After feeding through an artificial membrane on an 18 percent sucrose solution containing either acetate-1-C(14) or uniformly-labeled glucose-C(14), Myzus persicae incorporated 75 percent of the carbon-14 into palmitoleic, stearic, and oleic acids. Small amounts were incorporated into myristic, linoleic, and linolenic acids; no significant amounts were incorporated into the short-chain fatty acids.  相似文献

Ethanol has been isolated from the tissues of several animal species in amounts ranging from 23 to 145 micromole/100 gm of tissue. Intestinal bacterial flora appear to be excluded as a source of this ethanol. Radioactivity from pyruvate-2-C(14) appeared in ethanol after incubation with liver slices; this finding indicates an endogenous synthesis.  相似文献

In vivo studies of the biosynthesis of chick hemoglobins 1 and 2 showed an over-all higher incorporation of glycine-2-C(14), valine-4-C(14), valine-1-C(14), leucine-G-C(14), and histidine-(2-ring)-C(14) in hemoglobin 2; in vitro studies made with intact nucleated chick erythrocytes showed the higher incorporation of glycine-2-C(14), valine-1-C(14), and histidine-(2-ring)-C(14) in hemoglobin 1. 【目的】研究日粮中不同硒(Se)水平和不同来源多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)对绵羊血浆和红细胞膜脂肪酸组成及抗氧化的影响。【方法】选用3月龄三元杂交肉用羯羊(无角陶赛特×小尾寒羊×夏洛莱,平均体重为26.3±1.2 kg)32只作为试验羊,采用2×2因子(两个Se水平和两个PUFA来源)设计,随机分为4组,分别饲喂基础日粮+5%亚麻油(LO)、LO+2 mg•kg-1硒(LOSe)、基础日粮+5%葵花油(SO)和SO+2 mg•kg-1硒(SOSe)。硒以亚硒酸钠的形式添加。试验结束后颈静脉采血,分离血浆及红细胞膜,测定脂肪酸组成及抗氧化特征。【结果】日粮加硒提高了绵羊血浆和红细胞膜的抗氧化能力、血浆trans-11-C18:1浓度和红细胞膜trans-10,cis-12-C18:2浓度,增加了饲喂葵花油日粮绵羊血浆中C20:4n-6和红细胞膜中C20:5n-3浓度,对饲喂亚麻油日粮绵羊无影响;饲喂亚麻油日粮绵羊比饲喂葵花油日粮绵羊血浆和红细胞膜中PUFA更易发生脂质过氧化反应。【结论】绵羊饲喂富含PUFA日粮,同时添加硒可提高血浆和红细胞膜的抗氧化能力,促进PUFA的沉积;添加硒更有利于饲喂葵花油日粮绵羊血浆和红细胞膜中的PUFA沉积。  相似文献

研究以2003~2005年我国烤烟(Nicotiana tabacum)主产省份C3F、B2F、X2F3个等级烟叶中的总植物碱含量为研究对象,研究总植物碱含量各等级年度间变化情况,利用地统计与GIS技术结合的方法研究区域内总植物碱的时间变化和空间分布特征。结果表明,各等级烟叶总植物碱含量年度间空间分布特征相似,均呈由北向南和由东向西方向递增的趋势,且有逐年降低趋势。  相似文献

The crystal structure of superconducting Na(2)CsC(60) was studied by high-resolution powder neutron diffraction between 1.6 and 425 K. Contrary to the literature, the structure at low temperatures is primitive cubic [See equation in the PDF file], isostructural with pristine C(60). Anticlockwise rotation of the C(60) units by 98 degrees about [111] allows simultaneous optimization of C(60)-C(60) and alkali-fulleride interactions. Optimal Na(+)-C(60)(3-) coordination is achieved with each sodium ion located above one hexagon face and three hexagon-hexagon fusions of neighboring fulleride ions (coordination number 12). Reduction of the C(60) molecule lengthens the hexagon-hexagon fusions and shortens the pentagon-hexagon fusions (to approximately 1.43 angstroms). On heating, Na(2)CsC(60) undergoes a phase transition to a face-centered-cubic [See equation in the PDF file] phase, best modeled as containing quasi-spherical C(60)(3-) ions. The modified structure and intermolecular potential provide an additional dimension to the behavior of superconducting fullerides and should sensitively affect their electronic and conducting properties.  相似文献

