准确、及时地获取大面积地表土壤水分信息在农业科学领域具有较大的应用潜力。本文以地域特色突出的广东省徐闻县为试验区,联合使用双极化ENVISAT-ASAR数据和光学遥感MODIS数据,充分利用MODIS数据的高重复覆盖率,提取试验日期内的归一化差分水指数(NDWI),计算各试验点所对应的植被含水量(VWC)数据,相较于NDVI,NDWI具有不易饱和的特点,更加适合于本次研究所在的高植被覆盖区。最后利用"水—云模型"从ASAR数据总的后向散射中去除植被的影响,建立裸土后向散射系数与实测土壤含水量之间的关系,拟合结果VV极化优于HH极化,相关系数为VV极化R=0.865,HH极化R=0.676,总体上针对农作物覆盖地表土壤水分变化的估算算法还需要更进一步发展和改进,以提高反演精度。  相似文献

This research considers the applicability of different vegetation indices at 30 m resolution for mapping and monitoring desert wetland (cienega) health and spatial extent through time at Cienega Creek in southeastern Arizona, USA. Multiple stressors including the risk of decadal-scale drought, the effects of current and predicted global warming, and continued anthropogenic pressures threaten aquatic habitats in the southwest and cienegas are recognized as important sites for conservation and restoration efforts. However, cienegas present a challenge to satellite-imagery based analysis due to their small size and mixed surface cover of open water, exposed soils, and vegetation. We created time series of five well-known vegetation indices using annual Landsat Thematic Mapper (TM) images retrieved during the April–June dry season, from 1984 to 2011 to map landscape-level distribution of wetlands and monitor the temporal dynamics of individual sites. Indices included the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), the Soil-Adjusted Vegetation Index (SAVI), the Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI), and the Normalized Difference Infrared Index (NDII). One topographic index, the Topographic Wetness Index (TWI), was analyzed to examine the utility of topography in mapping distribution of cienegas. Our results indicate that the NDII, calculated using Landsat TM band 5, outperforms the other indices at differentiating cienegas from riparian and upland sites, and was the best means to analyze change. As such, it offers a critical baseline for future studies that seek to extend the analysis of cienegas to other regions and time scales, and has broader applicability to the remote sensing of wetland features in arid landscapes.  相似文献

利用光谱仪通过大田试验测量不同氮素水平及不同生育期冬小麦冠层的光谱反射率,测算叶面积指数(LAI)、叶绿素含量(CHL)、叶绿素密度(CHL.D)、地上鲜生物量和地上干生物量等农学参数;在此基础上分析了不同氮素水平冬小麦生育期内的光谱植被指数的变化,并分析了农学参数与植被指数之间的相关性。结果表明:小麦叶面积指数、叶绿素密度与比值植被指数(RVI)和归一化差值植被指数(NDVI)在各生育期呈显著相关,小麦叶片的叶绿素含量与RVI、NDVI在抽穗期呈极显著相关,而地上鲜生物量、地上干生物量与RVI和NDVI从起身到孕穗期呈显著相关。  相似文献

The objective of the study was to develop a remote sensing(i.e., Landsat-8 and MODIS)-based agricultural drought indicator(ADI) at 30-m spatial resolution and 8-day temporal resolution and also to evaluate its performance over a heterogeneous agriculture dominant semi-arid region in Jordan. Firstly, we used principal component analysis(PCA) to evaluate the correlations among six commonly used remote sensing-derived agricultural drought related variables. The variables included normalized difference water index(NDWI), normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI), visible and shortwave drought index(VSDI), normalized multiband drought index(NMDI), moisture stress index(MSI), and land surface temperature(LST). Secondly, we integrated the relatively less correlated variables(that were found to be NDWI, VSDI, and LST) to generate four agricultural drought categories/conditions(i.e., wet, mild drought, moderate drought, and severe drought). Finally, we evaluated the ADI maps against a set of 8-day ground-based standardized precipitation index values(i.e., SPI-1, SPI-2, …, SPI-8) by use of confusion matrices and observed the best results for SPI-4(i.e., overall accuracy and Kappa-values were 83% and 76%, respectively) and SPI-5(i.e., overall accuracy and Kappa-values were 85% and 78%, respectively). The results demonstrated that the method would be valuable for monitoring agricultural drought conditions in semi-arid regions at both a reasonably high spatial resolution(i.e., 30-m) and a short time period(i.e., 8-day).  相似文献

