Greenbug is one of the most aggressive pests of barley and wheat. In Argentina, yield losses of wheat, barley, oat and sorghum crops caused by greenbug are chronic and at times severe. Since Marker Assisted selection for greenbug resistance genes in barley is very limited, the purpose of the current study was to map greenbug resistance genes in doubled haploid (DH) lines and to identify candidate genes. A set of DH lines of the Oregon-Wolfe Barley (OWB) mapping population derived from the cross between OWBDOM and OWBREC and both parental lines were screened for tolerance to greenbug. There was significant variation among the DH lines in foliar area (FA), dry weight (DW) and chlorophyll contents (Ch) between infested and control DH lines. Three main QTLs were identified. These QTLs explained 82 % of the FA, 80 % of DW and 58 % of Ch variability of infested plants. The initial and final FA and DW of controls and final DW of infested plants were associated with the same molecular markers on chromosome 2H (Vrs1, BmAc0144f, GBR259, GBS705). The final FA of infested plants was significantly linked to molecular markers on chromosome 5H (GBRO986, GBR518, GBM1483, GBR1082). The positive alleles were provided by OWBDOM. The content of chlorophyll of infested plants was associated with the marker loci Ris44, GBR1608, GBR1637N and GBS0785 on chromosome 7H, with the positive alleles provided by OWBREC. Both parents contributed to different tolerance traits. The QTLs found in this population are new greenbug resistance loci. A sequence homology search was performed to derive the putative function of the genes linked to the QTLs.  相似文献

This study was conducted to identify quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for drought tolerance in sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) by association mapping using a simple sequence repeat (SSR)-marker-based diversity research set. Genotypic data for 98 SSR marker loci on ten chromosomes were used for the association analysis. The experiment was conducted under control (well-watered) and drought stress conditions, and the phenotypic values of 23 morphological traits were recorded. Drought tolerance was assessed by using a leaf drying score as a parameter of the tolerance/susceptibility: scores were assigned on a scale from 1 (most tolerant) to 9 (most susceptible). Under the control conditions, 17 QTLs associated with 12 traits were identified on chromosomes 1, 2, 4, 8, 9, and 10, with ?Log10 (P) ranging from 2.5 to 7.6 and explaining 9.5–57.5 % of the total phenotypic variance for the traits. Under the drought stress conditions, nine QTLs associated with 8 traits were identified on chromosomes 1, 2, 3, and 10 that explained 9–61.2 % of the total phenotypic variance for the traits, with ?Log10 (P) ranging from 2.5 to 3.5. QTLs for some traits were detected only under the drought stress condition, suggesting that these traits are important in drought tolerance. These QTLs could be used to further dissect the genetic and physiological basis of drought tolerance in sorghum.  相似文献

A deep and thick root system has a positive effect on wheat yield, particularly in drought environments. A doubled haploid (DH) population of 150 lines derived from the cross Hanxuan 10?×?Lumai 14 was used to map QTLs for seedling root characteristics. The DH lines were cultivated in an agarose gel-chamber under well-watered (WW) and water-stressed (WS) regimes. Water stress was simulated by adding mannitol to the agarose gel. The seminal root traits, including maximum root length (MRL), seminal root number, total root length, project root area, root surface area, and seminal root angle were measured after 6?days of seedling development. Grain yields (GY) were measured in a field experiment. A total of 29 QTLs were identified for seedlings cultured under WW regimes, and 23 QTLs under WS regimes. Individual QTL accounted for phenotypic variations ranging from 4.98 to 24.31?%. The QTLs were distributed on 17 chromosomes, except 1D, 4D, 6B and 6D. Seven consistently expressed QTLs were detected for all the traits tested except MRL under both water regimes. The QTLs for root traits were unevenly distributed among chromosomes, and clustered in eight loci on seven chromosomes, showing pleiotropic effects on target traits. One region in the interval Xgwm644.2?CP6901.2 on chromosome 3B contained 9 QTLs affecting most root traits. The present data provide an insight into the genetic basis of seedling root development under different water regimes and may benefit breeding programs using marker-assisted selection (MAS) for root traits.  相似文献