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary energy and protein dilution from age 8 to 14 d on growth performance,clinical blood parameters,carcass yield,and tibia parameters of broilers.Treatments were assigned in a completely randomized manner with factorial arrangement(4x4) including 4 levels of energy dilution and 4 levels of protein dilution.All birds were fed the same diet during the remaining period of time.The feeds were weighed every week,and the birds were weighed at 7,14,and 42 d.At 14 d,blood samples were taken for clinical chemistry measurements,and 4birds from each replicate were sacrificed to measure carcass yield and tibia parameters at 42 d.From 8 to 14 d,average daily feed intake(ADFI) of the 20%protein dilution group increased significantly compared with that of the 10%protein dilution group(P0.05).The feed conversion ratio(FCR) of the group with 30%protein dilution and 15%energy dilution creased the most among all treatment groups.From 15 to 42 d,the ADFI and FCR of the 20%protein dilution group were greater than those of the 0 and 10%protein dilution groups(P0.05),and the FCR of the 15%energy dilution group increased significantly(P0.05).At 42 d,body weight(BW) of the 15%energy dilution group was less than that of the other groups(P0.05).Significant interactions were observed in ADFI,FCR,and BW at 42 d of age between energy dilution and protein dilution(P0.05).At 14 d,serum total protein levels of birds in the 20 and 30%protein dilution groups decreased significantly compared to that of the 10%protein dilution group(P0.05).Blood urea nitrogen concentration of birds in the 20 and 30%protein dilution groups decreased significantly compared with those in 0 and 10%protein dilution groups(P0.05).Triacylglycerol concentration of birds in the 20%protein and 10%energy dilution groups decreased significantly compared with that of the 0 dilution group(P0.05).The carcass yields were unaffected by dilution of energy and protein(P0.05).The bone breaking strength of the 15%energy dilution group decreased significantly compared with that of the5%energy dilution group(P0.05).This study suggested that dietary protein and energy reduced 10%from 8 to 14 d of age can not affect the growth performance and other indexes in broilers.  相似文献

为研究浮萍Lemna minor对黄金锦鲤Cyprinus carpio生长性能、抗氧化和消化能力的影响,以初始体质量为(52.99±1.95)g的黄金锦鲤为研究对象,在饲料中分别添加0、3%、6%、9%、13%、14%的浮萍,相应替代同等水平的菜粕,制成6组等氮(粗蛋白质为38.5%~38.6%)、等能(12.2 MJ/kg)的饲料,分别记为D1(对照)、D2、D3、D4、D5、D6饲料组,将540尾健康的黄金锦鲤随机分成6组,每组设3个重复,每个重复放30尾鱼,养殖时间为8周。结果表明:D6饲料组增重率(WGR)、蛋白质效率(PER)、特定生长率(SGR)和肥满度(CF)均显著高于对照组及添加水平为3%的饲料组(P0.05),而其饲料系数(FCR)显著低于上述两组(P0.05);D6饲料组蛋白酶活力与脂肪酶活力显著高于其他饲料组(P0.05),各饲料组间淀粉酶活力则无显著性差异(P0.05);D4与D6饲料组肝胰脏、脾脏、肾脏和血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力显著高于其他饲料组(P0.05),且D6饲料组丙二醛(MDA)活力显著最低(P0.05)。研究表明:本试验条件下,饲料中浮萍的添加水平在14%时,有利于黄金锦鲤的生长,并能提高鱼体抗氧化能力与消化酶活力。  相似文献

