为揭示复垦地不同剖面土壤容重的总体特征和深度差异,以中煤平朔安太堡露天矿南排土场为研究对象,基于探地雷达(GPR)图像特征分析土壤容重差异,构建介电常数与土壤容重之间的关系。分析方法采用环刀采样称重法、探地雷达探测法、方差分析法、拟合分析法等。结果表明:矿区排土场平台土壤容重大于边坡,边坡坡度越大,土壤容重越小。在土壤含水率较小时,各个剖面0~30 cm处有较多大振幅信号,土壤容重较小,探地雷达信号图上大振幅信号的多少与土壤容重大小成反比。土壤容重随介电常数的增大而呈线性增加趋势,且二者拟合后的R~2值达0.813 9,相伴概率小于0.01。研究表明,矿区排土场不同位置及同一剖面不同深度土壤容重大小差异明显,通过探地雷达可对土壤容重差异进行分析。  相似文献

准确掌握黑土层厚度分布信息对于黑土资源评价和保护具有重要意义。然而,传统土层厚度测定方法包括土壤剖面法、插钎法和钻孔法等对于大范围的土壤厚度测定效率较低且连续性较差。本研究利用探地雷达探测了东北黑土区直型、凸型和凹型3种坡型坡面的黑土层厚度。室内模拟试验对黑土及黄土母质土壤分别设置不同的容重和含水量,探究土壤含水量和容重对土壤介电常数的影响以及探地雷达测定黑土厚度的可行性。野外试验通过开挖剖面和预埋标识物,验证了探地雷达测量黑土厚度的准确性。结果表明:土壤介电常数随容重的增大而增大,随土壤含水量的增加而减小;黑土和黄土母质层土壤含水量、容重和介电常数之间的关系可以用两个对数方程来描述,其精确度为95.26%~99.66%。探地雷达测量黑土厚度与剖面实测厚度相比,精确度为87.05%~95.58%。3个坡面的黑土厚度空间分布不同,且坡脚发生沉积处的黑土厚度较大,坡肩和坡背土壤侵蚀较严重处的黑土厚度较薄。本研究可为进一步探明和保护黑土资源提供一种高效、准确的土壤厚度调查方法。  相似文献

基于AEA法的黄土高原矿区复垦农田土壤含水率特征研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
为了快速、有效的测定复垦区农田尺度上土壤含水率变化以及空间分布特征,评价探地雷达对土壤含水率的探测精度,通过研究雷达信号属性振幅与土壤含水率的关系,采用振幅包络平均值(AEA)法对复垦区农田地块土壤含水率进行反演,并与雷达测线上时域反射仪(TDR)法测量所得土壤含水率结果进行对比。结果表明:探地雷达振幅信号属性与土壤含水率有着显著的关系,在研究的四种关系模型中对数模型的拟合结果最好,R~2达到0.995,根据拟合的曲线得知,振幅越大,含水率越小,只要获取地下相应位置雷达信号的振幅值,就可通过本试验拟合的关系式计算出该位置的土壤含水率。通过对比发现,AEA法所得土壤含水率要高于TDR法所测土壤含水率,两者平均相对误差为0.023 cm~3cm~(-3),两种方法所得土壤含水率变化趋势基本一致,相关系数达到0.98。研究表明,使用探地雷达AEA法用于黄土高原矿区复垦农田浅部地层土壤含水率的探测,可以获得更加连续、准确的土壤含水率分布图。  相似文献

透射式探地雷达探测土壤含水率   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
探地雷达可以进行土壤含水率的快速探测,但普通反射式雷达容易受反射层位难确定的影响造成探测误差。该研究使用透射式探地雷达对不饱和含水壤土及砂土所构建的物理模型进行透射式探测,通过起跳时间对比标定的方法,精确计算了介质中雷达波波速和土壤的相对介电常数。最后通过统计分析,发现以Topp模型公式形式为基础的三次多项式具有最高拟合优度,并修正了Topp公式中的参数后,分别建立起非饱和壤土和砂土体积含水率与介电常数的经验公式及其适用范围。最后,通过试验对比验证了该方法对砂土含水率的测量相对误差为13.20%,较时域反射TDR(time domain reflectometry)方法低14.34%,壤土为9.48%,较TDR方法低15.79%,测量精度明显高于TDR方法。因此该方法可替代TDR方法用于特定条件下土壤含水率的准确检测。  相似文献

