本研究旨在比较不同品种乳鸽肠道消化酶活性及回肠闭合小环蛋白-1(ZO-1)、闭锁蛋白(Occludin)基因表达的差异。试验选取1日龄深王鸽、卡奴鸽和敖峰鸽各120羽,3个品种即为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只乳鸽。试验期21 d。检测1、7、14、21日龄3个品种乳鸽的体重,十二指肠和空肠脂肪酶、蔗糖酶、胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶、麦芽糖酶活性以及回肠紧密连接蛋白ZO-1、Occludin的基因表达量。结果表明:1)不同品种间乳鸽体重差异不显著(P0.05)。2)1日龄卡奴鸽的十二指肠糜蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶活性显著高于深王鸽(P0.05),7日龄深王鸽、敖峰鸽的十二指肠脂肪酶活性显著高于卡奴鸽(P0.05),14日龄敖峰鸽的十二指肠蔗糖酶活性以及深王鸽的十二指肠蔗糖酶、麦芽糖酶活性显著高于卡奴鸽(P0.05)。3)1日龄卡奴鸽的空肠糜蛋白酶活性显著高于深王鸽(P0.05),空肠蔗糖酶活性显著高于敖峰鸽(P 0.05),空肠麦芽糖酶、脂肪酶活性显著高于深王鸽和敖峰鸽(P0.05);14日龄深王鸽的空肠胰蛋白酶、蔗糖酶、麦芽糖酶活性显著高于卡奴鸽(P0.05);21日龄深王鸽的空肠糜蛋白酶、蔗糖酶、脂肪酶活性显著高于卡奴鸽(P0.05)。4)不同品种间乳鸽的回肠ZO-1、Occludin的基因表达量差异不显著(P0.05)。5)不同品种乳鸽的体重随日龄增加呈线性升高(P0.05),十二指肠和空肠蔗糖酶、麦芽糖酶、脂肪酶活性随日龄增加呈线性增加(P0.05),回肠ZO-1、Occlidin的基因表达量随日龄增加呈线性增加(P0.05)。综上所述,深王鸽、敖峰鸽和卡奴鸽的体重均随日龄的增加线性增加,但相同日龄不同品种间无显著差异。不同品种的乳鸽在不同发育阶段具有不同的消化特性。不同品种乳鸽回肠紧密连接蛋白ZO-1、Occludin的基因表达量随日龄增加呈线性增加,但相同日龄不同品种间无显著差异。  相似文献

本试验研究了子宫内发育迟缓对新生仔猪胰腺和胃发育的影响。从14窝新生仔猪(长白×大约克×米猪)中选出28头仔猪,每窝选正常(NW)和IUGR仔猪各1头。14对仔猪分成新生(5对)、3日龄(5对)和7日龄(4对)三组。试验结果表明,IUGR与NW仔猪胰腺重和胃重随日龄增长而增加(P<0.01)。各日龄IUGR仔猪胰腺重量和胃重低于NW仔猪(P<0.05或P<0.01)。各日龄IUGR仔猪胰腺和胃的蛋白质、DNA和RNA含量,胰腺腺泡大小和腺泡细胞大小,胃底腺区胃壁厚度均小于NW仔猪(P<0.01或P<0.05)。各日龄IUGR仔猪胰蛋白酶总活性和胰凝乳酶总活性显著低于NW仔猪(P<0.05)。新生和3日龄IUGR仔猪胰脂肪酶的总活性,7日龄IUGR仔猪胰淀粉酶总活性低于NW仔猪(P<0.05)。结果提示IUGR显著影响仔猪胃和胰腺的重量、生化组成和酶的活性。  相似文献

