The internal environment of 17 dairy cows was observed by help of 23 variables of metabolic profile in blood and milk at lowered titratable acidity of milk (Tab. I) Average values of the observed variables were compared with reference values in a histogramme (Fig. 1). We calculated the statistical significance of differences of arithmetical means from reference average. Using correlation analysis we calculated the correlation coefficients for the observed variables. We represented the chosen correlation relations in correlogrammes (Fig. 2). We found significant correlation relations between AST and titratable acidity (degrees SH) (r = 0.791), AST and milk pH (r 0.617), AST and lactose (r = 0.69), AST and glucose (r = -0.56), blood pH and milk pH (r = -0.608), milk pH and lactose (r = -0.89). Mutual relations of titratable acidity with chosen variables of blood serum and milk were evaluated by help of regression coefficients, calculated for each parameter from the mathematical model (Fig. 3). The nearest relations were found for blood pH (regression coefficient /k/ kPH = -11.9), for AST (kAST = -3.1), for milk pH (k milk pH = -1.72) and for Mg (k Mg = -1.98). We also compared the recorded results of titratable acidity with theoretical values of titratable acidity calculated from the mathematical model (Tab. II). The differences between them were not statistically significant. It is evident from the results that the acid-base balance and functional liver condition influence the titratable acidity of milk.  相似文献

The composition of sow colostrum and milk from single teats were characterized in 20 primiparous German Landrace sows at ten points throughout lactation time (after birth of the first piglet, and subsequently at 12 and 24 h, 3, 5, 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 d postpartum). In these samples contents of protein, IgG, lactose and fat were analyzed. In the first 3 days of lactation protein- and IgG-contents drastically decreased, on the other hand the levels of energy resources lactose and fat increased. Significant effects of the single teat and the teat pair on the content of protein at farrowing and 12 h later as well as on the contents of IgG and lactose 12 h postpartum were found. The highest contents of protein and IgG were analyzed in colostrum of teats in the median udder section, the colostrum of cranial teats had the highest content of lactose. At days 3 and 5 of lactation milk showed large coefficients of variation (cv) in milk composition from teat to teat as well as from sow to sow (intraindividual cv: protein: 22%, IgG: 45%, lactose: 20%, fat: 34%; interindividual cv: protein: 36%, IgG: 85%, lactose: 27%, fat: 47%). During lactation period the intraindividual variation of milk parameters was lower than the interindividual variation. Possible reasons for these results are discussed.  相似文献

