对马尾松木材在高温干燥过程中的水分非稳态扩散进行了研究 ,结果表明当含水率高于纤维饱和点时 ,水分扩散系数随含水率的降低而增加 ;当含水率低于纤维饱和点时 ,水分扩散系数随含水率的下降而减少。马尾松木材的径向扩散系数大于弦向扩散系数。随着温度的升高和相对湿度的降低 ,木材的横向水分扩散系数增大  相似文献

研究了由橡木纤维和回收的废旧瓦楞纸纤维混合制备的中密度纤维板(MDF)的阻燃性能,讨论了阻燃剂氢氧化铝(ATH)对MDF的内结合强度(IB)、膨胀率和吸水性等力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着ATH用量的增加,MDF的极限氧指数(LOI)增大,表明加入适量的ATH能提高MDF的阻燃性能。当MDF中不含树脂时,其IB值会随ATH用量增加而增大,并随回收的废旧瓦楞纸纤维用量的增加呈递增趋势;树脂的加入,提高了MDF的粘接强度,降低了MDF的膨胀率和吸水率;但当回收的废旧瓦楞纸纤维用量增大时,MDF面板的膨胀率也增大。  相似文献

为更加高效广泛地利用樟子松材,对不同初含水率(IMC)的木材进行高温干燥试验。探究相同厚度下不同初含水率木材高温干燥能耗。并依据非稳态扩散理论,在一定的实验条件下探讨不同初含水率对水分径向扩散系数的影响。结果表明:初含水率越高,扩散系数越大,在纤维饱和点附近达到最大值。当含水率在纤维饱和点以下时,水分扩散系数随着初含水率的增加而增大;而当木材含水率在纤维饱和点以上时,其扩散系数基本保持恒定。樟子松材高温干燥过程中,干燥时间越长,能耗越大;不同初含水率试件干燥结束时的能耗不同,初含水率越高,高温干燥过程用时越长,能耗越大。木材干燥过程中依据含水率的差异进行分级干燥可以达到节能的目的。  相似文献

采用铜纤维、脲醛树脂、丙烯酸树脂以及装饰板表层纸进行热压复合制备具有电磁屏蔽功能的导电膜片。结果表明:导电膜片的电磁屏蔽效能随着纤维填充量的增大而增大,当铜纤维填充量为250g·m-2时,5,10和15mm铜纤维填充制备导电膜片的电磁屏蔽效能值分别在27~65dB,31~67dB和32~67dB之间,膜片都具有较好的屏蔽效果。在相同填充量的条件下,长度越长的铜纤维填充导电膜片电磁屏蔽效能值越大。此外结果还表明:对比铜纤维长度和膜片厚度2个影响因子,铜纤维填充量对导电膜片电磁屏蔽平均值影响最显著。  相似文献

分析和讨论了影响马尾松木材横向液体渗透性及其各向异性的机理.对马尾松木材的径向液体渗透性和弦向液体渗透性进行了测量.结果表明,马尾松木材的径向液体渗透性大于弦向液体渗透性,并且,马尾松木材的径向液体渗透性和弦向液体渗透性都是从边材向心材逐渐减小,并随着含水率的下降而升高.其原因是径向液体流动的主要通道是木射线和水平树脂道,弦向主要是管胞壁和交叉场上的纹孔.  相似文献

研究了亚麻纤维(flaxfiber,FF)的含量和马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAH-g-PP)对聚丙烯/亚麻纤维(PP/FF)复合材料各项性能的影响,通过扫描电镜研究了复合材料的界面结构.结果表明:随着FF含量增大,复合材料拉伸强度、硬度和热变形温度提高;添加MAH-g-PP提高了复合材料力学性能和热稳定性,降低了复合材料吸水性.  相似文献

对5株13年生的尾巨桉纤维形态的径向变异进行研究,在显微镜下观察木材解剖构造,同时对纤维长、纤维宽、胞壁厚和纤维长宽比进行了测量.结果表明:尾巨桉属阔叶散孔材,纤维形态指标径向上具有增大的趋势,株内径向上各纤维形态指标差异显著,株间略有差异.尾巨桉木材平均纤维长0.73~1.01 mm,胞壁厚4.36~5.09μm,纤维长宽比42~51,能满足纤维工业原料的要求,属较好的纸浆工业用材.  相似文献