为建立快速有效的豚草生物防治效果评价技术体系,采用基于成像光谱遥感技术的多波段光谱辐射仪,研究豚草被广聚萤叶甲取食后冠层光谱反射率的变化规律,并利用冠层光谱特征值评价广聚萤叶甲对豚草的控制效果.广聚萤叶甲的取食会引起豚草的冠层光谱发生变化,在绿光区560nm和近红外区710~810nm处,随着被取食程度的加重,豚草冠层光谱反射率逐渐降低;在黄光区660nm处,随着被取食程度的加重,豚草冠层光谱反射率逐渐升高.豚草被广聚萤叶甲取食后,归一化植被指数、比值植被指数、差值植被指数、再归一化植被指数均显著低于未被取食的对照组.在可见光绿光区560nm处和近红外区710nm和760nm处豚草冠层光谱反射率与其被取食程度均达到显著负相关,故可以将可见光绿光区560nm、近红外区710nm和760nm这3个波段作为监测的敏感波段.  相似文献

Leaf biochemical properties have been widely assessed using hyperspectral reflectance information by inversion of PROSPECT model or by using hyperspectral indices,but few studies have focused on arid ecosystems.As a dominant species of riparian ecosystems in arid lands,Populus euphratica Oliv.is an unusual tree species with polymorphic leaves along the vertical profile of canopy corresponding to different growth stages.In this study,we evaluated both the inversed PROSPECT model and hyperspectral indices for estimating biochemical properties of P.euphratica leaves.Both the shapes and biochemical properties of P.euphratica leaves were found to change with the heights from ground surface.The results indicated that the model inversion calibrated for each leaf shape performed much better than the model calibrated for all leaf shapes,and also better than hyperspectral indices.Similar results were obtained for estimations of equivalent water thickness (EWT) and leaf mass per area (LMA).Hyperspectral indices identified in this study for estimating these leaf properties had root mean square error (RMSE) and R 2 values between those obtained with the two calibration strategies using the inversed PROSPECT model.Hence,the inversed PROSPECT model can be applied to estimate leaf biochemical properties in arid ecosystems,but the calibration to the model requires special attention.  相似文献

以青海省金银滩草原为研究区,采用Sentinel-2卫星影像结合地面实测数据进行草地地上生物量估算研究。分析了18种典型植被指数与生物量的拟合关系,通过精度评价和敏感性分析确定了不同植被指数模型的适用范围,并提出基于多植被指数模型的协同估算方案来提高草地生物量的制图精度,尝试克服传统单变量植被指数模型适用范围受限的问题。结果表明:18种植被指数与生物量的最优拟合模型呈现幂函数和指数函数两种类型,其中幂函数模型中CIgreen (Green chlorophyll index)所对应的估算精度最高,且当生物量高于0.65 kg·m-2时适用性最强;指数函数模型中NDII(Normalized difference infrared index)所对应的估算精度最高,且当生物量低于0.65 kg·m-2时适用性最强,且NDII与CIgreen模型的适用范围具有互补性。提出的多植被指数协同估算模型对应的R2cv达到了0.61,RMSEcv为0.226 kg·m-2,相对于单植被指数模型精度明显提高,R2cv增加7.0%以上,RMSEcv减小超过3.8%。综上,提出的多指数模型协同估算方案充分考虑了不同指数模型的适用范围,提高了牧草生物量的估算精度。  相似文献

以中引6号冬小麦为观测对象,大田利用Unispec-SC型单通道便携式光谱仪观测不同灌水处理条件小麦冠层光谱特征,并结合相应遥感指数,筛选对干旱响应敏感的指数。结果表明,宁南山区冬小麦灌浆期与乳熟期的冠层光谱特征存在差异;虽然不同干旱胁迫下的冬小麦冠层光谱反射率曲线形式基本类似,但在大多数波段,反射率值的大小明显不同;在应用各种遥感指数监测宁南山区冬小麦干旱时,根据具体情况可优先在RVI和NDVI中选择,其次可以考虑选用EVI。  相似文献