Phytohormones, a group of structurally unrelated small molecules are plant-signalling compounds that trigger induced resistance against certain pathogens and herbivores. The hormones jasmonic acid (JA), ABA, salicilic acid (SA) and ethylene (ET) are known to play major roles in regulating plant defence responses. In order to determine the changes in growth and in the chlorophyll content induced by the exogenous application of these elicitors, a set of DH lines of the Oregon-Wolfe Barley mapping population, previously screened to locate aphid resistant genes, was investigated. The aim of the current research was to map the induced defence genes and to reveal the relationship with aphid resistance. There were highly significant differences between controls and hormone treated plants in the aerial fresh and dry weights (AFW, ADW), the foliar area (FA) and the root dry weight (RDW). More than 15 JA and ET-induced lines exceeded the chlorophyll (Ch) values of their controls. Most of the plant traits were associated with the same genetic windows on chromosomes 3H, 5H and 7H in the controls and hormone treated plants. QTL(s) identified on chromosome 3H and 5H explained most of the variation of AFW, ADW, FA and RDW of controls and treated plants. QTL(s) located on chromosome 5H were associated with the variation of chlorophyll contents on JA-treated plants. The Ch in ET and ABA-treated plants was associated with two different regions on chromosome 7H. One of the latter genetic windows also explained the variation of RDW of ET- and ABA-treated plants. A sequence homology search was performed to derive the putative function of the genes linked to the QTLs. Several QTLs were identified located close to aphid resistance genes previously mapped. This is the first report of genes associated with hormone response in barley that could be involved with insect resistance. Those recombinant lines carrying the appropriate alleles could be useful for breeding barley to enlarge the genetic base of defence against stress.  相似文献

Two sets of intervarietal chromosome substitution lines in the recipient, susceptible cultivar ‘Chinese Spring’ were screened to identify the wheat chromosomes involved with antixenosis, antibiosis and tolerance resistance to greenbug and Russian wheat aphid. The amphiploid ‘Synthetic’ and the cultivar ‘Hope’ were the donor parents. Antixenosis, antibiosis and tolerance were evaluated with conventional tests in controlled environmental conditions using a clone of greenbug biotype C and a clone of RWA collected on wheat. Antixenosis against greenbug was accounted for by several chromosomes in both sets of substitution lines with chromosome 2B contributing the highest level of this type of resistance. The highest levels of antixenosis against RWA were associated with the group of chromosomes 7 of the substitutions CS/Syn set and the chromosome substitutions 2B, 6A and 7D of the CS/Hope set. Antibiosis against both aphids species was accounted for by several different chromosomes. The highest levels of antibiosis for most of RWA resistance traits were recorded from the 1B substitution line of the CS/Hope set. More than one gene appears to determine antibiosis. Tolerance to both greenbug and the RWA was significantly associated with chromosomes 1A,1D, and 6D in the CS/Syn set of substitutions. These lines showed enhanced plant growth under aphid infestation. The highest levels of antixenosis, antibiosis and tolerance against the two aphid species occurred mostly in different substitution lines. Consequently, the different types of resistance for both pests seem to be partially independent. Since different genes seem to be involved in at least several traits of the resistance categories against the two aphid species, such genes could be combined in new cultivars of wheat to broaden their genetic base of resistance against the greenbug and the RWA. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Soil waterlogging and drought are major environmental stresses that suppress rapeseed (Brassica napus) growth and yield. To identify quantitative trait loci (QTL) associated with waterlogging tolerance and drought resistance at the rapeseed seedling stage, we generated a doubled haploid (DH) population consisting of 150 DH lines from a cross between two B. napus lines, namely, line No2127-17 × 275B F4 (waterlogging-tolerant and drought-resistant) and line Huyou15 × 5900 F4 (waterlogging-sensitive and drought-sensitive). A genetic linkage map was constructed using 183 simple sequence repeat and 157 amplified fragment length polymorphism markers for the DH population. Phenotypic data were collected under waterlogging, drought and control conditions, respectively, in two experiments. Five traits (plant height, root length, shoot dry weight, root dry weight and total dry weight) were investigated. QTL associated with the five traits, waterlogging tolerance coefficient (WTC) and drought resistance coefficient (DRC) of all the traits were identified via composite interval mapping, respectively. A total of 28 QTL were resolved for the five traits under control conditions, 26 QTL for the traits under waterlogging stresses and 31 QTL for the traits under drought conditions. Eleven QTL were detected by the WTC, and 19 QTL related to DRC were identified. The results suggest that the genetic bases of both waterlogging tolerance and drought resistance are complex. Some of the QTL for waterlogging tolerance-related traits overlapped with QTL for drought resistance-related traits, indicating that the genetic bases of waterlogging tolerance and drought resistance in the DH population were related in some degree.  相似文献

