Rumex species are important weeds in grasslands and on arable land. The Rumex hybrid (R. patienta × R. tianschanicus; cv. OK‐2, Uteusha) has been planted as a forage and energy crop since 2001 in the Czech Republic, but its ecological requirements and its potential to become a new weedy species have never been investigated. In 2010 and 2011, we performed a pot experiment to investigate the effect of none, one and two cuts per year on biomass production of Rumex OK‐2 and common broad‐leaved Rumex species (Rumex obtusifolius, R. crispus and R. alpinus). The higher cutting frequency can reduce the belowground biomass, but no effect on the aboveground biomass was detected. Flowering in the seeding year was recorded in only 50% of R. obtusifolius plants. Non‐flowering R. obtusifolius plants produced significantly more belowground biomass than flowering plants under no cutting or one cut treatments. The growth response of Rumex OK‐2 to different cutting treatments was very similar to R. crispus. These similarities indicate the weed potential of the hybrid to become a troublesome weedy species, similar to R. crispus.  相似文献

1991~1997年对深圳、广州、东莞、南海、三水、江门、开平、新会的花场进行了线虫调查,共采集根际土壤样品507个,发现134个样品含有螺旋线虫,占26.4%,而且螺旋线虫是主要的寄生种类,经鉴定为双宫螺旋线虫(Helicotylenchusdihystera(Cobb,1893)Sher,1961),寄主植物共68种,其中绝大多数为我国双宫螺旋线虫的寄主新记录。1994~1997年经深圳口岸入境,从香港、台湾、泰国、比利时、荷兰进口的5批次、20种苗木也检获双宫螺旋线虫。  相似文献

Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis was used to generate electrophoretic karyotypes for 15 strains representing the three closely related plant-pathogenic fungi Rhynchosporium commune, R. secalis and R. agropyri. Between 13 and 16 chromosomes ranging in size from 0.9 to 6.4 Mb were found among the strains, leading to estimated genome sizes ranging from 54 to 63 Mb. Southern hybridization was used to identify homologous chromosomes, allowing detection of chromosome-length polymorphisms. There were no obvious differences in genome sizes or structures among the three species. The avirulence gene NIP1 is present on a large chromosome that is not likely to be dispensable. Two strains of R. commune that were proposed in earlier studies to be aneuploid as a result of a parasexual cycle did not possess a larger number of chromosomes. The reported information on genome size and chromosome number will be useful for genome sequencing projects that aim to identify genes involved in speciation and host specialization.  相似文献

 细辛核盘菌,Sclerotinia asari Wuet C.R.waug,是核盘菌属的一个新种。它能为害细辛的根、茎、叶、果等各个部分发生毁灭性的菌核疫病。它的主要寄主是细辛;其形态特征、生物学特性均与S.sclerotiorum不同。菌丝体无色,有分隔,宽3.0~7.5微米。菌核大小差异很大,较大的为17~30×20毫米;较小的为0.4×0.3毫米。一颗菌核可萌生子囊盘1~9枚,子囊盘鲜褐色,直径为3~20毫米,柄长5~70毫米。子囊棍棒状,无色,10.25×165.0×7.5~10.0微米。子囊孢子单胞、无色、长椭圆形,10.0~17.5×4.3~7.5微米。附着胞球形,无色,直径3~5微米。并做了中文与拉丁文的形态描述。  相似文献

Helminthological examination of grey mullets, Mugil capito Cuv. and M. cephalus L. from brackish Lake Borullus in the Nile Delta in the Lower Egypt revealed that these fishes are infected with two species of digenetic trematodes, Haplosplanchnus pachystoma (Eysenhardt, 1829) and Saccocoelium obesum Loos, 1902 and one acanthocephalan species, Neoechinorhynchus agilis (Rudolphi, 1819). On comparing the incidence and intensity of infection of individual fish samples it was found that after migration from the sea to the lake the grey mullets lose gradually their intestinal trematodes.  相似文献

火是天然樟子松重要的生态因子,地表火对樟子松林乔木层空间格局的变化有着特殊的意义。全林木定位法调查记录了地表火干扰1年后1hm2典型样地中存活及火烧死乔木的位置坐标,利用成对相关函数g(r)进行空间点格局分析。结果表明:1)单变量空间格局分析显示,空间异质性泊松点过程零假设下,地表火干扰前所有立木、樟子松和白桦均在小尺度上呈显著性聚集分布;而地表火干扰后,樟子松林分及其乔木层不同组分的空间格局更加趋向于均匀分布,只有白桦在小尺度上仍表现为显著性聚集分布,所有立木和樟子松主要以随机分布为主。乔木层及其不同组分的随机标识零假设均不成立,火后存活的所有立木在小尺度上为均匀分布,而较大尺度上却呈现出聚集分布;火后存活的樟子松在小尺度上表现为聚集分布,而较大尺度上却呈现均匀分布;火后存活的白桦主要表现为小尺度上的聚集分布。2)双变量空间格局分析表明,所有立木、樟子松和白桦的存活立木与火烧死木之间均是相互独立的,其相互间的空间格局表现为随机分布。地表火烧死木(包括所有立木、樟子松和白桦)均在小尺度上表现为显著的正相关呈聚集分布,而较大尺度上不同程度地表现为显著的负相关为均匀分布。因此,地表火干扰下,林木的死亡过程并不是随机的,存活林木的空间格局趋于均匀分布,地表火驱动下的樟子松林自然稀疏过程削弱了存活个体间的竞争,促进了林分结构的优化和个体的生长发育,成为樟子松林演替中较活跃的生态因子。  相似文献