A total of 662 bucket milk samples from cows of two breed groups were examined: red and white breed = Bohemian Pied cattle with different genetic proportions of Ayrshire and Red Holstein improvement breeds; black and white breed = Black and White Lowland breed and different degree of absorptive crossing with a genetic proportion of the Holstein breed. Samples of daily milk yields were taken in the first three months of lactation once a month within a year. A possibility of using lactose content as an auxiliary indicator for detection of the mammary gland secretion disorders in the initial lactation stage was evaluated. The average values of the different indicators and their variability are summarized in Tab. I showing also the significance in a statistical model of included effects. Lactose content (L) was 4.88 +/- 0.20%, chloride content (Cl-) 113.7 +/- 22.4 mg/100 ml, somatic cell (SC) count 474 +/- 805 thousand/ml, SC count log corresponds to the geometrical mean of 234 thousand/ml, titratable acidity (SH) 7.34 +/- 0.83 x 2.5 mmol/l, chloride-lactose ratio (ClL) 2.27 +/- 0.51, conductivity (gamma) 442.4 +/- 34.5 mS/m and mastitis test (MT-NK) 0.72 +/- 1.18. The efficiency of the used statistical model was highest for Cl- content (Tab. I, R2 = 0.41), and it was lowest for SC counts (R2 = 0.07), while it increased to the twofold value (R2 = 0.15) after logarithmic transformation of SC counts. The breed group exerted a significant effect on Cl-, SC, log SC, SH, ClL, gamma and MT-NK (Tab. I). The breed group of red and white cows (Tab. II) had higher component contents and better indicators of the udder health state (Cl-, SC, log SC, ClL, gamma and MT-NK). The month of lactation influenced significantly SC, log SC, SH and gamma (Tab. I). A decrease in SC counts with the accruing month of lactation was observed (Tab. II), the trend of gamma and SH was opposite. The effect of lactation number was found to be significant for L, SC, log SC, SH, ClL, gamma and MT-NK (Tab. I). A tendency of a gradual decrease with the lactation number was observed in these indicators: L, SH, proteins and solids-non-fat (Fig. 1), while Cl-, gamma and ClL showed an opposite tendency. The objective of the present paper was to obtain haematological and biochemical parameters of calves during their milk feeding. Another goal was to compare a current feed ration containing the commercial feed mixture Biosan with two alternative rations comprising skimmed milk and fat supplement. The effect of milk drink acidification and the effect of the physical form of fat added to skimmed milk were investigated. the calves were divided into six groups, by 6 to 8 calves each (P1-Biosan, PP1-acid variant, P2-skimmed milk+fat concentrate powder KMKS, PP2-acid variant, P3-skimmed milk+fat paste, PP3-acid variant). The highest average daily liveweight gains were recorded in calves fed on unacidified skimmed milk with fat paste supplement (1.074 kg)-Tab. I. The highest average daily liveweight gains were observed in calves fed on fat paste enriched milk drink (P3) while the calves administered milk with fat concentrate powder (P2) had only slightly higher average daily weight gains than the calves on Biosan diet (group P1). The growth of daily weight gains as a result of diets containing acidified milk (PP1 and PP2) is also a positive finding; this growth is even statistically significant in the former case (P < 0.05). The calves showed hypohaemoglobinaemia from the beginning of the experiment (51.3-69.0 g/l) and the low haematocrit value (0.29-0.43 l/l), Tab. 本试验旨在研究呼和浩特近郊两个奶牛场荷斯坦奶牛体细胞数(somatic cell count,SCC)变化规律及体细胞分(somatic cell score,SCS)与乳成分的相关性。试验按常规方法采集奶样,并借助Bentley FTS/FCM 400 Combi奶牛生产性能测定仪测定奶样,然后对所得数据用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果显示,奶牛各胎次中SCC在第1胎时最低(P<0.01),在第7胎时最高(P<0.01);随着泌乳天数的增加奶样SCC亦明显增加;奶样SCC<100×103/mL到SCC>1000×103/mL的过度中,奶牛日产奶量和奶样乳糖含量明显降低(P<0.01),分别降低了6.07 kg(22.97%)和0.40%(8.06%),而奶样乳脂率和乳蛋白率显著升高(P<0.01),分别增加了0.32%(8.31%)和0.26%(8.05%)。秋、冬季奶样乳脂率要明显高于春、夏季奶样乳脂率(P<0.01),秋季奶样乳蛋白率最高,春季奶样乳蛋白率最低;春季奶样乳糖含量最高,秋、冬季奶样乳糖含量相对较低;冬季奶样SCC最高,而秋季奶样SCC则最低。SCS与日产奶量(-0.172)和乳糖含量(-0.283)之间存在极显著负相关(P<0.01),SCS与乳脂率(0.034)和乳蛋白率(0.111)之间存在极显著正相关(P<0.01)。因此,随着胎次增高,SCC有逐渐升高趋势;随着SCC的升高,日产奶量和乳糖含量有降低趋势,而乳脂率和乳蛋白率有升高趋势;季节对乳成分和SCC均有不同程度的影响;SCC对奶牛日产奶量、乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖含量均有明显影响。  相似文献