通过对21日龄黄羽肉鸡器官指数和胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、胰脂肪酶、胰淀粉酶以及血清中木糖水平进行检测,研究酶制剂对动物内脏器官所产生的影响,以及组合酶和单酶之间的差异。木聚糖酶在小麦型日粮中添加,降低了肝脏、肌胃、腺胃、十二指肠、空肠和回肠的器官指数,增加了胰腺的器官指数;降低了胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶的分泌水平;组合酶比单酶降低小肠器官指数更明显,单酶增加了胰脂肪酶的分泌水平,组合酶降低了胰脂肪酶的分泌水平,差异不显著(P>0.05)。小麦型日粮饲喂组血清中木糖的水平高于玉米型日粮组和加酶组,酶制剂的添加降低了血液中的木糖水平,各处理组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。  相似文献

试验旨在研究发酵床饲养模式下饲粮中添加抗菌肽对仔猪生长性能、胰腺和小肠内容物消化酶及小肠黏膜二糖酶和垫料蛋白酶、脲酶、铵态氮的影响。选用108头35日龄、体重13kg左右的健康苏钟猪随机分为3组,每组3重复,每重复12头,分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组)、基础饲粮+40mg/kg杆菌肽锌+20mg/kg硫酸黏杆菌素(抗生素组)和基础饲粮+300mg/kg抗菌肽(抗菌肽组)的试验日粮,试验期49d10结果表明:(1)各组间仔猪生长性能差异不显著(P〉0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加抗菌肽能够显著提高仔猪胰腺、十二指肠和空肠内容物淀粉酶及空肠内容物胰蛋白酶活性(P〈0.05);并显著提高仔猪十二指肠黏膜麦芽糖酶和空肠黏膜蔗糖酶、乳糖酶及回肠黏膜蔗糖酶活性(P〈0.05);抗菌肽组十二指肠黏膜麦芽糖酶活性比抗生素组提高(P〈0.05)。(3)各组间发酵床垫料蛋白酶和脲酶活性及铵态氮含量差异不显著(P〉0.05)。综上所述,本试验条件下,饲粮添加300mg/kg的抗菌肽能够在一定程度上提高仔猪生长性能;提高胰腺、小肠内容物及小肠黏膜消化酶活性;同时不影响垫料蛋白酶、脲酶活性和垫料铵态氮含量。  相似文献

研究甘氨酰谷氨酰胺和牛磺酸对早期断奶仔猪小肠粘膜中不同肠段中AKP酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、麦芽糖酶、蔗糖酶活性的影响。结果表明:Gly-Gln组显著提高了十二指肠粘膜中的γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、麦芽糖酶活性(P0.01),碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性(P0.05);显著提高了空肠粘膜中的AKP酶、麦芽糖酶活性(P0.01);显著提高了回肠粘膜中的麦芽糖酶活性(P0.05)。Tau组显著提高了十二指肠粘膜中的麦芽糖酶活性,空肠粘膜中的蔗糖酶(P0.01);显著提高了回肠粘膜中的γ-GT、麦芽糖酶、蔗糖酶活性(P0.05)。复配组显著提高了十二指肠粘膜中的麦芽糖酶活性(P0.01),γ-GT、蔗糖酶活性(P0.05);显著提高了空肠粘膜中的麦芽糖酶、蔗糖酶(P0.01);显著提高了回肠粘膜中的γ-GT、麦芽糖酶、蔗糖酶活性(P0.01)。  相似文献

试验选取1日龄罗斯308公鸡(白羽肉鸡)和1日龄快大型岭南黄鸡公鸡(黄羽肉鸡)各240只,每组12个重复,每个重复20只鸡。检测7、14、21、28、35、42、49、56、63日龄罗斯鸡和岭南黄鸡腺胃胃蛋白酶和小肠中淀粉酶、脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶的活性,探讨黄羽肉鸡与白羽肉鸡胃肠道消化酶分泌的差异。结果:淀粉酶、脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶均表现为空肠和回肠中的活性高于十二指肠;黄羽肉鸡小肠脂肪酶、淀粉酶和腺胃胃蛋白酶活性高于白羽肉鸡,小肠胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶活性低于白羽肉鸡。说明黄羽肉鸡对于淀粉类和脂肪类的饲料原料消化能力比白羽肉鸡更强,而白羽肉鸡对于蛋白质类的饲料原料消化能力比黄羽肉鸡强。因此,在配制饲料中,应根据黄羽肉鸡、白羽肉鸡消化酶活性不同的特点补充适宜的酶制剂或者调配饲料成分从而提高饲料的利用率。  相似文献