为建立烤烟焦油含量的预测模型,对烤烟总糖含量(X1)、还原糖含量(X2)、总氮含量(X3)、烟碱含量(X4)、钾含量(X5)、氯含量(X6)、糖碱比(X7)、氮碱比(X8)和钾氯比(X9)9项化学指标进行基于相关分析和统计检验的多重共线性诊断,并对其与焦油含量(Y)进行了岭回归分析。结果表明,烤烟总糖、还原糖、总氮、烟碱、糖碱比和氮碱比6项化学指标间存在共线性,且9项化学指标与焦油含量间均存在极显著相关关系,表明采用岭回归方法建立的以该9项化学指标为自变量的烤烟焦油含量多元线性回归模型是合理的。当岭回归参数为0.08时的烤烟焦油含量预测模型为Y=18.800 9–0.000 7X1–0.034 2X2+1.625 2X3+0.691 1X4–0.968 68X5+0.292 70X6–0.029 9X7–3.519 3X8–0.056 87X9(R2=0.817 5)。回归方程通过显著性检验(P<0.01),且回归系数的符号均与相关分析结果相一致,有效地使运用最小二乘法估计时符号不合理的回归系数变得合理。  相似文献

按同质原则将 28 只试羊(3~3.5 月龄)分为 4 个饲粮处理组,采用 3 因子(2×2×2)设计,研究两个营养水平(A 因子,A1—0.9NRC 和 A2—0.8NRC)下不同饲粮组合(B 因子,B1—添加甜菜渣和 B2—不添加甜菜渣)对不同杂交组合(C 因子,C1—波德代(♂)×蒙古羊(♀),C2—陶塞特(♂)×蒙古羊(♀))的育肥效果。结果表明,A、B、C 三因子对试羊平均日增重均无显著影响(P>0.05),仅正试期头 20 dC2日均增重显著(P<0.05)高于 C1。A1水平羔羊平均日采食量极显著(P<0.01)低于 A2,而饲料转化率及熟肉率极显著(P<0.01)高于 A2。B1正试期后 40 d 日均增重有高于 B2的趋势,而 GR 值有低于 B2的倾向。  相似文献

为探究华北平原施肥方式和土壤水分对玉米秸秆降解特征及微生物秸秆碳利用效率的影响,从长期定位实验站采集施用9 t/hm2牛粪的有机肥和等养分含量的化肥处理(N、P、K肥)的表层土壤,将13C标记的玉米秸秆分别添加到2种施肥方式的土壤中,在恒湿(田间持水量(WHC)60%)和干旱胁迫(WHC 30%)条件下培养56 d,测定来源于秸秆和土壤本底的CO2排放和微生物量碳(MBC)的动态变化,并分析微生物秸秆碳利用效率和代谢熵。结果表明:添加秸秆后,随着培养时间的延长,土壤总CO2-C排放通量先降低后趋于稳定,土壤总MBC先增加后降低。相比恒湿条件,干旱胁迫显著降低了来源于秸秆和土壤本底(培养第1、3天除外)的CO2-C累积排放量,却显著提高了微生物秸秆碳利用效率;培养前期(第1—7天),干旱胁迫显著降低了土壤总MBC,但后期(第14—56天)对土壤总MBC影响不显著。恒湿条件下,施用有机肥的土壤中秸秆(培养第1天除外)和土壤本底(培养第1、3天除外)来源的CO2-C累积排放量、微生物代谢熵均显著高于化肥处理,但在培养第3天微生物秸秆碳利用效率显著低于化肥处理;而干旱胁迫条件下2种施肥方式间秸秆(培养第56天除外)和土壤本底来源的CO2-C累积排放量、微生物代谢熵和秸秆碳利用效率差异均不显著。综上,恒湿条件下,施用化肥可显著降低秸秆和土壤原有有机碳的累积矿化量,在培养第3天微生物秸秆碳利用效率显著升高,有利于秸秆碳在土壤中的固存;而在干旱胁迫下,化肥和有机肥施用均有利于秸秆碳的固存。  相似文献