The composition of sow colostrum and milk was quantitated in 25 sows at 14 time points throughout lactation. All animals belonged to the same experimental herd of German Landrace, farrowed within 4 d, and were of various lactation numbers and various litter sizes. In the first 6 h of lactation colostrum total solids (TS) and protein contents were higher, while fat and lactose contents were lower than in mature milk. Decreased total protein and whey protein contents and concomitantly increased fat and lactose content, with nearly unchanged TS levels, indicate transition from colostrum to mature milk. The high protein content of colostrum was largely due to immunoglobulin (Ig). During the first 6 h, IgG accounts for nearly all the protein in colostrum but plays a decreasing role in sow milk as lactation proceeds. After 2 wk, IgA levels begin to increase and at the end of lactation, IgA constitutes 40% of the total whey protein. No influences of lactation number and litter size on milk composition could be ascertained in this study.  相似文献

23 cows of the Holstein-Friesian breed during second lactation were used in the experiment. All animals were housed in one stable with tying. The blood was collected from each cow four times during first to third, fourth to sixth, seventh to ninth and above nine months of lactation. After 305 days of lactation, the milk cows were classified as with high (n = 14) and lower performance (n = 9), the limit value was 5000 kg of milk. The difference in milk production between groups was highly significant even during the period of the first 90 days (501 kg) and this difference increased for 305 days of lactation to 1538 kg (Tab. I); the dairy cows with high performance produced 6162 kg of milk per 305 days and that with the lower performance gave 4624 kg during the same period. Another significant differences occurred in the fat contents per kg and in the amount of milk converted on 4% fat content. During the first stage of lactation a slightly higher haemoglobine level was found in cows with high performance, the opposing results were obtained in another studies (Tab. II), the highest difference was recorded in the course of 7th to 9th month. The level of total protein was, except 7th to 9th month, always higher in cows of the first group. The difference was significant at the beginning of lactation. Insulin concentration (INS) exhibited identical tendency for the whole lactation--dairy cows with high milk production exhibited lower values, significant differences were recorded in the first observation at the beginning of lactation and in the period above 9 months. Similarly as in case of insulin, it is also in hormones of thyroid gland, the cows with high milk capacity had the lower values (Tab. III). The highest differences in triiodothyronine (T3) concentration were recorded in the second half of lactation, significance ranged from 7th to 9th month of lactation. In thyroxine content (T4), marked differences were recorded during the first and last observations, the difference was highly statistically significant during the seventh to ninth month of lactation. The levels of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (AMP) were higher for the whole experiment in animals with lower milk production. Tab. IV gives the correlation coefficient of different parameters between periods under study. Almost all parameters are in a close positive relation, the closest dependences were observed between second, third and fourth periods in hormones of thyreoidea. 本试验采用乳品分析仪对槟榔江水牛、摩拉水牛和荷斯坦牛乳蛋白、乳脂和乳糖等含量进行测定。同时采用SDS-PAGE技术对乳蛋白各组分进行分离,并利用凝胶成像系统进行扫描定量。结果表明,槟榔江水牛和摩拉水牛乳蛋白、乳脂含量差异不显著(P>0.05),槟榔江水牛乳糖含量显著低于摩拉水牛(P<0.05);而水牛乳蛋白、乳脂和乳糖含量均极显著高于荷斯坦牛乳(P<0.01)。酪蛋白百分含量在三种牛乳蛋白中占优势,并且水牛乳CN和β-LG百分含量与荷斯坦牛乳差异不显著(P>0.05);而水牛乳中其他蛋白组分含量则显著高于荷斯坦牛乳(P<0.05)。  相似文献

试验旨在研究果香味剂对奶牛乳腺上皮细胞培养液中乳成分含量及培养液风味的影响。试验选用自制的奶牛乳腺上皮细胞,试验设5个处理组,果香味剂的添加剂量分别为0、5、10、15和20μg/ml。结果表明:①当培养基中果香味剂添加量为15μg/ml时,乳腺上皮细胞培养液中总蛋白水平、甘油三酯及乳糖含量均达到最高,其中对脂肪含量影响显著(P<0.05),而对蛋白和乳糖含量影响不显著(P>0.05),之后呈下降趋势,说明果香味剂可能会诱导奶牛乳腺上皮细胞乳蛋白、乳脂和乳糖分泌水平的升高;②运用PT/GC-MS分析乳腺培养液中的风味成分,与对照组相比,各试验组中除具有原有乳腺培养液的风味外,还有乙酸异丁酯、乙酸异戊酯、丙酸异戊酯、丙酸戊酯、丁酸异丁酯、丁酸戊酯、丁酸乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯等物质成分,而这些物质成分正好是果香味剂中进入到乳腺培养液中的风味物质,且当添加剂量为15μg/ml时,各物质成分含量为最高(P<0.05),之后呈下降趋势。果香味剂能显著影响奶牛乳腺上皮培养液中乳成分含量和风味。  相似文献