以慈竹竹原纤维和黄麻纤维为对象,采用红外光谱法和二维相关红外光谱分析技术,对2种纤维及其化学处理后的单根纤维进行研究。结果表明:慈竹竹原纤维和黄麻纤维的一维红外光谱主要区别于1736cm-1处的CO伸缩振动和木质素苯环特征吸收峰;二者经双氧水-冰醋酸处理后,黄麻单根纤维在1736cm-1附近仍存在明显的吸收峰。在高分辨的二维同步相关谱中,慈竹竹原纤维和黄麻纤维特征差异更为明显,慈竹竹原纤维在1000~1250cm-1范围内有8个自动峰,1008cm-1处强度最大;黄麻纤维有7个自动峰,1217cm-1处强度最大;同时在1435~1750cm-1范围内,黄麻纤维在1726cm-1(C=O伸缩振动)处出现较强的自动峰,而慈竹竹原纤维光谱中没有。各区域内自动峰均为正相关。与化学处理前纤维谱图相比,二者单根纤维的二维相关红外光谱发生了改变,表明纤维成分对其热微扰过程中的变化有一定影响。初步研究表明:二维相关红外光谱为竹原纤维的识别提供了更为丰富的信息,可作为竹原纤维识别的一种新方法。  相似文献

将针叶树材气体渗透的三维流阻网络理论进行了扩充 ,提出了气体径向和弦向渗透次级流阻网络的二维等效流阻网络及二维等效流阻网络流阻基元的确定和等效流阻的求解方法 ,将三维流阻网络从关于针叶树材气体纵向渗透性研究 ,扩展到针叶树材气体径向和弦向渗透性研究。提出了针叶树材径向和弦向气体渗透三维流阻网络理论 ,计算了马尾松试件径向和弦向渗透系数 ,并与测量值进行比较 ,结果表明两值相符合。将本文的针叶树材径向和弦向气体渗透三维流阻网络理论与此前关于针叶树材纵向气体渗透的三维流阻网络工作相结合 ,可以使用三维流阻网络计算针叶树材纵向、径向、弦向的气体渗透系数 ,其在木材干燥、改性、防腐有应用价值  相似文献

This experiment describes some anatomical features of Tectona grandis L. relating to the variation of liquid permeability in radial and longitudinal directions. Safranine aqueous solution was used to measure the permeability for its brilliant color and staining properties. Even in presence of abundant rays, penetration depth of liquid in radial direction was found very low in comparison with axial flow. Herein ray length and perimeter of cross-sectional area, interparenchymatous pit number and diameter determined the radial permeability. On the other hand, vessel length and diameter, intervessel pit size, and fiber length affected the longitudinal flow of liquids. Following a go-stop-go cycle, penetration speed of liquid decreased over time.  相似文献

气体在木材中的渗透是通过木材内的孔隙通道进行 ,而木材内的孔隙结构非常复杂 ,在纵向、径向、弦向的连接特性均不相同。以往关于针叶树材气体渗透的模型或理论 ,只考虑针叶树材内气体渗透通道在 1个或 2个方向上的连接。本文根据针叶树材管胞流阻和管胞在纵向、径向、弦向的连接特性 ,建立了一个描述针叶树材纵向气体渗透性的三维流阻网络 ,并运用重正化变换求解出流阻网络的流阻 ,计算了针叶树材气体纵向渗透系数。所得马尾松木材气体纵向渗透系数计算值与其测量结果进行比较 ,两者十分吻合 ,表明本文关于针叶树材气体纵向渗透三维流阻网络理论的科学性  相似文献

