The copulation, egg laying, embryonic development and changes in amino acids and fatty acids in Neptunea arthritica cumingii during embryogenesis were studied to understand the embryo development process and nutritional requirements in the early life phase. The results showed that N. arthritica cumingii has direct development within the egg capsule and the development of embryos was classified into five stages: cleavage, egg swallowing, protoconch forming, shell development and juvenile. Embryos develop through the provision of nurse eggs as an extra‐embryonic source of nutrition. As development continued, the body of the embryo began to coil. After about 70–80 days, young N.arthritica cumingii started to emerge through a hole underneath the capsule. Biochemical results showed that the total amount of amino acids showed a decreasing trend as embryonic development progressed. The content of all nine essential amino acids decreased significantly from the egg‐swallowing stage to the post‐larva stage (p < .05). Concentrations of five of the seven nonessential amino acids also showed a decreasing trend from the egg‐swallowing stage to the post‐larva stage; the exceptions were Ala and Gly. Gly is the only amino acid that consistently increased in concentration during the development process. Most fatty acids increased after the eggs hatched, except for C20:1, C20:2, C22:5 and C22:6 (docosahexaenoic acid, DHA). The data in this study may provide a starting point for the formulation of well‐balanced early‐stage larval diets, although N.arthritica cumingii is still in the exploration stage.  相似文献

Herein, we describe the embryonic and larval development stages of Coilia nasus, an anadromous fish that is indigenous to the Yangtze River and the northwest region of the Pacific Ocean. The success of artificial breeding programmes and modern methods of reproduction allowed us to accurately describe the development stages of C. nasus. These stages were recorded using a binocular microscope and a digital camera‐equipped microscope, and histological and scanning electron microscopy observations were also conducted. Development can be divided into four periods: embryonic, prelarval, larval and juvenile. The fertilized eggs were spherical, transparent, non‐adhesives and buoyant, with an average diameter of 0.80±0.10 mm. Complete early embryonic development took place within 40–43 h post hatching, and the new hatchlings were 2.85±0.20 mm long. The mouth openings (0.25–0.35 mm) appeared at day 6 post hatching. Complete metamorphosis took place by day 60, at which time the larvae transformed into juveniles (65±5.8 mm) and attained skin coloration.  相似文献

Free amino acids (FAA) are used principally as substrate in protein synthesis and the source of energy in aerobic catabolism. In marine fish, embryo and larvae FAA are used to maintain body fluid osmolality during fish early development. However, there is essentially no information about FAA concentrations in early ontogeny of freshwater neotropical species in comparison to marine fishes. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the FAA concentrations in pacu, Piaractus mesopotamicus, eggs and larvae. Broodstock fish were induced to spawn and ovulated females were stripped of their eggs and immediately sampled for analysis. Larvae were sampled right after hatching (HL) and after the completion of the yolk‐sac absorption (YSA). The wet weight of the HL and YSA larvae amounted to 0.5 ± 0.1 mg and 1.1 ± 0.3 mg, respectively. HL larvae showed higher levels of most of the indispensable amino acids (IAA) in comparison to eggs and YSA larvae. Exceptions were observed with His and Trp that showed higher or similar levels, respectively, in YSA larvae. The FAA Orn, Tau, Glu, Gln, Gly, and Tyr increased concentrations in both larval stages while that of Tau was found in higher concentration in all analyzed stages. Also, the concentrations of Asn, Ala, Pro, Ser, and Asp were higher in HL larvae. Both larval stages displayed a rise in total free IAA/total free DAA (dispensable amino acids) ratio. The authors conclude that the highest level of FAA in HL pacu larvae is indicative of active proteolysis of yolk reserves and a probable catabolism regulation of some FAA through spare‐effect. In addition, Tau is one of the major FAA occurring during pacu ontogeny and may be performing regulation on body fluid osmolality regulation .  相似文献