本试验以 0~ 3周龄雏番鸭为研究对象 ,分别测定 0 ,1,4 ,7,10 ,14 ,17和 2 1日龄雏番鸭胰腺和肠道中脂肪酶、淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶和总蛋白酶活性的变化。结果表明 :在胰腺中脂肪酶、淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶和总蛋白酶的活性分别在 4 ,14 ,10和 17日龄达到峰值 ;在肠道中 ,脂肪酶、淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶和总蛋白酶的活性分别在 10 ,14 ,17和 14日龄达到峰值。从消化酶的发育规律显示 10~ 17日龄是番鸭消化酶发育的关键时期  相似文献

试验旨在研究蛋鸡生长期部分消化参数的变化规律,选择1日龄海兰灰蛋鸡120只,分别在5、9、14、21、28、35、42、49、56、63、77、91日龄测定消化道p H值、小肠和胰腺周增幅,十二指肠和空肠淀粉酶、脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶及盲肠内的纤维素酶活性,分析其变化规律。结果表明:海兰灰蛋鸡腺胃肌胃、十二指肠、空肠、盲肠、胆汁p H值分别在2.55~3.89、6.01~6.66、6.25~6.47、6.44~7.33和6.38~7.90之间;小肠长度和胰腺重量周增幅分别于28和42日龄左右达到最大;十二指肠和空肠淀粉酶、脂肪酶和胰蛋白酶达到峰值的时间分别为35、35、42日龄和35、28、35日龄;盲肠纤维素酶活性于49日龄达到峰值;空肠内各日龄脂肪酶、淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活性分别比十二指肠高5.3倍、8.2倍及2.0倍。  相似文献

作者通过测定10、14、17、21、28、35、42和49日龄肉仔鸡体重和采食量,嗉囊、腺胃和肌胃及空肠食糜的pH,小肠的长度,腺胃和肌胃食糜中胃蛋白酶水平以及空肠食糜中淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶和脂肪酶的活性等指标,研究0~49日龄肉仔鸡消化参数的变化规律。并探讨这几种消化参数发育与肉仔鸡生长间的关系。研究结果表明:肉仔鸡体重、采食量以及小肠长度随日龄的增加逐渐增加,体重、采食量和小肠长度的增幅分别于42、28和35日龄左右达到最大,然后呈逐渐降低趋势。嗉囊和胃pH有随日龄增加的趋势,但增幅不大。肉仔鸡空肠pH在生长过程中比较稳定,介于5.79~6.16之间。胃蛋白酶随日龄的增加而逐渐增加,于28日龄达到峰值,随后有降低的趋势。28日龄以后各日龄胃蛋白酶水平仍高于21日龄以前。空肠内淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶和脂肪酶随日龄增加逐渐增加,并分别于35、21、14和14日龄达到峰值,随后逐渐降低。与达到峰值前酶活相比,达到峰值后各种酶活水平仍高于或接近峰值前酶活水平。小肠发育程度和消化酶水平可能会对肉仔鸡生长产生影响。  相似文献

