随着奶牛养殖业的发展,为了保障消费者食乳安全,武威市畜牧兽医局每年对奶牛养殖场(户)奶牛结核病进行定期检疫,及时淘汰阳性牛,使三县一区的规模养殖场(户)奶牛结核病逐步被净化。免疫学检疫结果表明:自1996年~2006年11年间,武威市奶牛养殖量呈上升趋势,而结核病的阳性率则呈下降趋势。  相似文献

为预防、控制和净化北流市奶牛结核病,采用提纯牛型结核菌素(PPD)皮内变态反应诊断,开展奶牛结核病流行学调查。结果表明,厩棚阴暗潮湿、通风不良,无露天运动场,长期圈养,久而容易引起机体抵抗力降低,诱发奶牛结核病,11个奶牛养殖户中,有6户因如此环境饲养被检测有结核阳性牛共14头;4个奶水牛养殖户共奶水牛360头无一感染结核病,表明奶水牛更能适应北流市自然环境和对结核病不易感。  相似文献

采用提纯结核菌素(PPD)皮内注射发生变态反应,用4年时间对瑞安市7013头荷斯坦花奶牛进行结核病检测,判断有无感染。结果共检出结核病阳性牛300头,年平均阳性率为4.28%。同时,通过对阳性奶牛采用严格的处置净化措施,使该市奶牛结核病的阳性率在4年间从7.13%下降至1.40%,呈现出逐年下降的趋势。  相似文献

本研究于2003-2010年在浙江省瑞安市采用牛型结核分枝杆菌PPD皮内变态反应试验,连续8年累计对12245头(次)奶牛进行结核病感染情况的调查,期间共检出阳性奶牛893头,年均阳性率为7.29%。通过每年对阳性奶牛采取严格的处置和净化措施,使该市奶牛结核病的阳性率从2003年的14.99%(176/1174)逐年降低至2010年的1.40%(21/1496),年递减率为25.65%,流行趋势呈明显下降。同时,将2007-2010年间4个年度不同饲养规模奶牛场(户)的检测数据进行统计分析,结果发现,奶牛结核病阳性率以开放式小规模奶牛场(存栏≤20头、场均10.3头)最高,平均7.28%(104/1429),但随着饲养规模的适度增加,阳性率有呈现出稳定下降的趋势,并以较大规模奶牛场(存栏>150头、场均169头)最低,平均2.25%(19/845),两者相差2.24倍。  相似文献

结核病是由结核分枝杆菌所引起的人畜禽类共患的一种慢性传染性疾病。20世纪70年代在本州人畜间散发流行,曾对人畜健康造成严重危害。1976—1980年连续发生4起疫情,发病牛11头,死亡10头,致死率91%;1989年检疫奶牛506头,检出阳性7头,阳性率为1.38%。为了彻底查清结核病的疫情现状,制定有效地防制措施,控制其流行,保障奶牛养殖的进一步发展和人体健康不受危害,于1996—2003年,在本州临夏市、永靖、东乡、和政、临夏5县(市)所饲养的奶牛全部应用PPD皮内变态反应进行了结核病的检测。  相似文献

为掌握新疆乌鲁木齐周边地区牛结核病的流行趋势,逐步控制包括人在内的结核病的发病率,促进奶牛养殖业持续健康发展。本文采用"提纯结核菌素皮内变态反应"方法对乌鲁木齐县9个乡镇的奶牛进行了结核病监测。在被检的1052头奶牛中检出结核阳性牛5头,阳性率为0.47%。不同品种、不同年龄段、不同性别的牛易感程度不同,且不同地区、不同环境及不同的饲养方式对牛结核病感染程度有一定的影响。  相似文献

[目的 ]了解宁夏贺兰县奶牛结核病的流行情况,为制定宁夏地区牛结核病净化方案提供参考。[方法 ]2015年采用皮内变态反应和γ-干扰素ELISA检测方法,对宁夏贺兰县2个规模化奶牛场开展牛结核病流行病学调查,共检测奶牛2 230头。[结果 ]在2个规模化奶牛场累计检测出皮内变态反应阳性奶牛79头,皮内变态反应和γ-干扰素ELISA双阳性奶牛72头,双阳性率为3.23%(72/2 230)。[结论 ]γ-干扰素ELISA检测方法准确度较高;在对牛群进行结核病检测时,先以皮内变态反应方法筛测,再结合γ-干扰素ELISA检测结果确诊,更有利于牛结核病的检测与净化。  相似文献

The State of Texas had the most (cumulative) tuberculous cattle herds of any state in the United States during the decade ending in 1997. Of the cumulative 18 infected herds in Texas, 12 herds were concentrated in El Paso County (designated the 'El Paso milkshed'). To identify whether non-bovine reservoirs were a source of Mycobacterium bovis infection of cattle in this region, an investigation was conducted on the premises of 14 dairy herds (12 tuberculous and 2 non-affected herds) between May 1995 and June 1997. None of the 670 mammalian, avian and environmental (soil, water and air) samples collected and cultured from the premises of these herds was positive for the presence of M. bovis. None of the 119 human urine samples obtained from employees of these dairies was culture positive for M. bovis. Of 124 dairy-farm workers with tuberculin skin-test results, 48 showed positive test results. There was, however, no difference in percentages of positive skin-test results between farms without, and farms having, bovine tuberculosis within the last two years or longer. The percentage of positive reactions did not increase with length of time employed at a dairy with a history of confirmed tuberculosis. These findings suggest that non-bovine reservoirs appear not to be a factor responsible for tuberculosis of cattle in the El Paso milkshed.  相似文献

