猪传染性胃肠炎(TGE)是由猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)引起的一种高度接触性肠道传染病。早春的寒冷季节,猪传染性胃肠炎发病率逐年增多,该病发病急,发病后往往在短期内可引起全群严重感染,临床以哺乳仔猪呕吐、黄色喷水样腹泻、脱水和高死亡率为主要特征。特别是3~10日龄哺乳仔猪发病率高,致死率高。妊娠母猪出现腹泻、流产和不同程度的呼吸道感染。目前在云南省红河州边疆县发病率逐年增多,多呈地方性流行或散发。有的猪场阳性率达60%以上,已是集约化猪场的主要传染病之一。在当前众多的猪传染性疾病中,猪传染性胃肠炎的严重危害给养猪业的健康发展带来了巨大的经济损失。文章根据红河县猪传染性胃肠炎流行情况、发病的特点、临床症状等进行调查分析,并提出相应防治措施。  相似文献

鼻炎康(I,Ⅱ号)是新型高效广谱抗菌复合制剂,药敏试验表明:对传染性鼻炎主要病原菌波氏杆菌,巴氏杆菌高度敏感,优于常用抗菌素。临床治疗家兔传染性鼻炎总有效率达96%,转阴率达54%~63.3%,I号药用于滴鼻,Ⅱ号药肌注为宜,3天为一疗程。经3万余只鼻炎患兔治疗证明,效果普遍较好。  相似文献

鸡传染性法氏囊病是由传染性法氏羹病毒引起的一种急性、接触传染性疾病。以侵害鸡的腔上囊(或称法氏囊)为主,及其淋巴细胞大量坏死性病理变化为特征。临床表现突然发生,病程短,呈尖锋式死亡曲线,病鸡排出带泡沫微黄色或白色稀粪。发病率高,几乎达100%,死亡率低,一般为5%~15%,是目前养禽业最重要的疾病之一。  相似文献

本试验研究证明,“禽毒灵”防治鸡传染性法氏囊病效果显著。跟踪追访户,用“禽毒灵”治疗病鸡15600只,治愈15325只,治愈率为96.85%-99.86%,平均为98.24%。对比试验结果表明,平均治愈率为“禽毒灵”试验组达97.00%,对照组为69.41%。试验组较对照组提高27.59%,卵黄抗体组较对照组提高26.59%。经统计学处理(X2检验),差异极显著(P<0.001)。由此可见,“禽毒灵”略优于卵黄抗体。同时说明:“禽毒灵”还可防治鸡传染性支气管炎、喉气管炎、鸭病毒性肝炎等病毒性疾病。因此,“禽毒灵”具有开发利用和推广应用价值。  相似文献

作者制备了传染性法氏囊病的高免卵黄液,并对其口服防治效果进行了研究。患有鸡传染性法氏囊病的600只上海土鸡经投用抗生素药物治疗4 d无效后,采用口服高免卵黄液(2 ml/只)进行治疗,每天口服2次。1 d后,有12只发生死亡,其余鸡只逐渐恢复正常(治愈率98%)。表明高免卵黄液对治疗鸡传染性法氏囊病有良好的临床效果,同时也反映出口服高免卵黄液是一种较好的免疫途径和方法。  相似文献

Ehrlichiosis is a term that has been used to describe infection with any of a number of related intracellular, vector-borne pathogens. A recent reclassification has resulted in the transfer of several species previously known as Ehrlichia to the genus Anaplasma or Neorickettsia. Ehrlichia and Anaplasma are transmitted largely through the bite of infected ticks, while vectors for Neorickettsia include trematodes and the intermediate hosts (i.e., fish, snails, and insects) involved in the trematode life cycle. Dogs (and cats) are susceptible to infection with several of these pathogens, and veterinarians should be aware of the similarities and differences between E canis and related infections. Pets with suggestive clinical signs and laboratory abnormalities may be started on doxycycline pending specific diagnostic testing. The veterinarian practicing in endemic areas must understand the implications and limitations of serologic and molecular testing to confirm a diagnosis. For animals in endemic areas, prevention of exposure to vectors can lessen the risk of disease for pets and might lessen the potential for animals to become carriers of disease for their human companions.  相似文献

Maedi-visna virus (MVV) of sheep was the first lentivirus to be isolated. The genomic organization of MVV is very similar to that of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) with several genes regulating the expression of the viral genome. Viral replication is severely restricted in the host and some cells apparently contain the genetic information in a DNA provirus form with little or no expression of viral antigens. This seems to be a major factor in causing the “slowness” of lentiviral infections and the persistence of the virus in the host since the immune system may not recognize the provirus-containing cells. The target cells for HIV and MVV are similar although T4 lymphocytes are not specifically destroyed in maedi-visna. There are also certain similarities in the pathological changes in both diseases, both in the central nervous system, the lungs and the lymphatic system. Although the severe final immunodeficiency state characteristic of AIDS has not been observed in maedi-visna, the basic biological features of the MVV and its interaction with host cells are so similar to HIV infection, that we consider ovine maedi-visna useful animal model for the human lentivirus infections.  相似文献