本试验旨在分析水牛乳成分中乳脂肪、乳蛋白、乳糖和乳尿素氮含量及其与乳能量的相关性,建立产奶净能的预测模型,用于奶水牛泌乳期科学的饲养管理。试验采取云南省主要奶水牛养殖场和养殖小区的2014—2015年9—12月份送达昆明市奶牛生产性能测定中心的304个原料乳样本,水牛乳的乳成分由昆明市奶牛生产性能测定中心用MilkoScan FT+FC乳成分体细胞联用仪和MilkoScan FT 120乳成分分析仪测定,鲜乳经真空干燥箱恒温烘干后用氧弹式热量计测定乳能量。结果表明:乳脂肪、乳蛋白、乳糖、乳尿素氮、乳总固形物含量和乳能量分别为6.45%、4.55%、5.31%、13.60 mg/dL、18.77%和4.02 MJ/kg;乳能量分别与乳脂肪和乳蛋白含量呈现极显著正相关(r=0.896 0、r=0.563 0,P0.01),乳能量受乳脂肪和乳蛋白含量的影响较大。分别以乳脂肪(F),乳脂肪和乳蛋白(F和P),乳脂肪、乳蛋白和乳糖(F、P和La),乳脂肪、乳蛋白、乳糖和乳尿素氮含量(F、P、La和MUN)为预测因子,建立的预测乳能量(E)的一元、二元、三元及四元回归方程的拟合度均在0.90以上,方程分别为:E=0.388F+1.540(R~2=0.933 6,P0.01);E=0.373F+0.221P+0.460(R~2=0.926 7,P0.01);E=0.396F+0.186P+0.105La-0.104(R~2=0.954 0,P0.01);E=0.397F+0.187P+0.106La+0.002MUN-0.146(R~2=0.958 0,P0.01)。由此可见,可通过水牛乳中的乳脂肪、乳蛋白、乳糖及乳尿素氮含量预测水牛乳产奶净能。  相似文献

本研究采用DHI检测方法对云南高原饲养的萨能奶山羊进行体细胞数统计和相关分析,探讨奶山羊体细胞数对羊奶主要成分及含量的影响。结果表明,萨能奶山羊乳体细胞数与乳脂率呈正相关(P=0.141),与乳蛋白率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与乳糖含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与总固形物含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与尿素氮含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。乳汁体细胞数的增加对羊乳的品质产生很大影响,造成羊乳蛋白、脂肪含量和总固形物含量上升;乳糖和非蛋白氮含量降低。从多种因素考虑,6月份所测得的体细胞数和乳成分含量可作为萨能奶山羊乳品质质量标准的参考。  相似文献

Variation in milk composition and milk polymorphonuclear neutrophil leukocyte (PMN) characteristics and functions among quarter milk fractions were investigated in order to evaluate the optimal fraction for the determination of local immune response. Five fractions were classified during milking: foremilk (I), cisternal milk (II), main milk (III), strippings (IV) and residual milk (V). Somatic cell count (SCC), fat, protein, lactose, sodium, potassium, chloride, polymorphonuclear leukocyte necrosis, apoptosis and oxidative burst were analysed in each fraction. The logSCC and fat concentration were highest in residual milk (P < 0.05), whereas protein and lactose concentration were highest in the earliest fractions (I, II, III) (P < 0.05). Polymorphonuclear neutrophil leukocyte necrosis was lowest in strippings and residual milk (P < 0.05), and PMN apoptosis was lowest in residual milk (P < 0.001). The highest percentage of PMN with oxidative burst was found in residual milk (P < 0.05), and was associated with the highest mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) (P < 0.05). In conclusion, late fractions have more PMN and more active PMN. Nevertheless, it is suggested that each fraction is appropriate in the study of local immune response of the mammary gland, however the fraction used in the study has to be specified.  相似文献

