Rats were killed after intraventricular administration of [(3)H]leucine, and the turnover rates of total soluble proteins and of the brain specific S-100 protein were determined. The half-life of S-100 was estimated to be 16 days. The S-100 protein, thus, has a turnover not unlike that of the average water-soluble protein of brain. 相似文献

The currently known upper temperature limit for growth of organisms, shared by a number of archaebacteria, is 110 degrees C. However, among the sulfate-reducing bacteria, growth temperatures of greater than 100 degrees C have not been found. A search for high-temperature activity of sulfate-reducing bacteria was done in hot deep-sea sediments at the hydrothermal vents of the Guaymas Basin tectonic spreading center in the Gulf of California. Radiotracer studies revealed that sulfate reduction can occur at temperatures up to 110 degrees C, with an optimum rate at 103 degrees to 106 degrees C. This observation expands the upper temperature limit of this process in deep-ocean sediments by 20 degrees C and indicates the existence of an unknown group of hyperthermophilic bacteria with a potential importance for the biogeochemistry of sulfur above 100 degrees C. 相似文献

100-seed weight is a very complicated quantitative trait of yield. The study of gene mapping for yield trait in soybean is very important for application. However, the mapping result of 100-seed weight was dispersed, the public map should be chosen which was suitable for the published results integrated, and to improve yield. In this research, an integrated map of 100-seed weight QTLs in soybean had been established with soymap2 published in 2004 as a reference map. QTLs of 100-seed weight in soybean were collected in recent 20 yr. With the software BioMercator 2.1, QTLs from their own maps were projected to the reference map. From published papers, 65 QTLs of 100-seed weight were collected and 53 QTLs were integrated, including 17 reductive effect QTLs and 36 additive effect QTLs. 12 clusters of QTLs were found in the integrated map. A method of meta-analysis was used to narrow down the confidence interval, and 6 additive QTLs and 6 reductive QTLs and their corresponding markers were obtained respectively. The minimum confidence interval (C.I.) was shrunk to 1.52 cM.These results would lay the foundation for marker-assisted selection and mapping QTL precisely, as well as QTL gene cloning in soybean. 相似文献

【目的】对东北大豆种质群体百粒重性状进行全基因组关联分析,全面解析中国大豆主产区百粒重QTL-等位变异遗传构成,为东北地区大豆籽粒大小遗传改良提供理论基础。【方法】以东北地区育种和生产上常用的290份大豆材料作为试验群体,于2013和2014年在东北第二生态亚区的克山、牡丹江、佳木斯和长春4个地点进行百粒重表型鉴定试验。利用RAD-seq方法对试验群体进行基因组测序分析,对原始SNP数据进行过滤及填补缺失数据后,最终获得了82 966个高质量的SNP标记。根据限制性两阶段多位点全基因组关联分析(restricted two-stage multi-locus genome-wide association analysis,RTM-GWAS)方法,首先构建获得15 546个具有复等位变异的SNPLDB标记,然后使用两阶段多位点模型对百粒重性状进行全基因组关联分析。对检测到的百粒重关联SNPLDB标记位点附近(50 kb范围内)的基因进行分析,根据基因内SNP与SNPLDB标记位点之间关联性的卡方测验,筛选可能与百粒重性状相关的候选基因并进行功能注释。最后基于检测的百粒重QTL-等位变异体系分析了不同熟期组材料间的遗传分化。【结果】试验群体百粒重变异范围为18.3—20.7 g,性状遗传率为92.3%。RTM-GWAS方法共检测到76个与大豆百粒重性状关联的SNPLDB标记位点,其中15个位点主效不显著,另外61个主效显著位点解释了65.40%的表型变异;68个与环境互作效应显著的位点解释了17.46%的表型变异,另外8个位点与环境互作效应不显著。在检测到的76个位点中有34个位点与已报道的30个百粒重QTL重叠,另外42个位点为本研究新检测百粒重位点。基于检测的SNPLDB标记位点,共筛选到137个百粒重相关候选基因,功能注释显示这些候选基因不仅参与大豆百粒重的调节,还参与了初级新陈代谢、蛋白质修饰、物质运输、胁迫响应和信号转导等。对各熟期组间QTL-等位变异的遗传分化分析显示,尽管熟期组间百粒重差异不明显,但其QTL-等位变异遗传结构却发生了新生和汰除的变化。【结论】RTM-GWAS方法能相对全面地解析东北大豆种质群体百粒重QTL-等位变异遗传构成。东北大豆种质群体百粒重由大量QTL调控,且QTL与环境互作效应大,QTL存在丰富的复等位变异。由RTM-GWAS方法建立的QTL-等位变异矩阵为群体遗传及演化研究提供了新工具。 相似文献

采用第一性原理的密度泛函理论计算了O原子在Rh(100)表面的吸附,得到了电子特性及各种结构参数,并给出了不同覆盖度下O原子在Rh(100)表面上3个位置吸附后的能量,结果表明,O原子在Rh(100)表面可以发生稳定的吸附,最高吸附能为2.53eV。同时,通过对O原子的态密度进行分析,得到如下结论:O原子在Rh(100)面上的吸附主要是由于O的2p轨道与基底金属的4d轨道相互作用的结果。 相似文献

We report the detection of pulsed gamma rays from the Crab pulsar at energies above 100 giga-electron volts (GeV) with the Very Energetic Radiation Imaging Telescope Array System (VERITAS) array of atmospheric Cherenkov telescopes. The detection cannot be explained on the basis of current pulsar models. The photon spectrum of pulsed emission between 100 mega-electron volts and 400 GeV is described by a broken power law that is statistically preferred over a power law with an exponential cutoff. It is unlikely that the observation can be explained by invoking curvature radiation as the origin of the observed gamma rays above 100 GeV. Our findings require that these gamma rays be produced more than 10 stellar radii from the neutron star. 相似文献

【目的】百粒重是控制大豆产量性状的主要数量性状,对大豆产量性状进行基因定位具有重要的研究和应用价值。现有百粒重QTL定位结果分散,需选择合适的公共图谱,整合前人的研究结果,使其真正应用到实践中。【方法】以2004年发布大豆公共遗传连锁图谱soymap2为参考图谱,将近20年不同试验中的大豆百粒重的QTLs进行映射整合,构建百粒重QTL综合图谱。利用BioMercator2.1的映射功能将国内外常用的大豆图谱上的百粒重QTLs通过公共标记映射整合到大豆公共遗传连锁图谱soymap2上,并利用Meta分析,通过对比已经报道的QTLs的95%的置信区间来推断QTL位置,从而提取真正有效的QTL标记。【结果】在已经发表的文献中共找到65个百粒重QTLs定位信息,其中有53个QTLs定位区间与公共图谱有共有标记,包括36个增效效应的QTLs和17个减效效应的百粒重QTLs,共得到12个QTL簇,通过Meta分析,发掘出6个增效效应和6个减效效应的百粒重“通用QTLs”及其连锁标记。【结论】本研究得到的“通用QTLs”其置信区间最小可达到1.52 cM,为辅助选择分子标记、QTL精细定位以及数量性状基因的克隆奠定基础。 相似文献
