EXCEL在裂区试验统计分析中的应用   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
介绍一种利用EXCEL进行裂区试验统计分析的方法。根据方差分析原理,利用EXCEL编制了裂区试验统计分析计算程序。用户只需输入试验的原始数据,即可快速、准确地计算出各因素的平方和、均方和检验值F,其计算结果与专业统计软件DPS处理的结果基本一致。该程序使用方便,并可用于进行裂区试验统计分析。  相似文献

以抗拉伸强度和断裂伸长率为指标,进行马铃薯淀粉-羧甲基淀粉钠可食膜配方优化。通过单因素试验和正交试验优化,确定最优的马铃薯淀粉-羧甲基淀粉钠可食膜配方为马铃薯淀粉添加量2.0%,羧甲基淀粉钠添加量0.5%,甘油添加量1.75%。通过验证试验得出马铃薯淀粉-羧甲基淀粉钠可食膜的抗拉伸强度为51.00 MPa,断裂伸长率为36.27%。  相似文献

为了更好地应用SRAP分子标记技术于鹧鸪茶遗传多样性研究中,本研究采用单因子试验和正交试验相结合的方法对鹧鸪茶SRAP-PCR反应体系中的主要影响因子进行优化,先利用单因素试验找到各因子的适宜浓度范围,再采用L_(160(4~4)正交表进行正交试验,按照遗传多样性分析的要求,直观分析16个试验组合间的扩增效果,从中构建出了一套重复性好、条带清晰且稳定的SRAP-PCR体系:在20μL体系中,10×PCR Buffer 2μL,Taq DNA聚合酶3 U,d NTPs 0.15 mmol/L,引物浓度0.4μmo l/L和模板DNA 40 ng。经检验,该优化体系可适用于鹧鸪茶种质资源SRAP分析的PCR反应条件和反应程序,也可应用于鹧鸪茶不同居群间的亲缘关系和遗传多样性分析。  相似文献

基于微滴式数字PCR(Droplet digital PCR,ddPCR)平台,以转基因玉米为例,建立了转基因作物(Genetically modified crops,GM crops)外源基因拷贝数分析方法,对待测样品进行了快速鉴定,并从T_0转基因玉米株系中鉴定出多个单拷贝单株。对该方法与实时荧光定量PCR(Quantitative real-time PCR,qRT-PCR)方法在分析结果的准确性方面进行了比较,从试验数据可以看出,2种检测方法的结果比较一致,单拷贝检测结果高度一致;但是ddPCR试验操作更加简便,试验结果可重复性强,试验数据更加准确可靠。研究表明,ddPCR方法是一种更加便捷、快速和准确的外源基因拷贝数分析新方法,基于其在准确性和灵敏度方面的显著优势,将会在转基因作物的外源基因拷贝数分析中得到广泛的应用。  相似文献

通过建立标准加入、微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中铝的定量分析方法,对微波消解程序进行优化,消解温度控制在220℃,消解时间25 min为最佳。该方法检出限为0.009 mg/kg,不同基体下线性相关系数为0.999 3~1.000,加标回收率为97%~103%,具有线性范围宽、检出限低、精密度好、回收率高、重现性好等优点,消除了基质中其他元素的影响,能够快速准确地测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中铝含量。  相似文献

以软枣猕猴桃为原料,经发酵、调配制作软枣猕猴桃酵素可吸果冻,在单因素试验基础上,采用正交试验对工艺进行优化,通过感官品质评价确定软枣猕猴桃酵素果冻配方,通过测定总酚、类黄酮和VC指标,对本产品与市售猕猴桃可吸果冻、果汁的营养物质含量进行比较。结果表明,软枣猕猴桃酵素果冻的最佳工艺配方为:软枣猕猴桃酵素添加量35%,白砂糖添加量5%,柠檬酸添加量0.06%,卡拉胶添加量0.8%。由该配方制作的可吸果冻入口细腻、酸甜适口,具有软枣猕猴桃独特果香,且营养物质(总酚、类黄酮、VC)含量均显著高于市售产品。综上所述,该产品是一款风味独特、具有保健功能、有广阔发展前景的新型可吸果冻。  相似文献