选择经产期和产奶量相近的健康中国荷斯坦奶牛50头,完全随机分成5组,每组10头,分别饲喂基础日粮及添加150mg/kg和300mg/kg的有机锌和无机锌日粮。结果表明:1)添加150mg/kg和300mg/kg的锌对牛奶中乳脂率、乳蛋白、乳糖和非脂固形物(SNF)含量无显著影响(P>0.05);2)无机锌对产奶量无显著影响(P>0.05),而添加有机锌则可显著提高奶牛产奶量(P<0.05);3)高锌可极显著(P<0.01)提高血锌和乳锌含量,而且血锌与乳锌之间存在线性相关(r=0.627,n=50)。  相似文献

For the purposes of the infrared analysis of the basic milk composition, Milkofix, an ecologically friendly preparation used for milk sample preservation (Trzicky, 1990), was compared with untreated samples (N) and with samples preserved with sodium azide (A), bronopol (B) and potassium dichromate (C) at a storage temperature of 20 degrees C (I) and 4 degrees C (II) in samples kept for 14 and 18 days. Pursuant to the recommendations cited in literature, the preservatives had these concentrations: A = 0.0085 g NaN3 and 0.0630 g NaCl; B = 0.0050 g bronopol and 0.0500 g NaCl; C = 0.0330 g K2Cr2O7 and 0.0670 g KCl; M = 0.1250 g, all amounts are per 25 ml milk. Three bulk milk samples were used which were analyzed on an automatic Milko-Scan 133 B infraanalyzer (Foss Electric, Denmark) every day. On the basis of a graphical evaluation of the results by IDF recommendations (1985) the times within which the applicable results could be obtained were determined for the various methods of milk sample treatment (Figs. 1 to 6): N I--0 days; A I--9; B I--10; C I--13; M I--4; N II--10; A II--5; B II--11; C II--15; M II--10 (Tab. I). The results recorded for Milkofix are in agreement with the conclusions drawn in the previous study, where the intervals of four and nine days were determined. The days to milk sample coagulation were as follows: N I--1 day, M I--10 days. The coagulation in A I, B I, C I and N II samples was not observed even after 13-day storage and in A II, B II, C II and M II samples not even after 17 days of storage. The results for particular components (fat, proteins, lactose) of milk samples differently treated in time are presented in Tabs. II, III and IV. A system of evaluating criteria (Tab. Short-term (i.e. several days) once-daily milking (ODM) of dairy cows could help to improve work organization or quality of life for dairy farmers. ODM implemented during three periods of one week in the descending phase of lactation led to an average 23.4% decrease in the milk yield of 9 Holstein cows compared to 9 other cows on twice-daily milking (TDM). Short-term ODM significantly increased fat content (by 4.5 g/kg on average) and somatic cell count (by 73,000 cells/mL) and decreased lactose content by 1.9 g/kg. Protein content increased (by 2.1 g/kg) only in the third period. When twice-daily milking was resumed, there were no longer between-group differences in daily yields of milk, fat, protein, and somatic cells.  相似文献