In order to detect quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for drought tolerance in wheat during seed germination conditional and unconditional QTL analyses of eight seedling traits were conducted under two water regimes using three related F9 recombinant inbred line populations with a common female parent. A total of 87 QTLs for the eight seedlings traits and 34 specific QTLs related to drought tolerance were detected. Seventy-one of these QTLs were major QTLs with contributions to phenotypic variance of >10 %. Of the 34 QTLs related to drought tolerance only eight were also detected by unconditional analysis of seedling traits under osmotic stress conditions indicating that most of the QTLs related to drought tolerance could not be detected by unconditional QTL analysis. Therefore, conditional QTL analysis of stress-tolerance traits such as drought tolerance was feasible and effective. Of 11 important QTL clusters located on chromosomes 1BL, 1D, 2A, 2B, 2D, 4A, 6B, and 7B, nine were detected in multiple populations and eight were detected by both unconditional and conditional analyses.  相似文献

A collection of tritordeum amphiploids (Hordeum chilense × Triticum turgadum) and their wheat parents were screened for resistance against the two main aphid pesis of cereals, the greenhug. Schizaphis graminum Rond. and ihe Russian wheat aphid (RWA) Diuraphis naxia Mord-vilko. Antixenosis. antibiosis and tolerance were evaluated in controlled environmental conditions using a. clone of greenbug biotypc C and a clone of RWA collected on pasta wheat. Tritordeum amphiploids pos-sess genetic resistance against greenbug and RWA; some of the lines tested were more resistant than the parental wheat line. Four principal components explained the resistance against both aphid species. The antixenosis shown against both pests was mainly contributed by their wheat parents. The antibiosis againsl both aphid species was obviously dependent on diflerent plant traits. The highest levels of antibiosis against the two aphids occurred in different amphiploids. Different genes are involved in the antibiotic reaction against the two aphids. The Tritordeum resistance to RWA is based on anlixenosis and ant-biosis since the tolerance trails were not independent of the other types of resistance. The level of tolerance shown to the greenbug was variable and appears to be controlled by differeni mechanisms. The tolerance to aphids shown by H. chilense is expressed in the amphiploids. but with some genomic interaction. Genes conferring resistance to aphids in H. chilensee could be incorporated into new cultivars of wheat to broaden their genetic base of resistance against greenbug and RWA.  相似文献

The inheritance of flowering time trait in spring-type rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) is poorly understood, and the investigations on mapping of quantitative trait loci (QTL) for the trait are only few. We identified QTL underlying variation for flowering time in a doubled haploid (DH) mapping population of nonvernalization-responsive canola (B. napus L.) cultivar 465 and line 86 containing introgressions from Houyou11, a Chinese early-flowering cultivar in Brassica rapa L. Significant genetic variation in flowering time and response to photoperiod were observed among the DH lines from 465/86. A molecular linkage map was generated comprising three types of markers loci. QTL analysis indicated that flowering time is a complex trait and is controlled by at least 4 major loci, localized on four different linkage groups A6, A7, C8 and C9. These loci each accounted for between 9.2 and 12.56 % of the total genotypic variation for first flowering. The published high-density maps for flowering time mapping used different marker systems, and the parents of our crosses have different genetic origins, with either spring-type B. napus or B. rapa. So we cannot determine whether the QTL on the same linkage groups were in the same region or not. There was evidence of additive × additive epistatic effects for flowering time in the DH population. Epistasis existed not only between main-effect QTLs, but also between QTLs with minor effects. Four pair of epistasis effects between minor QTLs explained about 20 % of the genetic variance observed in the DH population. The results indicated that minor QTLs for flowering time should not be ignored. Significant genotypes × environment interactions were also found for the quantitative traits, and with significant change in the ranking of the DH lines in different environments. The results implied that FQ3 was a non-environment-specific QTL and may control flowering time by autonomous pathway. FQ4 were winter-environment-specific QTL and may control flowering time by photoperiod-pathway. Identification of the chromosomal location and effect of the genes influencing flowering time may hasten the development of canola varieties having an optimal time for flowering in target environments such as for high altitude areas, via marker-assisted selection.  相似文献

