甘保罗病弱毒疫苗对法氏囊及新城疫HI抗体滴度的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
我场于1999年10~12月进行了甘保罗病(传染性法氏囊病,IBD)弱毒冻干疫苗免疫后对法氏囊及新城疫HI抗体滴度影响试验,结果如下。一、试验鸡及疫苗:1天龄雏鸡200羽,试验组及对照组各100羽雏鸡,饲料由我场饲料场提供。疫苗为英特威公司的IBD D-78冻干弱毒疫苗。其他免疫如新城疫、鸡痘、传支等免疫疫苗均由英特威公司提供。免疫程序为:4天龄时传支+新城疫疫苗点眼;7天龄时鸡痘疫苗刺种;14天龄时新城疫弱毒疫苗点眼,新城疫油乳剂灭活疫苗1/2羽份胸肌注射;17天龄时IBD弱毒疫苗滴鼻。二、IBD冻干疫苗免疫后对法氏囊重量影响IB…  相似文献

威力克(VAXXITEK(R)HVT+IBD)是梅里亚动物保健有限公司于2011年在中国推出的一种新型传染性法氏囊病活载体疫苗,当年即在国内市场销售了近8亿羽份.威力克为载体疫苗,是将传染性法氏囊病(IBD)病毒的VP2基因片段插入火鸡疱疹病毒(HVT)的基因内,重新组成新的疫苗.VP2片段携带宿主保护性抗原决定簇基因,可以诱导免疫系统产生抗IBD的VP2抗体,因此威力克虽然不含有IBD病毒,但免疫后可以激发鸡免疫系统产生抗IBD抗体,从而预防IBD的感染.  相似文献

鸡传染性法氏囊病(IBD)是由鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)引起的雏鸡的一种高度接触性传染病,自1962年报道以来,世界上主要养禽国家和地区均有流行,给养禽业带来严重经济损失。目前,IBD防控的主要方法是采用疫苗接种,使易感雏鸡获得主动或被动免疫保护,因此疫苗的质量对临床上IBD的防控起着至关重要的作用。虽然各国均有较好的商品化疫苗,但随着IBDV毒株的不断变异,商品化疫苗的抗原性与流行毒株不能完全匹配,临床上免疫失败时有发生,因此迫切需要研发与临床流行毒株相匹配的新型疫苗用于IBD的防控。对近期IBD的基因缺失苗、亚单位疫苗、DNA疫苗以及活载体疫苗等新型疫苗的研究进展进行概述,以此为IBD新型疫苗的研究提供参考。  相似文献

Infectious bursal disease (IBD) is still a significant threat facing the Egyptian poultry industry. In this study, eight very virulent IBD viruses (vvIBDV), originating from acute IBD outbreaks recorded in lower and upper Egypt, were studied with respect to their ability to replicate in cell culture, antigenicity and immunogenicity of classic vaccine. Six continuous cell lines and one primary cell culture were tested for replication of the vvIBDVs. None of the vvIBDV isolates could be adapted to BGM-70, Vero, BHK, RK-13 or MDBK cell lines or chicken embryo fibroblast cells after six blind passages. Serological typing with three neutralizing monoclonal antibodies showed antigenic variation among vvIBDVs. The immunogenicity induced by graded doses of classic-intermediate vaccine in both IBD-resistant (Mandarah) and susceptible (Gimmizah) Egyptian chickens was investigated. The protection of the tested doses was evaluated by measurement of the serological response and resistance to vvIBDV challenge 10 days post vaccination. Similar antibody responses to the vaccine were generated over a wide (100-fold) dose range. It was concluded that single vaccination, by eye drops, with classic-intermediate vaccine (1 x) could protect chickens against clinical disease and mortality. However, the immune responses generated by 1 x, 10 x or 100 x vaccine doses did not protect against bursal damage following challenge. This finding points to the highly invasive nature of the prevailing vvIBDVs in Egypt.  相似文献