为完成奶牛结核病净化工程,天津市引进了γ-干扰素检测新技术,结合传统的检测、扑杀、消毒、检疫、流调、监管等技术措施,制定了奶牛结核病净化技术规范。根据本市奶牛结核病防治实际情况,制定了全市奶牛结核病净化项目实施方案,确定了科学的可行的以区县为单位分区实施的净化技术路线。通过4年的努力,全市共完成奶牛结核病检测71.3万头次,检出阳性牛170头,且阳性牛呈逐年下降趋势,2013年无阳性牛检出。至2013年底,全市所有农业区县均达到农业部颁布的奶牛结核病净化标准,并通过市畜牧兽医局组织的考核验收。本文对项目实施过程及成功经验进行了分析和探讨,以期为其它地区开展奶牛结核病净化工作提供参考。  相似文献

2006-2008年对陕西关中部分地区(西安、宝鸡、咸阳和渭南)奶牛结核病依据我国国家标准《GB/T118645-2002》"结核菌素试验"进行调查,调查数据显示2006年-2008年检测奶牛分别为6090头、5328头、4286头,阳性率分别为0.77%、1.05%、1.42%,陕西关中地区奶牛结核病阳性率有明显上升趋势。西安、宝鸡、咸阳和渭南地区的检测头数分别为4129头、4680头、3797头、3058头,阳性率分别为0.90%、0.80%、1.18%、1.43%,其中渭南地区的阳性率最高。从养殖规模上来看,10头以下养殖户奶牛结核阳性率最高为1.48%。  相似文献

A survey was conducted to quantify incidence of Beef Quality Assurance (BQA)-related defects in market beef and dairy cows and bulls selling at auction during 2 seasons in 2008. Twenty-three BQA-related traits were evaluated by 9 trained personnel during sales at 10 livestock auction markets in Idaho (n = 5; beef and dairy), California, (n = 4; dairy only), and Utah (n = 1; beef and dairy). Overall, 18,949 unique lots (8,213 beef cows, 1,036 beef bulls, 9,177 dairy cows, and 523 dairy bulls,) consisting of 23,479 animals (9,299 beef cows, 1,091 beef bulls, 12,429 dairy cows, and 660 dairy bulls) were evaluated during 125 sales (64 spring, 61 fall) for dairy and 79 sales (40 spring, 39 fall) for beef. The majority of market beef cows and bulls (60.9 and 71.3%, respectively) were predominantly black-hided, and the Holstein hide pattern was observed in 95.4 and 93.6% of market dairy cows and bulls, respectively. Market cattle weighed 548 ± 103.6 kg (beef cows), 751 ± 176.1 kg (beef bulls), 658 ± 129.7 kg (dairy cows), and 731 ± 150.8 kg (dairy bulls). Most beef cows (79.6%) weighed 455 to 726 kg, and most beef bulls (73.8%) weighed 545 to 954 kg, respectively. Among market beef cattle, 16.0% of cows and 14.5% of bulls weighed less than 455 and 545 kg, respectively, and 63.7% of dairy cows and 81.5% of dairy bulls weighed 545 to 817 kg or 545 to 954 kg, respectively. However, 19.5% of dairy cows and 13.1% of dairy bulls weighed less than 545 kg. Mean BCS for beef cattle (9-point scale) was 4.7 ± 1.2 (cows) and 5.3 ± 0.9 (bulls), and for dairy cattle (5-point scale) was 2.6 ± 0.8 (cows) and 2.9 ± 0.6 (bulls). Some 16.5% of beef cows and 4.1% of beef bulls had a BCS of 1 to 3, whereas 34.8% of dairy cows and 10.4% of dairy bulls had a BCS of 2 or less. Emaciation (beef BCS = 1, dairy BCS = 1.0) or near-emaciation (beef BCS = 2, dairy BCS = 1.5) was observed in 13.3% of dairy cows and 3.9% of beef cows. Among beef cattle, 15.1% of cows and 15.4% of bulls were considered lame. In contrast, 44.7% of dairy cows and 26.1% of dairy bulls were lame. Ocular neoplasia (cancer eye) was observed in only 0.6% of beef cows, 0.3% of beef bulls, 0.3% of dairy cows, and 0.0% of dairy bulls. However, among animals with ocular neoplasia, it was cancerous in 34.4% of beef bulls, 48.0% of dairy cows, and 73.3% of beef cows. In conclusion, numerous quality defects are present in market beef and dairy cattle selling at auction in the Western United States, which could influence their value at auction.  相似文献