采用探地雷达频谱分析的复垦土壤含水率反演   总被引:3,自引:3,他引:0  
快速、准确、无损获取采煤塌陷区复垦土壤含水率分布情况是实现精准灌溉的基础和关键。该研究以安徽省淮北市某塌陷复垦区土壤为研究对象,借助探地雷达系统对试验区土壤进行探测,并对周围未复垦区域设置对照组,通过线性调频Z变换频域细化法(Chirp-Z-Transform,CZT)寻找特征频率,结合瑞利散射原理分析不同土壤体积含水率(Volumetric Water Content,VWC)下雷达信号特征频谱响应关系,并分别采用不同回归方法建立了VWC反演模型。结果表明:频谱峰值频率分量(FrequencyofPeak,FP)与复垦土壤VWC具有很强的相关性;基于CZT算法可以在不改变原有频谱的基础上,有效的寻找到特征频率,FP与VWC的相关系数较快速傅里叶变换(Fast Fourier Transform,FFT)从0.77提高到0.93;对比复垦与非复垦区域雷达信号频谱发现,复垦区频谱信号较非复垦区"漂移"现象明显,采用不同回归方法所建立的模型中,指数回归模型精度最高,验证集R2达到0.84,RMSE达到1.97%,表明采用频谱分析方法可以有效地反演复垦土壤VWC,研究结果以期为复垦土壤质量快速监测以及复垦区农业精准灌溉提供理论依据与技术支撑。  相似文献

土壤压实指标在城市土壤评价中的应用与比较   总被引:21,自引:2,他引:19  
通过测定南京市不同土地利用下的52个样点的紧实度、容重和孔隙度3个压实指标来反映城市土壤的压实程度。结果表明,南京市大多数土壤存在不同程度的压实,部分压实严重,可能限制植物的生长。不同压实指标在反映土壤压实程度上基本一致,它们之间具有极显著的相关性,可以相互转换。但紧实度指标受到土壤含水量的显著影响。在同一质地或质地相近的土壤,容重和孔隙度可以很好地反映土壤的压实程度。与总孔隙度和毛管孔隙度相比,通气孔隙度在反映土壤压实时更为敏感。所以在进行城市土壤压实状况评价时,可以选择不同的土壤压实程度指标,但就方法的实用性和可靠性来说,容重比紧实度和孔隙度指标一般更方便可靠。  相似文献

基于高频探地雷达的土壤表层含水量测定   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
高精度快速探测土壤表层水分状况,对于精准农业生产、水资源精确管理及防治坡耕地水土流失具有重要意义。现有探地雷达(ground penetrating radar,GPR)低频探测技术不能满足表层土壤含水量高精度要求,需要发展和应用高精度探测技术。本研究采集江宁某蔬菜地水稻土表层(0~20cm)土壤(粉砂质黏壤土),通过室内模拟试验,利用高频(1 GHz和2 GHz)探地雷达在不同土壤含水量状况下进行探测,获取GPR数据图像信息,提取电磁波谱特征参数,分析其与土壤含水量之间的定量关系。结果表明:1 GHz和2 GHz频率GPR探测的土壤介电常数ε与实测土壤含水量θ拟合的ε~θ模型决定系数R2分别为0.94与0.97,高频探地雷达技术预测粉砂质黏壤土表层土壤含水量是可行的;与低频探地雷达技术相比,高频探地雷达技术能够高精度探测表层土壤含水量。  相似文献