将不同抗原含量的鸡新城疫和传染性法氏囊病油乳剂灭活疫苗分别免疫17日龄雏鸡,测定了疫苗抗原含量与细胞免疫应答之间的关系。经T淋巴细胞转化试验结果表明,两种疫苗的抗原含量-细胞免疫应答曲线是一致的,随着抗原量的增加,活化的T淋巴细胞数量也相应增多,但是细胞免疫应答的可测时间是暂时的,于免疫7天达高峰,17天后下降接近正常水平。  相似文献

分别将免疫增强剂“禽福”和“Inmunair”与鸡传染性法氏囊病(IBD)中等毒力活疫苗配合使用,检测免疫雏鸡哈德尔氏腺和盲肠扁桃体T细胞及IgA、IgM和IgG抗体生成细胞数量。泪液、气管液、胆汁、肠液中免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA含量的动态变化,结果发现,应用免疫增强剂IBD疫苗免疫雏鸡上述局部免疫组织及四种局部体液的相应各项免疫检测指标均较IBD疫苗单独免疫雏鸡不同程度地增高,表明免疫增强剂与疫苗联合应用,能显著提高疫苗免疫雏鸡眼部、呼吸道和消化道局部黏膜免疫功能;而IBD强毒攻击后,疫苗单独免疫雏鸡上述指标明显低于应用免疫增强剂的疫苗免疫雏鸡,同时。后者对IBD强毒攻击的有效抵抗力明显高于前者。  相似文献

应用免疫SPA菌体花环法和间接ELISE法对传染性法氏囊病(IBD)疫苗免疫母鸡后,其子代雏鸡外周血液B细胞数量和IgG、IgM、IgA含量进行了动态研究。结果发现:IBD疫苗免疫后,其子代雏鸡外周血液B细胞数量和IgG、IgM、IgA含量均不同程度地高于未免疫的相应对照雏鸡,表明IBD疫苗免疫母鸡后,其子代雏鸡外周血液的体液免疫功能明显增强。而传染性法氏囊病超强毒株攻击子代雏鸡后,未免疫子代雏鸡外周血液的上述各项指标均明显低于疫苗免疫的子代雏鸡,这与IBDV感染雏鸡后,其体液免疫中枢器官法氏囊严重损害,淋巴细胞变性坏死等有关,也是导致感染雏鸡免疫抑制的基础。  相似文献

为评估鸡新城疫(ND)-传染性支气管炎(IB)-传染性法氏囊病(IBD)三联灭活疫苗对不同日龄和不同水平母源抗体雏鸡的免疫效力和持续期,本试验用该疫苗免疫7、14、21日龄SPF雏鸡和有母源抗体的普通雏鸡,免疫后采血测定ND血凝抑制抗体(HI Ab)、IB血凝抑制抗体(HI Ab)及IBD中和抗体(NA),并用传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)强毒攻击。结果显示,7日龄SPF雏鸡免疫后21 d ND HI抗体、IB HI抗体及IBD中和抗体效价分别为7.9log2、6.9log2和14.1log2,SPF鸡日龄越大,抗体水平越高;28日龄SPF鸡免疫后3个月,0.3 mL免疫剂量组试验鸡ND HI、IB HI及IBD中和抗体效价分别达6.5log2、6.1log2和13.6log2,IBDV攻毒保护率均为100%(10/10);不同日龄普通雏鸡免疫效果与SPF鸡试验一致,抗体水平随鸡日龄增大而升高,IBD攻毒保护率也都达到100%(10/10)。试验结果证实,鸡新城疫-传染性支气管炎-传染性法氏囊病三联灭活疫苗可使7、14及21日龄SPF雏鸡和普通雏鸡产生良好的免疫力,对雏鸡的免疫期至少为3个月。  相似文献

