通过香芪口服液对耐药大肠杆菌作用前后环丙沙星和庆大霉素最小抑菌浓度测定、质粒图谱分析以及外膜蛋白图谱分析,研究香芪口服液对耐药大肠杆菌的体外耐药性的抑制作用.结果表明:中药作用后,大肠杆菌对环丙沙星和庆大霉素最小抑菌浓度无变化;中药作用后的大肠杆菌的质粒图谱部分质粒消失,1号菌株ompA恢复表达,2号菌株ompF恢复表达;此中药与大肠杆菌质粒拷贝、恢复外膜通道蛋白的正常表达有密切关系,为今后耐药抑制剂的研制奠定理论基础.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究不同中药与盐酸恩诺沙星联用对大肠杆菌耐药菌株的体外抑菌作用。采用微量肉汤法测定临床上一种常用药物盐酸恩诺沙星和不同中药对大肠杆菌耐药菌株及其联合使用的最小抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)。结果发现,单味中药水提物中侧柏叶、金樱子和五味子的抑菌效果较好,其MIC值分别为3.91、3.91和7.81 mg/mL;单味中药的醇提物中,侧柏叶、马齿苋抑菌效果较好,其MIC值分别为7.81和3.91 mg/mL。盐酸恩诺沙星分别与五味子和金樱子水提物联合作用后,对大肠杆菌耐药菌株的MIC值分别降低到0.0078和0.0039 mg/mL;与马齿苋、赤芍、侧柏叶和金樱子的醇提物联合后,对大肠杆菌耐药菌株MIC值均明显降低。盐酸恩诺沙星分别与鱼腥草水提物、赤芍水提物、椿皮水提物、马齿苋醇提物、苍术醇提物、三颗针醇提物、赤芍醇提物、薤白醇提物、拳参醇提物、侧柏叶醇提物、金樱子醇提物和败酱草醇提物联合作用后,对大肠耐药菌株呈现相加或协同抑菌作用,其FIC值分别为0.75、0.62、0.62、0.27、0.75、0.75、0.31、0.62、0.50、0.53、0.28和0.62。初步认为不同中药中含有能有效降低大肠杆菌耐药性的中药,也含有与盐酸恩诺沙星组合,具有协同或相加作用的中药,为寻找有效防治大肠杆菌病的药物组合来对抗多重耐药菌提供了可能。  相似文献

近年来,由于长期滥用抗菌药物,耐药菌株大量出现,对肉兔大肠杆菌性腹泻治疗的疗效越来越差.而药物残留问题又严重制约着我国兔产品的出口.为了解决上述问题,笔者根据中药治疗鸡大肠杆菌病的经验,采用中药茜草秧、穿心莲、大青叶等13味中药组方对人工感染肉兔大肠杆菌引起的腹泻进行了治疗试验,治愈率达85%以上,有效率达95%.同时探讨了中药组方对肉兔大肠杆菌耐药菌株和非耐药菌株所致腹泻症的治疗效果.  相似文献

经药敏试验测定,复方苍术口服液和复方十大功劳颗粒对5株耐药大肠杆菌无抑菌活性。但将其加入耐恩诺沙星大肠杆菌的肉汤培养基中进行传代,连传7代后,发现3株菌株的MIC降低了8倍以上,耐药逆转率为60%。其中2号菌株GyrA基因83位氨基酸突变为正常的氨基酸序列,3号菌株ParC基因80位氨基酸也有原来的氟喹诺酮耐药性突变状态转变为正常状态。结果表明中药制剂能逆转大肠杆菌的耐药性。  相似文献

A mail survey of 3080 practitioners from two sampling frames was used to determine the perceived clinical efficacy and safety of an oral nutraceutical for the treatment of degenerative joint disease (DJD) in small animals. Overall response rate was 82%, of which 64% reported that they were recommending the oral nutraceutical to their clients. There was a high variability reported between the severity of DJD and response to treatment. Sixty-eight percent of practitioners reported lame dogs older than five years to be the most responsive to treatment. Most practitioners (83%) believed response to treatment with the studied product occurred within four weeks. Practitioners using the product rated the clinical efficacy of the product to be either 'good' or 'excellent' in improving mobility, alleviating pain and improving attitude in the majority of the treated animals. No practitioner reported a worsening of pain, mobility or attitude. Self-reported adverse effects were 2% (the most common was gastrointestinal upset). The results of this survey indicated that perceived clinical efficacy of the studied nutraceutical in the treatment of DJD was regarded to be 'good' or 'excellent' by most of the practitioners who use this product and was considered to be safe with minimal side effects. This provides additional information on the product for use in planning future clinical trials.  相似文献

