The application of lock-up clutch slip control balances the fuel economy and drivability, and greatly improves the performance of hydraulic automatic transmission. The structure of the lock-up clutch and the friction material of lock-up clutch lining are discussed, a detailed research on varying characteristic due to engaging time during the lock-up clutch engagement is developed, too. Considering on the characteristics of the transmission system and some key units of continuously variable transmission system with reflux power, a dynamic simulation model and a control strategy are established. The design method of the new continuously variable transmission system is verified by simulation. The simulation result on this continuously variable transmission system shows that the rotating speed of the driven plate can rise up rapidly during starting clutch engagement, and the sliding friction power is lower than 3 kJ which is nearly equal to one third of the friction power of the traditional vehicle.  相似文献

Continuously Variable Transmission which is the ideal transmission for automobile can improve dynamical and economical performance and reduce pollution emission effectively. Vehicle equipped with CVT where hydraulic torque converter is acted as start clutch have better acceleration performance and its starting control is very simple. Based on performance test of hydraulic torque converter and simulation on lock-up dynamic process of torque converter clutch, matching characteristic between engine and torque converter is evaluated , and the lock-up control rule of torque converter clutch and the control strategy of standing start of vehicle equipped with Continuously Variable Transmission with torque converter is proposed. By computer simulation on start process, vehicle equipped with CVT have better acceleration performance than equipped with five-speed MT.  相似文献

Aiming at the dry Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) system, the motor driven dry dual clutch actuator is studied; the characteristic of distortion load for diaphragm spring and the dynamic transient process of the clutch are analyzed. The mathematical model is established for the system using fuzzy control and PI (Proportion Integration) control, and the simulation is carried out for the DCT shifting process. Simulation results indicate that the motor driven dry dual clutch system can meet the need of the shifting process control requirements and guarantee the high performance of DCT system.  相似文献

The gearshift of an automated mechanical transmission is performed by cutting off the power.The key to the gearshift of AMT is shift quality.Theinfluence of the control stategy during shifting processon shift quality is analysed.While resuming the power,the derivative of the speed differencebetween the clutch active disc and the clutch slave disc time instant is in direct proportion tothe discontinuity of the vehicle acceleration at the lock-up time instant.The large discontinuity of the vehicle acceleration will result in the jerk and the oscillation of vehicle that make passengers uncomfortable.A control stategy is proposed,that make small the derivative of the speed differencebetween the clutch active disc and the clutch slave disc by the integrated control of engine and clutch.The road test shows that the control stategy improves the shift quality.  相似文献

For a new type of strongly hybridized system, the vehicle ride performance is used as the study goal, a coordinated control strategy is put forward to suppress the torque surge after the analysis of the parameters changes of engine, motor, clutch and transmission during the driving-mode-switch process. The strongly hybridized vehicle simulation model is developed based on the coordinated control strategy. The typical drive mode switching process performance simulation and analysis are performed. The results show that introducing the coordinated control strategy reduces the torque surge during the driving-mode-switch process and improves the vehicle drivability.  相似文献

Through the analysis of hydraulic-mechanical transmission and the modeling of torque converter, the traction performance of an automatic transmission car between hydraulic transmission and mechanical transmission under different throttle angle and different gears is discussed, and the control rule among dynamic gear-shifting, economic gear-shifting and mixed gear-shifting is made. Furthermore, the control strategy of engagement, disengagement and slip-control of lock-up clutch is set down. Simulation of integrated control of hydraulic-mechanical transmission which applies slip-control under multi-load-condition is carried out, and the result shows that the fuel economy of such type of the car gets an increase by 2.36%.  相似文献

To solve the failure problem of power transmission caused by warping, crackle on dual-steel-disc of wet multi-disk clutch, a shipborne wet multi-disk clutch is taken as a research object, models of generation and distribution of friction heat flux are built and numerical methods to solve temperature field and coupled stress field are put forward. Research methods of thermo-mechanical coupling problem of wet multi-disk clutch are proposed. The thermo-mechanical coupling phenomenon of dual-steel-disc is investigated, and the failure mechanism of dual-steel-disc of wet multi-disk clutch is revealed. In the engagement process, the results of temperature field show that the temperature of the dual-steel-disc gradually increases from the inner edge to the outer edge, and the temperature of friction surface reaches the highest at 2.6 s in the 3-second-engagement. The rules of thermal stress distribution are attained that the circumferential tensile thermal stress appears in the region close to the inner edge, while the radial tensile thermal stress appears in the region close to the outer edge. The theoretical basis to solve the thermal failure problem of dual-steel-disc of wet multi-disk clutch is provided.  相似文献