应用组织化学染色法和免疫酶组织化学法,研究IBD疫苗免疫SPF雏鸡后,雏鸡哈德氏腺和盲肠扁桃体的T细胞及IgA、IgM和IgG抗体生成细胞数量的动态变化。结果发现,免疫雏鸡上述局部免疫组织的各项免疫指标较对照雏鸡均不同程度地增高,表明疫苗免疫能显著提高雏鸡眼部、消化道局部黏膜免疫功能;IBD强毒攻击后,对照雏鸡上述指标明显低于疫苗免疫雏鸡,且发生典型IBD全部死亡,而疫苗免疫雏鸡免疫保护率达60%。  相似文献

The primary role of the avian bursa of Fabricius is to provide an essential microenvironment for B-lymphocytes to diversify their immunoglobulin genes by gene hyperconversion. Infectious bursal disease (IBD) vaccination using intermediate plus vaccine strains can temporarily deplete the bursal follicles and interrupt the normal B-cell development, which is generally followed by B-cell repopulation and histological regeneration. To find evidence that functional restoration of the bursa of Fabricius occurs in addition to the histological regeneration, we have analysed the chB1 gene expression, which indicates active bursal B-lymphocytes, and also the surface expression of a carbohydrate structure Lewis(x), a marker which identifies those bursal B-lymphocytes that are undergoing gene hyperconversion. In ovo vaccination with an immune complex vaccine (IBDV-BDA) caused transient bursal destruction in both the SPF and the maternally protected broiler groups with differences evident in the starting time, the severity and the duration of the effect. After the depletion phase, signs of histological regeneration appeared together with chB1- and Lewis(x) expression indicating that B-lymphocytes were functionally active and the bursa of Fabricius was serving again as an efficient primary lymphoid organ providing an appropriate microenvironment for B-cell development.  相似文献

The effects of muramyl dipeptide (MDP) synthetic analogue LK415 on the immune response of chickens immunized with a live vaccine against infectious bursal disease (IBD) were studied in two independent trials, using levamisole hydrochloride as comparative immunostimulant. Groups of five-week-old commercial chickens (Isa Brown) were immunized orally with 10 doses of the vaccine strain of IBDV (Winterfield strain). The chickens were then given four injections of the MDP analogue LK415 in a dosage of either 0.25 mg/kg body weight (b.w.) or 2.5 mg/kg b.w. or levamisole at a daily dose of 15 mg/kg b.w. for four consecutive days, starting from the day of immunization. Histological examinations of bursal tissue collected on days 2, 4 and 7 postimmunization (p.i.) showed a lower degree of destruction of bursal follicles and earlier renewal of bursal tissue in LK415-treated chickens compared to levamisole-treated and untreated immunized groups. Compared to the other groups, the LK415-treated chickens showed a significantly higher antibody response to IBDV on days 14 and 28 p.i. (P < 0.01) as measured by commercial ELISA. The present study indicates some potent immunostimulatory effects of the MDP analogue LK415 on the chicken immune system.  相似文献

The effect of the infectious bursal disease (IBD) live virus vaccine on the immune response of chicken was evaluated by the assessment of antibody response following vaccination as well as resistance to challenge with virulent virus. Birds were vaccinated at various ages and later challenged with a heterologous vaccine (NDV) or wild-type IBD virus. The BF was examined for histological changes at regular intervals. Antibody levels to NDV were monitored.

Significantly higher mortality rates were observed in birds vaccinated with IBD vaccine than unvaccinated birds (P < 0.01) following challenge, BF from vaccinated birds showed marked lymphocyte depletion and cellular infiltration with mononuclear cells.

Intraocular NDV (NDV-i/o) vaccine given at day old largely prevented the immunodepressive effect of IBD vaccination on NDV vaccine. Groups that received IBD vaccine on day 14 but no NDV i/o suffered higher mortality (41.2%) and showed lower antibody response than those vaccinated on day 1 (0%) or controls which did not receive IBDV (11.8%).  相似文献