为阐明鸡、鸭对营养物质利用率差异的原因,比较了8只公鸡和8只公鸭消化道内容物酸碱性及体内主要蛋白质消化酶、碳水化合物水解酶和脂肪水解酶活性的差异。结果表明:(1)鸭消化道前段除口腔pH比鸡的高(P〈0.01),食管膨大部、腺胃和肌胃的pH均比鸡低(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),而后段消化道从空肠开始到直肠,鸭的pH均比鸡高(P〈0.05)。(2)鸡和鸭消化道内主要蛋白酶活性存在差异。鸭肌胃内容物中胃蛋白酶的相对活性和总量都极显著高于鸡的(P〈0.01);鸭十二指肠、空回肠和盲肠内容物以及胰腺组织中胰蛋白酶的相对活性和总量高于鸡(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);鸭空回肠内容物中糜蛋白酶的活性显著高于鸡(P〈0.05)。(3)鸭胰腺组织中脂肪酶相对活性极显著高于鸡(P〈0.01),脂肪酶总量显著高于鸡(P〈0.05);肠道内容物中脂肪酶的活性也大多数高于鸡。(4)鸡和鸭消化道内可溶性碳水化合物水解酶活性差异没有很强的规律性,但鸭空回肠内容物中纤维素酶的相对活性高于鸡(P〈0.01),盲肠内容物中纤维素酶的总量显著高于鸡(P〈0.05)。消化道中消化酶活性差异是鸡鸭对饲料养分消化利用差异的原因之一。  相似文献

1. The effects of whole grains of wheat on the digestive tract of broiler chickens was studied. A complete pelleted feed was compared with free choice feeding of whole wheat and a pelleted protein concentrate, given from 7 to 29 d of age. 2. Pepsin activity in proventriculus tissue was lower in whole wheat-fed birds than in complete diet-fed birds. The weight (g/kg body weight) of the gizzard was higher in whole wheat-fed birds and its contents had a lower pH. 3. In the intestine, there were no differences in deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) concentration, protein/DNA, ribonucleic acid (RNA)/DNA, RNA/protein ratios or alkaline phosphatase activity expressed per tissue weight. The weight (g/kg body weight) of the duodenum was lower in whole wheat-fed birds and its contents had a higher pH. Also the activities of alkaline phosphatase and leucine aminopeptidase in the duodenum, and maltase in the ileum, expressed per unit of bird weight, were lower in whole wheat-fed birds. 4. These results suggest that whole grain feeding increases the chemical (pepsin in proventriculus) and physical (gizzard muscle) functionality of the upper part of the digestive tract but decreases the digestive capacity of the intestine. Higher gizzard functionality may play a positive role in the control of bacterial populations. The lower digestive enzyme activities in the intestine may be detrimental in situations of mucosal deterioration caused by intestinal disease.  相似文献

试验选用黑白花公犊牛21头,研究我国常规饲养管理条件下0~6月龄犊牛胰腺与小肠中主要消化酶的发育规律和变化模式。结果表明:小肠中胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性随月龄的增长而增强,且在空肠段中酶活性均较高,6月龄分别达到11.73、914.03U/g蛋白质和423.23U/g蛋白质,乳糖酶则随月龄的增长活性降低;胰淀粉酶活性随月龄显著增长(P<0.05),0月龄胰脏内淀粉酶活性为177.19U/g蛋白质,2月龄酶活达5605.67U/g蛋白质,比0月龄增长32倍;脂肪酶活性0~1月龄间差异不显著(P>0.05),2月龄酶活显著增高(P<0.05)。由此可见各种消化酶的变化规律是不同的,它们在十二指肠、空肠和回肠的分布具有明显的区域性,空肠是营养物质消化的主要部位。  相似文献

1. Body weight and the weight of the digestive organs and activities of some digestive enzymes were determined from hatching to 23 d of age. 2. Relative daily growth rate peaked at 11 d of age (22% gain/d) and then decreased gradually. 3. The vitelline residue was decreased rapidly from 4.6 g at hatching to negligible values from 4 d of age. 4. Maximal allometric growth of the pancreas and small intestine was 4-fold and that of liver 2-fold greater than that of the body. 5. Activities (units/kg body weight) of the digestive enzymes measured in the pancreas and intestinal contents increased with age. In the pancreas maximal values were attained on day 8 for amylase and lipase and 11 for trypsin and chymotrypsin. In the small intestine maxima were attained on day 4 for lipase, 11 for trypsin and chymotrypsin and 17 for amylase. 6. The development of secretion of digestive enzymes in the post-hatched chick could be a limiting factor in digestion and subsequently in food intake and growth.  相似文献