Proliferative colitis associated with intracellular Campylobacter sp was diagnosed in 10 ferrets. The ferrets had a history of diarrhea (often blood-tinged or mucoid), dehydration, and chronic weight loss. Additional clinical signs included rectal prolapse, lethargy, fever, and a palpably thick colon. In 5 ferrets, the diagnosis was confirmed by colonic biopsy, via endoscopy. Supportive treatment in 5 ferrets did not alleviate the clinical signs or the proliferative intestinal disorder. oral chloramphenicol treatment (50 mg/kg of body weight, q 12 h for 10 to 21 days) resulted in marked clinical improvement and eradication of proliferative intestinal lesions in 5 ferrets.  相似文献

This paper examines the possibility that treatment of diarrhoea with conventional oral rehydration solutions (ORSs) may be detrimental to villus structure by imposing nutrient deprivation and that such detrimental effects may be reduced or avoided by using a nutrient ORS. A conventional WHO-type ORS (W) was compared with two nutrient solutions (N and G) both containing high glucose concentrations and the latter containing glutamine; their effects on enteric structure were assessed by morphometric analysis of samples obtained from diarrhoeic calves after 96h treatment. Comparisons were also made with samples from controls and diarrhoeic calves at the stage where oral rehydration would have begun in the treated groups. As in our previous ORS studies, diarrhoea was induced with enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (09:K30:K99). We measured villus length and width, crypt depth and width and calculated villus surface area in proximal, mid and distal small intestine (PSI, MSI, DSI), using standard morphometric techniques. Proximal and distal spiral colon samples (PC, DC) were examined for crypt depth and width; mitoses per crypt were counted in samples from all regions. Non-diarrhoeic calves showed the expected gradient of villus length through PSI, MSI and DSI, hence data for each region are normalized as a percentage of the control value for that region. PSI showed the greatest loss of villus length and surface area (50%) with diarrhoea. In MSI and DSI the villus loss was greater with solution W and N or G, as were increased mitoses and crypt depth. Crypt depth and mitoses also increased in the colon with solution W. Colonic crypt width increased with diarrhoea and conventional oral rehydration but less so with G; there is reason to believe that such changes have functional significance. Crypt changes in colon, MSI and DSI were least with solution G. The changes developing in diarrhoeic calves prior to treatment were thus less apparent in those treated with a nutritional ORS, particularly if it contained glutamine.  相似文献

Dairy calves under 14 days of age with naturally occurring, uncomplicated diarrhea were treated for 3 days with a hypertonic oral electrolyte solution with (n = 15) or without (n = 12) psyllium. Clinical response and clinical pathology data were compared between the 2 groups. Glucose absorption was evaluated on days 1 and 3 by measurement of plasma glucose and lactate and serum insulin concentrations for 4 hours after formula administration. On day 1, glucose, lactate, and insulin concentrations were lower in psyllium-fed calves than in control calves, with significant differences noted in glucose and lactate concentrations at several time points ( P < 0.05). Plasma lactate concentrations were higher at several times in both treatment groups on day 3 than on day 1 ( P < 0.05). Fecal consistency was markedly different in psyllium-fed calves as compared with control calves within 24 hours of psyllium supplementation. Fecal percent dry matter content was lower in psyllium-fed calves than in control calves at least once a day during supplementation and on day 3 compared with day 0 in the psyllium-fed calves ( P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in clinical performance scores, hydration status, arterial blood gas, serum anion gap, electrolyte, or total CO, concentrations. Addition of psyllium to an oral electrolyte solution resulted in immediate alterations in glucose absorption without impairing rehydration in diarrheic calves, but differences were transient and did not affect clinical outcome.  相似文献

Thirty dehydrated diarrheic calves aged 2-45 days were used to study the effects of small volume intravenous 7.2% hypertonic saline and 6% dextran 70 solution in combination with alkalinising oral fluids and to compare this therapy with the large volume intravenous isotonic saline with alkalinising oral fluid treatment. This study included a total of 30 diarrhoeic dehydrated calves aged 2-45 days. After routine clinical and haematological examinations, the calves were allotted to two treatment groups. Isotonic saline solution (32 ml/kg, i.v.) with an oral electrolyte solution (22 ml/kg, p.o.) were administered to group I (control), and the combination of 7.2% hypertonic saline in 6% dextran 70 solutions (HSD) (4 ml/kg, i.v.) with an oral electrolyte solution (50 ml/kg, p.o.) were administered to group II (test). Additionally, an oral electrolyte solution (50 ml/kg, p.o.) was readministered to both groups at 12 h of the study. The clinical and haematological examinations of all calves were performed both before and after the treatment at the 1/2, 1, 2, 4, 12 and 24 h. The capillary refill time, peripheral pulse quality, dehydration degrees, mental status, haematocrit rates, haemoglobin and plasma values after treatment were found to be statistically different compared with the values before treatment. In comparison with group I, group II is observed to have shorter capillary refill time at 1, 4 and 12 h (P < 0.001) and better peripheral pulse quality at 1/2 (P < 0.05), 1, 2, 4 and 12 h (P < 0.001). Moreover, the degree of dehydration in group II, was significantly improved at 2 (P < 0.01), 4 and 12 h. Results of the study indicated that administration of low volumes of hypertonic sodium chloride and dextran 70 solution combinations with oral electrolyte solutions was concluded as quicker, practical, economical and most importantly an effective way for the treatment of dehydrated diarrhoeic calves.  相似文献

