This paper presents an exponential time-varying demand production-inventory mode for deteriorating items with variable lost sale factor and backlogging rates relative to the inventory level and production stages during shortage period. The unique optimal solution is found by Mathematica 5.0. It is proved that service level and deteriorating rate have a greater impact on inventory total cost than demand increasing factor and lost sale factor by sensitivity analysis. The factors must be considered for inventory decision-making of production enterprises.  相似文献

Based on the former EPQ models with partial backlogging, this paper develops an EPQ model with exponential time-varying demand and different productivities. The existence of unique optimal solution is discussed by Mathematica 5.0. A numerical example and sensitivity analysis show that the impact of backlogging parameter on all the costs is greater than that of demand increasing factor and productivity during shortage period, and the impact of backlogging parameter on holding cost, shortage cost and opportunity cost due to lost sale is greater than that on setup cost and total cost.  相似文献

在日益激烈的企业生存竞争中,针对乳制品生产企业如何选取合适的生产批量和库存水平的问题,提出了成本-时间-客户满意度的三目标优化模型。首先,考虑乳制品的库存费用、周转时间和客户满意度,分别建立库存生产成本、库存周转时间和客户满意度优化模型;其次,以生产批量和库存水平为决策变量,应用多目标遗传算法,集成库存生产成本模型、库存周转时间模型和客户满意度模型,求出所有非劣解;最后,应用伪权向量法,通过保质期不同的产品验证提出的模型。结果表明,对于不同保质期的产品,均可得出最优库存生产批量大小和最优库存水平。  相似文献

In order to uncover the complex relation in the inventory data and lower the inventory level, based on the idea of black box method, all factors that influence demand are identified firstly. Then an initial forecast model of BP neural networks that adopt LM algorithm is established, and is trained using hospital inventory's history data. The interrelation's information of each factor that influences demand is stored in the link weights matrix W dispersedly. The final forecast model is obtained. We use the model to forecast the demand of medical equipment in Daping hospital. Based on it, the inventory cost is reduced enormously. The theory for the inventory system can be used to make management decision.  相似文献

This paper proposes a control strategy for the optimal control of the outsourcing production inventory system based on production point and production batch. The statistical probability distribution is used to describe the uncertainty of the production capacity of cooperative enterprises and the transportation time. The optimization model of the control parameters is developed with random production capacity for cooperative enterprises and random transportation time in order to minimize the holding cost,setup cost as well as the cost of production capacity waste. A simulation-based control parameters optimization algorithm is designed to solve the proposed model. The control strategy of production inventory system and the control parameters optimization algorithm proposed are validated by an example. We analyze the influence of the variation of the production point and production batch to the performance of the outsourcing production inventory system.  相似文献

In 1995, Padmanabhan and Vrat presented inventory models for deteriorating items with a constant selling price and stock dependent selling rate . Based on the result, in 2000, Kun-Jen Chung, Peter Chu and Shaw-Ping Lan devoloped the necessary and sufficient conditions of the existence and uniqueness of the optimal solutions of the profit per unit time functions without backlogging and with complete backlogging. Actually, the selling price need not be constant, it may be variable . This paper puts forward an EOQ model when the selling price is variable without backlogging, discusses the existence and uniqueness of optimum solution. The example is provided to illustrate the model. The theoretical evidence is provided for the inventory system to make management decision.  相似文献

For certain types of inventory, the ordering cycle and demand may be random variants, which satisfy certain types distribution. The classical EOQ model usually neglects the fact. Based on the constant demand, under the hypothesis that the ordering cycle is a random variant which satisfies exponent distribution, average demand is a linear increasing function, this paper considers the effects of the time-value of capital and inflation on replenishment strategy of inventory system. Loosening the condition of basic economic order quantity model under deterministic state, the total cost function of the model is provided. The optimum order quantity and cycle are obtained. The application range of EOQ model under the constant demand is widened. The theoretical evidence is provided for the inventory system to make management decision.  相似文献

The authors establish an original inventory model based on BP neural networks in dynamic environment using the inventory history data, and overcome the net overfitting problem occurred with insufficient samples by using early stopping method. After a simple-relation inventory model training is attained, they get inventory model and analyze it dynamically by reconstructing the model after getting new sample data. An example is provided to illustrate the model. The theoretical evidence is provided for the inventory system to make management decision.  相似文献

Vendor managed inventory(VMI) embodies the integrated idea of the supply chain management system, and it will reduce the cost of consumer and supplier if the VMI is applied successfully. The work efficiency is greatly affected because the allied suppliers must send people to the enterprise to manage inventory, implement the decision of the stock-in-trade and distill the payment for goods in the traditional VMI model. The decisions are always different because of analyzing the inventory information asynchronously between the main enterprise and the suppliers. A new VMI model based on Internet/Intranet was presented and introduced the framework,functions,the characters of technologies and hiberarchies in detail by analyzing the existing problems from the traditional VMI model. As the organization and the management mode of the enterprise in supply chain has changed, the inventory management in supply chain is different from the traditional inventory management for single enterprise. The effective inventory management in supply chain can improve the agility and more quickly response to the market. Considering the present problems in the inventory management in supply chain, it is presented that the performance evaluating principle and the evaluating index. This paper makes certain the rate of the evaluating index with AHP method. 根据煤炭企业资源约束性、生产高危性以及环境破坏性等特点,建立了以综合环境条件、科技投入水平、经济效益水平、社会效益水平等为主线,包含9个二级指标、24个三级指标的煤炭企业科技进步水平评价指标体系;运用层次分析法,邀请42名不同工作单位和专业领域的专家采用1~9标度法得到指标权重值;权重分析表明,煤炭企业提高科技进步水平的工作重点是提升整体职工素质,引进高层次技术人才以及增加科技投入资金;最后,采用模糊综合评判方法对煤炭企业的科技进步水平进行了综合评价。实例分析表明,建立的评价体系具有较强的实用性,对煤炭企业的技术发展和管理优化具有一定的指导作用。  相似文献

