A field-collected strain (MR-VL) of the two-spotted spider mite, Tetranychus urticae Koch, exhibited strong resistance to bifenthrin, dicofol and fenbutatin oxide in comparison with a susceptible laboratory strain (LS-VL). The MR-VL strain was screened for cross-resistance with several currently used acaricides. Cross-resistance was detected with clofentezine (RR = 2631), dimethoate (RR = 250), chlorfenapyr (RR = 154), bromopropylate (RR = 25), amitraz (RR = 17), flucycloxuron (RR = 15) and azocyclotin (RR = 7). Abamectin, acequinocyl, bifenazate, tebufenpyrad and spirodiclofen did not show any signs of cross-resistance. Enhanced detoxification by increased activity of mono-oxygenases (MO) and esterases is at least partially responsible for the observed resistance and cross-resistance. MO assays with 7-ethoxycoumarin (7-EC) were optimised and 7-ethoxy-4-trifluoromethylcoumarin (7-EFC), a new MO-substrate, was evaluated for the first time in T urticae and proved to be a good alternative to 7-EC. Approximately 3- and 4-fold higher MO activity was detected with 7-EFC and 7-EC respectively in the MR-VL strain. Kinetic parameters of general esterase assays with 4-nitrophenyl acetate and 1-naphthyl acetate as substrate indicated that more esterases were present in the MR-VL strain. A first attempt was made to classify the esterases present in T urticae. Acetyl-, aryl- and carboxyl-esterases were detected with the use of inhibitors after separation by native PAGE. Glutathione-S-transferases did not seem to play any role in the observed resistance and no differences were detected when the general oxidative capacities of the two strains were compared.  相似文献

为了明确淡紫拟青霉、厚垣轮枝菌生防菌剂对当归生长量的影响及对麻口病的防治效果,进行了田间药效试验。结果表明,两种生防菌剂在当归移栽时拌细干土穴施对当归生长量(出苗、株高、叶片数、冠幅)有一定的影响;但可有效防治当归麻口病,其中淡紫拟青霉颗粒剂41.25kg/hm2处理组防效最高,为63.43%,与其他处理差异显著(P0.05);各处理对当归有较好的增产作用,增产率为25.78%~63.01%,其中淡紫拟青霉颗粒剂45.00kg/hm2处理增产率最高,为63.01%,其次为厚垣轮枝菌微粒剂33.75kg/hm2处理,增产率为61.67%;菌剂各处理相比对照可明显提高特等归比例。淡紫拟青霉颗粒剂41.25、45.00kg/hm2和厚垣轮枝菌微粒剂33.75kg/hm2穴施可有效防治当归麻口病,提高当归产量,可用于生产上防治当归麻口病。  相似文献

二斑叶螨是为害草莓的重要害螨之一。随着杀虫、杀螨剂的抗药性问题以及在水果上的残留问题日益严重,生物防治成为解决这一问题的重要措施。本文研究了释放智利小植绥螨对温室大棚草莓上二斑叶螨种群的控制作用。结果表明:3个释放密度(240、120、60头/株)的智利小植绥螨对温室草莓上二斑叶螨种群均有很好的防治效果,最高虫口减退率及防效都在80%以上,化学农药43%联苯肼酯SC对二斑叶螨种群的最高防效仅为61.89%;随捕食螨释放量的增加,防治效果也越显著。综合平衡生防成本与防效,推荐释放量为60头/株。  相似文献

Aphid control in Moroccan citrus orchards is based mainly on carbamate and neonicotinoid sprays, especially methomyl and imidacloprid. The extensive use of these insecticides may have side effects on natural enemies and environment quality and raises human health concerns. This research aimed to assess the control of aphids with insecticidal soap, kaolin and augmentative biological control using the indigenous predator Adalia decempunctata L. (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae). The insecticides were applied and the predators were released in April 2009 and 2010. Under field experimentation, the methomyl and imidacloprid foliar pulverization were very effective against aphids. In contrast, the insecticidal soap and kaolin application were less efficient while A. decempunctata adults were effective only in the first week after release. The side effects on beneficial insects were also assessed and discussed. The possibility of employing A. decempunctata in an integrated pest management package in citrus groves is discussed in relation to effectiveness and side effects on beneficial arthropods.  相似文献