Drought stress is presently a major productivity limiting factor in wheat. This study developed five wheat lines with inbuilt tolerance to drought stress using marker‐assisted backcross breeding (MABB) approach employing three linked quantitative trait loci (QTLs) in an initial population of 516 BC1F1 plants. The high‐yielding wheat cultivar ‘HD2733’ grown over last few years extensively in the eastern plains of India is largely sensitive to drought and is used as the recurrent parent. ‘HI1500’ released for water‐limiting conditions and carrying drought‐tolerant QTLs was used as donor parent. MABB lines were advanced using foreground and background selection, coupled with stringent phenotyping. We identified 29 lines that were homozygous for targeted QTLs in different combinations with background recovery range of 89.2%–95.4%. Further evaluation of selected lines for physiological traits and distinctness, uniformity and stability (DUS) characters under rainfed condition identified five potential varieties for national varietal evaluation programme in the zone. The report is first of its kind in implementing known QTLs for the development of drought‐tolerant wheat lines through MABB approach.  相似文献

To improve salt tolerance of two elite rice varieties, Ce258 and Zhongguangxiang1 (ZGX1), two sets of introgression lines (ILs) each comprising 200 BC1F10 lines derived from a common donor, IR75862, and two recipient parents, Ce258 and ZGX1, were used for mapping of QTLs for four salt tolerance‐related traits at the seedling stage. Although the three parents were susceptible to salt, the two IL populations showed transgressive segregations for salt tolerance with 12 and 8 salt tolerance ILs in the Ce258‐ILs and ZGX1‐ILs. Eighteen main‐effect QTLs were identified for the four traits in the two IL populations, and the IR75862 alleles at most loci showed increased and decreased salt tolerance in the ZGX1 and Ce258 backgrounds, suggesting overwhelming genetic background effects on QTL detection for salt tolerance. The qDSS11 simultaneously detected in the two backgrounds was validated in a F2 population derived from a salt tolerance line and ZGX1. Our results indicated that salt tolerance‐enhancing allele could be identified in the elite susceptible breeding lines and that introgression of the favourable alleles could facilitate the development of superior lines with greater salt tolerance levels.  相似文献

A collection of 26 cultivars of wheat Triticum aestivum were screened for resistance against the two main aphid pests of cereals, the greenbug Schizaphis graminum Rond. and the Russian wheat aphid (RWA) Diuraphis noxia Mordvilko. Since genetic variability has been found in Argentinean populations of both aphid species, this work was aimed at determining the response of different types of resistance in wheat cultivars when infested with aphids. Antixenosis, antibiosis and tolerance were evaluated with traditional tests in controlled environmental conditions using a clone of greenbug biotype C and a clone of RWA collected on wheat. Genetic resistance was found against one or both aphid species in several wheats. Most of the highest levels of antixenosis, antibiosis and tolerance against the two aphids occurred in different cultivars; as a consequence the resistance mechanisms for both pests appear to be partly independent. Antibiosis against greenbug or RWA appears to be determined by two different sets of genes, one affecting development time and the other reducing fecundity and longevity. The antibiosis against both aphid species in terms of their development time and the intrinsic rate of population increase resulted in a partial cross effect of these aphid traits against the alternative insect species. Nonetheless, the same cultivars affected the total fertility and the longevity of both aphids. Since the highest plant performance levels and the least plant damage were recorded in different wheats, different patterns of tolerance were displayed against the greenbug and the RWA. Consequently, different genes appear to be involved in several traits of the resistance mechanisms against the two aphids. The genes that independently conferred resistance to aphids could be combined in new cultivars of wheat to broaden their genetic base of resistance against the greenbug and the RWA.  相似文献

