In this article we present the first estimation of genetic variation of stereotypic behaviour (SB). Stereotypic behaviour is defined as an unvarying behaviour without any specific goal or function repeated at least five times. All types of SB were included in the analyses. Altogether 1484 adult mink females of the brown colour type were assessed for behaviour traits: SB, active or inactive behaviour, staying in nest box. Genetic correlations were based on estimates of additive genetic (co)variances obtained from a trivariate linear animal model fitted to behaviour traits, body weight and litter size. The SB has an intermediate genetic variation ( h 2∼0.3) and divergent selection for SB confirmed that the frequency of SB can be altered by selection. The results confirmed the hypotheses of negative genetic correlation between SB and body weight and negative genetic correlation between body weight and litter size. The hypotheses of positive correlation between SB and active behaviour and SB and litter size were not confirmed. Consequences of selection for reduced SB can be changes in other behaviour traits, body weight and litter size, depending on the genetic correlation between the traits.  相似文献

To evaluate the effectiveness of sodium bicarbonate (SB) in removing uranium and protecting animals from uranium toxicity, we intramuscularly administered 1 mg/kg of uranyl nitrate to 8-wk-old male SD rats, and 20 min after administration of uranyl nitrate, the animals were given a single oral administration of SB at 0.1, 0.3 or 1 g/kg. The SB treatment at a dose of 0.3 g/kg or more raised the pH of the rats’ urine until 4 h after treatment, and it significantly reduced the uranium amounts in the kidneys at 1 day after treatment. In another experiment, rats were intramuscularly administered 1 mg/kg of uranyl nitrate, and 20 min later, the animals were treated with sodium bicarbonate (0.1 or 1 g/kg). The rats were autopsied at 1, 3 and 7 days after uranium treatment. High-dose SB resulted in a significant increase in urinary uranium excretion in the first 24 h and a reduction of uranium deposition in the kidneys and femurs, and it also significantly suppressed uranium-induced renal toxicity, as shown by both histopathology and clinical chemistry at 3 days after uranium treatment. Low-dose SB did not show such marked effects. Our findings demonstrated that the uranium decorporation effect of sodium bicarbonate was observed at the dosage showing urine alkalinization in rats and that decorporation effect of sodium bicarbonate might be beneficial if it is administered immediately after incorporation of soluble uranium.  相似文献

The present study was designed to examine the effects of intracerebroventricular (ICV) injection of Dopamine (10, 20 and 40 nmol), L-DOPA (dopamine precursor; 62.5, 125 and 250 nmol), 6-OHDA (dopamine inhibitor; 75, 150 and 300 nmol), SCH 23390 (D1 antagonist; 2.5, 5 and 10 nmol), AMI-193 (D2 antagonist; 2.5, 5 and 10 nmol), NGB2904 (D3 antagonist; 3.2, 6.4 and 12.8 nmol), L-741 T742 (D4 antagonist; 1.5, 3 and 6 nmol) on food intake in FD3 chickens. At following, birds were ICV injected using 8-OH-DPAT (5-HT1A agonist; 15.25 nmol) and SB242084 (5-HT2C antagonist; 1.5 μg) prior dopamine (40 nmol) injection. Cumulative food intake was determined until 3 h post-injection. According to the results, dopamine significantly decreased food intake in chickens (p?<?0.05). The inhibitory effect of dopamine on food intake was decreased by SCH 23390 pretreatment (P?<?0.05), but AMI-193, NGB2904 and L-741, 742 had no effect on food intake induced by dopamine. In addition, hypophagic effect of dopamine was attenuated by SB242084 (P?<?0.05), but 8-OH-DPAT had no effect. These results suggest that dopamine decrease food intake via D1 receptor and there is an interaction between dopaminergic and serotonergic systems via 5-HT2C receptor in chickens.  相似文献