A series of new 1,3, 4-oxa(thia)diazol-2(3H)-ones were synthesized and tested as acaricides. High activities against eggs of Tetranychus urticae (Koch) were found for derivatives bearing an ortho-halo-substituted phenyl group in position 3, and a benzyl group para-substituted by a branched C3-C6 alkoxy group in position 5 of the hetero-ring. The best compounds attained the miticidal potency of clofentezine.  相似文献

Biological control of insects — the use of natural enemies to reduce pest numbers — has been applied on a worldwide scale for more than 100 years and its use has considerably increased during the past decades as it offers a sustainable, economical and environmentally attractive alternative to chemical pest control. In biological control, locally occurring natural enemies are used or alien species are imported. Until now, introductions of hundreds of species of insect natural enemies have not led to environmental problems when a procedure of selection, importation and release was carefully applied. In contrast, many intentional and unintentional introductions of plants and phytophagous animals have resulted in very negative effects on the environment. Several early biological control introductions, mostly of generalist, large predators (e.g. vertebrates, birds and toads) and usually not supervised by biological control experts, led to unintended negative effects on native species. For insect biological control executed by experts, examples of unintended, harmful effects are not known. Selected natural enemies are usually specific, mono- or oligophagous species of parasitoids and predators. To prevent making mistakes in the future, pre-introductory evaluation of natural enemies is advocated, including a step where their potential negative effects are studied. Examination of the literature, taxonomic research and host acceptance experiments are used in such studies to estimate negative effects.  相似文献

以兰州吐鲁沟公园采集的二点叶螨为敏感种群(S),测定了兰州安宁区(R1)、红固区(R2)、天水(R3)、平凉(R4)、庆阳(R5)等地果园的二点叶螨抗性种群对16种杀虫、杀螨剂的抗性水平。结果表明,五地果园二点叶螨种群(R)对水胺硫磷、久效磷、克螨特、双甲脒、甲氰菊酯(R2除外)、联苯菊酯(R2除外)均已产生抗药性。其中R3种群对甲氰菊酯、克螨特、三氟氯氰菊酯、双甲脒、三氯杀螨醇的抗性最高,抗性指数(RF)分别为280.51、107.36、107.12、98.17、69.57倍;R4种群对水胺硫磷、克螨特、久效磷的RF值分别为97.15、82.94和65.39倍;其次是R1种群对甲氰菊酯、水胺硫磷、克螨特的RF值分别为75.05、60.97、60.14倍。五地果园二点叶螨抗性种群对氰久合剂、氧乐菊酯、氯马乳油、螨嗪菊酯、齐螨素、螨蚧克和四螨嗪的RF值均在14倍以下,对氧化乐果的RF值在22倍以下。  相似文献

取40余种国内外农药,分别对柑桔害螨、蚜虫、蚧类和潜叶蛾等四大类主要害虫,采用多边测定、系统筛选的方法,选出尼索朗、螨死净、倍乐霸、托尔克、克螨特、卡死克、机油乳剂及叶蝉散等一批高效选择性或部分选择性药剂。大田试验结果表明,停用有机磷或有机磷和拟除虫菊酯类药剂,采用选择性药剂组合技术的实验区比常规区全年减少病虫防治费用14.91%—42.14%;同时,害虫天敌明显增加。据不完全统计,1988—1990年浙江桔区选择性药剂和部分选择性药剂的应用面积超过20余万公顷次;仅尼索朗一种药剂的使用面积就近11万公顷次,节约防治费用超过5000万元。研究结果阐明,在桔园内停止或控制使用对生态环境有严重破坏作用的有机磷和拟除虫菊酯类药剂是完全可行的,该项技术具有明显的经济、生态和社会效益。  相似文献