Oxidation of D-glucose-C(14) by bovine thyroid slices was stimulated by cysteine, 2-aminoethanethiol, and cystamine. Amino acids tested, other than cysteine, were not stimulatory, except tyrosine and arginine to a slight degree. The pattern of stimulation resembled that brought about by thyroid-stimulating hormone. Stimulation of labeled CO(2) production was greater when glucose-1-C(14) rather than glucose-6-C(14) was the substrate.  相似文献

为研究饲料糖蛋白质比(C/P)和投喂率对异育银鲫生长和脂质代谢指标的影响,实验设计3组C/P水平为C24/P42、C32/P36、C40/P30的等能等脂饲料,每组饲料设2%、3%、4%各3个投喂水平,实验共9组,每组3个重复,每个重复放养24尾初始体质量为(2.40±0.10)g的异育银鲫,每天投喂两次,实验期50 d。结果表明:(1)C24/P42组终末体重(FBW)、特定生长率(SGR)、饲料转化效率(FCE)显著高于而蛋白质效率比(PER)显著低于C40/P30组(P0.05),C32/P36与C24/P42组差异不显著。4%组FBW、SGR显著高于3%和2%组(P0.05)。(2)鱼体组成仅受投喂率显著影响,3%、4%组全鱼及胴体水分含量显著低于而脂肪含量显著高于2%组(P0.05),3%与4%组差异不显著。(3)随着饲料C/P水平上升,肝脏苹果酸酶(ME)活性先升高后下降(P0.05),肝酯酶(HL)与脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)活性呈相反变化趋势,但总酯酶(TLP)活性无显著变化,脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量显著上升(P0.05)。随着投喂率增加,3%与4%组ME、HL、LPL、TLP活性及LPO含量显著高于2%组(P0.05)。综合生长和脂质代谢指标分析结果,异育银鲫适宜的饲料C/P水平和投喂率分别为C32/P36和4%。  相似文献

为研究壳寡糖(chitosan-oligosaccbarides,COS)对红鳍东方鲀Takifugu rubripes血清和血液生化指标及非特异性免疫指标的影响,选用体质量为(129.2±3.1)g的红鳍东方鲀600尾,随机分为C0、C1、C2、C3 4组,每组设3个平行,在基础饲料中分别添加0、500、1000、2000 mg/kg的壳寡糖,经56 d饲养后,测定其血液指标、抗氧化酶活性及其攻毒耐受性。结果表明:饲料中添加壳寡糖能显著提高血清中碱性磷酸酶、溶菌酶、过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶活力和全血中血小板数量(P0.05),各项指标随壳寡糖添加量的增加整体呈升高趋势;饲料中添加壳寡糖能显著提高红鳍东方鲀肝脏组织中过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶活力(P0.05),显著降低丙二醛含量(P0.05);壳寡糖能明显提高红鳍东方鲀对迟缓爱德华氏菌和哈维弧菌的抵抗力。研究表明,在本试验条件下,饲料中添加2000 mg/kg壳寡糖能够提高红鳍东方鲀的非特异性免疫功能。  相似文献

[目的]以头孢噻呋为底物将大肠埃希菌标准菌株诱导为耐药菌株,研究诱导的耐药菌株对头孢噻呋产生耐药性的机制。[方法]用亚抑菌浓度法对标准菌株C83907和C83845进行诱导,诱导10代后用双纸片法和PCR扩增法,进行超广谱β-内酰胺酶(Extendspectrumβ-lactamses,ESBLs)检测;用试管2倍稀释法测定头孢噻呋对产ESBLs菌株的最小抑菌浓度值;对产生ESBLs的耐药菌株,用试管2倍稀释法测定了头孢噻呋与他唑巴坦钠以不同配比对产生ESBLs大肠埃希菌的最小抑菌浓度。[结果]诱导15代后,头孢噻呋对诱导菌的MIC值8~10μg/ml,且均检测出ESBLs;头孢噻呋与他唑巴坦钠质量比(1∶1~8∶1)联合使用对产生ESBLs的大肠埃希菌的最小抑菌浓度较头孢噻呋单独使用降低20~22倍。[结论]致病性大肠埃希菌对头孢噻呋产生耐药性的主要机制是产生了ESBLs。  相似文献

