本试验旨在研究早期断奶对仔猪小肠中谷氨酸/谷氨酰胺转运载体表达的影响。试验从40头母猪的仔猪中各选出体重相近、10日龄的杜长大三元杂交仔猪1头,共40头仔猪,随机不配对分为2组,每组20头仔猪,对照组为哺乳仔猪,随母猪喂养;试验组为断奶仔猪,隔离断奶饲养。试验期10 d。饲养结束,每组随机选取12头仔猪,屠宰后取空肠和回肠组织,测定谷氨酸/谷氨酰胺转运载体蛋白和mRNA表达情况,并检测小肠组织形态和小肠氧化应激水平。结果表明:与哺乳仔猪相比,早期断奶显著提高了仔猪空肠和回肠谷氨酸/胱氨酸交换载体(xCT)和中性氨基酸转运载体2(ASCT2)蛋白和mRNA表达量(P0.05);皮尔森相关分析结果显示,断奶仔猪与哺乳仔猪的xCT和ASCT2蛋白表达量在空肠和回肠组织匀浆、细胞内质、细胞顶膜与空肠和回肠中对应mRNA表达量之间均呈正向线性关系,且差异显著(P0.05)。与哺乳仔猪相比,断奶仔猪空肠和回肠绒毛高度降低,隐窝深度增加,差异均显著(P0.05)。与哺乳仔猪相比,断奶仔猪空肠和回肠组织的总抗氧化能力均显著降低(P0.05),且空肠氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)含量显著提高(P0.05),回肠谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著降低(P0.05)。结果提示,早期断奶使仔猪小肠处于氧化应激状态,显著提高断奶仔猪小肠组织中xCT和ASCT2蛋白及mRNA表达量,以促进谷氨酸/谷氨酰胺的摄取,降低仔猪小肠的氧化应激水平。  相似文献

本试验旨在探讨早期断奶对仔猪血清、肌肉及肝脏氨基酸代谢的影响及意义。选择4窝18日龄仔猪,从每窝中各选4头,共计16头仔猪,称重后选择4头屠宰取样,另外12头断奶处理(断奶组)。每窝剩余仔猪由母猪继续哺乳(非断奶组)。在断奶后第1、3、7天从断奶组和非断奶组各取4头仔猪称重、采血后,屠宰取肝脏、背最长肌等组织进行测定分析。结果表明:在断奶后第7天,仔猪背最长肌重量与体重的比率显著降低(P0.05),血清尿素氮含量显著升高(P0.05)。血清、肌肉和肝脏中的游离赖氨酸及血清中的必需氨基酸、苏氨酸在断奶早期阶段显著降低(P0.05),血清、肌肉和肝脏中的游离谷氨酸含量则显著升高(P0.05)。综上所述,在早期断奶阶段,仔猪蛋白质摄入不足(血清总氨基酸等含量降低),机体分解并代谢蛋白质使血清尿素氮和谷氨酸含量上升,肌肉的生长同时受到抑制(背最长肌重量与体重的比率降低)。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究早期断奶对仔猪小肠碱性磷酸酯酶(AKP)活力的影响。选取10日龄、体重[(4.48±0.26)kg]相近的"杜×长×大"三元杂交仔猪40头(分别由40头母猪生产),随机分为2组,每组20个重复,每个重复1头仔猪,2组仔猪分别以随母猪哺乳和早期断奶方式饲养。试验期10 d。饲养结束后,屠宰取小肠,测定小肠AKP活力及含量。结果表明:早期断奶显著降低了仔猪各肠段及整个小肠AKP的亲和力、最大酶活力和消化能力(P<0.05),显著降低了空肠细胞内质和细胞顶膜AKP的亲和力和消化能力(P<0.05),显著降低了空肠细胞顶膜AKP的最大酶活力(P<0.05),同时显著降低了空肠组织匀浆、细胞内质和细胞顶膜中分子质量为60 ku的AKP的相对含量(P<0.05)。结果提示,早期断奶可降低小肠AKP活力、亲和力、消化能力及含量。  相似文献