Fertilized eggs and developing larvae of hatchery reared Asian seabass, Lates calcarifer (Bloch), were analyzed to determine the changes occurring in their proximate and amino acid (AA) composition. The fertilized dry egg weighed 31 μg and contained 13.71 μg (44%) protein, 8.48 μg (27%) lipid and 0.657 J of gross energy. Dry weight decreased by 39% during hatching. The protein, lipid and carbohydrate nutrients decreased by 4.86, 4.15 and 0.09 μg, respectively from egg to 2-days post hatching (dph) larvae (pre-feeding). The protein content of the spawned eggs and larvae were hydrolysed to AA in the laboratory. The fertilized eggs had a total AA content of 42% of their dry weight. The egg contained 1.287 μg, 1.132 μg, 0.964 μg, 0.942 μg, 0.787 μg and 0.713 μg of leucine, lysine, arginine, valine, threonine and phenylalanine, respectively and these six indispensable amino acids (IAA) constituted approximately 78% of the total IAA. In the early feeding stages of L. calcarifer larvae, the ratio of IAA/DAA increased from 0.797 in the pre-feeding stage to 1.632 after 2 days of feeding. During larval growth of L. calcarifer, the percentage contribution of isoleucine and leucine to total IAA contents increased, while it decreased for lysine, phenyl alanine and arginine. L. calcarifer larvae were found to have proteins, which are rich in glutamic acid, leucine and lysine, and poor in threonine and histidine, suggesting high dietary leucine and lysine IAA requirement. Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar L.) with an average weight of 411 ± 16 g were fed after a period of 7 days without food and the free amino acid concentrations in the pylorus, liver and white muscle measured before and at 3, 6, 9, 15 and 24 h after feeding. There were few significant postprandial changes in tissue free amino acid concentrations. In the white muscle, concentrations of six indispensable amino acids were significantly (p < 0.05) higher after 9 (Ile, Leu, Phe, Thr) or 15 h (Val, Met). Individual feed intake was measured and there were significant positive correlations between amino acid intake and amino acid concentrations in white muscle free pools for total amino acids (p < 0.001), total indispensable amino acids (p < 0.001) and individual indispensable amino acids (Ile, Leu, Lys, Met, Phe, Val). These relationships were due to relatively low feed intake (0.28% body weight) that followed 7 days without feeding. The indispensable amino acid profile of the white muscle free pool was compared with that of standard proteins (the feed, whole body and white muscle), as well as with indispensable amino acids requirements. At different times one of two indispensable amino acids, Phe (at 0, 3, 6, 9, 15 h after feeding) or Trp (at 24 h after feeding), was present at the lowest relative concentrations compared to the other indispensable amino acids. This showed that although changes in tissue free amino acid concentrations following feeding were small the amino acid profile (relative concentrations) in the white muscle free pool changed. It is proposed that the lowest relative concentration of an indispensable amino acid in the white muscle free pool should be considered in relation to its potential to limit the efficiency of protein synthesis and retention.  相似文献

The effect of salinity on the embryonic development of Sepia pharaonis eggs was tested experimentally using S. pharaonis embryos at various developmental stages. The hatching rate, incubation period, hatching period, wet weight of hatchling cuttlefish, and yolk utilization efficiency ratio were quantified at salinities of 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, and 36. These variables were significantly affected by salinity. The weight of the eggs first decreased and then increased during embryonic development. The range of suitable salinities for hatching of S. pharaonis eggs was 27–33, and the optimal salinity was 30.  相似文献

Brill (Scophthalmus rhombus L.) is a flatfish considered of special interest for aquaculture diversification, but the high mortality observed during the early larval rearing is the main obstacle to commercial culture. The objective of this study was to contribute to the knowledge of nutrient utilization of early‐hatched larvae, characterizing the changes in lipid and protein contents during embryogenesis and the yolk‐sac larval stage of S. rhombus. Total lipid, lipid classes and fatty acid contents remained constant during embryogenesis and yolk‐sac larval development, except for phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylinositol, which increased in quantity during the yolk‐sac larval stage. On the other hand, total protein (including non‐protein nitrogen) and amino acids decreased their contents in both periods, especially at hatching. The decrease only in the serine, glutamic acid, proline and lysine contents during embryogenesis suggests a selective use of amino acids during this phase. Unlike embryogenesis, amino acids loss during hatching appears to be non‐selective, and almost all amino acids (essential and non‐essential) decreased. Our results suggest that there is higher catabolism of protein vs. lipid during embryogenesis and the yolk‐sac larval stage of S. rhombus.  相似文献