基于水分特性的采煤沉陷地充填复垦黄河泥沙容重优选   总被引:5,自引:3,他引:2  
为探究黄河泥沙容重与水分运动特征参数的关系,优选黄河泥沙充填复垦的最佳容重设计,运用土壤的概念和性质进行类比研究。根据不同容重条件下饱和含水率与饱和导水率的实测值、van Genuchten模型中进气吸力相关参数?和经验参数m的模拟值,分别建立经验模型,相关系数0.992~0.995(P0.01),决定系数0.938~0.990,理论值与实测值相对误差均控制在10.77%以内。研究结果:1)饱和含水率与饱和导水率均随黄河泥沙容重的增大而减小;2)黄河泥沙中非毛管孔隙度占比高,渗透初期非饱和导水率大,在低吸力段迅速失水;3)黄河泥沙容重为1.5 g/cm3毛管孔隙度最大,更有利于土壤有效水分的保持。在黄河泥沙充填复垦采煤沉陷地的实践过程中对黄河泥沙充填层进行合理的机械压实,使容重控制为1.5 g/cm3,能够在一定程度上提高黄河泥沙的持水性,实现黄河泥沙充填复垦耕地生产力水平的提高。  相似文献

煤矿区复垦土壤压实时空变异特征   总被引:14,自引:6,他引:8  
为了揭示煤矿区复垦土壤压实状况的时空变异规律,该文以未塌陷土地为对照,通过实地测定,分析5个复垦年限水平和垂直方面的土壤压实度变异特征。结果表明:复垦土壤表层压实度以复垦1 a(正在复垦)的最大,达到 2050 kPa,随着复垦年限增加逐渐减少,复垦5 a的最小(50 kPa),基本达到未塌陷土地的压实度。表层土壤压实度空间变异最大的是复垦5 a的土地(变异系数为68.40%),其次是未塌陷土地(52.58%),最小的是正在复垦的土地 (22.01%)。从各层的变异情况看,正在复垦的土地各个层次土壤压实度都较大且变异系数较低,其他复垦年限土壤压实度上面3层较小但变异大,至第4层(22.86~30.48 cm)达到较高值,且变异较小,之下压实度基本稳定。  相似文献

黄土丘陵区空心村土地复垦后不同年限土壤肥力评价   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为提升空心村土地整治质量,科学指导复垦耕地培肥及管理,以陕西省渭南市澄城县空心村为研究对象,采集了不同复垦年限村庄复垦前后土壤及周边荒草地土壤样品,选取物理、化学等8个评价指标,采用层次分析法确定因子权重,构建评价模型并进行了土壤肥力评价。结果表明:(1)复垦前后及周边荒草地土壤肥力指标的权重分别为容重0.028,质地0.75,pH值0.016,电导率0.041,有机质0.303,全氮0.159,速效磷0.159,有效钾0.159,CR<0.1,符合一致性检验;(2)村庄复垦前平均肥力指数为57.67,复垦后最高肥力指数为72.91,平均值达到68.59,不同利用的土壤综合肥力指数表现为:空心村复垦后>荒草地>空心村复垦前;(3)空心村复垦后土壤综合肥力指数与复垦年限正相关,复垦后肥力改良指数平均值为20.08%;(4)有机质对土壤肥力影响最大,与土壤综合肥力的指数相关系数R 2为0.5246,因子间影响大小表现为:有机质>速效钾>有效磷>全氮>电导率>pH值。综上,复垦可提升空心村土壤肥力,在复垦过程中调控有机质含量可较快提升土壤肥力。  相似文献