为探讨不同杀螨剂对壁蜂Osmia cornifrons蜂螨的防控作用,筛选了适合壁蜂定巢繁殖的巢管管口内径范围,并采用药液浸渍法比较了螺螨酯、炔螨特、联苯肼酯、四螨嗪、三唑锡5种杀螨剂对壁蜂蜂螨的防治效果及安全性。结果表明,壁蜂芦苇巢管管口内径在8.00~8.49 mm范围时最适合壁蜂定巢繁殖,巢室数量最多,为8.5个,显著高于其它管口内径范围下的巢室数。与空白对照相比,5种杀螨剂各剂量处理对芦苇巢管中壁蜂的巢室数均无显著影响,不同剂量的三唑锡和四螨嗪浸渍芦苇巢管均可有效控制芦苇巢管内蜂螨的为害,2种药剂各剂量处理对巢管中蜂螨的防治效果为97.22%~100.00%,对巢室蜂螨的防治效果为98.75%~100.00%,防治效果显著;而不同剂量的螺螨酯、炔螨特和联苯肼酯对芦苇巢管中蜂螨的防治效果较低,各剂量处理对巢管蜂螨的防治效果为39.81%~80.56%,对巢室蜂螨的防治效果为46.01%~83.82%。表明四螨嗪和三唑锡浸渍处理芦苇巢管可作为有效防治壁蜂蜂螨为害的安全施药手段。  相似文献

供试二点叶螨为抗氧乐果、甲氰菊酯、螨死净和抗螨嗪菊酯混剂种群 ,用 4种增效剂分别与氧乐果、甲氰菊酯、螨死净、螨嗪菊酯混用研究其增效作用。结果表明 :增效磷 (SV1)对甲氰菊酯、氧乐果、螨死净、螨嗪菊酯的增效作用最明显 ,增效倍数分别为23.33、17.26、7.09、9.42 ;其次是八氯二丙醚 (S2)和增效醚 (Pb) ,全能增效剂 (ARS)对4种药剂增效作用最差。田间药效试验结果表明 :增效剂SV1和S2 与氧乐果、甲氰菊酯、螨死净混用 ,对苹果和豇豆上的二点螨均有增效作用。  相似文献

A field colony of the Two-spotted spider mite, Tetranychus urticae (Koch), resistant to fenpyroximate was further selected with fenpyroximate 5SC for 20 generations at a selection pressure of 30-50% mortality (designated as FR-20 strain). Resistance and cross-resistance levels of the FR-20 strain to 18 acaricides were determined using a spray method. The FR-20 strain was extremely resistant to fenpyroximate [resistance ratio (RR) 252]. The strain exhibited extremely strong positive cross-resistance to acrinathrin (RR 196), and high levels of resistance to benzoximate (RR 55) and propargite (RR 64). Moderate levels of cross-resistance (RR 11-40) to abamectin, fenbutatin oxide, fenpropathrin, pyridaben, pyridaben + bifenthrin and tebufenpyrad were observed. The FR-20 strain showed low levels of resistance (RR < 10) to azocyclotin, bromopropylate, chlorfenapyr, chlorfenapyr + bifenthrin, chlorfenapyr + pyridaben, dicofol, fenazaquin and milbemectin. Synergist experiments with different metabolic inhibitors revealed that piperonyl butoxide had the greatest effect on the efficacy of fenpyroximate, followed by iprobenfos and triphenyl phosphate. In a comparative assay with detoxifying enzymes, the FR-20 strain showed 2.5-fold higher activity in p-nitroanisole-O-demethylation, and 2.5- and 2.2-fold higher activities in alpha- and beta-naphthyl acetate hydrolysis, respectively. These results suggested that enhanced activities of both mixed-function oxidases and esterases likely contribute to the fenpyroximate resistance of the FR-20 strain of T urticae.  相似文献

This laboratory study reports the interaction of three predators found in commercial apple orchards in Quebec, Hyaliodes vitripennis (Say) (Hemiptera: Miridae), Harmonia axyridis Pallas (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) and Amblyseius fallacis (Garman) (Acarina: Phytoseiidae). First, intraguild predation between H vitripennis and the two other predators was characterized in the absence and presence of their extraguild prey, Tetranychus urticae Koch. The results showed an asymmetrical interaction in favour of the larger predator and the levels of intraguild predation were weak for the two predatory combinations. Presence of the phytophagous mite reduced the intensity of intraguild predation in the predatory combination of H axyridis and H vitripennis. Second, the effects of intraguild predation and the application of lambda-cyhalothrin on predation efficacy of the predators were evaluated. The application of the insecticide reduced prey consumption of H vitripennis and H axyridis but did not affect that of A fallacis. Combination of predators and an insecticide application resulted in two different situations depending on the species involved: a reduced predation efficacy for the combination of H vitripennis and H axyridis due to a knockdown effect caused by the insecticide, and no effect on T urticae consumption for H vitripennis and A fallacis. It is suggested that an integrated pest management program based on H vitripennis, A fallacis and lambda-cyhalothrin may be evaluated to repress phytophagous mites in Quebec orchards.  相似文献