In order to reduce development time and cost of dual clutch automated mechanical transmission(DCT) control system,the dynamic model of automobile DCT control system is established by Matlab/SimDriveLine and the engine model is improved by neural network.Based on Matlab/Simulink,the simulation models of DCT control during starting phase,shift phase and shift rule are set up,and then the whole system of DCT is simulated.The simulation result indicates that the DCT system dynamic model and the designed controller are reasonable and feasible,and proofs that the model is suitable for developing DCT control system and improves the design efficiency of DCT system.  相似文献

采用热水浸提、醇沉法提取红枣多糖,对红枣多糖提取工艺与一般理化性质进行了研究.选择浸提固液比、温度、时间和浸提次数作为单因素进行梯度实验,确定其条件范围,再通过正交实验L9(33)进一步确定红枣水溶性多糖最佳提取工艺条件.结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:固液比1:7,浸提温度80℃,浸提时间2 h,反复浸提2次.理化性质研究结果表明,提取的红枣多糖中含有多肽和AA,为蛋白质复合多糖.  相似文献

The authors analyze major factor influencing the vehicle starting and shifting character of electronic-control AMT. By taking the mini-vehicle of Chan'an Star as carrier, electronic-control hydraulic AMT is developed, comprehensive shift-control strategy and clutch joint-control strategy are constitued, and related factors affecting clutch joint disciplinarian are complemented. The authors also put forward control aim of engine speed in the process of vehicle start and shifting, and automatic control to engine speed is realized by adopting electronic throttle. A last tests on prototype vehicle start &shift are made under different working conditions. The result shows newly-developed automatic transmission system is of more satisfactory control effect.  相似文献

针对单电机插电式混合动力汽车在纯电动行进间电动机启动发动机时由于系统输出转矩变化进而引起整车冲击的问题,分析得到发动机点火时刻的不同及离合器接合状态的不同是造成转矩波动的原因。在此基础上,提出了基于离合器主、从动盘转速差和电机角加速度为输入量的离合器压力模糊控制的混合动力汽车模式切换动态协调控制策略,并对比了发动机目标转速点火和怠速转速点火的控制效果。最后通过台架试验以及实车道路试验对提出的控制策略进行了验证。结果表明,基于目标转速点火的协调控制策略能减小整车的冲击度。  相似文献

Fuzzy controller can achieve satisfactory dynamic performance even for complicated process without mathematical model of the process.Its main imperfection is the existence of steady state error and ultimate oscillatory in the process output. This limits its application area. How to eliminate the steady state error while keep its good dynamic performance has been paid much attention. The strategy to introduce integral function to the conventional fuzzy control system is put forward in this paper to overcome the above problem. After expound two key factors on introducing integral action,an intelligent integral algorithm has been employed,and two methods on introduction of the intelligent integral to the fuzzy control system are proposed. Optimal power control with game-theory has been a hot research topic in code division multiple access (CDMA) system. However, the convergence speed of the power control algorithm based on traditional static game-theory is not fast enough and the power fluctuation is large during the iterative process. In order to solve this problem, dynamic game-theory is introduced into CDMA system power control algorithm. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm, compared with the distributed power control algorithm based on the traditional static game theory, can improve the convergence speed obviously with the same power spending.  相似文献

Mathematical modes of engine,cooperation of motor and batteries,automatic clutch and vehicle are built with analysis of configuration of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV). Specifications of data input and output and signal characters are defined. Hardware in the loop (HIL) system based on MATLAB/xPC for PHEV is built up. The motor/engine drive shift control logic test of PHEV is carried with inputting real acceleration pedal data. Testing results show that automatic clutch acts abnormally. Bugs in control logic are found out. Road test results with revised control logic are very good.  相似文献

Regenerative braking is one of main performance modes, which can reduce fuel consumption and emission. A dynamics braking control model is built for hybrid electric vehicle with ISG, an off-line simulation is completed. A regenerative braking rig in dSPACE environment is built on the hybrid electric powertrain. The tests and analyses for different speed, deceleration shift and clutch state is completed in a Hardware-In-Loop simulation, which lays a foundation for the optimization of regenerative braking control strategy for HEV.  相似文献

The key of motor control is to control motor's torque essentially.Direct torque control,which emerged after the field-oriented control,directly stresses the instantaneous torque control of induction machine,which avoids some problems existing in field-oriented control,thus,it gets more attention.In conventional direct torque control system,switch vector is selected directly by the errors of stator flux-linkage and torque,after introducing fuzzy logic,optimal selecting switch state is realized by various strategies by distinguishing the grade of the errors of stator flux-linkage and torque,the dynamic and steady state performances of induction motors are improved.This paper presents a design method of the fuzzy controller.Simulation results demonstrate that it is effective,the stator currents pulsation at start-up and the torque pulsation are decreased.  相似文献