本研究旨在探讨Na~+依赖性中性氨基酸转运载体2(SNAT2)介导多胺及其前体物质对仔猪肠黏膜营养感应信号的调控作用。试验选取32头哺乳仔猪,随机分为4组,每组8头猪,自出生当日开始,每日2次分别灌服生理盐水(对照组)、腐胺(5 mg/kg BW)、脯氨酸(25 mg/kg BW)和N-氨甲酰谷氨酸(NCG,8 mg/kg BW)。14日龄断奶,断奶第3天采血后屠宰,采集空肠和回肠样品。结果表明:与对照组相比,灌服腐胺、脯氨酸和NCG显著提高仔猪平均日增重(P0.05);灌服腐胺和NCG显著提高空肠和回肠黏膜SNAT2的蛋白表达水平(P0.05);灌服脯氨酸和NCG显著提高了空肠黏膜氨基酸转运感应相关基因[质子耦合氨基酸转运蛋白1(PAT1)、钙感应受体(CasR)、磷脂酶Cβ2(PLCβ2)和味觉受体1家族成员3(T1R3)]的mRNA相对表达量(P0.05),NCG还显著上调哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)信号通路相关基因[促分裂原活化蛋白激酶3(MAP4K3)和mTOR]的mRNA相对表达量(P0.05);灌服NCG显著提高了血清中胆囊收缩素(CCK)含量(P0.05)及空肠黏膜CCK受体mRNA相对表达量(P0.05)。综上所述,NCG可通过上调仔猪肠道氨基酸转运载体相关基因的表达,调节氨基酸感应途径信号分子的释放和基因表达。  相似文献

试验基于蛋白质组分析探究槲皮素抑制幼龄仔猪肠道内猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)增殖的机制。选取18头体重相近的7日龄健康断奶仔猪,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。试验期11 d,第0~3 d为预试期;第4~10 d,槲皮素+PEDV组仔猪口腔灌服10 mg/kg BW溶解在人工乳中的槲皮素,对照组和PEDV组仔猪灌服同体积的人工乳;第8 d,PEDV组和槲皮素+PEDV组的仔猪灌服104.5TCID50的PEDV,对照组仔猪灌服等体积的PBS。结果显示:与对照组相比,PEDV上调了感染仔猪十二指肠、空肠、回肠、结肠的PEDV-N基因的相对表达量(P<0.05)。与PEDV组相比,槲皮素抑制了仔猪空肠、回肠PEDV-N基因的相对表达量(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,PEDV组仔猪肠道(S)-3-氨基-2-甲基丙酸转氨酶(ABAT)表达显著上调(P<0.05),精氨琥珀酸合酶(ASS1)、鸟氨酸氨基转移酶(OAT)、Y+L氨基酸转运蛋白(y+LAT1)、兴奋性氨基酸转运载体1 (EAAC1)、b (0,+)型氨基酸转运蛋白1 (b...  相似文献

本试验旨在探讨仔猪在断奶前及断奶后1周内血清生化指标、十二指肠形态结构及空肠中钠/葡萄糖共转运载体1(SGLT1)和二肽转运载体1(PepT1)基因表达量的变化规律。试验选取20日龄仔猪55头,断奶前1天屠宰5头,余下50头仔猪在21日龄断奶,并分为5组(圈),每组10头仔猪,分别在断奶后第2、4和8天从每组各挑选1头仔猪屠宰。结果表明:1)与断奶前相比,血清碱性磷酸酶活性在断奶后第2天显著降低(P0.05),在断奶后第8天极显著降低(P0.01),血清钾离子含量在断奶后第4和8天显著增加(P0.05),血清尿素氮含量在断奶后第2天极显著增加(P0.01),在断奶后第8天又显著降低(P0.05),血清免疫球蛋白G含量显著降低(P0.05)。2)与断奶前相比,十二指肠绒毛高度在断奶后第2天极显著降低(P0.01),断奶后第4天显著降低(P0.05),隐窝深度在断奶后第2和4天均显著增加(P0.05),两者比值在断奶后第2和4天均显著降低(P0.05)。3)与断奶前相比,空肠中SGLT1基因表达量在断奶后均显著降低(P0.05),空肠中PepT1基因表达量在断奶后第4和8天均显著降低(P0.05)。由此表明,断奶1周内对仔猪生理机能造成了一定的应激;断奶降低了仔猪血清免疫球蛋白G含量,改变了仔猪十二指肠形态结构,降低了空肠中SGLT1和PepT1基因表达量,以断奶后第2和4天应激最强。  相似文献