Growing conditions and processing technologies to which soybeans (SB) are exposed have an effect on digestibilities of AA found in the resultant soybean meals (SBM). This study evaluated SBM from five major SB-producing countries (Argentina, Brazil, China, India, and the United States). An industry representative in each country collected samples of unprocessed SB and SBM subjectively determined to be of high, intermediate, or low quality. The SB from each country were processed into SBM under uniform conditions in the United States. Five experiments (each examining the three SBM and the SB processed in the United States from a single country) were conducted to determine true ileal AAd digestibilities. In addition, a standard SBM purchased on the open market in the United States was used in all experiments as a control. Data from pigs fed a low-protein casein diet in each study were used to calculate true AA digestibilities. Pigs were fitted with simple T-cannulas at the terminal ileum and allotted to treatments in Latin square design experiments. Duplicate experiments were conducted at the University of Illinois and at The Ohio State University. Within each country comparison, pigs fed the SBM processed in the U.S. from SB grown in the five countries had lower (P < 0.05) true total amino acid (TAA) digestibilities than did pigs fed any of the SBM prepared within the country of origin, except the United States. This indicates that processing conditions used at the U.S. pilot plant were not ideal when using SB from other countries. True TAA digestibilities of the diets containing the high-, intermediate-, and low-quality SBM did not differ, except for China, where the low-quality SBM (83.5%) had a lower (P < 0.05) digestibility than the intermediate- (89.6%) or high- (89.0%) quality meals. Soybean meal produced in Argentina (average, 87%) and Brazil (average, 82%) had lower (P < 0.05) true TAA digestibilities than did the standard SBM (91%), indicating that the processing plants in those countries may produce a less digestible SBM than that available on the open market in the United States.  相似文献

1. Two broiler experimentss and a layer experiments were conducted on Kunitz trypsin inhibitor (Kti) soybeans (SB) of low trypsin inhibitor (TI) activity to determine their nutritive value when included as mash in least-cost poultry diets. 2. Experiment 1 compared chick performance on the Kti or raw SB using a commercial full-fat SB meal (FFSBM) and a solvent extracted SB meal (SBM) as controls during a 20 d experimental period. Broiler experiment 2 compared Kti and raw SB, non-steamed, or steam-pelleted with and without DL-methionine supplementation added to every treatment containing 170 g SB/kg. For each broiler experiment the levels of each SB were 70, 120 and 170 g/kg with the control birds fed only 170 g SB/kg. 3. The layer experiment, compared steam-pelleted Kti and raw SB against a non-steamed Kti and raw SB each fed at two levels (70 and 110 g/kg) x 30 replicates from 29 weeks of age for 19 weeks in a completely randomised design. Production parameters were measured when diets were formulated to contain minimum required specifications and calculated apparent metabolisable energy (AME). At the completion of each trial, 2 broiler birds from each cage and 5 layer birds per treatment were killed, weighed, and their liver and pancreas weighed. 4. Both broiler experiments indicated that production parameters on the Kti SB treatments were significantly lower (P<0.05) than on the two commercial control SB treatments. However, the Kti treatments were superior to the raw SB treatments. 5. Pancreas weight increased with increasing inclusion of both raw and Kti SB, suggesting that a TI was causing the depression in performance. The AME of the Kti SB was similar to that of commercial FFSB meal. After steam conditioning, the raw SB meal AME value of 9.5 MJ/kg dry matter (DM) was improved to 14.1 MJ/kg DM by reduced TI activity, but this AME improvement with TI activity reduction, plus the supplementation with DL-methionine on birds fed the raw SB had no effect (P>0.05) on any parameter evaluated in experiment 2. 6. The layer experiment showed that hens on the Kti SB treatments had significantly greater live weight gain (LWG), egg weight and daily egg mass than birds given raw SB. A reduced food intake (FI) was observed in the Kti treatments but egg mass was generally similar to that on the FFSB control diet, indicating that Kti SB supported excellent egg production at an inclusion of 110 g/kg. The depressed performance observed for broiler chicks suggest that younger birds are more susceptible to the effects of SB TI.  相似文献

为了研究srtA 基因对单增李斯特菌LM90SB2毒力的影响,本研究利用同源重组技术构建了LM90SB2 srtA 基因缺失株LM90SB2-ΔsrtA,比较分析了亲本株LM90SB2与缺失株LM90SB2-ΔsrtA对MBMEC、HBMEC、RAW264.7、SIEC 4种细胞系的粘附、侵袭、胞内增值能力及LM90SB2和LM90SB2-ΔsrtA 感染小鼠后,小鼠的LD50及肝脏、脾脏、脑载菌量变化差异。结果显示,本研究成功构建了srtA 基因缺失株;与亲本株LM90SB2比较,缺失株LM90SB2-ΔsrtA 对RAW264.7和SIEC的粘附率、侵袭率及胞内细菌数量均下降,且差异具有显著统计学意义(p <0.05);小鼠 LD50降低了21.38倍,肝脏、脾脏载菌量降低,差异具有显著统计学意义(p <0.05)。本研究结果表明,srtA 基因对单增李斯特菌LM90SB2的毒力具有关键作用,参与粘附、侵袭BMEC,该研究结果为进一步阐明单增李斯特菌毒力因子的致病机制提供理论依据。  相似文献