【目的】以富士(Fuji)、 秦冠(Qinguan)嫁接在平邑甜茶(Malus hupehensis Rehd.)上的当年生盆栽苗为试验材料,采用砂培方法,研究了缺氮胁迫和干旱对富士和秦冠生长情况、 光合参数、 植株各部位氮磷钾含量及氮素利用效率的影响,分析比较了低氮干旱条件下富士和秦冠生长及氮素利用的差异,以期为果树生产高效肥水利用提供理论指导。【方法】试验共设四个处理: 正常氮正常水(ZZ)、 低氮正常水(DZ)、 正常氮干旱(ZG)、 低氮干旱(DG)。氮素和水分均设置两个水平,分别为正常氮(6 mmol/L NO-3-N)、 低氮(0.3 mmol/LNO-3-N)、 正常供水(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的80%~85%)、 干旱处理(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的60%~65%)。【结果】富士和秦冠的生物量(茎和叶)、 株高茎粗等生长指标以及光合速率、 气孔导度、 蒸腾速率均为正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG),并且相对应处理下秦冠的以上指标均高于富士;正常供水下,缺氮处理使富士、 秦冠的根冠比比正常氮处理均有所增加,富士提高了2.05%,秦冠提高了22.40%。富士和秦冠的氮、 磷、 钾含量均表现出正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG); 氮、 钾元素含量在植株各部位的分布顺序依次是叶>根>茎,磷元素则是根>叶>茎;光合氮素利用效率(PNUE)和氮素利用效率表现为秦冠处理之间差异极显著,富士处理之间差异不显著;秦冠的PNUE和NUE明显高于富士,在低氮正常水(DZ)处理下,秦冠氮肥利用率比富士高42.07%,在低氮干旱(DG)处理下高64.14%;低氮胁迫下富士和秦冠的NUE显著提高,并且秦冠提高的幅度高于富士。【结论】施用氮肥能够显著提高富士与秦冠的干物质量,同等水肥条件下,秦冠生长优于富士;水分亏缺会减少叶片对氮的吸收,干旱条件下适度增施氮肥,可提高果树的抗旱能力;低氮干旱胁迫下秦冠的生长指标、 光合指标及氮素利用效率指标均优于富士,表现出较强的抗低氮干旱胁迫的能力。  相似文献

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is a new technique for the analysis of plant material. This study investigates the application of LIBS to pasture-based plant samples. The LIBS measurements were obtained from pelletized pasture samples (100 samples) that had been also analyzed by inductively coupled plasma–optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) following microwave digestion for calibration and comparison purposes. Comparisons for elements sodium (Na), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), boron (B), phosphorus (P), and sulfur (S) showed that LIBS could be used for almost all the standard profile total elements with concentrations down to low mg/kg levels (observed error of Na: 0.024 percent, K: 0.18 percent, Mg: 0.016 percent, Ca: 0.073 percent, P: 0.017 percent, Mn: 31 mg/kg, Fe: 150 mg/kg, Zn: 6.6 mg/kg, and B: 1.1 mg/kg). Elemental analysis at less than mg/kg levels was not possible using LIBS. The elements S and Cu were particularly difficult to analyze with reliability using LIBS at the concentration levels found in the plant samples. Replacing microwave digestion and subsequent ICP analysis with a direct analysis of dried plant samples using LIBS has the potential to improve the productivity and reduce the cost of testing.  相似文献

The responses of tallgrass prairie plant communities and ecosystem processes to fire and grazing are well characterized. However, responses of invertebrate consumer groups, and particularly soil-dwelling organisms, to these disturbances are not well known. At Konza Prairie Biological Station, we sampled soil macroinvertebrates in 1994 and 1999 as part of a long-term experiment designed to examine the effects and interactions of annual fire, mowing, and fertilization (N and P) on prairie soil communities and processes. For nearly all taxa, in both years, responses were characterized by significant treatment interactions, but some general patterns were evident. Introduced European earthworms (Aporrectodea spp. and Octolasion spp.) were most abundant in plots where fire was excluded, and the proportion of the total earthworm community consisting of introduced earthworms was greater in unburned, unmowed, and fertilized plots. Nymphs of two Cicada genera were collected (Cicadetta spp. and Tibicen spp.). Cicadetta nymphs were more abundant in burned plots, but mowing reduced their abundance. Tibicen nymphs were collected almost exclusively from unburned plots. Treatment effects on herbivorous beetle larvae (Scarabaeidae, Elateridae, and Curculionidae) were variable, but nutrient additions (N or P) usually resulted in greater densities, whereas mowing usually resulted in lower densities. Our results suggest that departures from historical disturbance regimes (i.e. frequent fire and grazing) may render soils more susceptible to increased numbers of European earthworms, and that interactions between fire, aboveground biomass removal, and vegetation responses affect the structure and composition of invertebrate communities in tallgrass prairie soils.  相似文献