Development of soybean cultivars with high seed yield is a major focus in soybean breeding programs. This study was conducted to identify genetic loci associated with seed yield-related traits in soybean and also to clarify consistency of the detected QTLs with QTLs found by previous researchers. A population of 135 F2:3 lines was developed from a cross between a vegetable soybean line (MJ0004-6) and a landrace cultivar from Myanmar (R18500). They were evaluated in the experimental field of Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen, Nakhon Pathom, Thailand in a randomized complete block design with two replications each in 2011 and 2012 growing seasons. The two parents exhibited contrasting characteristics for most of the traits that were mapped. Analysis of variance showed that the main effects of genotype and environment (year) were significant for all studied traits. Genotype by environment interaction was also highly significant for all the traits. The population was genotyped by 149 polymorphic SSR markers and the genetic map consisted of 129 SSR loci which converged into 38 linkage groups covering 1156 cM of soybean genome. There were 10 QTLs significantly associated with seed yield-related traits across two seasons with single QTLs explaining between 5.0% to 21.9% of the phenotypic variation. Three of these QTLs were detected in both years for days to flowering, days to maturity and 100 seed weight. Most of the detected QTLs in our research were consistent with earlier QTLs reported by previous researchers. However, four novel QTLs including SF1, SF2 and SF3 on linkage groups L and N for seed filling period and PN1 on linkage group D1b for pod number were identified in the present study.  相似文献

Reduced leaf senescence (stay-green) has been demonstrated to improve tolerance of post-flowering moisture stress in grain sorghum. A number of quantitative trait loci (QTLs) associated with stay-green have been identified in sorghum, to facilitate transfer of this trait into adapted genetic backgrounds. This study reports initial evaluations, in both well watered and post-flowering stress environments, following partial introgression (BC2F3/BC1F4 generations) of four stable stay-green QTLs (StgB, Stg1, Stg3 and Stg4) from donor parent B35 to senescent variety R 16. The majority of the introgression lines had higher leaf chlorophyll levels at flowering (a distinctive trait of the donor parent) and a greater percentage green leaf area during the latter part of grain filling, than did R 16, indicating that the stay-green QTLs were expressed phenotypically in the R 16 background. None of the QTL introgression lines achieved the same level of stay-green as B35, however. Maintenance of a greater relative green leaf area during the latter half of grain filling was related to a greater relative grain yield in two of three post-flowering moisture deficit environments in which the materials were evaluated (r 2 = 0.34 in 2004–2005 and r 2 = 0.76 in 2005–2006), as was a direct measure of leaf chlorophyll in one of the post-flowering stress environments in which this was measured (r 2 = 0.42, P < 0.05). Thus the study provided useful evidence that the marker-assisted backcross transfer of stay-green QTLs from B35 into an adapted, but senescent background has the potential to enhance tolerance of post-flowering drought stress in sorghum.  相似文献

To map quantitative trait loci (QTL) and heterotic loci (HL) related to grain number per spike (GNS), 168 double haploid (DH) populations derived from Huapei?3?×?Yumai?57 and an immortalized F 2 population (IF 2) generated by randomly permutated intermating of these DH populations were investigated. Using inclusive composite interval mapping (ICIM), a total of nine and eight significant QTLs for GNS were detected in three different environments in DH and IF 2 populations, respectively. QTLs on chromosomes?1A, 2B, 3B, and 6A were observed between two populations. Five QTLs were detected on chromosome?1A. Of these QTLs, QGns1A-1 was a major QTL explaining 31.25?% of phenotypic variation. QGns2B-2 detected on chromosome?2B had the most significant additive effects, explaining 46.75?% of phenotypic variation with the favorable allele contributed by Yumai?57 corresponding to an increase of 5.69?kernels. Mid-parent heterosis of each cross in the IF 2 population was used to map heterotic quantitative trait loci. A total of 17 HLs were detected. QTLs and HLs on chromosomes?2B and 6A were observed in the IF 2 population. Three HLs, QHgns1B-2, QHgns2B, and QHgns6A-1, were detected in two environments and expressed stably. These results showed that some intervals on chromosomes?1B, 2B, and 6A play an important role in GNS heterosis in wheat, improving understanding of this phenomenon.  相似文献