Adding organic acids to piglet diets is known to be helpful in overcoming postweaning syndrome, and butyric acid is known to be the main energy source for the epithelial cells of the large intestine and the terminal ileum. This study investigated the effect of sodium butyrate (SB) on in vitro and in vivo swine microflora, piglet growth performance, and intestinal wall morphology. During a 24-h in vitro cecal fermentation, total gas production and maximal rate of gas production were reduced linearly by SB (P < 0.001). Ammonia in cecal liquor was increased linearly by SB after 4, 8, and 24 h of fermentation (P < 0.001). In the in vivo study, 48 piglets housed in individual crates were allotted to 4 treatment groups (12 animals per treatment) for 6 wk. Piglets received a basal diet with a) no addition (control), or with SB at b) 1,000 ppm, c) 2,000 ppm, or d) 4,000 ppm. After 6 wk, 6 animals per treatment were killed, and samples of intestinal content and mucosa were collected. Sodium butyrate did not improve the animal growth performance. In the cecum, SB increased pH and isobutyric acid concentration (linear, P < 0.05) and tended to increase ammonia concentration (P = 0.056). Intestinal counts of clostridia, enterobacteriaceae, and lactic acid bacteria as well as intestinal mucosal morphology were not affected by feeding SB. This study showed that SB influenced the cecal microflora in an in vitro system, reducing the total gas production but increasing ammonia concentrations. When fed to piglets, SB did not improve the animal growth performance, increased cecal pH, and tended to increase cecal ammonia concentrations. Further studies will be needed to better understand the mechanisms underlying the effects observed when SB is fed to piglets.  相似文献

An experiment was completed to determine the effect of Salix babylonica (SB) extract supplementation to the diet of growing lambs. Eighteen Katahdin × Pelibuey male lambs (14?±?2 kg live body weight) were divided randomly in individual cages into three groups and fed three diets varying in SB: a control group was fed on total mixed ration (TMR) without SB (SB0), an SB25 group was fed on TMR plus SB extract at 25 mL/lamb/day, and an SB50 group was fed on TMR plus SB extract at 50 mL/lamb/day on dry matter intake (DMI), average daily gain (ADG), feed efficiency, and in vitro gas production (GP) in lambs fed on TMR. In vitro GP of the TMR fed to lambs was recorded at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 24, 48, and 72 h of incubation with 0, 0.6, 1.2, and 1.8 mL extract per gram of DM. Addition of SB extract at low and high doses improved the DMI of lambs by 59.9 and 33.2 %, respectively. Relative to the control, low and high extract doses achieved greater lamb ADG during the experimental period. The asymptotic GP increased (P?<?0.05) with increasing dose of SB extract without affecting the rate of GP or the initial delay before GP begins. Linear increases for in vitro GP with advancing time with different SB extract doses were observed. It is suggested that the use of S. babylonica extract with the rate of 25 mL/lamb/day is beneficial to young lamb’s performance growth and thus can be safely used as a feed additive in diets without any negative effects on animal health.  相似文献

为了探究flaA基因对单核细胞增生李斯特菌LM90SB_2黏附和侵袭MBMEC、RAW264.7能力、生物被膜(BF)形成能力的影响,本研究分别进行了flaA基因缺失株LM90SB_2-ΔflaA与野毒株LM90SB2对细胞黏附和侵袭试验,定性定量分析了他们生物被膜形成能力以及小鼠不同脏器中载菌量差异。结果显示:LM90SB_2-ΔflaA对MBMEC的黏附菌数较野毒株LM90SB_2低,且两者差异性显著(P<0.05),两者对MBMEC的侵袭数差异性不显著(P>0.05),而LM90SB_2-ΔflaA对RAW264.7的黏附和侵袭数均显著低于野毒株LM90SB_2(P<0.05);LM90SB_2-ΔflaA与LM90SB_2的BF形成规律基本相同,但缺失株形成的BF总量显著低于野毒株的(P<0.05),且与野毒株相比,缺失株的BF结构中核酸与多糖的分布均松散、稀疏、散点状分布。本研究结果表明,flaA基因对LM90SB_2的细胞黏附和侵袭能力均有影响,在其BF形成过程中发挥着重要的作用。  相似文献