以兰州吐鲁沟公园金花忍冬植物上采集的二点叶螨为敏感种群,在室内盆栽菜豆苗上饲养繁殖后分别用氧乐果、甲氰菊酯、四螨嗪及螨嗪菊酯(甲氰菊酯 四螨嗪)混剂喷雾处理20代,获得二点叶螨抗氧乐果种群(抗性指数RF=35.84倍)、抗甲氰菊酯种群(RF=479.79倍)、抗四螨嗪种群(RF=67.26倍)以及抗混剂螨嗪菊酯种群(RF=26.75倍)。用生化法测定离体酶活性的结果表明,上述四个抗性种群的形成与体内羧酸酯酶、磷酸酯酶、谷胱甘肽转移酶的活力增加及乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性降低有关。4个抗性种群对常用15种供试药剂交互抗性测定结果表明,氧乐果、甲氰菊酯与联苯菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯、水胺硫磷、久效磷、氰久合剂有交互抗性,甲氰菊酯还与螨蚧克有交互抗性;四螨嗪与三氯杀螨醇(RF=14.15倍)、齐螨素(RF=10.26倍)有交互抗性;螨嗪菊酯与双甲脒、氧乐菊酯有负交互抗性,RF值分别为0.85、0.71倍。  相似文献

Armored scale insects (Homoptera: Diaspididae) are among the most important pests in agriculture. For various reasons, they are considered promising targets for biological control projects. Ectoparasites of the genusAphytis (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae) are usually their most effective natural enemies. Lack of success in biological control was sometimes associated with overemphasis on predators or endoparasites. The value of biosystematic research cannot be overemphasized. Surveys should be conducted both before and after colonization of natural enemies. Population trends can be followed by successive sampling. Twigs of uniform age and size usually provide adequate sampling units for armored scale insects; predators can be counted by direct observation; parasite abundance is best determined by dissection of host samples. Life tables can be constructed from such data. Importation of exotic natural enemies is preferred to the various methods of manipulation. Basic ecological studies should never delay actual importation. Multiple introductions of natural enemies are strongly recommended. The search for natural enemies should cover the entire range of distribution of the pest. Experimental exclusion methods are recommended for evaluation of the efficacy of natural enemies of armored scale insects. Field plots should be representative of typical bioclimatic areas, and should be entirely free from detrimental effects of abnormal conditions, dust or non-selective pesticides. Methods of augmentation or conservation of natural enemies should be carefully evaluated in field tests before they are adopted as routine practices. The effect of commercial pesticides on natural enemies can be determined in laboratory and field trials. Effective integrated control can be achieved by judicious use of relatively selective pesticides, in the least disruptive modes of application, in combination with a vigorous program of biological control.  相似文献

A strain of Tetranychus urticae (Koch; Acari: Tetranychidae), collected from hops (Humulus humuli L; Cannabaceae) in England with a short history of tebufenpyrad use, exhibited resistance to four METI (mitochondrial electron transport inhibitor)-acaricides; tebufenpyrad, pyridaben, fenazaquin and fenpyroximate. Resistance factors for these compounds in a microimmersion assay were 46, 346, 168 and 77 respectively, and corresponded to those exhibited by a Japanese METI-acaricide-resistant reference strain. Levels of resistance remained stable without further selection, and selection with tebufenpyrad did not increase them. The UK strain was also resistant (c 6-fold) to bifenthrin. Crosses of homozygous, diploid females with hemizygous, haploid males showed that, in the UK strain, METI-acaricide resistance was paternally and maternally inherited, and was an incompletely dominant trait. Another tebufenpyrad-resistant strain from the UK, originating from a chrysanthemum nursery (Chrysanthemum foeniculaceum Giseke; Asteraceae) was collected eight months later at a site c 210 km distant from the first. These are the first published incidences of METI-acaricide resistance in Europe and implications for the future use of these compounds are discussed.  相似文献