Hyperspectral remote sensing was used to detect stress on potted rice plants caused by the Brown Planthopper (BPH), Nilaparvata lugens (Stål). BPH damage influenced reflectance of rice plants compared to uninfested plants in the visible and near-infrared regions of the electromagnetic spectrum. Correlations between plant reflectance and BPH damage, when plotted against wavelengths, enabled us to identify four sensitive wavelengths, at 1986, 665, 1792 and 500 nm, in relation to BPH stress on rice plants. Based on rice plant reflectance corresponding to the sensitive wavelengths, three hyperspectral indices were developed. The BPH damage showed a positive association with normalized pigment chlorophyll index, and a negative relationship with normalized difference vegetation index and soil adjusted vegetation index. Using rice plant reflectance corresponding to the sensitive wavelengths, a multiple-linear regression model was developed and validated, which would facilitate assessment of BPH damage based on rice plant reflectance, thereby ensuring prompt forewarning to stakeholders.  相似文献

基于不同时长和程度的干旱胁迫试验,采用ASD光谱仪,研究了不同干旱胁迫处理下不同基因型烤烟叶片水分含量与光谱特征的变化规律,分析不同烤烟叶片水分指标FMC(叶片相对含水量)、LEWT(叶片等效水厚度)与光谱特征参数间的相关关系,构建烤烟叶片水分指标的高光谱特征参数模型。结果表明:不同程度干旱胁迫下烤烟叶片含水量和光谱反射率均随干旱程度的加重而降低,在不同干旱时长下,FMC的变化并不明显,而LEWT对其较为敏感,说明不同干旱胁迫处理间EWT的差异要比FMC显著,不同基因型烤烟品种表现一致,表明LEWT比FMC更适合反映旺长期烤烟叶片水分状况。利用光谱参数建立FMC和LEWT的一元及多元线性模型和BP神经网络模型中,均以BP神经模型网络模型效果最好,其模型R2(决定系数)分别为0.8650、0.9464,RMSE(均方根误差)分别达到0.0049、0.0047,表明模型的精度和稳定性均较好。  相似文献

Soil salinity and ground surface morphology in the Lower Cheliff plain(Algeria) can directly or indirectly impact the stability of environments. Soil salinization in this area is a major pedological problem related to several natural factors, and the topography appears to be important in understanding the spatial distribution of soil salinity. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between topographic parameters and soil salinity, giving their role in understanding and estimating the spatial distribution of soil salinity in the Lower Cheliff plain. Two satellite images of Landsat 7 in winter and summer 2013 with reflectance values and the digital elevation model(DEM) were used. We derived the elevation and slope gradient values from the DEM corresponding to the sampling points in the field. We also calculated the vegetation and soil indices(i.e. NDVI(normalized difference vegetation index), RVI(ratio vegetation index), BI(brightness index) and CI(color index)) and soil salinity indices, and analyzed the correlations of soil salinity with topography parameters and the vegetation and soil indices. The results showed that soil salinity had no correlation with slope gradient, while it was significantly correlated with elevation when the EC(electrical conductivity) values were less than 8 d S/m. Also, a good relationship between the spectral bands and measured soil EC was found, leading us to define a new salinity index, i.e. soil adjusted salinity index(SASI). SASI showed a significant correlation with elevation and measured soil EC values. Finally, we developed a multiple linear regression for soil salinity prediction based on elevation and SASI. With the prediction power of 45%, this model is the first one developed for the study area for soil salinity prediction by the combination of remote sensing and topographic feature analysis.  相似文献