Study’s aims were to characterize subclinical bacteriuria (SB) and sporadic bacterial cystitis (SBC) in dogs with spontaneous hypercortisolism (HC). Prospective cross-sectional design divided patients as newly diagnosed (n = 27), poorly controlled (n = 21), well controlled (n = 34), and controls (n = 19). Urine culture positive results were identified by MALDI-TOF and submitted to antibiogram. Escherichia coli was the most common microorganism (36%). The majority of positive cultures in HC were SB (12.2%). All 4.1% SBC cases were in well controlled HC cases. Bacteriuria correlated with low urine specific gravity and low lymphocyte count. HC degree of control correlated with leukocyturia. SB/SBC cases were treated based in antimicrobial susceptibility leading to microbiological cure in 75% of HC cases. Persistent infections occurred only in SB cases, all by E. coli which became more resistant. SB/SBC prevalence in canine HC is actually lower. Further evidence for current ISCAID guideline contraindication for SB treatment due to HC were provided.  相似文献

SUMMARY Twenty-five Thoroughbred (TB) and 25 Standardbred (SB) stables were visited to determine their feeding practices. The ingredients of the main feed of the day for a mature gelding of average size in full training were weighed at each stable. Nutrient content of diets was calculated using published data for the individual ingredients. Results are expressed as mean±sd. The estimated body weight of TB horses was 493±34 kg and 437±32 kg for SB horses. There was considerable variation in diet composition and nutrient intake between stables. The TB trainers fed 11.0±2.4 kg and SB trainers 11.8±2.5 kg per day. The concentrate component of the diet weighed 7.8±1.6 and 7.7±2.3 kg for TB and SB stables, respectively, and the roughage component for TB horses 3.3±1.4 and SB horses 4.1±1.4 kg per day. The digestible energy intake of horses at TB stables was 129±29 MJ per day and at SB stables 132±31 MJ per day. Crude protein intake of TB horses was 1452±363 g and SB horses 1442±338 g per day. There were differences in some feeding practices at TB and SB stables. Standardbred trainers fed more roughage than TB trainers. Standardbred trainers fed chaffed lucerne (alfalfa) and cereal hays as the major roughage, whereas TB trainers fed more hay. The major hay type fed by TB trainers was lucerne, whereas many SB trainers preferred clover hay. Both trainers fed oats as the major grain, but TB trainers fed slightly more maize (corn) than SB trainers. The SB trainers fed barley as part of the concentrate component of the diet, whereas TB trainers usually fed boiled barley and linseed oil in winter only. Although many trainers used vitamin and mineral supplements, this appeared unnecessary in many Instances, especially with respect to Iron. Calcium and NaCI supplementation was necessary for some diets. We concluded that while there was a wide range in feed intake and diet composition for both TB and SB horses, average nutrient intakes were similar to National Research Council (1989) recommendations for horses performing intense work.  相似文献

