures were performed at a ratio of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 when the percentage of parasitized erythrocytes (PPE) was at least 1% or when the initial PPE was doubled. RESULTS: The optimal culture medium was HL-1 medium (a complete chemically defined medium) supplemented with 20% sheep serum and 0.75% chemically defined lipids. Optimal culture conditions included incubation in a humidified 2% O(2), 5% CO(2), and 93% N(2) atmosphere at 37 degrees C. Cultures of the merozoite stage of the parasite were continuously propagated in vitro for > 1 year. The PPE reached values of up to 3%. CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Optimization of culture conditions to reach a high PPE seems worthwhile. The continuous propagation of T uilenbergi in culture allows the production of parasite material without infecting animals and provides a continuous laboratory source of parasites for further studies.  相似文献

The present study determined whether porcine leptin can alter the lipolytic rate in porcine adipocytes produced in vitro. The stromal-vascular cell fraction of neonatal subcutaneous adipose tissue was isolated by collagenase digestion, filtration, and subsequent centrifugation. These stromal-vascular cells were seeded on 25-cm2 tissue culture flasks and proliferated to confluency in 10% fetal bovine serum in DMEM/F12 (50:50). Cultures were differentiated using 2% pig serum + 10 mM isobutyl methylxanthine + 1 microM dexamethasone for 48 h. This medium was replaced with 5% pig serum + 1 microM insulin to promote lipid filling of adipocytes for 7 d. Adipocyte-containing cultures were incubated overnight in serum-free medium and then used for experiments. Acute experiments assessed lipolysis in cultures exposed to porcine leptin (0 to 1,000 ng/mL medium) for 2 h. Chronic experiments used cultures incubated with 100 ng porcine leptin/mL of medium for 72 h prior to lipolysis measurements. Direct effects of leptin were examined by incubating cultures in DMEM/F12, 25 mM HEPES, 3% bovine serum albumin, 20 mU of adenosine deaminase/mL of medium in the presence of 0 to 1,000 ng of porcine leptin/mL of medium. Indirect effects of leptin were examined using the same incubation medium but also supplemented with 1 microM isoproterenol +/- 10 nM insulin in the presence of 0 to 1,000 ng of porcine leptin/mL of medium. Media glycerol concentration was measured at the end of 2-h incubations. Acute leptin exposure induced up to a 76% increase in lipolysis (P < 0.05) but had no effect on insulin's inhibition of lipolysis. Chronic exposure to leptin produced up to a 56% increase in lipolysis (P < 0.05) and reduced insulin's inhibition ofisoproterenol-stimulated lipolysis by up to 31% (P < 0.05). These data demonstrate leptin functions to promote the partitioning of energy away from lipid accretion within porcine adipose tissue by promoting lipolysis directly and indirectly by reducing insulin-mediated inhibition of lipolysis.  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to optimise the culture conditions for the in vitro production of bovine embryos. The development of in vitro fertilised bovine oocytes in CR1aa supplemented with 5% calf serum and IVD101 culture media were compared using traditional microdrops and Well of the Well (WOW) culture systems either under 5% or 20% oxygen tension. After 7 days of culture, a significantly higher blastocyst formation rate was obtained for embryos cultured in CR1aa medium compared to those cultured in IVD101, irrespective of O2 tensions and culture systems. The blastocyst formation in IVD101 was suppressed under 20% O2 compared to 5% O2 . Despite their similar total cell numbers, higher rates of inner cell mass (ICM) cells were observed in blastocysts developed in IVD101 medium than in those developed in CR1aa, irrespective of O2 tensions. There was no significant difference in blastocyst formation, total, ICM and trophectoderm (TE) cell numbers between embryos obtained by microdrop and WOW culture systems irrespective of the culture media and O2 tensions used. In conclusion, CR1aa resulted in higher blastocyst formation rates irrespective of O2 tension, whereas IVD101 supported blastocyst formation only under low O2 levels but enhanced the proliferation of ICM cells.  相似文献

The caprine variant of Mycoplasma mycoides subsp mycoides causes septicemia with coagulopathy in goats. Pathogenetic mechanisms that might explain the coagulopathy, the ability of the Mycoplasma to persist in the blood, and its specificity for goats were studied. Severe endothelial damage was seen by electron microscopy of goat aorta tissue exposed in vitro to 10(7) colony-forming units of mycoplasmas. The Mycoplasma did not damage 51Cr-labeled adherent cells from peripheral blood of goats. The hemolytic complement titer was reduced by 94%, 50%, 50%, and 25% in guinea pig, calf, sheep, and goat serum, respectively, 30 minutes after treatment with 8 X 10(9) colony-forming units of the Mycoplasma. Freshly prepared serum from these animal species killed the Mycoplasma. Heat-inactivated serum was not mycoplasmacidal. Complement from these 4 animal species was activated by the Mycoplasma through the classical pathway, because ethyleneglycoltetraacetic acid precipitation of serum Ca2+ inhibited activation. Proof that the classical pathway was functional in goats was not conclusive because Ca2+ supplementation of ethyleneglycoltetraacetic acid-treated serum did not restore complement activity. Endothelial damage and complement activation may explain the coagulopathy. The function that complement activation may have in the inflammatory response of this disease is not known. Difference in susceptibility of calves, sheep, and goats to M mycoides septicemia cannot be explained by species variation in complement mycoplasmacidal activity.  相似文献