旨在研究姜黄素对免疫应激断奶仔猪肠道抗氧化能力、二糖酶活性及葡萄糖转运载体的影响。选择28日龄"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪24头,随机分为3个处理组,即对照组(基础日粮组),脂多糖(LPS)组(基础日粮+LPS)和姜黄素(Cur L)组(基础日粮+200 mg/kg姜黄素+LPS),每组8头。试验周期为28 d。于试验第18和28天,LPS组和Cur L组仔猪每千克体重腹腔注射100μg LPS,对照组仔猪注射相同体积的生理盐水。结果表明:添加200 mg/kg姜黄素可以显著降低空肠和回肠黏膜中丙二醛(MDA)含量(P0.05),增加回肠黏膜中麦芽糖酶活性(P0.05)以及上调空肠黏膜中钠/葡萄糖协同转运蛋白1(SGLT1)mRNA表达量和回肠黏膜中葡萄糖转运蛋白2(GLUT2)mRNA表达量(P0.05)。因此,添加姜黄素可以通过降低过氧化产物的堆积缓解免疫应激对仔猪肠道的损伤,同时增加麦芽糖酶活性以及葡萄糖转运载体mRNA的表达而加强肠道对糖的消化吸收。  相似文献

本研究旨在探讨仔猪饲喂不同浓度支链氨基酸(BCAA)日粮对空肠、腰肌、咬肌以及腿肌氨基酸转运载体表达的影响。试验选取18头(10.0±0.9)kg杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪,按体重和性别随机分为3个处理组,每个处理6头猪。3个处理组分别饲喂BCAA缺乏日粮(L-BCAA)、BCAA正常日粮(N-BCAA)和BCAA过量日粮(E-BCAA)。试验期24 d,包括3 d适应期和21 d正试期。结果表明:与N-BCAA组相比,仔猪饲喂L-BCAA日粮会显著增加肠道中性氨基酸转运载体(ASCT2、SNAT2、B~0AT和rBAT)、碱性氨基酸转运载体(y+LAT、CAT1和4F2hc)和小肽转运载体(Pept1)的表达,可显著提高腰肌中(PAT1、PAT2、SNAT2、LAT1和CAT1)、咬肌中(4F2hc和EAAT1)氨基酸转运载体的表达,而显著降低咬肌中(ASCT2、PAT1和PAT2)、腿肌中(PAT1、PAT2和4F2hc)氨基酸转运载体的表达;而仔猪饲喂E-BCAA日粮可显著降低腰肌中(ASCT2、SNAT4、y+LAT1、rBAT、EAAC1)、咬肌中(ASCT2、PAT1、PAT2、EAAC1)、腿肌中(PAT1、PAT2、4F2hc、rBAT、EAAT1、EAAC1)氨基酸转运载体的表达。综上所述,仔猪饲喂L-BCAA日粮可增加肠道氨基酸转运载体的表达,以增强对氨基酸的吸收,但过量添加BCAA会抑制肌肉中氨基酸转运载体的表达。  相似文献

为研究宫内发育迟缓(intrauterine growth retardation,IUGR)对生长猪肠道形态、消化吸收功能及抗氧化能力的影响,该试验从30窝新生仔猪中选择了正常初生重(normal birth weight,NBW)和IUGR雄性仔猪各30头。所有仔猪断奶前自由哺乳,断奶后分为NBW组和IUGR组,饲喂相同的商品日粮,每组6重复,每重复5头仔猪。90日龄时,每重复随机选择1头试验猪进行屠宰采样。结果显示:(1)与NBW组相比,IUGR显著降低了生长猪空肠绒毛表面积和回肠绒毛高度(P0.05);(2)与NBW生长猪相比,IUGR生长猪空肠食糜脂肪酶活性显著降低(P0.05);(3)同时,IUGR生长猪空肠黏膜麦芽糖酶、回肠黏膜蔗糖酶、碱性磷酸酶和Na~+/K~+-ATP酶活性也显著低于NBW生长猪(P0.05);(4)与NBW组相比,IUGR显著升高了空肠黏膜丙二醛含量,显著降低了空肠、回肠黏膜总超氧化物歧化酶活性(P0.05);(5)IUGR导致生长猪空肠和回肠黏膜钠/葡萄糖共转运载体1、超氧化物歧化酶2及空肠黏膜超氧化物歧化酶1转录水平明显减少(P0.05)。上述结果表明,IUGR对90日龄生长猪肠道形态、消化吸收功能及抗氧化能力具有负面影响。  相似文献