烟碱由一个吡咯环和一个吡啶环构成,是栽培烟草中最重要的生物碱,占总生物碱含量的90%~95%。烟碱合成途径除最后一步聚合反应仍需试验证实外已基本明确,主要途径基因已被克隆。近年来,烟碱合成调控机制研究进展迅速,多个调控基因被发现参与调控烟碱的合成。文中对烟碱合成途径及其合成调控因素、参与合成调控的转录因子等方面进行了综述,并对烟碱合成调控的未来研究发展进行了展望。  相似文献

Methylmalonic aciduria is an inborn error of metabolism characterized by neonatal or infantile ketoacidosis. Leukocytes isolated from the peripheral blood of a 1-year-old child with this disorder converted negligible quantities of propionate-3-C(14) to carbon dioxide, but oxidized succinate-1,4-C(14) normally, an indication of a block in the conversion of propionate to succinate. Parenteral administration of vitamin B(18) resulted in a reduction in methylmalonic acid excretion and an increase in propionate oxidation by leukocytes in vitro. The results suggest a mutation of methylmalonyl-CoA isomerase, a vitamin B(12), dependent enzyme which converts methylmalonyl-CoA to succinyl-CoA, and provide the first demonstration of vitamin B(12) "dependency" in man.  相似文献

为了明确碱水防治杨树烂皮病的适宜浓度,以及该方法的具体抑菌机理,在室内条件下,将杨树烂皮病病原菌金黄壳囊孢(Cytospora chrysosperma)分别置于5个浓度梯度的Na2CO3培养基溶液下分别培养和浸泡4 h,以不加Na2CO3为对照,分别测定病原菌生长指标、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等保护酶活性和丙二醛(MDA)质量分数。结果表明:Na2CO3对病原菌有明显的抑制作用,其浓度不大于0.3 mmol·L^-1时,抑制作用明显。当Na2CO3浓度增加到0.5 mmol·L^-1时,病原菌细胞趋于死亡,保护酶活性下降,与此同时,Na2CO3可使病原菌丙二醛质量分数升高,从而加剧病原菌膜的损伤,起到了对病原菌的杀伤效果。  相似文献

研究大豆活性肽对14日龄早期断奶仔猪生长性能和甲状腺素分泌的影响。选取14日龄的早期断奶杜×长×大三元杂交商品仔猪18头,随机分为3组,每组6头,正式试验30d。试验组分为对照组(添加8%血浆蛋白粉)、4.9%大豆活性肽组(添加4.9%血浆蛋白粉和4.9%大豆活性肽)和12.62%大豆活性肽组(添加12.62%大豆活性肽),按血浆蛋白粉和大豆活性肽的粗蛋白含量设计。结果表明,4.9%大豆活性肽组有提高平均日增重的趋势,比对照组提高13.94%。但各处理间差异不显著(P>0.05)。对照组平均日采食量最大,12.62%大豆活性肽组饲料转化率最佳为1.208,比对照组改善15.76%。4.9%大豆活性肽组有提高T3和降低T4的趋势,分别为0.36ng·mL-1和49.23ng·mL-1。但各处理均差异不显著(P>0.05)。大豆活性肽可作为血液性产品—血浆蛋白粉的替代品应用在14日龄早期断奶仔猪饲料中,最佳添加量仍需进一步试验。  相似文献