Based on the VMI model with completely backlogging and without backlogging, the authors develop a new VMI model with partial backlogging and time-limited free back-orders, including a single vendor and multiple buyers. This model modifies the backlogging cost proposed by some documents, and takes account of the deterioration cost in the analysis of the total inventory cost. A numerical example and sensitivity analysis are presented to illustrate the model. The theoretical evidence is provided for VMI system to make management decision.  相似文献

It is usually ignored in the traditional EOQ model that the opportunity cost results from lost sales when the enterprise has no commodity in the wearhouse. This paper focuses on some operating enterprise.Under the condition of time_limited partial back_orders and non_instant supply,an EOQ model is established of which it is more reasonable to assume the loss of without commodity in the warehouse divided into two parts:the opportunity cost due to lost sales and the shortage cost.It is discussed that the general cost function and the optimal solution to minimizing the total cost.The new basis of the decision of store system management is provided.Moreover,the model is applied to the example.  相似文献

Numerical simulation for random inventory system applying Mente Carlo's simulation technology is carried on,moreover system decision is made and optimal solution is arrived after research on relevant sensitive parameter.These results of research confirm that the way of making decision is practicable.Two important conclusions are proved by the data from an example inventory system.One of them is that optimal inventory strategic permit a restrictive short-of-stock policy in the case of paying for decrease because of short-of-stock;the other is that it embodies the ideas of zero-inventory technology and Just-In-Time(JIT).  相似文献

摘 要:规范和加速辽宁省种子产业化发展,提升产业竞争力是一个亟待解决的问题。本研究采用文献研究、比较分析、因果分析和SWOT分析的方法分析辽宁省种子产业化的发展现状。结果表明:目前辽宁省种子市场销售额在30亿元以上,良种推广面积稳步增长,种子生产形势良好。近年来制种面积比较稳定,制种单产不断增加,种子质量稳定,制种技术和生产水平不断提高,种子生产逐渐走向规范化、专业化。但是种子企业经营规模小,经营效益低,缺乏竞争力。种子科研育种目标不明确,并且缺乏科学有效的激励机制。基层种子管理机构经费不足,制约了对种子市场的有效监管。最后,针对目前辽宁种业发展的实际情况,提出促进辽宁种子产业化发展的对策措施。  相似文献

考虑到生鲜电商平台销售过程中价格参考效应对消费者需求的影响,构建了价格参考效应影响下的消费者需求函数,研究由一个生鲜供应商和一个生鲜电商组成的生鲜电商供应链的协调问题。根据模型比较分散式决策与集中式决策下产品的最优定价、生鲜电商供应链成员的收益等,发现合作能够提高双方的利润,因此构建收益共享契约模型。结果表明,存在价格参考效应的情况下,生鲜产品的批发价格、契约参数、参考价格对于需求量的敏感程度对于生鲜电商最优定价、供应链成员收益有着不同程度的影响,同时契约参数的确定取决于生鲜电商、生鲜供应商在供应链的议价能力。  相似文献

为构建高产春玉米良好的群体结构,提高春玉米光能利用率,充分发挥春玉米的增产潜力,在大田试验条件下,从玉米品种、密度和肥料管理方面研究了3种模式(农户模式、优化模式、高产模式)对春玉米物质生产与群体光合生理指标的影响。结果表明:优化模式和高产模式较农户模式分别增产10.79%、27.62%,秃尖长度显著减少。3种模式的叶面积指数(LAI),群体光合势(LAD),干物质累积(DMA)以及生长率(CGR)规律依次为高产模式>优化模式>传统模式。由此证明,优化品种、合理增密以及加强养分资源管理是春玉米获得高产的关键措施。  相似文献

进行小白菜田间施肥试验,采用响应面分析法,通过3因素3水平响应面优化试验,研究施氮量(N)、施磷量(P2O5)和施钾量(K2O)对小白菜产量的影响,建立小白菜产量的二次回归方程,分析小白菜最佳施肥条件。响应面分析表明,回归模型显著,施磷量对产量有极显著影响,施氮量、施钾量的影响不显著,施磷量与施氮量、施钾量之间的交互作用较强,施氮量与施钾量之间交互效应较弱;各因素对产量的影响顺序为施磷量>施氮量>施钾量。经过统计分析,最佳施肥组合为施氮量100.70 kg/hm2、施磷量98.7 kg/hm2、施钾量123.2 kg/hm2,通过模型推算在此条件下小白菜产量为37.899 t/hm2。研究结果可为高产优质小白菜生产提供技术支持。  相似文献