Two genetic linkage maps based on doubled haploid (DH) and recombinant inbred lines (RILs) populations, derived from the same indica-japonica cross ‘Samgang × Nagdong’, were constructed to analyze the quantitative trait loci (QTLs) affecting agronomic traits in rice. The segregations of agronomic traits in RILs population showed larger variations than those in DH population. A total of 10 and 12 QTLs were identified on six chromosomes using DH population and seven chromosomes using RILs population, respectively. Three stable QTLs including pl9.1, ph1.1, and gwp11.1 were detected through different years. The percentages of phenotypic variation explained by individual QTLs ranged from 8 to 18% in the DH population and 9 to 33% in the RILs population. Twenty-three epistatic QTLs were identified in the DH population, while 21 epistatic QTLs were detected in the RILs population. Epistatic interactions played an important role in controlling the agronomic traits genetically. Four significant main-effect QTLs were involved in the digenic interactions. Significant interactions between QTLs and environments (QE) were identified in two populations. The QTLs affecting grain weight per panicle (GWP) were more sensitive to the environmental changes. The comparison and QTLs analysis between two populations across different years should help rice breeders to comprehend the genetic mechanisms of quantitative traits and improve breeding programs in marker-assisted selection (MAS).  相似文献

Chromium contamination in soil has become a severe threat to crop production and food safety. The experiment was conducted using a rice DH population to detect the QTLs associated with Cr tolerance. Seventeen putative QTLs associated with growth traits included three additive loci and fourteen epistatic loci. These loci were distributed on 11 rice chromosomes, and their contribution to the phenotypic variation ranged from 2.44 to 10.08%. Two QTLs located at the similar genetic region on chromosome ten were associated with shoot Cr concentration and translocation from roots to shoots, respectively; and they accounted for 11.65 and 11.22% of the phenotypic variation. In addition, six QTLs related to Zn concentration and translocation was found on chromosomes 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 and 12. Meanwhile epistatic effect existed in the two additive QTLs of qRZC1 and qRZC7. Most of QTLs controlling Zn concentration had small genotypic variance and qSRZ4 related to Zn translocation showed growth condition-dependent expression.  相似文献

Low-nitrogen (LN) tolerance is a compound character with a complex genetic basis. Many agronomic traits have been shown to be closely related to LN tolerance in maize. In this study, 150 F7 recombinant inbred lines derived from a cross between inbreds 178 and K12 were evaluated for agronomical and physiological traits under high-nitrogen (HN) and LN conditions in 2 years. Inclusive composite interval mapping (ICIM) was used to identify the quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for traits recorded under different treatments (LN and HN) in 2 years. In total, 86 QTLs were detected: 38 for HN and 35 for LN, while 13 QTLs were detected under both nitrogen levels, suggesting that LN-specific QTLs may play a role in improving LN tolerance in maize. Overlapping QTLs for different traits were located on all chromosomes except chromosome 4 and chromosome 9. Many of these regions overlapped with previously reported QTLs. Several consensus major QTLs and LN-specific major QTLs found in the study can be used in marker-assisted selection breeding for genetic improvement and LN tolerance in maize in the future.  相似文献

Average maize yield per hectare has increased significantly because of the improvement in high-density tolerance, but little attention has been paid to the genetic mechanism of grain yield response to high planting density. Here, we used a population of 301 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from the cross YE478 × 08–641 to detect quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for 16 yield-related traits under two planting densities (57,000 and 114,000 plants per ha) across four environments. These yield-related traits responded differently to high-density stress. A total of 110 QTLs were observed for these traits: 33 QTLs only under low planting density, 50 QTLs under high planting density and 27 QTLs across both densities. Only two major QTLs, qCD6 and qWKEL2-2, were identified across low- and high-density treatments. Seven environmentally stable QTLs were also observed containing qED6, qWKEL3, qRN3-3, qRN7-2, qRN9-2 and qRN10 across both densities, as well as qRN9-1 under low density. In addition, 16 and eight pairs of loci with epistasis interaction (EPI) were detected under low and high planting densities, respectively. Additionally, nine and 17 loci showed QTL × environment interaction (QEI) under low- and high-density conditions, respectively. These interactions are of lesser importance than the main QTL effects. We also observed 26 pleiotropic QTL clusters, and the hotspot region 3.08 concentrated nine QTLs, suggesting its great importance for maize yield. These findings suggested that multiple minor QTLs, loci with EPI and QEI, pleiotropy and the complex network of “crosstalk” among them for yield-related traits were greatly influenced by plant density, which increases our understanding of the genetic mechanism of yield-related traits for high-density tolerance.  相似文献