The egg morphometry and lipid and protein components were determined in induced spawns (n=14) of the sea bass, Lates calcarifer, to identify measures of egg quality. Based on fertilization and hatching rates, the spawns were classified either in Group I, (zero fertilization) or Group II (where fertilization and hatching occurred). The egg morphometry did not differ between the two groups (p > 0.05). The total lipid was higher in Group II than in Group I, although the difference was not significant (p > 0.05). The EPA and linoleic acid were significantly higher in Group II (p < 0.05). There were positive correlations between the total saturated fatty acids and fertilization rate (p < 0.05; r=0.58), the total saturated fatty acids and percentage of normal zygotes (p < 0.02; r=0.62), and DHA and the percentage of normal zygotes (p < 0.04; r=0.56). The total protein and FAAs were higher in Group I than in Group II, but the differences were not significant (p > 0.05). Proline, glycine, p-ethanolamine, and aspartic acid were significantly higher in Group II (p < 0.05), while tyrosine and glutamic acid were significantly higher in Group I (p < 0.05). Phosphoserine and fertilization rate were positively correlated (p < 0.03; r=0.60), as well as aspartic acid and hatching rate (p < 0.05; r=0.54). Arginine was negatively correlated with fertilization rate (p < 0.03; r=–0.61) and the percentage of normal zygotes (p < 0.03; r=–0.63). Serine was inversely correlated with yolk volume of the newly-hatched larvae (p < 0.03; r=–0.77). The moisture content of the eggs, which was significantly higher in Group II than in Group I (p < 0.03), was directly correlated with the FAAs:protein ratio (p < 0.03; r=0.76). The present results reveal egg components that may be used as quality measures in induced spawns of sea bass, a euryhaline teleost that spawn pelagic eggs containing an oil globule.  相似文献

通过干法受精获得西昌高原鳅(Triplophysa xichangensis)受精卵,并观察了受精卵的胚胎发育过程。结果表明,西昌高原鳅受精卵遇水产生强粘性,胚胎发育共经历胚盘隆起、卵裂、囊胚、原肠胚、神经胚、器官形成、出膜前共7个阶段,在水温(22±0.5)℃情况下,受精卵经历78 h孵出首尾仔鱼出膜,初孵仔鱼全长(4.13±0.12)mm,受精后93 h,50%仔鱼出膜,刚出膜仔鱼多沉在水底,偶尔作间隙性冲游。西昌高原鳅胚胎发育过程与其它鳅科鱼类基本相似,但其发育历程也具有种的特点,胚胎发育历时较长,孵出时器官分化程度较高。  相似文献

Wild‐caught and pond‐reared female mud crab Scylla serrata at different stages of ovarian maturation were collected from Samar and Capiz, Philippines. Crabs were categorized into five stages according to the external morphological and microscopic appearance of the most advanced oocytes. The ovaries, hepatopancreas, muscle and newly spawned eggs (NSE) were analysed for lipid class components and fatty acids. Total lipid was higher in pond‐reared than in wild‐caught crabs but increased with ovarian maturation in both groups. Ovarian lipid peaked at the fully mature stage, coinciding with a decline in hepatopancreatic and muscle lipids. Lipid levels declined significantly in spent females. The tissues contained elevated highly unsaturated fatty acids such as arachidonic (20:4n‐6), eicosapentaenoic (20:5n‐3) and docosahexaenoic (22:6n‐3) acids, but at higher levels in late maturing and fully mature ovaries and in NSE. The type of lipid class and fatty acid components in mature ovaries as well as in NSE are generally considered to be indicative of their importance in reproductive physiology and embryonic and larval development.  相似文献