Abstract

A 3-year study was carried out to investigate quality parameters in 14 tree fruit and berry species grown in southern Norway. The species were blueberry, apple, aronia, sour cherry, sweet cherry, red raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, gooseberry, red currant and elderberry, harvested along with wild bilberry, cloudberry and lingonberry. Significant differences between species were identified for all quality parameters. The coefficient of variation between species was lowest for pH (12.5%), dry matter (18.9%) and soluble solids (25.3%), followed by titratable acids (59.3%), total phenolics (83.8%), antioxidant capacity FRAP (85.7%) and antiradical power by the DPPH-assay (97.8%), total monomeric anthocyanins (132%) and ascorbic acid (137%). Average coefficient of variation within species were lower and ranged from 4 (pH) to 62% (ascorbic acid). Only the FRAP values were significantly affected by harvesting year with lower levels in 2004 than in 2005 and 2006. There were significant interactions between species and harvesting year for dry matter, soluble solids, pH, ascorbic acid and FRAP. The results indicate generic ranges in composition within species independent upon growing location and climate, and the composition of the tree fruits and berries is not likely to deviate from these ranges. It is concluded that desirable composition of tree fruits and berries and their products should primarily be achieved by selection among species rather than searching fors broadened variation within individual species.  相似文献

Potassium (K) fixation and release in soil are important factors in the long-term sustainability of a cropping system. Changes in K concentration and characteristics of K fixation and release in rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soils in the rapeseed (Brassica napus L.)–rice (Oryza sativa L.) rotation were investigated using a rhizobox system. The concentrations of different forms of K in both rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soils decreased with plants compared to without plants, regardless of K fertilizer application. Potassium uptake by crops mainly came from the rhizosphere soil. In the treatment without K fertilizer (–K), the main form of K supplied by the soil to the crops was 1.0 mol L?1 nitric acid (HNO3) nonextractable K, followed by nonexchangeable K, and then exchangeable K. In the treatment with K fertilizer (+K), the main K forms supplied by the soil to the crops were exchangeable K and nonexchangeable K. The amount and rate of K fixation after one cycle of the rapeseed–rice rotation was greater in rhizosphere soil than in nonrhizosphere soil. The amount and rate of K fixation of soil in the +K treatment were significantly less than in the –K treatment. The cumulative amounts of K released with 1.0 mol L?1 ammonium acetate (NH4OAc) and 1.0 mol L?1 HNO3 extraction increased with the increasing numbers of extractions, but the K-releasing power of soil by successive extraction decreased gradually and finally became almost constant. The release of K was less in rhizosphere soil than in nonrhizosphere soil. The release of K in the +K treatment was similar to that in the –K treatment in rhizosphere soil, but the K release in nonrhizosphere soil was greater with the +K than the –K treatment. Overall, the information obtained in this study will be helpful in formulating more precise K fertilizer recommendations for certain soils.  相似文献