The fourth through sixth parity of 5- to 10-yr-old cows were used to evaluate trade-offs involved with sires of large mature size vs medium mature size in a terminal sire crossbreeding program and to characterize five breeds and their crosses for their potential as dam lines. Charolais and Red Poll bulls, representing large (L) and medium (M) mature size, respectively, were mated to cows representing Angus (An), Brahman (Br), Hereford (He), Holstein (Ho) and Jersey (Je) and their crosses (reciprocals pooled). Cows were randomly assigned for mating to either an L or M bull for each breeding. Size of calf sire did not influence (P greater than .10) the subsequent calving interval of cows. Calving intervals for the straightbred (SB) dairy breeds (Ho and Je) were longer than for SB An and He, but the difference did not exist among the respective crossbred (CB) cows. As a group, Br crosses had shorter intervals than the other CB groups. Crossbred cows exhibited intervals that were 16 d shorter (P less than .05) than SB. Calves sired by L bulls were larger (P less than .01) and faster gaining (P less than .01) for all measures of size and growth studied, but exhibited lower (P less than .01) survival rates to weaning than M-sired calves. The aim of this study was to investigate the distribution pattern of von Willebrand factor (vWF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the healthy antral and atretic follicles of Philippine swamp buffaloes (SB) in comparison with Holstein-Friesian cows (HF). Paraffin sections of healthy follicles and atretic follicles at various stages were immunostained with vWF antibody and VEGF antibody. The density of vWF-positive capillary vessels in the theca interna significantly increased as atresia progressed in SB, whereas the density significantly decreased in late atretic follicles compared with advanced ones in HF. On the other hand, the area of vWF-positive capillary vessels in the theca interna significantly increased as atresia progressed in both SB and HF. Immunoreactions of VEGF in the granulosa cells (in all follicle types) were observed in both SB and HF. In the granulosa layer, a reduction in the VEGF immunoreaction was noted as follicles progressed from healthy to advanced atretic follicles in both animals. Granulosa cells (in both SB and HF) showed a higher immunopositive staining than theca cells. In the theca interna, VEGF immunostaining diminished as follicles progressed to the late atretic follicles in both animals. These results indicate that during atresia, changes of vWF expression are the opposite of VEGF expression in SB. Both vWF and VEGF are suggested to be associated with follicular atresia in SB.  相似文献

Maternal sodium butyrate (SB) intake has important effects on offspring growth and development. This study aimed to investigate the impacts of maternal SB supplementation during gestation and lactation on fatty acid composition and lipid metabolism in the offspring skeletal muscle of pigs. Twenty sows (Yorkshire, parity 2 to 3) were assigned to the control group (diets without SB, n = 10) and SB group (diets with 0.1% SB, n = 10). The results showed maternal SB supplementation throughout gestation and lactation increased (P < 0.05) body weight of offspring piglets at weaning. The concentrations of triglyceride in plasma and milk were enhanced (P < 0.05). Maternal SB induced (P < 0.05) lipid accumulation with increased expression of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor γ (PPARγ) by enrichment of the acetylation of H3 acetylation K27 (H3K27) in offspring skeletal muscle. Meanwhile, the concentrations of C18:2n-6, C18:3n-3, total polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA), n-6 PUFA and n-3 PUFA decreased (P < 0.05) in skeletal muscle of weaning piglets derived from SB sows. Together, these results showed that maternal SB supplementation could influence offspring growth performance, lipid metabolism and fatty acid composition of the skeletal muscle.  相似文献

A feedlot trial was conducted to determine the effect of dietary vitamin A concentration and roasted soybean (SB) inclusion on carcass characteristics, adipose tissue cellularity, and muscle fatty acid composition. Angus-crossbred steers (n = 168; 295 +/- 1.8 kg) were allotted to 24 pens (7 steers each). Four treatments, in a 2 x 2 factorial arrangement, were investigated: no supplemental vitamin A, no roasted soybeans (NANS); no vitamin A, roasted SB (20% of the diet on a DM basis; NASB); with supplemental (2,700 IU/kg) vitamin A, no roasted SB (WANS); and with supplemental vitamin A, roasted SB (WASB). Diets included high moisture corn, 5% corn silage, 10 to 20% supplement, and 20% roasted SB in the SB treatments on a DM basis. The calculated vitamin A concentration in the basal diet was < 1,300 IU/kg of DM. Blood samples (2 steers/pen) were collected for serum vitamin A determination. Steers were slaughtered after 168 d on feed. Carcass characteristics and LM composition were determined. Fatty acid composition of LM was analyzed, and adipose cellularity in the i.m. and s.c. depots was determined. No vitamin A x SB interactions were detected (P > 0.10) for cattle performance, carcass composition, or muscle fatty acid composition. Low vitamin A diets (NA) did not affect (P > 0.05) ADG, DMI, or G:F. Quality grade tended (P = 0.07) to be greater in NA steers. Marbling scores and the percentage of carcasses grading > or = Choice(-) were 10% greater for NA steers, although these trends were not significant (P = 0.11 and 0.13, respectively). Backfat thickness and yield grade were not affected (P > 0.26) by vitamin A supplementation. Composition of the LM was not affected (P > 0.15) by vitamin A or SB supplementation. Serum retinol at slaughter was 44% lower (P < 0.01) for steers fed NA than for steers supplemented with vitamin A (23.0 vs. 41.1 microg/dL). A vitamin A x SB interaction occurred (P < 0.05) for adipose cellularity in the i.m. depot; when no SB was fed, vitamin A supplementation decreased cell density and increased cell size. However, when SB was fed, vitamin A supplementation did not affect adipose cellularity. Adipose cellularity at the s.c. depot was not affected (P > 0.18) by vitamin A or SB treatments. Fatty acid profile of the LM was not affected by vitamin A (P > 0.05), but SB increased (P < 0.05) PUFA (7.88 vs. 4.30 g/100 g). It was concluded that feeding NA tended to increase marbling without affecting back-fat and yield grade. It appeared that NA induced hyperplasia in the i.m. but not in the s.c. fat depot.  相似文献