In the present paper, the results of a study on changes in the proximate and amino acid composition of the eggs and larvae of two Australian native Percichthyid fish, Macquarie perch, Macquaria australasica Cuvier, and trout cod, Maccullochella macquarensis (Cuvier), are presented. The stages of development studied were unfertilized and fertilized eggs, newly hatched larvae, and post-yolk-sac larvae (in Macquarie perch only). In Macquarie perch, significant changes in moisture content occurred throughout development, but this was not so in trout cod. The protein content (per cent dry weight) in Macquarie perch larvae only decreased significantly after hatching (P < 0.05). On the other hand, the total lipid (by dry weight) increased significantly during this transformation (P < 0.05), and decreased significantly in yolk-sac-resorbed larvae. In trout cod, the protein and lipid content did not change significantly up to hatching. The ash content increased significantly in newly hatched and yolk-sac-resorbed larvae of both species. The total amino acid contents of unfertilized eggs, fertilized eggs, newly hatched larvae and yolk-sac-resorbed larvae of Macquarie perch and trout cod were 5752, 4652, 3696 and 2723 μmol g?1 (dry weight), and 4688. 3448 and 2329 μmol g?1, respectively. In the amino acid pool in Macquarie perch, the essential amino acids (EAAs) leucine, isoleucine and valine, and the non-essential amino acids (NEAAs) alanine, aspargine and glutamate occurred in the greatest quantities in non-fertilized eggs, and the cysteine content was the smallest. In Macquarie perch, five out of nine EAAs (i.e. isoleucine, leucine, lysine, threonine and valine) and six out of eight NEAAs (i.e. alanine, asparagine, glutamate, glycine, proline and serine) decreased significantly (P < 0.05) from one developmental stage to the other. In trout cod, all the EAAs, barring lysine and all the NEAAs decreased significantly with development.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess the activity of gastric, pancreatic and intestinal digestive enzymes during the embryonic and larval development of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) GIFT strain Aqua America® 1 obtained from a broodstock fed two levels of crude protein (CP). A total of 72 females and 24 males, 10 hapas, two CP levels (32% and 38%) and six phases of embryonic (cleavage, blastula, gastrula) and larval (hatching, 7 and 10 days post hatch, dph) stages were used. The eggs were collected in cleavage, blastula and gastrula stages, 300 mg was collected, and kept in cryogenic tubes in liquid nitrogen. For the samples at larval stage, the remaining eggs were separated according to crude protein level and kept in hatcheries and samples were collected on 7 and 10 dph the same way as before. A total of 48 samples were collected: at each protein level (32% and 38% CP), four samples were collected in each phase of embryonic and larval development. Statistical differences were not observed during embryonic development for acid proteases, trypsin, amylase and lipase activity at both levels of crude protein (32 and 38% CP). Differences for acid proteases were noticed on 7 dph; trypsin and amylase on 7 dph and 10 dph. Significant differences on blastula and 7 dph for protease; as for aminopeptidase, there was significant difference on 7 dph. The data indicated early appearance of digestive enzymes in Nile tilapia broodfish receiving 32% CP taking into account the rapid growth and development of this species.  相似文献

为了探究三疣梭子蟹受精卵的离体孵化技术及效果,本研究先后开展了受精卵块最适分离液种类及作用条件的筛选、分离液处理不同发育期受精卵离体孵化的差异、分离液处理对受精卵卵膜的结构影响,及分离液处理受精卵对孵化后幼体活力的影响实验。结果显示,木瓜蛋白酶是一种较为理想的分离液,在浓度为0.09 g/mL,分离时间30 min时,分离率可达到99%以上;经过分离液处理后的各期受精卵均能孵化出幼体,卵内溞状幼体期离体胚胎孵化率最高,为89.0%±3.3%,未经处理的对照组为70.0%±4.8%;卵裂期离体胚胎孵化率最低,为58.0%±3.9%,对照组为31.0%±2.3%,与对照组相比,处理组的孵化率明显提高。透射电镜结果显示,经过分离液处理的受精卵卵膜结构疏松,且厚度降低,符合处理组孵化率增加这一现象,干露、福尔马林溶液胁迫和行为学测试对不同处理组的幼体进行质量评价的结果显示,处理组和对照组幼体活力无显著差异。研究表明,实验所获得的分离液可以有效提高三疣梭子蟹受精卵的分离率和孵化率,且不影响幼体质量,可为三疣梭子蟹及其他甲壳动物受精卵的离体孵化提供参考。本研究可为三疣梭子蟹的苗种繁育提供新的技术手段,也将为基因编辑辅助育种等技术的实施奠定基础。  相似文献