本试验旨在探讨在断奶仔猪饲粮中采用一定量的胍基乙酸与去皮豆粕替代鱼粉,研究其对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生理生化相关指标以及肠道屏障功能的影响。试验选取42日龄"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪204头,随机分为3组(每组4个重复,每个重复17头),分别为对照组(饲喂含3%秘鲁进口鱼粉的基础饲粮)、无动物性蛋白质组(用3%去皮豆粕替代对照组饲粮中3%的鱼粉)、胍基乙酸组(在无动物性蛋白质组饲粮中添加600 mg/kg胍基乙酸),参与试验的各组饲粮调整后营养水平和限制性氨基酸含量均相同。试验期为28 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,在无动物性蛋白质饲粮中添加600 mg/kg胍基乙酸显著提高断奶仔猪的末重(P0.05),极显著提高断奶仔猪平均日增重(P0.01),显著降低料重比(P0.05),且断奶仔猪的死淘率无显著差异(P≥0.05);与对照组相比,采用3%的去皮豆粕替代3%的鱼粉,断奶仔猪的死淘率增加了33.33%(P≥0.05),而在此基础上添加适量的胍基乙酸后死淘率降低至与对照组同一水平。2)与对照组相比,在无动物性蛋白质饲粮中添加胍基乙酸显著提高断奶仔猪血清中总蛋白和球蛋白的含量(P0.05),对血清中脂代谢、糖代谢以及相关激素指标均无显著影响(P≥0.05)。3)与对照组相比,在无动物性蛋白质饲粮中添加胍基乙酸除显著降低断奶仔猪空肠绒毛高度(P0.05)外,对空肠隐窝深度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)值以及对十二指肠、回肠的绒毛高度、隐窝深度和V/C值均无显著影响(P≥0.05)。4)与对照组相比,在无动物性蛋白质饲粮中添加胍基乙酸极显著增加断奶仔猪十二指肠和回肠封闭蛋白(occludin)的表达量(P0.01),显著增加十二指肠闭合蛋白-1(claudin-1)的表达量(P0.05),显著降低血清内毒素的含量(P0.05),极显著增加空肠和回肠的杯状细胞数量(P0.01),显著提高回肠抗炎因子白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的mRNA表达量(P0.05);与无动物性蛋白质组相比,在无动物性蛋白质饲粮中添加胍基乙酸极显著增加断奶仔猪回肠occludin的表达量(P0.01),显著增加十二指肠occludin和空肠claudin-1的表达量(P0.05),显著降低血清内毒素的含量(P0.05)。由此可见,在无动物性蛋白质饲粮中添加600 mg/kg胍基乙酸能有效改善断奶仔猪的肠道屏障功能,促进仔猪的生长。  相似文献

When sows and their litters are kept outdoors, much of the responsibility for the litter is shifted from the herdsman to the sow compared to when the sows are kept indoors. Therefore, the maternal ability, including maternal behaviour, is believed to be important in outdoor piglet production. The aim of this study was to describe maternal traits in conventionally bred first-parity sows kept outdoors. Nursing behaviour, sow activity, sow body reserves, litter size and piglet growth were studied in 40 first-parity sows during a seven week long lactation. The sows were kept in groups outdoors. Sow activity (lying down or active) and nursing behaviour (nursing frequency, nursing duration and nursing terminator) were recorded on videotapes at four days post partum (pp) and directly observed at four and six weeks pp. Cross suckling was observed at four and six weeks pp. Sows were weighed and measured for backfat depth five days before farrowing, two weeks pp and at weaning seven weeks pp. Piglets were weighed at four days pp, at two weeks pp and at weaning. We concluded that sow nursing behaviour and activity are individual characteristics repeatable within sows' late lactation. Less active sows are more available for suckling. Light and thin sows have an earlier and more progressed weaning process than heavier, fatter sows. A significant positive relation was found between sow appetite in early lactation and piglet growth until weaning. Sow nursing behaviour is not important for piglet growth when sows and piglets are held in groups, piglets have access to sow feed and piglets are weaned as late as at seven weeks of age.  相似文献