试验旨在对新疆绵羊脑炎临床分离株LM90SB2单增李斯特菌llsB基因进行克隆及生物信息学分析,以期进一步完善单增李斯特菌溶血素S的功能研究。根据GenBank中单增李斯特菌F2365基因全长序列(登录号为:AE017262)设计其特异性引物,利用PCR方法对新疆分离株LM90SB2的llsB基因进行扩增,回收目的基因与pMD19-T载体连接,采用PCR、双酶切鉴定筛选阳性菌并进行测序,对所获序列进行同源性比对及遗传变异分析。结果显示,新疆分离株LM90SB2的llsB基因序列全长为876 bp,共编码291个氨基酸;LM90SB2分离株llsB基因核苷酸序列与10-0809、81-0592、81-0558、02-1792、NTSN、02-1289不同分离株同源性均为100%,与CⅡMS-PH-1、NRRLB-57603株的同源性均为99.9%,与J1816、R2-502株的同源性为44.7%~45.0%。分子进化树显示,LM90SB2菌株llsB基因与血清型为4b的菌株亲缘关系较近,聚类为同一分支。蛋白质二级结构预测表明,LM90SB2 llsB蛋白为亲水性蛋白,无信号肽,不形成跨膜结构。本试验成功克隆了LM90SB2株llsB基因,为深入探讨该基因功能提供全面的理论依据。  相似文献

Theophylline was administered in a three-way crossover design study to six cats intravenously (Aminophylline USP, Invenex Laboratories, Chagrin Falls, OH) and orally as two sustained-release formulations (Slo-bid Gyrocaps (SB), William H. Rorer, Inc., Fort Washington, PA; Theo-Dur Tablets (TD), Key Pharmaceuticals, Miami, FL). Values were determined for mean residence time (SB = 19.4 +/- 3.2 h; TD = 15.8 +/- 4.8 h), mean absorption time (SB = 8.0 +/- 2.3 h; TD = 4.8 +/- 2.3 h), absolute bioavailability (SB = 82 +/- 27%; TD = 76 +/- 38%), and time to peak plasma concentrations (SB = 8 h; TD = 8 h). After normalization to a dose of 25 mg/kg, the average peak plasma concentrations were also predicted (SB = 10.5 +/- 3.4 micrograms/ml; TD = 14.3 +/- 6.7 micrograms/ml). Slo-bid was predicted to provide the least peak:trough fluctuation in theophylline concentrations. Slo-bid and Theo-Dur appear to have pharmacokinetic characteristics which, if given once-daily, would maintain plasma theophylline concentrations of 5-20 micrograms/ml in the cat.  相似文献

研究制粒工艺(制粒前、后)和添加黄芩(0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%)对紫花苜蓿的营养品质、维生素含量、大肠杆菌与霉菌数量的影响,旨在了解制粒过程中紫花苜蓿的营养品质、维生素含量和微生物数量变化规律,探讨蒙药黄芩添加剂对紫花苜蓿维生素含量的保存、稳定作用。结果表明:制粒后,紫花苜蓿维生素B2、维生素B5、维生素B6含量显著降低,而维生素K1、维生素C含量显著升高;紫花苜蓿干物质和粗脂肪含量显著增加;大肠杆菌数量显著降低。添加1.5%黄芩显著提高了紫花苜蓿维生素C、维生素B2、维生素B6含量,而添加0.5%~1.0%黄芩显著降低了维生素K1含量,添加1.5%黄芩显著降低了维生素B1含量。综合两个因素的影响考虑,添加1.5%黄芩可显著提高紫花苜蓿草颗粒维生素C、维生素B6含量;添加1.5%黄芩和制粒能显著提高紫花苜蓿粗脂肪含量。  相似文献