研究了黄颡鱼受精卵孵化期间和仔鱼发育阶段脂肪含量和脂肪酸的组成变化规律.采用常规化学分析方法和气相色谱法对黄颡鱼从鱼卵受精开始至仔鱼孵化后未投饵的7 d内的脂肪含量和脂肪酸组成进行测定.结果表明,受精卵在整个孵化期间脂肪含量有下降趋势.受精卵中不饱和脂肪酸含量大于饱和脂肪酸含量.受精卵在整个孵化期间各种脂肪酸含量无明显变化.仔鱼孵化后,鱼体总脂肪含量急剧下降,总脂含量从0日龄的4.57%降低到7日龄的0.75%.仔鱼在饥饿期间鱼体脂肪酸组成发生明显变化,单不饱和脂肪酸含量下降最为明显,尤其是C18:1.仔鱼在饥饿期间,脂肪酸按n-9>n-6>n-3顺序被先后利用,黄颡鱼仔鱼发育阶段主要以单不饱和脂肪酸作为能量代谢基质,而C20:4n6(AA)和C22:6n3(DHA)优先于C20:5n3(EPA)被保存下来.  相似文献

Three separate experiments were conducted to investigate the utilization of dietary free amino acids by white sturgeon,Acipenser transmontanus. In the first experiment, sturgeon were fed for 8 weeks with isoenergetic and isonitrogenous diets containing either intact protein, an amino acid mixture, or a neutralized amino acid mixture of similar composition. Sturgeon fed the two amino acid diets grew significantly (p<0.05) less, mainly because of reduced feed intake. In the second experiment, postprandial changes in plasma free amino acids of sturgeon force-fed the above diets were monitored at 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, and 24 h Total plasma amino acids in sturgeon force-fed the intact protein diet showed a gradual increase and reached peak levels at 8 h. In contrast, plasma amino acids of fish force-fed the amino acid diets showed a rapid increase and reached maximal levels at 2 h. In the third experiment, free amino acid diets showed a urine of sturgeon force-fed the three diets was monitored at 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, and 24 h. In all dietary groups, peak excretion of indispensable amino acids was detected at 8 h after feeding but with significantly higher levels from fish force-fed the amino acid diets. Sturgeon force-fed the neutralized amino acid diet excreted 35% less amino acids compared to fish force-fed the non-neutralized diet. Sturgeon force-fed the intact protein diet excreted significantly higher amounts of ammonia. Under amino acid feeding conditions, sturgeon excreted more amino acids in its urine, but the urinary excretion of amino acids was not a major route in dealing with the rapid absorption of dietary free amino acids.  相似文献

The need of copepods as live feed is increasing in aquaculture because of the limitations of traditionally used preys, and this increases the demand for an easy and sustainable large-scale production of copepods. In this study, 4 strains of the copepod Acartia tonsa Dana, 1849 were compared in a common garden experiment to identify a strain with life history traits essential for sustainable mass cultivation of copepods and to identify a strain which produces preys with a highly valuable chemical composition. The strains originated from 4 coastal sites in Øresund, Denmark (DIFRES), Kiel, Germany (KIEL), Turkey Point, Florida, USA, and Mobile Bay, Alabama, USA. Stage development and mortality were analysed at 17 °C, 34 ppt. When the copepods reached adulthood, individual females were isolated to determine the egg production and hatching success. The biochemical contents of both eggs and adults were evaluated for all strains. The DIFRES and Alabama strains had both shorter generation time (13.7 and 14.6 d− 1, respectively) and lower mortality (4.0 and 5.7% d− 1, respectively) than other strains, making them attractive for mass cultivation. Strain-specific patterns were observed in egg production, with highest productivity observed in the DIFRES strain. Hatching success of the eggs ranged from 47.3 to 83.6% in the DIFRES, Kiel and Alabama strains, but showed reduced hatching in the Florida strain (1.6 to 7.2%). The strains had similar total free amino acids (FAA) content in the eggs in comparison to their dry weight (6–8%). In general, the FAA pattern of the eggs was dominated by Proline, while the females had a more diffuse FAA pattern. The fatty acid ratio between DHA and EPA in the eggs was lowest for the Florida strain (0.82) and highest in the Alabama strain (1.48), and adults had even higher ratios (2.1 to 2.45). Apart from the low DHA/EPA ratio in the Florida eggs, we find that all the strains met nutritional values needed for the first feeding of marine finfish larvae. However, essential criteria for mass cultivation such as fast development, low mortality and high egg production led us to recommend the use of the DIFRES strain of A. tonsa under the present growth conditions. A study to optimize the copepod cultivation to meet industry's criteria should include deliberate selection pressure on copepod to promote the needed traits for first feeding of finfish larvae.  相似文献