Leaf traits can directly reflect the adaptation strategies of plants to the environment. However, there is limited knowledge on the adaptation strategies of heteromorphic leaves of male and female Populus euphratica Oliv. in response to individual developmental stages (i.e., diameter class) and canopy height changes. In this study, morphological and physiological properties of heteromorphic leaves of male and female P. euphratica were investigated. Results showed that both male and female P. euphratica exhibited increased leaf area (LA), leaf dry weight (LDW), leaf thickness (LT), net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (gs), proline (Pro), and malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration, decreased leaf shape index (LI) and specific leaf area (SLA) with increasing diameter and canopy height. Leaf water potential (LWP) increased with increasing diameter, LWP decreased significantly with increasing canopy height in both sexes, and carbon isotope fraction (δ13C) increased significantly with canopy height in both sexes, all of which showed obvious resistance characteristics. However, males showed greater LA, LT, Pn, Tr, and Pro than females at the same canopy height, and males showed significantly higher LA, SLA, LT, Pn, Tr, gs, and MDA, but lower LWP and δ13C than females at the same canopy height, suggesting that male P. euphratica have stronger photosynthetic and osmoregulatory abilities, and are sensitive to water deficiency. Moreover, difference between male and female P. euphratica is closely related to the increase in individual diameter class and canopy height. In summary, male plants showed higher stress tolerance than female plants, and differences in Pn, gs, Tr, Pro, MDA, δ13C, and LWP between females and males were related to changes in leaf morphology, diameter class, and canopy height. The results of this study provide a theory for the differences in growth adaptation strategies during individual development of P. euphratica.  相似文献

小区栽培冬小麦,设计5种程度的干旱胁迫,利用防雨棚分别控制土壤重量含水量为田间持水量的45%、55%、65%、70%、80%,观测不同水分处理下冬小麦冠层温度、叶片水势和水分利用效率的变化及相关关系。结果显示,随着含水量的增加,各处理的平均和最高冠层温度整体呈下降趋势,叶水势和蒸腾速率呈上升趋势,在小麦抽穗期干旱胁迫最严重处理表现出最大水分利用效率,开花期的水分利用效率较抽穗期整体下降了50.70%;相关分析表明,抽穗期小麦的冠层温度与空气饱和差极显著正相关(P<0.01),开花期的冠层温度和叶水势呈显著负相关(P<0.05),冠层温度和空气饱和差存在着极显著正相关,空气饱和差和蒸腾速率极显著负相关,冠层温度和水分利用效率有着显著的正相关性。综上所述,冠层温度在小麦抽穗和开花期完全可以作为作物水分状况的有效监测指标之一。  相似文献

Monitoring is essential for appropriate rangeland management. The present study aimed to examine the potential of moderate resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS) satellite imagery in rangeland condition assessment and monitoring within and across vegetation types in the arid and semi-arid rangelands of central Iran. The normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) and enhanced vegetation index (EVI) were calculated from MODIS Aqua/Terra Level 1B data (related to 2003–2013). The obtained values were compared with vegetation cover measurements and rangeland condition classes at 110 sampling sites using linear regression, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), independent-samples t-tests, and Tukey’s pairwise comparisons. The results showed that two indices made stronger predictions of vegetation cover within a vegetation type (R2?>?0.87, P?R2?>?0.51, P?P?≤?0.001) in predicting rangeland condition classes (poor, fair, and good), but their performance varied between vegetation types. The NDVI classified about 73, 19, and 7.5% of the rangelands in poor, fair, and good condition classes, respectively. The good performance of MODIS NDVI index at different landscapes indicates that this index has high potential in detecting vegetation cover and discriminating different condition classes, therefore, it can be used to aid field- based techniques in rangeland condition assessment and monitoring.  相似文献

根据对日光温室条件下番茄全生育期的冠层温度、气温、土壤水分以及一些相关气象因素测定,分析了冠层叶-气温差与土壤容积含水率、湿度之间的关系。结果表明:在日光温室条件下,番茄全生育期内冠层叶-气温差的日变化呈曲线分布,冠层叶-气温差的最高值出现在每天的13∶00~15∶00之间。通过对主要生育期13∶00~15∶00的数据分析发现,冠层叶-气温差(△T)与土壤容积含水率(SW)以及棚内湿度(RH)之间有较好的复相关关系,结合容积含水率与湿度对冠层叶-气温差的综合影响,可以得出△T与SW呈负相关关系,与RH呈正相关关系,相关系数R2为0.778。通过偏相关分析,冠层叶-气温差与容积含水率的相关性最大,呈负相关关系,相关系数R2为0.778,并通过数据验证,实测值(Y)与模拟值(X)相关性较好,相关系数R2为0.723。因此可通过监测13∶00~15∶00的冠层叶-气温差来了解作物的水分状况,为农田土壤水分诊断提供科学依据。  相似文献