柑橘全爪螨 Panonychus citri 是一种重要的世界性害螨, 已对多种常用杀螨剂产生了不同程度的抗性?为有效控制该害螨的危害, 本研究于2017年-2018年通过田间小区试验评价了30%乙唑螨腈·螺螨酯SC?30%乙唑螨腈SC?240 g/L螺螨酯SC?1.8%阿维菌素EC及43%联苯肼酯SC对柑橘全爪螨的防治效果及其对柑橘树的安全性?研究结果表明:试验浓度下, 叶面喷施1次上述药剂均对柑橘树安全?30%乙唑螨腈·螺螨酯SC及30%乙唑螨腈SC能有效控制柑橘全爪螨危害, 速效性好, 持效期长达30 d, 药后1~30 d的防治效果分别为76.55%~100%和81.21%~98.30%?240 g/L螺螨酯SC和43%联苯肼酯SC对柑橘全爪螨的控制作用较好, 速效性一般而持效期可达30 d, 药后1~30 d的防治效果分别为69.15%~91.55%和64.63%~88.46%?1.8%阿维菌素EC难以控制柑橘全爪螨危害, 速效性较差, 持效期约15 d; 药后1~30 d对该害螨的防治效果为57.08%~83.39%?综上所述, 在柑橘生产实践中, 为有效控制柑橘全爪螨为害, 应于害螨初发期叶面喷施1次30%乙唑螨腈·螺螨酯SC 75 mg/kg或30%乙唑螨腈SC 100 mg/kg?  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The sweetpotato whitefly, Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae), is an important pest of vegetables and many other crops worldwide. Eight biorational insecticides (based on oil, plant derivatives, insect growth regulator and fungus) were evaluated in the field for their influence on populations of six natural enemies of B. tabaci. Natural populations of two predators [Chrysoperla carnea Stephen (Neuroptera: Chrysopidae) and Orius spp. (Hemiptera: Anthocoridae)] and two genera of parasitoids [Encarsia spp. and Eretmocerus spp. (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae)] were evaluated in eggplant (Solanum melongena L.). Also, augmented field populations of three predators [C. carnea, Coccinella undecimpunctata L. (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) and Macrolophus caliginosus (Wagner) (Hemiptera: Miridae)] were evaluated in cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata L.), cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) and squash (Cucurbita pepo L.). RESULTS: Regardless of natural enemy or crop, jojoba oil, Biovar and Neemix had the least effect on abundance of the natural enemies in comparison with the other insecticides during a 14 day evaluation period. Conversely, Admiral, KZ oil, Mesrona oil, Mesrona oil + sulfur and natural oil had a high detrimental effect on abundance of the natural enemies. CONCLUSION: These results demonstrate the differential effects of biorational insecticides for whitefly control on predators and parasitoids in the field. Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae) is classified as one of the most harmful pest of tomato crops. Many species of predators and parasitoids including Trichogramma cacoeciae (Marchal) (Hymenoptera: Trichogrammatidae) are noted as potential candidates used for biological control of this pest. Therefore, the use of selective insecticides is critical to conserve and protect natural enemies in the field. This study assessed the side effects of insecticides on different development stages of T. cacoeciae under laboratory conditions. For this, eleven pesticides such as: Indoxacarb, spiromesifen, cyromazin, chlorfenapyr, cypermethrin, diafenthiuron, chlorantraniliprole, spinosad, azadirachtin, Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) and virus HaNPV were tested. This study shows that indoxacarb, spiromesifen, chlorfenapyr, cypermethrin, diafenthiuron and spinosad had a negative effect on immature stages of Trichogramma. All insecticides residues on tomato leaves were found to be toxic to Trichogramma adults except azadirachtin, Bt and virus HaNPV. Therefore, the use of the tested natural products (azadirachtin, Bt and HaNPV) at the recommended doses is viable, having no negative impact on T. cacoeciae in tomato crops.  相似文献