以蒲公英汁及复原乳为主要原料,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验优化凝固型蒲公英酸乳的最佳配方。结果表明,蒲公英凝固型酸奶的最佳配方为:蒲公英汁添加量10%,蔗糖添加量8%,羧甲基纤维素钠添加量0.3%,在该配方下制得的酸奶产品风味独特,组织均匀,营养丰富。  相似文献

对来自中文源文献的64张正交表按其有无平方和、自由度的自检功能进行了分组归类。选定其中19张正交表为C语言编程的内核,将套每张正交表进行方差分析的算法编写成19个可由主函数调用的子程序。在此过程中添加“自动检校”程序,以套L9(34)分析三因素正交试验结果的编程运行为例,首次对算法的功能正确性通过C程序运行结果同时显示出来。再借助Windows2000平台的Turbo C 2.0集成环境,形成可供150种以上的复因素水平组合方案按经典试验设计的数据结构进行方差分析的通用程序源文件,为不依赖统计软件而进行的数据挖掘工作拓展了新的路径。  相似文献

Continuously variable transmission (CVT) is the ideal transmission for automobile, it is also one of the most important research items of researchers and automobile companies all over the world. By studying the force relationship of metal V-belt type continuously variable transmission, an optimum pitch radius is derived to maximize torque capacity, also a design procedure for optimum pitch radius is listed. The design procedure is applied for the true application, the calculation result shows that the torque capacity of belt transmission can be improved by optimization of the pitch radius. This paper introduces the efficient computer aided design method to optimize the section of steel-concrete continuous composite beams by combining FEM for structure analysis with optimization arithmetic and an efficient shearing force link model of steel-concrete composite beams.The authors established a finite element analysis model,optimization parameter model,optimization mathematics model of steel-concrete continuous composite beams and programs analysis file and optimization control file by using the ANSYS parameter design language. The optimum of the steel-concrete continuous composite beams section is obtained after computing and the optimization result indicates that this method is efficient in optimizing the section of steel-concrete continuous composite beams.So it could be applied extensively in the steel-concrete continuous composite beams section optimization design.  相似文献

Cluster bean (Cymopsis tetragonoloba) belongs to tribe Indigoferae of family Leguminosae. India is the world-leader for cluster bean production as it contributes 80% shares of its total production. Cluster bean (guar) is a cash crop for its application in textile, paper, petroleum, mining, pharmaceuticals, explosives, and food industries. Owing to its immense wealth of variable morphophysiological and industrial qualities there is a strong need for appropriate addressing and well documentation of the germplasm. Efforts are to be made to organize research programs on germplasm characterization, utilization, and molecular characterization. Superior cluster bean varieties were selected on the basis of morphophysiological characters and subjected to DNA-based molecular marker analysis. Eighteen of the best genotypes were chosen for DNA extraction, optimization of PCR conditions, and genetic diversity studies using 37 random primers. A total of 381 random amplification fragments were obtained; number of amplifications ranging from 4 to 22 with an average of 10.29 amplified fragments per primer. Evaluation of RAPD data reveals a magnificent range (0.34–0.76) of genotypic similarity coefficients. The UPGMA dendrogram was constructed based on similarity indices which illustrated discrete clustering of different genotypes into groups. Results recorded a positive correlation amongst varieties vis-à-vis cluster analysis generated by NTSYSpc and morphophysiological characteristics. The degree and distribution of genetic diversity in cluster bean would facilitate an evolutionary relationship between numerous accessions that eventually catalogues genetic resources in a more concerted fashion.  相似文献