利用脂质体包裹含EGFP基因的质粒,并将之导入山羊乳腺上皮细胞,经G418筛选获得阳性细胞,以阳性细胞作为核供体,利用核移植技术构建转基因克隆胚。结果表明:用转基因山羊乳腺上皮细胞作为核供体,电融合法更适合构建转基因克隆胚。转基因山羊克隆胚体外培养最佳方案是用SOFaa培养液,在培养72 h后加入10%的正常山羊血清(Normal goat serum,NGS)。荧光显微镜下观察到转基因克隆胚中EGFP的表达,大部分克隆胚发育到8-16细胞以后的时期,绿色荧光蛋白才开始逐渐表达,随着发育时间的延长,绿色荧光蛋白的表达也逐渐增强。说明外源基因在胚胎早期发育阶段可以表达,EGFP可以作为报告基因来实现对外源基因整合及表达的监测。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To determine the effect of vaccination on serum concentrations of total and antigen-specific IgE in dogs. ANIMALS: 20 female Beagles. PROCEDURE: Groups of 5 dogs each were vaccinated repeatedly between 8 weeks and 4 years of age with a multivalent and rabies vaccine, a multivalent vaccine only, or a rabies vaccine only. A fourth group of 5 dogs served as unvaccinated controls. Serum concentrations of total immunoglobulins and antigen-specific IgE were determined following vaccination. RESULTS:-The multivalent vaccine had little effect on serum total IgE concentrations. The concentration of IgE increased slightly following vaccination for rabies at 16 weeks and 1 year of age and increased greatly after vaccination at 2 and 3 years of age in most dogs, with a distinct variation between individual dogs. Vaccination had no effect on serum concentrations of IgA, IgG, and IgM as measured at 2 and 3 years of age. The rabies vaccine contained aluminum adjuvant in contrast to the multivalent vaccine. An increase of IgE that was reactive with vaccine antigens, including bovine serum albumin and bovine fibronectin, was detected in some of the dogs vaccinated for rabies. There was no significant correlation between serum concentrations of total IgE and antigen-specific IgE following vaccination. Serum total IgE concentration rapidly returned to preimmunization concentrations in most dogs, but high concentrations of antigen-specific IgE persisted. CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Vaccination of dogs for rabies increases serum concentrations of total IgE and induces IgE specific for vaccine antigens, including tissue culture residues. Vaccination history should be considered in the interpretation of serum total IgE concentrations.  相似文献

Goat preantral follicles were cultured to investigate the effects of insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I), epidermal growth factor (EGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the in vitro growth and viability of oocytes. Preantral follicles were isolated mechanically and enzymatically (using collagenase and DNase) from prepuberal goat ovaries. The working medium was composed of Defined Eagle's Minimum Essential Medium (DMEM) supplemented with HEPES (20 mM), 10% fetal calf serum (FCS), hypoxanthine (2 mM), dibutyryl cyclic adenosine 3',5'-monophosphate (dbcAMP) (2 mM), penicillin (75 ng/ml) and streptomycin (50 ng/ml). The culture medium consisted of the working medium with follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) (100 ng/ml) and hydrocortisone (40 ng/ml) added. In the experiment, goat preantral follicles were cultured for 9 days in the culture medium and in the culture medium supplemented with either IGF-I (100 ng/ml), EGF (50 ng/ml), bFGF (50 ng/ml) or IGF-I (100 ng/ml)+EGF (50 ng/ml). The results indicated that IGF-I (100 ng/ml) effectively maintained the survival of oocytes and promoted their growth; EGF (50 ng/ml) enhanced the survival rate of oocytes but had a negative effect on oocyte growth; bFGF (50 ng/ml) stimulated oocyte survival but had no obvious effect on their growth while IGF-I (100 ng/ml) and EGF (50 ng/ml) in combination had a greater effect on both survival and growth rate of oocytes than IGF-I or EGF alone. The supplementation of IGF-1 and EGF to the culture medium is recommended in the culture of goat preantral follicles.  相似文献