本文通过研究妊娠后期母猪和仔猪补饲外源精胺对初生和28日龄仔猪肠道形态结构和二糖酶活性的影响,初步探讨干预“仔猪早期断奶综合征”的技术措施.试验第1阶段,选择6头体重和膘情相近、胎次为3、已怀孕91 d的健康“长×大”母猪,随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ3个组,每个组设2个重复,每个重复1头母猪.Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组妊娠母猪饲粮中外源精胺的添加量为0、1.5和3.0 mg/kg,饲喂至分娩结束;第2阶段,分娩后母猪采食同一种不含外源精胺的饲粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组哺乳仔猪于7日龄起相应补饲外源精胺添加量为0、3.0和6.0 mg/kg的哺乳仔猪饲粮至28日龄.在仔猪初生和28日龄时,分别从每窝仔猪中选1头接近平均体重的健康仔猪进行屠宰,用于胃肠发育指标的测定.结果表明:与未添加外源精胺相比,妊娠母猪饲粮添加3.0 mg/kg外源精胺显著提高了初生仔猪十二指肠和回肠的柱状细胞数量、十二指肠和空肠的杯状细胞数量(P<0.05),显著增加了空肠隐窝深度(P<0.05),显著提高了麦芽糖酶和蔗糖酶比活力(P<0.05);哺乳仔猪饲粮添加6.0 mg/kg外源精胺显著增加了28日龄仔猪空肠黏膜重(P<0.05),显著提高了十二指肠和空肠的麦芽糖酶和蔗糖酶比活力(P<0.05),极显著增加了空肠柱状细胞和杯状细胞数量(P<0.01),极显著增加了十二指肠和空肠隐窝深度(P<0.01).因此,在妊娠后期母猪和哺乳仔猪饲粮中添加外源精胺有利于初生和28日龄仔猪肠道形态结构的改善和二糖酶活性的提高.  相似文献

This study comprised 48,931 litters in 89 sow herds. During the study (1976-82) weaning age decreased from approx. 42 days to approx. 30 days. The mean incidence of post-weaning diarrhoea was 6.0% of litters weaned, with little variation by year but with considerable variation among herds. Within the individual herd increased incidence occurred over limited periods, probably associated with specific infections. Litters with diarrhoea during the suckling period had increased risk of post-weaning diarrhoea. The incidence of post-weaning diarrhoea increased with litter size at weaning. Thus, a litter of 11-12 piglets at weaning had 1.2 times higher risk than litters with 8-10 piglets. In contrast to pre-weaning diarrhoea, there was no association between parity of the sow and diarrhoea in the litter after weaning. Litters weaned below 2 weeks of age had a 2-fold risk of developing diarrhoea after weaning and a 2.4-fold higher mortality rate than did litters weaned at 6-7 weeks. Similarly, litters weaned at an individual piglet weight below 3 kg bodyweight had a 3-fold higher risk of developing diarrhoea after weaning and a 5-fold higher mortality rate than did pigs from litters weaned at a bodyweight of 7-8 kg. The incidence of post-weaning diarrhoea decreased with increasing herd size. Piglets from litters with post-weaning diarrhoea had reduced weight gains after weaning and were 2.3 days older at 25 kg bodyweight than piglets from non-diarrhoeic litters. Likewise, diarrhoea after weaning was associated with an increased incidence of diseases of the skin and respiratory tract. Thus the risk of contracting respiratory disease was 4 times greater in diarrhoeic litters.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine whether sow milk yield per gland could be increased by reducing the interval between suckles (suckling interval). Eighteen sows were allocated at their first farrowing to three treatments comprising litter sizes of 6 or 12 piglets or a cross-suckling treatment that was imposed to increase suckling frequency. The cross-suckled treatment comprised two groups of six piglets each. Each suckling group was allowed to suckle the sow during 30-min intervals each day between d 6 and d 28 of lactation. The suckling interval was shorter (P < .05) for cross-suckled sows than for sows suckling single litters of 6 or 12 piglets during early lactation (d 10 to 14) and late lactation (d 24 to 28). Average piglet growth rate between birth and 28 d of age was greatest (P < .05) for piglets in the single litters of six and lowest for piglets in the cross-suckled treatments. Single litters of 12 piglets had the highest (P < .05) litter growth rates, followed by the cross-suckled litters and then the single litters of six piglets. The concentration of lactose and fat in milk from sows remained relatively stable, although milk from the cross-suckled sows contained more protein in early lactation (P < .05). Milk yield of sows was not significantly increased (P > .05) by the cross-suckle treatment, although during early lactation, milk yield tended to be greater from sows in the cross-suckle treatment than from sows suckling single litters of six (8,920 g/d vs 7,819 g/d, P < .1). The concentration of DNA and total RNA and the RNA:DNA ratio in mammary glands was unaffected by treatment (P > .05). Sows with single litters of 12 piglets had the greatest total DNA in their udders (P < .05). However, individual gland weights were heavier (P < .05) in cross-suckled sows than in sows with single litters of 6 or 12 piglets. Increased suckling frequency seemed to play a role in increased mammary gland weight and milk production during lactation.  相似文献

