蔬菜废弃物含有丰富的养分和营养物质,具有很高的资源化利用价值,但由于没有得到良好的利用,造成了资源浪费及环境污染。本研究综述了5种蔬菜废弃物资源化利用方式:蔬菜废弃物肥料化、基质化、饲料化、能源化、环保材料化,以期能够为蔬菜废弃物的资源化高效利用提供参考。  相似文献

宁夏地区农村环境极易受到破环,而且多数地区一旦遭受污染、破坏,很难治理,恢复起来相当困难。因此,对宁夏地区农村环境现状进行了调查研究。研究发现宁夏地区农村环境存在着污灌导致土壤污染、乡镇企业污染严重、化肥、农药及农膜使用造成污染、秸秆及利用率低以及生活垃圾处理率低等问题,针对这些问题相应地提出诸如加强对农用水源和污水灌区的管理及农用化肥,农药生产、运输、销售和使用全过程的管理;继续开展多途径的秸秆综合利用,提高秸秆综合利用率;发展适合自身条件的农业模式;多方筹集资金,加快农村环保产业及基础设施建设等对策,以促进宁夏农村地区经济、社会、环境的和谐发展。  相似文献

This paper explores how to use container buildings to resolve the housing problem of migrant workers in the context of urbanization, and ascertains the characteristics of the container housing and public space through the analysis of excellent examples of the container recycling project at home and abroad. In terms of the material, economic benefits, environmental protection and industrialization, those characteristics are summarized as follows.(1) Being sturdy, corrosion-resisting, waterproof and insulated, building materials are able to resist bad weather.(2) Their economic results lie in the short constructive cycle so that the cost of reinforced concrete per unit area reduces 20% on year-on-year basis.(3) Their environmental protection rests with the recyclability of materials, less construction waste and less noise in the construction process.(4) Their industrialization is embedded in their modular design and standardized specifications as well as the flexibility and replaceability.  相似文献

生物质能源因其具有优良的环境友好性和可再生性而备受关注。开发利用生物质能源对废弃资源回收、能源结构转换、环境改善和保护等方面具有重大意义。笔者综述了目前生物质能的主要利用和开发形式,分析了生物质的热裂解机理,生物质热裂解技术的几种典型工艺和各种裂解装置的特点。此外,开发出规模化生产和成套设备的热裂解工艺是目前亟待解决的重要课题,亦是生物质热解发展的一种趋势。  相似文献

河北省柏乡县土地整理项目的碳排放效应研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为研究土地整理项目中的碳排放效应,明确土地整理的碳排放及其测算方法,分析土地整理碳减排潜力,以河北省柏乡县固城店镇土地整理项目区为研究区域,基于能源消费及土地利用变化,采用IPCC清单法,分析土地整理施工工程中包含土地平整工程、灌溉和排水工程、田间道路工程以及农田防护工程4个方面的碳排放及区域土地利用变化导致的碳排放。结果表明:柏乡县土地整理项目能源消费导致的碳排放总量为469.77 tC,土地平整工程的碳排放比例最大,高达78.44%,田间道路工程及灌溉和排水工程分别占15.69%,5.86%。从单位投资额碳排放量和单位投资比率的碳排放比例上看,田间道路工程和灌溉与排水工程投资的生态效应优于土地平整工程。柏乡县土地整理导致的土地利用变化使得区域土壤和植被碳储量增加了748.58 tC,其中未利用土地的碳储量变化最大。土地利用结构调整后增加的碳储量是整个施工过程中的碳排放量的1.59倍。柏乡县土地整理后项目区碳储量增加了278.81 tC,表现出碳汇效应。研究结果表明,为了降低土地整理的碳排放量,应当减少土地平整工程量,提倡使用清洁型燃料,并优先考虑碳密度较低的地类作为耕地来源,并在耕种过程中减少化肥和农药施用量,提高耕地产能。  相似文献

校园建筑面积的迅速增长,导致校园建筑能耗占社会总能耗的比重越来越大。为了加强节约型校园建设管理,在建筑能耗基准线理论方法学的基础上,进行校园建筑能耗基准线的测算与研究。基于大量的能耗数据,笔者对校园建筑进行分类研究,提出了在使用功能分类的基础上将公共教学建筑按照空调系统形式进行细化分类的方法。最后采用四分位数法测算了各类校园建筑能耗基准线,提出低能耗水平、平均能耗水平和高能耗水平三类基准线,并给出实际应用中的建筑能耗基准线的修正方法。  相似文献

This paper applies discourse analysis to policies surrounding the siting of radioactive waste disposal facilities in South Korea. We question the premises of previous studies that define the radioactive waste disposal facilities decision outcomes in Korea as ‘repeated failures’. Instead, we suggest that underlying ideas and value systems surrounding the policy problem differ between supporting and opposing parties. In particular, our focus is on the ‘framing’ strategies manifest in policy discourse. Our analysis of newspaper articles shows that participants define and frame the policy issue in distinctive ways. Framing strategies include selective attention to, and naming of, the policy issues in the processes of frame articulation, amplification, extension and transformation. Overall, our analysis shows that framing analysis is a useful tool for understanding the policy decision‐making process from a different perspective than traditional policy analysis.  相似文献