深海海鱼鱼卵中的游离氨基酸占鱼卵总氨基酸含量的近50%(干重),游离氨基酸库中的游离氨基酸似乎是卵黄蛋白的水解产物。仔鱼吸收卵黄内源营养的过程中,游离氨基酸库中的游离氨基酸逐渐减少,到仔鱼开始摄食时,库中的游离氨基酸已近枯竭,游离氨基酸不仅是代谢能源,而且是体蛋白合成的基本原料,仔鱼开始摄食后,氨基酸作为分解代谢的重要物质,可能有高达60%的能量由氨基酸提供,由于仔稚鱼的生长主要是通过合成蛋白质增加鱼体的重量,加之仔稚鱼的生长速度很高,因此,仔稚鱼需要其饲料中有较高的氨基酸含量。仔鱼开始摄食后,其消化系统对蛋白质的水解和吸收能力较弱,海水仔稚鱼的早期阶段,仔鱼的肠道对游离氨基酸的吸收要高于对多肽和蛋白质中氨基酸的吸收,仔鱼开始摄食后,由浮游生物获得大量的游离氨基酸,用微粒饲料培育仔稚鱼,微脂粒技术可能是向饲料中添加游离氨基酸的实用技术。  相似文献

This study investigates the effects of embryonic exposure to two different antioxidants on growth and development in fish. Zebrafish (Danio rerio) embryos (100 per group) were exposed to lipoic acid (LA, 6–12 μM) or ascorbic acid (AA, 100–200 μM) and the hatching rate, standard lengths (SL) at hatching, development and growth post‐hatching monitored. The SLs at hatching were increased (P<0.05) in both antioxidant‐exposed groups relative to the controls, with no effect on yolk reserves. This enhanced development persisted up to 15 days post hatching. At hatching, cell proliferation rates (P<0.0005) and basic fibroblast growth factor (P<0.001), were greater in the antioxidant‐exposed fish than in the controls (0 μM antioxidant); no oxidative DNA damage was detected (P>0.05). Activity of the endogenous antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase was greater (P<0.001) in LA‐treated fish than in the controls. The results suggest that embryonic treatment of zebrafish with LA or AA during embryogenesis enhanced cell proliferation, leading to increased somatic growth in the larval stages, persisting into the juvenile stage. The findings support the treatment of embryonic fish with antioxidants for enhanced results in aquaculture.  相似文献

The early development of turbot (Scophthalmus maximus) from fertilization to hatching was described. Hatching occurred at 108 h post-fertilization (hpf) in 14 °C. Yolk syncytial layer and blastocoel formed at morula stage and low stage, respectively. Neural rod derived from the ectoderm appeared and the first somite formed in the middle of the embryonic body at 90 % epiboly stage, and notochord primordium formed at complete epiboly stage. Kupffer’s vesicle appeared at 59 h 35 min hpf and degenerated at 89 hpf. At 72 hpf, the digestive tract formed in the ventral side of the embryonic body, and the posterior digestive tract of embryo was ciliated at 89 hpf. Enzymes play a key role in the catabolism of yolk during embryogenesis of fishes. In this study, the main enzymes alkaline phosphatase (AP), leucine aminopeptidase N (LAP), pepsin, trypsin and Leucine-alanine peptidase (Leu-ala) were all observed in unfertilized eggs and embryo of S. maximus, but amylase was not detected, speculating that amino acids appear to be the main energy substrate during embryonic development of S. maximus, while carbohydrates is less essential. AP reached the lowest value at the gastrula stage and then increased rapidly reaching the highest value at hatching. LAP showed the highest value in unfertilized eggs and kept on decreasing until the blastula stage with the lowest value and then increased at the gastrula stage, followed by a gradual decline thereafter. Trypsin reached the lowest value at the blastula stage and then fluctuated with the maximal value at hatching. Pepsin reached the highest and the lowest values at the unfertilized eggs and the cleavage stage, respectively, but disappeared at hatching. Leu-ala had the maximum activity at the blastula stage and then declined to the minimum at the gastrula stage followed by a gradual increase thereafter.  相似文献