旨在确定柴桂感寒口服液临床给药剂量及其与疗效的关系,评价该药物的临床治疗效果,并筛选临床推荐剂量。建立鸡外感风寒模型,设6个柴桂感寒口服液药物治疗剂量组、1个模型对照组、1个健康对照组,每组30只鸡;连续给药5 d,停药后持续观察7 d,通过有效率、治愈率和增重率指标综合评定临床疗效,确定最佳的临床给药剂量。结果表明,连续用药5 d后,按1.0 mL/L添加柴桂感寒口服液试验组的总有效率为93.33%,治愈率为76.67%,增重率为223.40%;按8.0 mL/L添加柴桂感寒口服液试验组的总有效率为100%,治愈率为86.67%,增重率为319.75%。结果表明,综合柴桂感寒口服液临床治疗的有效率、治愈率,以及用药后的临床表现、平均增重和药物成本等因素,确定柴桂感寒口服液对鸡外感风寒的临床用药剂量、给药方式、疗程为每升水中添加1.0 mL、混饮、连用3~5 d。  相似文献

We compared the ability of two oral electrolyte solutions to resuscitate calves with experimentally induced diarrhoea and dehydration. Sucrose solution, furosemide, spironolactone, and hydrochlorothiazide were administered to 18 male Holstein-Friesian calves to induce diarrhoea and dehydration. Clinical changes after 24 h included severe diarrhoea, moderate dehydration (8-10% body weight), azotemia, and clinical depression. Calves were then randomly assigned to one of three treatment groups (milk replacer, 2 L every 12 h; hyperosmotic oral electrolyte solution, 2 L every 12 h; iso-osmotic oral electrolyte solution, 1.5 L every 6 to 12 h) and followed for an additional 48 h.Compared to feeding milk replacer, the hyperosmotic solution significantly (P< 0.05) improved hydration status, increased body weight, maintained urine production, decreased the degree of clinical depression and prevented development of metabolic acidosis, although serum glucose concentration was decreased at 24 h and 48 h. The hyperosmotic solution produced a similar resuscitative response to the iso-osmotic solution, but maintained higher serum glucose concentrations and lower serum beta-OH butyrate and non-esterified fatty-acid concentrations, indicating that the hyperosmotic solution provided greater nutritional support. The hyperosmotic solution rehydrated calves faster and more effectively than feeding equivalent volumes of milk replacer and can, therefore, be recommended as part of the initial treatment of dehydrated calves with diarrhoea.  相似文献

[Objective] The paper was to observe the clinical effects of compound Chinese traditional preparation Shenwudi oral liquid on prevention and treatment of piglet diarrhea, and to explore the diarrhea prevention and growth promotion effect of Shenwudi power on weaned piglets as the medical feed additive. [Method] Diarrhea piglets were randomly grouped, and the clinical prevention and treatment effects of Shenwudi oral liquid were observed. Meantime, the effects of Huangzhi oral liquid and levofloxacin mesylate and sodium chloride injection were determined and compared with that of Shenwudi oral liquid. Shenwudi powder was added into the specific feed of weaned piglets at the dose of 5 g/kg, to observe its diarrhea prevention and growth promotion effect on weaned piglets. Compound amoxicillin powder was added in drug control group at the dose of 0.3 g/kg; no drug was added in blank control group. [Result] The cure rate of sucking piglets by Shenwudi oral liquid was 88.57%, and its protection rate was 100%; the cure rate of weaned piglets by Shenwudi oral liquid was 90.00%, and the total effective rate was 95.00%; the protection rate of weaned piglet diarrhea by Shenwudi powder mixing feed was 100%, and the average daily feed intake on the 42~(nd) day was extremely higher than the blank control group(P0.01). [Conclusion] Shenwudi oral liquid can be used for prevention and treatment of sucking piglet diarrhea.Meantime, Shenwudi mixing feed has good prevention effect and significant growth promotion effect on weaned piglet diarrhea.  相似文献

用试管二倍稀释法测定了氟苯尼考与丁胺卡那霉素对大肠杆菌质控菌株ATCC25922,菌株K88、HD1047和临床分离的36株大肠杆菌的体外抗菌活性,进行了鸡大肠杆菌病的临床疗效试验.结果质控菌株和K88、HD1047株对氟苯尼考均敏感,36株临床分离菌株对氟苯尼考的敏感率为96.2%.在临床疗效试验中,氟苯尼考长效口服液和注射剂组的死亡率低于感染对照组和丁胺卡那霉素对照组(P《0.01),治愈率及有效率高于感染对照组和丁胺卡那霉素对照组(P《0.01),表明氟苯尼考长效制剂对鸡大肠杆菌病的治疗有很好的疗效并有较好的应用前景.  相似文献