A study was conducted to investigate changes in the development of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) in relation to body growth of growing ostriches. There was an 11-fold increase (P < 0.001) in body weight between 3 and 72 days of age. The relative (to body weight) weight of the proventriculus/gizzard, caeca and colon also increased (P < 0.001) with age. The relative weight of the small intestine peaked at 41 days of age and then tended to decline (P < 0.05) subsequently. The relative weight of the pancreas peaked at 27 days of age and remained fairly stable thereafter. The activities of chymotrypsin and lipase declined (P < 0.001) with age between 3 and 72 days. At 3 days of age, the protein content of the duodenal mucosal homogenate was higher (P < 0.001) than that of the jejunum or ileum, but at all subsequent periods the jejunal protein content was the highest. The protein content of the intestinal brush-border membrane was higher (P < 0.001) at the jejunum than at the duodenum or ileum. The specific activity of maltase declined (P < 0.001) with age in all three regions, most especially between 3 and 27 days of age. The activity of alkaline phosphatase (AP) at 41 and 55 days of age was higher (P < 0.001) in the duodenum than in the jejunum or ileum. The activity of AP fluctuated with age in the duodenum but there was a more defined decline (P < 0.001) with age in the jejunum and ileum. The relative protein content of the liver increased (P < 0.001) with age, with two peaks at 27 and 55 days of age. Arginase activity was not detected in the liver of 3-day old chicks and was not significantly affected by age between 27 and 72 days of age. The pattern of development observed is similar to that in growing poultry. There is, however, a need for evaluation at closer intervals in early life as well as an in-depth assessment of the morphometry of the intestinal mucosa.  相似文献

为研究饲喂模式对犊牛肠道及胰腺内消化酶活性的影响。试验选择24头体重和出生日期相近的犊牛,随机分成2组,每组12头,其中Ⅰ组采用传统饲喂模式(干草+粉状开食料),4 d开始补充开食料,10 d开始补充苜蓿干草,干草自由采食。Ⅱ组采用现代饲喂模式(颗粒型开食料)犊牛于4 d开始补充开食料。60 d断奶。各组分别在0、15、30、60 d屠宰3头犊牛。结果表明:Ⅰ组犊牛中性洗涤纤维以及酸性洗涤纤维日均摄入量均显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),粗蛋白、消化能、粗脂肪、钙和磷的日均摄入量差异均不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组犊牛小肠以及胰腺内淀粉酶、糜蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶均高于Ⅰ组,尤其是胰蛋白酶以及糜蛋白酶在60 d时显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。结果提示,断奶前饲喂颗粒开食料有利于促进犊牛小肠以及胰腺内消化酶的分泌,利于提高犊牛对饲料的消化利用率。  相似文献