“生态桥”治理工程是北京平谷区针对桃树枝废弃物资源化利用而提出一套废弃物资源化利用和乡村治理的模式,对于破解乡村环境治理困境具有重要意义。本研究分析了“生态桥”治理工程废弃物资源化利用和运行模式特征。结果表明:“生态桥”治理工程通过堆制有机肥、食用菌栽培、制作栽培基质和地表覆盖物等资源化利用方式,打造桃树枝废弃物良性生态循环模式。在运行模式上,“生态桥”治理工程建立投融资平台,统筹资金使用与投入方式,建立起财政资金有效使用和管理办法,激发企业投入农村环境治理的动力,保障农民全员参与的机制。通过“生态桥”工程设施,吸引社会资本进入乡村环境治理领域,有效改善环境质量,推动乡村生态环境建设投融资机制改革,提高了乡村生态环境综合治理水平,是一种有效的乡村环境治理模式。  相似文献

采用普通燃煤锅炉进行日光温室加温是目前常用的一种冬季采暖方式,但也存在着环境调控水平低、能源浪费和费工、费力等问题。本文采用新型电锅炉供暖方式对土壤进行加温,并配套设计了土壤温度自动监测与控制系统,大大降低了系统耗电量,经过性能测试和经济性分析,表明该套系统是经济可行的,为单栋日光温室加温提供一种有效且环保的新方法。  相似文献

As the amount of radioactive waste increased sharply, the safely final disposal method of radioactive waste was being researched, to ensure that the radioactive waste was reserved safely in a long term. According to the research of each country, the mechanical behavior of rocksalt, such as creep, osmosis, mechanical behavior of radiation shield and thermal expansion of brine, was discussed. And then, the primary influencing factors of rocksalt cavern stability, such as obliquity of rocksalt, stress-strain of rocksalt, geometrical shape of rocksalt cavern and cavern roof stabilization, were analyzed. It is concluded that radioactive waste disposal in rocksalt cavern is safe and has well prospects of application.  相似文献

Based on the practice of machine tool remanufacturing, a software system is developed to support the processes of comprehensive testing and evaluation for machine tool remanufacturing. The software is composed of function models of comprehensive testing and analyzing, redesign and evaluation based optimization. Based on the test of used machine tools, the redesign scheme of machine tool remanufacturing is presented. In addition, the scheme is evaluated in terms of technology, economy, resource consumption and environmental impact. 按照国标方法,对鱿鱼内脏的营养成分进行检测。结果表明,鱿鱼内脏营养丰富,每100 g鱿鱼内脏中含脂肪21.15 g,蛋白质21.24 g,钙51.46 mg,铁609.07μg和磷95.88μg。此外,鱿鱼内脏消化液中还含有18种氨基酸(包括全部人体必需氨基酸),鱿鱼内脏油脂脂肪酸中含有10.58%的EPA和15.23%的DHA,非常值得研究开发与利用。  相似文献

ABSTRACT The welfare effects of public versus private waste disposal with and without flow controls are analyzed. The pricing of private waste disposal services is modeled as being bounded above by the public entity's average disposal cost, but constrained by potential entry of private competitors. It is found that once a publicly owned disposal facility has been built, waste generators are almost always better off if their local government has flow control authority. This results from the necessity of covering the fixed costs of the public facility once it has been built, in conjunction with the expected pricing behavior of private firms.  相似文献

Incineration has been used to dispose municipal solid waste(MSW) in the world.Attention is paid to the secondary pollution from municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI).Especially the safe and effective disposal of MSWI fly ash becomes an environmental and social problem which should be urgently resolved.The paper focuseds on the properties of MSW fly ash.The different kinds of technology of MSW fly ash are analysed in details.The main disposals of MSWI fly ash are filling,solidification and stabilization,and distilling heavy metals.The innocuous disposal of MSW fly ash which is compatible in China is impoldering advanced incinerator controlling the MSW and research effective and inexpensive stabilization chemicals and effective technique of distilling heavy metals to reduce the secondary pollution caused by the heavy metal of MSWI fly ash.  相似文献

[方法]在对2006-2013年我国农村十种主要生活能源消费量及社会经济统计数据的基础上,计算了EEF、EFC的值,构建STIRPAT模型和改进脱钩指数法,[目的]分析2006-2013年的时间序列下中国农村能源碳排放生态压力。[结果]结果显示:(1)煤炭、秸秆、薪柴的年消费量平均分别以1.58%、3.16%和4.26%的速率降低,电力、成品油、液化石油气、煤气、沼气和太阳能的平均分别以25.99%、8.53%、22.78%、4.02%、34.85%、12.82%、9.11%的速率增长;(2)我国农村能源供给超过需求,生活能源消费未对乡村环境形成生态压力;(3)能源利用效率不断提高,单位土地面积和能源碳排放带来的经济价值不断提升;(4)适度降低人口规模、优化人口结构是建设乡村的有效办法;(5)技术是模型中能源碳排放生态压力的唯一抑制因素,对技术进行创新是当前进行乡村建设重要途径。[结论]我国能源消费模式还有巨大的提升空间,还应进一步加强政府调控、注重引导居民绿色消费观,使我国乡村建设向可持续发展方向稳步前进。  相似文献