The effects of soil conditions on nematode populations were investigated in a field study at the Avdat Research Farm, Israel. Soil samples from the upper soil layer (0-10 cm) were collected monthly during November 1997 and October 1998, under the canopy of three halophyte shrubs: Zygophyllum dumousum, Hammadetum scopariae and Reaumuria negevensis. Ecological indices such as fungivore to bac terivore ratio (F/B), ratio of fungivores and bacterivores to plant parasites (WI), trophic diversity (TD) and Shannon index (H') were used to assess and compare the response of nematode populations to the soil conditions. The mean numbers of total nematodes during January 1998 April 1998 were less under Z. dumosum than under H. scoparia, and those of total nematodes during April 1998 October 1998 were higher under R. negevensis than under the control soil. Bacterivores under the three shrubs were the most abundant trophic group. Significant differences were found between months and between treatments for total nematodes, bacterivores and plant parasites. The content of K + exhibited a positive correlation with total nematodes, bacterivores, plant parasites and omnivores-predators, and that of Ca 2+ presented a negative correlation with bacterivores. F/B, WI, TD, and H' were effetive in distinguishing differences in nematode populations during the study period.  相似文献

应用规一化植被指数(NDVI)、土壤调节植被指数(SAVI)和修正后的土壤调节植被指数(MSAVI),研究了TM影像植被信息的提取技术。结果表明,SAVI较之NDVI和MSAVI,消除土壤背景影响和适应植被密度变化的能力更强,是植被信息提取效果较好的植被指数。使用SAVI,关键是要确定一个合适的土壤调节参数L,以最大限度地消除土壤背景的影响,SAVI提出时推荐的最佳L值(0.5)应用于卫片处理有很大局限性;基于研究结果,本文给出了适于不同植被条件卫片处理的最佳L取值。  相似文献

Leaf wetness provides a wide range of benefits not only to leaves,but also to ecosystems and communities.It regulates canopy eco-hydrological processes and drives spatial differences in hydrological flux.In spite of these functions,little remains known about the spatial distribution of leaf wetness under different soil water conditions.Leaf wetness measurements at the top(180 cm),middle(135 cm),and bottom(85 cm)of the canopy positions of rainfed jujube(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)in the Chinese loess hilly region were obtained along with meteorological and soil water conditions during the growing seasons in 2019 and 2020.Under soil water non-deficit condition,the frequency of occurrence of leaf wetness was 5.45%higher at the top than at the middle and bottom of the canopy positions.The frequency of occurrence of leaf wetness at the top,middle and bottom of the canopy positions was over 80%at 17:00?18:00(LST).However,the occurrence of leaf wetness at the top was earlier than those at the middle and bottom of the canopy positions.Correspondingly,leaf drying at the top was also latter than those at the middle and bottom of the canopy positions.Leaf wetness duration at the middle was similar to that at the bottom of the canopy position,but about 1.46-3.01 h less than that at the top.Under soil water deficit condition,the frequency of occurrence of leaf wetness(4.92%-45.45%)followed the order of top>middle>bottom of the canopy position.As the onset of leaf wetness was delayed,the onset of wet leaf drying was advanced and the leaf wetness duration was shortened.Leaf wetness duration at the top was linearly related(R2>0.70)to those at the middle and bottom of the canopy positions under different soil water conditions.In conclusion,the hydrological processes at canopy surfaces of rainfed jujube depended on the position of leaves,thus adjusting canopy structure to redistribute hydrological process is a way to meet the water need of jujube.  相似文献

利用山西省1961-2006年夏季降水量资料和四种东亚夏季风指数,采用相关分析和距平分析法,对比分析了山西夏季降水与四种东亚季风指数的关联性。结果表明:山西夏季降水与四种东亚夏季风指数的相关性有好有坏,与郭其蕴GI和王斌WI指数的相关性均比与黄刚HI指数和李建平LI指数表现的好,但夏季降水与GI指数为正相关而与WI指数为负相关,其中高相关区分布在南部和中部;GI和WI指数距平符号对山西夏季降水异常有较好表征意义,尤其在干旱年份,而HI和LI指数几乎没有表征能力;GI和WI高指数年和低指数年降水差异明显,在南部和中部尤为显著,而HI和LI指数差异较小,且空间分布上有正有负。  相似文献
