花楸果皮色素研究初报   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对花楸果皮色素进行了初步研究,发现花楸果皮含有水溶性的红色素和脂溶性的黄色素;红色素为花青素类色素,而黄色素为类胡萝卜素类色素;黄色素在四氢呋喃中溶解性最好,其次为石油醚,甲醇效果最差;用薄层层析法证实,花楸果皮的乙醇提取物至少含有1种黄色成分和2种无色成分,而石油醚提取物仅含有1种黄色成分;对花楸黄色素的乙醇提取物来说,加大展开剂中石油醚的比例,可以使色素得到更好的分离。  相似文献

Chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol and methanol extracts of fruit mesocarp of Balanites aegyptiaca and five fractions from the methanol extract were tested against the Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. All extracts showed larvicidal effects however the highest larval mortality was found in methanol extract. One fraction obtained from the silica gel column chromatography of the latter was found most effective for larval mortality. This fraction also interfered with adult emergence. A concentration of 0.0014% (w/v) of this active fraction showed inhibition of the 50% of the test larval population from emerging adults (EC(50)). The analysis of total saponin content of these tested extracts and fractions revealed a strong correlation between saponin content and larval mortality.  相似文献

The methanol extract of Cyperus rotundus rhizome, given orally at the doses of 250 and 500 mg/kg b.w., showed significant antidiarrhoeal activity in castor oil induced diarrhoea in mice. Among the fractions, tested at 250 mg/kg, the petroleum ether fraction (PEF) and residual methanol fraction (RMF) were found to retain the activity, the latter being more active as compared to the control. The ethyl acetate fraction (EAF) did not show any antidiarrhoeal activity.  相似文献

The Breynia cernua leaves, stem and root barks and heart-woods extracted with petrol, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, butanol and methanol gave fractions with varied level of antimicrobial activity. The best activity was exhibited by the methanol extract of the root bark followed by its butanol fraction. These were the only fractions exhibiting a good level of antifungal activity as compared to the standard. The dichloromethane fraction of the stem bark also demonstrated good activity.  相似文献

Potential compounds from Intsia palembanica methanol extracts were isolated. Three isolated compounds as well as 7 reported compounds from Merbau were analyzed for their ability to inhibit the lipase activity of Propionibacterium acnes. Lipase was isolated from P. acnes and used as enzyme for activity analysis. The lipase activity test was performed using the 2,3-dimercapto-1-propanol tributyrate (BALB) method. The results showed that methanol extract and water fraction were active to inhibit lipase activity but n-hexane fraction and EtOAc fraction did not reach 50 % inhibition until 500 μg/ml. EtOAc fraction consisted of flavonoid, naringenin, robinetin, and (+)-epirobidanol accelerated the lipase activity. The other 7 compounds showed inhibitory activity of lipase in a concentration-dependent manner. In conclusion, fustin is the most active compound to inhibit the P. acnes lipase activity.  相似文献

The methanol extracts of leaves, stem and root barks of Lithocarpus celebicus showed a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity which was increased on fractionation (petrol, dichloromethane, ethylacetate), particularly in the ethyl acetate fraction of the stem bark and petrol fraction of the root bark. Fractions prepared from the methanol extract of Buchholzia coriacea stem bark exhibited a high concentration-dependent antibacterial and antifungal activity compared to the standard antibiotics, ampicillin and tioconazole. In the brine shrimp lethality (BSL) assay, the methanol extract was found to be non-toxic with an LC(50) of 1031 microg/ml. The two main compounds present in the most active fraction were isolated and identified as lupeol and beta-sitosterol.  相似文献

The activity was increased on fractionation (petrol, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate), particularly in the petrol fraction of the leaves of H. helwigii and dichlorometane fraction of the stem bark of M. azedarach. Total dichloromethane, methanol and water extracts, their fractions as well as volatiles of Carthamus lanatus aerial parts were phytochemically screened and evaluated for antibacterial, antifungal and cytotoxic activity. The H(2)O/MeOH fraction of the CH(2)Cl(2) extract exhibited noticeable antibacterial activity. The same fraction and the volatiles showed significant cytotoxic activity.  相似文献

Methanol extract at 100-200 mg/kg p.o. and major nonpolar fraction B at 50 mg/kg of Alstonia macrophylla leaves caused a significant reduction in spontaneous activity, remarkable decrease in exploratory behavioural pattern, a reduction in muscle relaxant activity and also significantly potentiated phenobarbitone sodium-induced sleeping time. The phytochemical study of crude leaf extract revealed the presence of tannin, triterpenoid, flavonoid, sterol, alkaloid and reducing sugars. 以山葡萄籽为实验材料,通过单因素法提取葡萄籽中的多酚。根据不同浸提剂在540nm处可见光吸收情况的测定,确定70%甲醇溶液为最佳浸提剂。通过单因素试验确定了提取剂浓度、提取时间、提取温度、料液比的适用范围,再利用正交试验法进行工艺优化。确定最佳工艺条件为:体积分数70%的甲醇,料液比1:20(m/v),70℃水浴,浸提20min。山葡萄籽中多酚的含量可达18.981mg/g。  相似文献