Biologically enhanced dissolution offers a method to speed removal of chlorinated solvent dense non-aqueous-phase liquid (DNAPL) sources such as tetrachloroethene (PCE) and trichoroethene (TCE) from aquifers. Bioremediation is accomplished by adding an electron donor to the source zone where fermentation to intermediates leading to acetic acid and hydrogen results. The hydrogen and possibly acetic acid are used by dehalogenating bacteria to convert PCE and TCE to ethene and hydrochloric acid. Reductive dehalogenation is thus an acid forming process, and sufficient alkalinity must be present to maintain a near neutral pH. The bicarbonate alkalinity required to maintain pH above 6.5 is a function of the electron donor: 800 mg/L of bicarbonate alkalinity is sufficient to achieve about 1.2 mM TCE dechlorination with glucose, 1.7 mM with lactate, and a much higher 3.3 mM with formate. Laboratory studies indicate that in mixed culture, formate can be used as an electron donor for complete conversion to ethene, contrary to pure cultures studies indicating it cannot. Various strategies can be used to add electron donor to an aquifer for DNAPL dehalogenation while minimizing pH problems and excessive electron donor usage, including use of injection-extraction wells, dual recirculation wells, and nested injection-extraction wells.  相似文献

Staff members of the Department of Botany of Palacký University in Olomouc and Gene Bank Department – Workplace Olomouc, Research Institute of Crop Production in Prague, Czech Republic, conducted an expedition in seven European countries (Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland) in August/September 1999 to collect wild Lactuca spp. germplasm and study its geographic distribution, ecology and biodiversity. During the mission, more than 600 locations were visited resulting in the collection of 602 seed samples (accessions) of wild Lactuca species and 13 seed samples of related genera (Chondrilla and Mycelis). Lactuca serriola f. serriola, L. serriola f. integrifolia, L. saligna and L. viminea subsp. chondrilliflora were prevalent in southern Europe (Italy, France), however, only L. serriola was common in central and western Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland). The greatest diversity of Lactuca species was found in France, where also the most seed samples (165) were collected. The most characteristic habitats with a high density of Lactuca spp. populations were observed along roads and highways, grassy ditches, ruderal communities, and dust-heaps. Natural infections by powdery mildew (Erysiphe cichoracearum) and downy mildew (Bremia lactucae) on some wild Lactuca spp. were observed. Recent observations concerning the geographic distribution, population structure, habitats, and natural occurrence of diseases of Lactuca spp. are discussed. This assemblage of genetic resources of Lactuca spp. can serve as the basis of future studies of species diversification, spatial population structure, plant microevolution, domestication processes, and genetic variability of host-parasite interactions.  相似文献

Three slow-growing legume trees used for desert reforestation and urban gardening in the Sonoran Desert of Northwestern Mexico and the Southwestern USA were evaluated whether their growth can be promoted by inoculation with plant growth-promoting bacteria (Azospirillum brasilense and Bacillus pumilus), unidentified arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi (mainly Glomus sp.), and supplementation with common compost under regular screenhouse cultivation common to these trees in nurseries. Mesquite amargo (Prosopis articulata) and yellow palo verde (Parkinsonia microphylla) had different positive responses to several of the parameters tested while blue palo verde (Parkinsonia florida) did not respond. Survival of all tree species was over 80% and survival of mesquite was almost 100% after 10 months of cultivation. Inoculation with growth-promoting microorganisms induced significant effects on the leaf gas exchange of these trees, measured as transpiration and diffusive resistance, when these trees were cultivated without water restrictions.  相似文献

Inoculation of wheat seedlings with the plant growth-promoting bacterium Azospirillum brasilense Cd was immobilized in alginate microbeads and, without applying any stress, significantly increased the quantity of several photosynthetic pigments, such as chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and the auxiliary photoprotective pigments violaxanthin, zeaxanthin, antheroxanthin, lutein, neoxanthin, and β-carotene. This resulted in greener plants with no apparent visible stress. After monitoring the quantity of photosynthetic pigments for 4 weeks, we observed that inoculated plants had higher quantities of pigments in shoot and stem. The greatest difference in the quantity of all pigments between inoculated and noninoculated plants occurred in the first week of growth. Regardless of treatment, the quantity of pigments in stems was three to four times less than the quantity of these pigments in shoots. Application of Azospirillum, either as liquid inoculant or as alginate microbeads, did not alter the positive effect of the bacteria on pigment production or the positive response of the plants towards A. brasilense Cd inoculation.  相似文献