In 45 primiparous sows, we examined endocrine, ovarian and reproductive responses to split-weaning or five injections per day of 800 ng GnRH from 18 to 21 days of lactation. There was no effect of treatment on absolute or changes in sow weight or backfat depth during lactation. Average piglet growth rates were similar among treatments except that piglets suckling split-weaned sows grew faster (p < 0.05) during days 18–21. On day 18, mean plasma LH concentrations and LH pulse frequency remained relatively stable in conventionally weaned sows but increased (p < 0.01) in response to split-weaning and GnRH. Prior to weaning on day 21, mean plasma LH concentrations remained elevated in GnRH-treated sows but had returned to control levels in split weaned sows. There was no treatment effect on preweaning LH pulse frequency noted on day 21. Weaning was associated with an increase in plasma LH concentrations in all the treatment groups. Mean plasma IGF-I remained relatively constant in conventionally weaned and GnRH sows, decreased in response to split weaning on day 18 (p < 0.02), but were elevated (p < 0.03) in split wean sows on day 21. On the day after weaning, split wean sows had more (p < 0.04) ovarian follicles ≥3 mm than conventionally weaned sows, with GnRH sows being intermediate. The wean-to-oestrus interval was reduced in split-wean sows compared with those conventionally weaned (p < 0.01), with GnRH sows being intermediate. There was no effect of treatment on ovulation rates, numbers of embryos, or embryonic survival rates. These data indicate that split-weaning of litters results in a more rapid return to oestrus after weaning and that this effect is associated with a transient acute increase in circulating gonadotrophins and earlier resumption of ovarian follicular development.  相似文献

Results of rearing and growing 3250 piglets derived from 287 litters of 99 German Landrace sows in parities 1-11, from parturition throughout 5 weeks post-weaning, were compared in two farrowing systems. The Group-Farrowing System (GFS) was designed according to natural behaviour of wild pigs and contained 8 farrowing boxes allowing sows and their litters to move freely on an area of 85.2 m2. In contrast, the Single Farrowing System (SFS) was a pen in which sows and their litters were housed individually and could move freely on a restricted area of 6.7 m2. Sows were only fixed during farrowing. The first experiment with a suckling period of 35 days comprised 98 litters from 60 sows (parities 1-4). The second experiment with a suckling period of 28 days involved 189 litters of 70 sows (parities 1-11). In experiment 1, body weight of GFS-piglets was significantly higher by 4.57 kg (19%) at the age of 70 d compared with SFS-piglets. In the second experiment, the proportion of stillborns was significantly lower by 50% in GFS than in SFS. Furthermore, body weight of GFS-piglets showed a greater homogeneity during the first 35 d of life than that of SFS-piglets. In SFS, a positive correlation between parity of the sow and stillborn rate was observed. Behavioural studies in both experiments revealed that GFS-piglets, reared during the suckling period in close contact to other sows and piglets from other litters, were in a better condition at weaning than SFS-piglets. Comparisons with other GFS-types show that the success of farrowing in group-housing is dependent on the type of housing conditions, in particular on the possibility for sows and piglets to live according to their specific behavioural repertoire. 为研究外源粪菌干预对受体猪肠道屏障功能的影响,试验选取初生重相近、胎次相同、同日出生的杜×长×大三元杂交哺乳仔猪12窝,随机分为2组,每组6窝(每窝10~12头)。试验组于1~10日龄隔天灌喂1 m L金华猪粪菌悬液进行外源粪菌干预;对照组灌喂等量无菌0.1 mol/L无菌磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)。试验期间,仔猪自由哺乳采食和饮水,分别于12日龄和27日龄进行屠宰、采样。结果表明:外源粪菌干预可明显减少腹泻,提高受体猪的平均日增重和成活率(P0.05);外源粪菌干预能显著降低27日龄受体猪肠道隐窝深度(P0.05),显著提高肠道绒毛高度/隐窝深度(P0.05);外源粪菌干预能显著增加肠道杯状细胞数和12日龄肠道分泌型免疫球蛋白A阳性(SIgA~+)细胞数(P0.05),同时显著提高肠道黏蛋白Muc2、紧密连接蛋白ZO-1和Occludin表达水平(P0.05),而27日龄试验组的肠道SIgA~+细胞数与对照组无显著差异(P0.05)。综上可知,外源粪菌干预能通过增加肠道杯状细胞和SIgA~+细胞数、提高黏蛋白和紧密连接蛋白表达的方式调节受体猪肠道屏障功能,具有维持猪肠道功能稳态和促进肠道健康的作用。  相似文献