The effect of pasture on the fatty acid profile of milk was evaluated using 30 pluriparous goats, which were divided into two homogeneous groups (H and P) of 15 goats each after kidding. Group H (control) goats were housed in a stall and received alfalfa hay, while group P was led to pasture. The goats of both the groups received the same concentrate. Average milk yield did not differ statistically between the groups. The goats of the P group had significantly higher fat content in milk than those of group H (53.7 vs. 61.5 g/day, p < 0.01), while lactose content was significantly higher for group H (66.2 and 61.4 g/day, for groups H and P, respectively, p < 0.05). Among milk fatty acids, pasture significantly affected the percentages of C18:1 cis9, C18:1 trans11, octadecadienoic acid, mono-unsaturated fatty acid and polyunsaturated fatty acid. Pasture highly influenced the c9 t11 conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) (0.778 and 0.513 g/100 g of fat, for group P and H, respectively, p < 0.01), t10 c12 CLA (0.046 vs. 0.029 g/100 g of fat: p < 0.01, for group P and H, respectively, p < 0.01) and SigmaCLA (0.84 vs. 0.56 g/100 g of fat for group P and H, respectively, p < 0.01) concentrations of milk.  相似文献

Digestibility of nutrients was determined in healthy calves and in those with diarrhoea at the age of two and three weeks. The total collection of feces and indigestible marker methods (with Cr2O3) were used. High equality of results and statistically non-significant differences between the method of a total collection of feces and indigestible marker one in the suckling calves (Tab. II) confirm the suitability of using these two methods to determine digestibility. Based on the composition and commercially recommended feeding guide of milk replacer, it is clear that it has lower digestible energy, Zn and Fe intake. Slightly higher digestible crude protein and Mg intake, optimum Ca and P intake, all these values were calculated for 1 kg of live weight (Tab. I). Nutrient contents is responsible for nutrient ratio which is unbalanced and for low contents of digestible energy (76.5 KJ per g of digestible crude protein) instead of recommended values of 100-110 KJ per of digestible crude protein in milk replacer in suckling calves. In six clinically healthy calves fed with milk replacer Laktavit twice a day, an apparent digestibility of organic matter was found to be 95.7 +/- 1.8%, crude protein 93.5 +/- 1.8%, fat 94.5 +/- 1.4%, carbohydrates 97.2 +/- 1.5%, Ca absorption was 86.5 +/- 2.8%, P 95.3 +/- 2.9%. Three-year-old Angus x Gelbvieh beef cows nutritionally managed to achieve a BCS of 4 +/- 0.07 (479.3 +/- 36.3 kg of BW) or 6 +/- 0.07 (579.6 +/- 53.1 kg of BW) at parturition were used in a 2-yr experiment (n = 36/yr) to determine the effects of prepartum energy balance and postpartum lipid supplementation on cow and calf performance. Beginning 3 d postpartum, cows within each BCS were assigned randomly to be fed hay and a low-fat control supplement or supplements with either high-linoleate cracked safflower seeds or high-oleate cracked safflower seeds until d 60 of lactation. Diets were formulated to be isonitrogenous and isocaloric, and safflower seed supplements were provided to achieve 5% of DMI as fat. Ultrasonic 12th rib fat and LM area were lower (P < 0.001) for cows in BCS 4 compared with BCS 6 cows throughout the study. Cows in BCS 4 at parturition maintained (P = 0.02) condition over the course of the study, whereas cows in BCS 6 lost condition. No differences (P = 0.44 to 0.71) were detected for milk yield, milk energy, milk fat percentage, or milk lactose percentage because of BCS; however, milk protein percentage was less (P = 0.03) for BCS 4 cows. First-service conception rates did not differ (P = 0.22) because of BCS at parturition, but overall pregnancy rate was greater (P = 0.02) in BCS 6 cows. No differences (P = 0.48 to 0.83) were detected in calf birth weight or ADG because of BCS at parturition. Dietary lipid supplementation did not influence (P = 0.23 to 0.96) cow BW change, BCS change, 12th rib fat, LM area, milk yield, milk energy, milk fat percentage, milk lactose percentage, first service conception, overall pregnancy rates, or calf performance. Although cows in BCS of 4 at parturition seemed capable of maintaining BCS during lactation, the overall decrease in pregnancy rate indicates cows should be managed to achieve a BCS >4 before parturition to improve reproductive success.  相似文献