试验旨在研究复合SCFAs对肉仔鸡生产性能的影响及其相关的作用机制。120只AA肉仔鸡随机分成2组(复合SCFAs添加组和对照组),每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加复合SCFAs组的肉仔鸡的体增重、耗料量、胰腺相对重量分别提高了4.4%、5.6%、16%(P<0.05),小肠淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶的活性分别提高了48.5%和37.3%(P<0.05),降低了十二指肠中大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05)以及血清中葡萄糖和胰岛素的含量(P<0.05)。日粮中使用复合SCFAs可以提高肉仔鸡小肠消化酶活性,减少消化道中大肠杆菌的数量,改善肉仔鸡的生产性能。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究日粮碳水化合物/蛋白质水平对240日龄不同品种猪肌内脂肪(IMF)含量和胃肠道重量、长度及消化酶活性的影响,并探讨IMF含量与胃肠道重量、长度及消化酶活性的关系.试验采用2×2因子试验没计,即杜洛克×长白×大约克三元杂交猪(DLY)和太湖猪2个品种,每个品种分别饲喂高碳水化合物/低蛋白(HC/LP)和低碳水化合物/高蛋白(LC/HP)2种日粮.选用150日龄的DLY猪和太湖猪各12头,按体重相近、性别一致的原则共分为4个试验组,每个试验组6个重复,每个重复1头猪.饲养90 d后屠宰取样.结果表明:与LC/HP日粮相比,HC/LP日粮极显著提高了DLY猪的IMF含量(IMF为5.83%)(P<0.01),对太湖猪有提高的趋势(P>0.05),但2种日粮对2品种猪眼肌面积和背膘厚没有显著影响(P>0.05);HC/LP日粮显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)降低了2品种猪的胰重和胰指数;无论在何种日粮下,太湖猪的胃、胰、小肠指数都极显著高于DLY猪(P<0.01);HC/LP日粮降低了2品种猪的消化酶活性,但对DLY猪的胰淀粉酶单位活性有所升高(P>0.05),其中对太湖猪的胃蛋白酶和胰脂肪酶活性的影响达到极显著水平(P<0.01).在LC/HP日粮下,太湖猪胰脂肪酶活性极显著高于DLY猪(P<0.01);在HC/LP日粮下,DLY猪的胰淀粉酶活性显著高于太湖猪(P<0.05).因此,HC/LP日粮在对2品种猪眼肌面积和背膘厚影响较小的情况下,可大幅度提高240日龄DLY猪的IMF含量,而大幅度降低了2品种猪的胰重和太湖猪的胃蛋白酶和胰脂肪酶活性,对2品种猪的胃、肝和小肠的重量或长度影响不大.  相似文献

Effect of age, weaning and diet on digestive enzyme levels in the piglet   总被引:27,自引:0,他引:27  
Thirty-seven pigs were used to evaluate the effects of age and weaning on the level of protease in the gastric mucosa and trypsin, chymotrypsin, amylase and lipase in the pancreas. There was a positive allometry of the pancreas and gastric mucosa associated with age and with weaning to a solid diet. Increases with age in total activity of chymotrypsin, trypsin, amylase and gastric proteases were due to increases in both tissue weight and enzyme activity per gram of tissue. A general depression in pancreatic enzymatic activities, but not in gastric proteolytic activity, was found during the first week following weaning. Forty pigs were used in a second trial to evaluate the effects of age and weaning diet on the same digestive enzymes. Total activity of all enzymes assayed increased with time postweaning. Increases in total activity of lipase and chymotrypsin were due primarily to increased pancreatic weight postweaning. Amylase, trypsin and gastric protease increases were due both to increased tissue weight and increased activity per gram of tissue. There were no effects of diet on the weight of gastric mucosa or the level of activity of the gastric proteases. Pigs fed a diet containing 20% whey had larger pancreases (P less than .10) at slaughter and a greater, but nonsignificant, mean activity per gram of pancreas for all pancreatic enzymes. It appears that the pig has sufficient pancreatic and gastric enzyme activity so that performance should not be limited, with the possible exception of the period shortly after weaning. However diet digestibility and subsequent pig performance may be more directly related to the extent of release of these enzymes into the intestine and the conditions that exist therein.  相似文献

以0~14日龄雄乳鸽为研究对象,测定3日龄、8日龄和14日龄乳鸽十二指肠和空肠中淀粉酶、总蛋白水解酶、胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性随年龄的变化趋势。结果表明:十二指肠中淀粉酶、总蛋白水解酶、胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶活性随日龄增加而呈上升趋势,脂肪酶活性在3~8日龄显著降低,8~14日龄活性升高;空肠中淀粉酶、总蛋白水解酶和脂肪酶活性先降低后升高,而胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶活性先升高后降低,并在8日龄时达到峰值。  相似文献