The investigations reported in this paper were undertaken against the background of literature data on successful increase of milk yield of sows by offering them gestagens, between the eighth and 21st days of lactation, and on higher weight increases thus induced in piglets before weaning. Those results should be reproduced under conditions of industrialised production, with the view to reducing the percentage of weaned piglets below normal weight. However, the results published were not confirmed by three experimental approaches, using litters of different sizes as well as different megestrol acetate doses (20 mg and 30 mg per sow/die), between the eighth and 21st days of lactation. Abstract

The study evaluates the first three parities of 144 Swedish Landrace×Yorkshire sows from three certified organic and three conventional commercial piglet-producing herds. Sows and litters were weaned at seven and five weeks post partum (pp) in organic and conventional herds, respectively. Herdsmen judged sow behaviour and maternal ability at farrowing, two weeks pp and at weaning. Herdsmen collected registrations of litter size, litter weight and sow fat status at farrowing and at weaning. Piglet mortality and oestrous signs were registered continuously during the nursing period. Sows in organic herds were scored to be more cautious among piglets, and to have better nursing behaviour and maternal ability in early lactation than sows in conventional herds. Piglet mortality was higher in organic than in conventional herds. Oestrus during lactation was only observed among sows in organic herds, and sows showing oestrus during lactation were fatter at weaning.  相似文献

The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of corn-soybean meal diets with different levels of crude protein (CP) adding 200 g/t rare earth-chitosan chelate (RECC) on the reproductive performance of sows and growth performance of their offspring.A total of 60 sows at 90 days of gestation with good physical condition,parity and the expected date of birth were selected.Single-factor randomized block design was used,and sows were divided into 3 groups,20 sows in each group,1 sow each replicate.The level of diet CP and RECC were 17.55% CP,17.00% CP+200 g/t RECC and 16.00% CP+200 g/t RECC in control group,test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅱ,respectively.The test was started from the 90th day of gestation of the sow and ended at the time of weaning at 21 days.The sow litter performance and growth performance of offspring suckling piglets were studied.The final results showed that:Compared with the control group,sow's duration of the test groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly shortened (P<0.05),but the total litter size and number of born alive did not show significant difference (P>0.05).Postpartum weight loss of sows of the test group Ⅱ was significantly improved (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the interval from weaning to estrus (P=0.30).In addition,compared with the control group,sow's ADFI of test group Ⅰ and Ⅱ had an increasing tendency during lactation (P=0.08),and there was no significant difference in ADG,the weight of newborn and weaned piglets (P>0.05),but the diarrhea rate of suckling piglets was significantly reduced (P<0.05).In summary,under the conditions of this trial,when the CP level in the diet was 16.00% and with the addition of 200 g/t RECC,it could improve the reproductive performance of sows,shorten the sow's duration,and reduce the diarrhea rate of suckling piglets.It was of great significance to the improvement of the reproductive performance of sows.  相似文献