The permeability and the structure of heartwood and sapwood of the solvent-exchange dried and the air-dried green-wood of Chinese-fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata(Lamb.)Hook.)and masson pine(Pinus massoniana Lamb.) were measured in order to study the relations between the permeability and the structure.The results showed that the permeability of sapwood of both the air-dried and the solvent-exchange dried wood was higher than that of heartwood,and the permeability of the solvent-exchanged a bigger number of flow path per unit area of the wood perpendicular to the flow direction resulted from a bigger number of unaspirated pits per unit area and a bigger number of effective pit openings per membrane,and on the other hand,a smaller number of tracheid in series connection per unit length parallel to flow direction resulted from a longer tracheid longth and an effective tracheid length for permeability.  相似文献

The impact of ray and vessel features on the radial air permeability and liquid penetration was compared between poplar (Populus nigra) tension and normal wood. Air permeability was measured by the falling-water volume-displacement method. To measure liquid penetration, specimens were saturated with safranin solution by the full-cell process at low pressure, and the pattern of red color penetration was then examined. Results revealed no significant difference in vessel frequency, intervessel and vessel-ray pit diameter between tension and normal wood, whereas porosity and average vessel lumen area in normal wood were significantly greater than those in tension wood. Regarding rays, their length was not different between normal and tension wood, but the latter had more frequent rays per millimeter. Since xylem rays are important flow conduits in lateral movement of fluids, it could be hypothesized that a larger number of rays in tension wood would lead to improved radial permeability. However, neither air permeability nor liquid penetration varied significantly in the studied specimens. Consequently, the results proved that ray frequency has no determining role in radial fluid flow in poplar tension and normal wood and that the share of intervessel and vessel-ray pits in radial permeability is more important.  相似文献

在1.3×10-6到1.0×10-5m3·s-1的流速条件下,测量马尾松的纵向空气渗透系数.在所使用的流速范围内,空气流速与样品两端的空气压强差呈现线形与非线形的关系,其非线形的分量随空气流速或压强差的增大而增强.空气流速或压强差对样品的纵向空气渗透系数有影响,在6个所测量的试样中,5个试样的纵向空气渗透系数最大值与最小值的相对差在3.1%到5.7%之间,而1个试样的相对差则达到了34.2%.根据本文的研究结果,应该使用不同的气体流速(气体压强差)测量木材样品的气体渗透系数,用所测得的这些结果的几何平均值或以流速与压强差为权重的加权平均值作为样品的气体渗透系数,并指明测量气体渗透系数时不同的气体流速或压强差的范围.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Gas permeability and structure of fiberboard mats are essential properties because of their impact on mat internal gas pressure, moisture content and temperature evolution during the hot-pressing process. The objectives of this work were to determine the effect of fiber size and mat density on the intrinsic gas permeability of the mat. For the study of these mat properties, panels with a homogeneous density profile through the thickness were manufactured at five density levels (200, 400, 600, 800 and 1000?kg m?3) for three different fiber sizes. Fiber refining was performed in a disk refiner at three plate spacings. Gas permeability was measured with an in-house built apparatus. The results showed that the fiber sizes studied had no significant effect on the intrinsic permeability. This was likely due to a more significant impact of the internal porous structure of the mat compared to fiber size. Besides, the intrinsic permeability decreased significantly when the panel density increased from 198 to 810?kg m?3. This suggests that the decrease of the intrinsic gas permeability during the last seconds of press closure plays an essential role in the bulk moisture mass transfer through the fiberboard mat.  相似文献

The charring rates of 12 different wood species originating from Europe and the tropics with densities ranging from 350 to 750kg/m3 were investigated to obtain clues on their fire resistance behavior. This was done by measuring the thickness of the charred layer after a 30-min exposure to the standard fire ISO 834-1. No correlation was observed between charring rate and density. In search of another physical property that could be used as an indicator of fire resistance, the oxygen permeabilities of the selected wood types were measured. A strong correlation between oxygen permeability perpendicular to the wood fiber direction and charring rate was found, which is quite straightforward given that oxygen is the necessary component to enable smoldering and ignition, both affecting the charring rate. It seems that oxygen permeability is potentially more suitable as a parameter to evaluate the fire resistance of char-sensitive wooden constructions, rather than density. No general preference of the tree ring orientation from 0° (tangential) to 45° and 90° (radial) was found for these measurements.