Based on the spatial gearing theory, the mathematical model for working pitch cone design of crossed beveloid gears is created. The formulas to determine the transition from point contact to line contact are derived. The direct and in direct methods for pitch cone design of crossed beveloid gears are proposed. The effects of gearing parameters on the angle between the first principle directions are analyzed. The loaded tooth contact analysis is performed using FEM theory. The conclusion indicates that: the angle between the first principle directions is more sensitive to cone angles than to the helix angle. The increase of the angle between the first principle directions can obtain smaller contact area, higher transmission error and lower mesh stiffness. A practical tooth bearing test is conducted to demonstrate the proposed design procedure and the experimental result compared well with the simulation. For the matching design and optimization of beveloid gears, it has both the theoretical and project practical significance.  相似文献

为建立并优化冬虫夏草RAPD反应体系,通过改变RAPD反应体系中Mg2+、dNTP、引物、模板等主要成分的浓度,结合RAPD扩增效果,建立冬虫夏草RAPD反应体系,然后通过改变主要热循环参数,优化冬虫夏草RAPD反应体系。结果表明:适合冬虫夏草的RAPD反应体系为25 μL体系中内含1×PCR缓冲液、1.5 μmol/μL Mg2+、320 μmol/L dNTP、24 ng引物、20 ng模板、1 U Taq酶;扩增程序的优化结果为:95℃预变性5 min,然后35个循环(94℃变性45 s,36℃复性1 min,72℃延伸2 min),循环结束后72℃延伸7 min。综上,RAPD技术可用于冬虫夏草的鉴定、评价分析。  相似文献

Traditional model of distribution networks mostly research the response of input excitation, by describing elements and connections of elements for distribution networks. When the states of vertexes in distribution networks have changed, the connections of elements transformation. Owning to the mutual couplings and branches of distribution networks, it is hard to achieve the global optimization for load balancing, reconfiguration and restoration after fault by nomograph. A new model based on hierarchical model is presented. This model can be employed to identify the zone and branches efficiently and offer a cogent topological analysis method for the global optimization. 以玛纳斯河流域绿洲农田为例,应用SPSS对绿洲内部不同开垦年限耕地土壤质量综合状况进行了主成分分析以及相关性分析。结果表明:土壤耕层综合质量状况随着开垦年限先变好,达到最优值后又开始退化,开垦10~15a严重退化,达到土壤耕作的预警期,随后进一步退化。通过综合评价分析,可以为防止农田退化,维护及恢复土壤地力提供参考依据。  相似文献

In order to meet the demand of large scale boiler design and operating optimization, this paper establishes the dynamic mathematic model for domestic 600MW subcritical pressure boiler. MMS software is adopted in the whole process from modeling to simulation. This software make process simple and quick. This model is based on modulariza- tion and the comprehensive physical and chemical process in boiler is considered. Simulation result shows that the re- sponses of this model under different disturbance are coincident to mechanics analysis. The simulation result under ste Pdisturbance can be used to analyze unit changes and provide some guide and it also can supply performance reference data to boiler design.  相似文献

A robust method for determining the component safety factor and structural safety factor of steel truss bridge is developed based on elastic modulus reduction method (EMRM). A procedure of two-level safety analysis and structural optimization is presented by means of the linear FEA iteration and the generalized yield criterion to take multiple internal forces into consideration. The strategy of elastic modulus adjustment is derived according to the principle of conversation of energy. The element bearing ratio (EBR) in every step can be obtained, and the first and last EBRs are employed to determine component safety factor and the structural safety factor for two-level structural safety evaluation of steel truss bridge. Those components with higher or lower EBR than the referenced EBR can be identified. By taking the quantitative relationship of the two level safety factors, a structural optimization scheme with better distribution of the EBR and saving material consumption can be achieved by adjusting the sectional strength of components with higher and lower EBR. Numerical examples show that the proposed method is promising with satisfying accuracy. The analysis of structural safety and optimization can be implemented by using the linear iteration while complicated nonlinear analysis in classical scheme is avoided.  相似文献
