经2001年在曲靖市麒麟区翠峰公园开展了云南松纵坑切梢小蠹虫的诱虫试验,并通过不同设置时间,不同规格及饵木所在的不同堆放位置对云南松纵坑切梢小蠹诱杀效果的分析,结果表明:在曲靖市麒麟区饵木的最佳设置时间为9月上旬至10月上旬,饵木直径以12-13.9cm的诱虫效果最好,堆放层数以两层为佳,其中第2层诱虫效果较好,此结果对指导饵木诱集云南松纵坑切梢小蠹虫的防治具有十分重要的参考价值。 相似文献

采用除草清杂处理1a后,1年1次和1年2次处理校正虫口减退率分别为39.98%和51.33%,有虫株率与对照三者之间有显著差异,处理2a后,三者之间的有虫株率有极显著差异,1年2次处理效果较好,2a后,有虫株率减退率42.30%。人工挖虫防治后1a有虫株率极显著下降,校正有虫株率减退率为78.28%,2a后持续效果达75.45%。 相似文献

利用信息素在松小蠹虫扬飞期开展诱捕防治是较为普遍且安全有效的一种防治措施,不同配方的信息素在相同的林间环境中诱捕效果有所不同。采用3种配方的信息素在云南省玉溪市红塔山自然保护区相同林间要素下进行云南切梢小蠹Tomicus yunnanensis诱捕防治试验。结果表明,采用3种信息化合物进行试捕后,试验林分内的虫口密度明显降低,平均有虫株率由诱捕前的65.25%降低到26.88%。其中,各种配方单独使用的情况下,试验O配方小蠹虫信息化合物诱虫量最多,占总数的49.31%,其次是O~+配方、O~(++)配方;3种配方混合使用诱捕效果不太理想。 相似文献

[目的]明确APF-Ⅰ型诱剂样品(A)和F型诱剂样品(C)对松墨天牛的诱捕效果。[方法]以生产上使用的APF-Ⅰ持久增强型诱剂(B)和F1型诱剂(D)为对照,在林间进行了诱杀松墨天牛成虫试验。[结果]表明:诱剂A的平均诱虫量最高,分别为诱剂B、诱剂C和诱剂D的1.17倍、1.41倍和1.58倍,且显著高于诱剂C和诱剂D。在持效试验中,诱剂A平均诱虫量也高于其他3种诱剂。在161 d诱捕期内4种诱剂诱到的松墨天牛雌虫是雄虫的1.65 1.93倍,平均1.76倍。诱剂C也优于同类产品的诱剂D。[结论]诱剂A释放信息素均匀稳定,诱虫活性和持效作用强,最适合用于林间松墨天牛的测报及诱杀防治,因此建议在松材线虫病防治工作中优先选用。 相似文献

【目的】明确聚集信息素对横坑切梢小蠹诱捕量与不同危害程度的云南松林有虫梢率之间的关系,为横坑切梢小蠹种群监测与防治提供技术支持。【方法】采用随机抽样法,调查云南省祥云县普淜镇和下庄镇2个样地云南松林内切梢小蠹的危害情况,并在由梢部危害转至干部危害期利用聚集信息素诱捕横坑切梢小蠹成虫,分析横坑切梢小蠹在梢转干时期的种群变化规律及有虫梢率与诱捕量之间的关系。【结果】普淜和下庄2个样地横坑切梢小蠹和云南切梢小蠹是优势种。普淜样地中横坑切梢小蠹占49. 75%,雌雄比为1. 06∶1;云南切梢小蠹占50. 25%,雌雄比为1. 32∶1。下庄样地中横坑切梢小蠹占54%,雌雄比为1. 45∶1;云南切梢小蠹占46%,雌雄比为1. 88∶1。2样地中横坑切梢小蠹蛀梢期树冠有虫梢率从上到下依次降低,普淜样地有虫梢率约为下庄样地的10倍。2样地横坑切梢小蠹的诱捕量在整个梢转干期呈现相同的规律,成虫扬飞均始于11月中旬,终见于翌年5月下旬,扬飞高峰期是3月初至4月下旬。诱捕器中天敌种群数量与横坑切梢小蠹数量有明显的跟随现象。诱捕器中横坑切梢小蠹雌雄性比在1∶1. 09~1. 71之间,雄性个体数量明显多于雌性。横坑切梢小蠹林间有虫梢率(y)与诱捕量(x)之间呈线性正相关,其中在高虫口密度普淜样地拟合函数关系式为y=0. 002 4x+0. 060 1(R^2=0. 67),低虫口密度下庄样地拟合函数关系式为y=0. 003 2x-0. 004 3(R^2=0. 71)。【结论】了解高、低虫口密度下横坑切梢小蠹在云南松树冠中的分布规律,利用聚集信息素诱捕可作为监测横坑切梢小蠹种群变化的有效方法,且诱捕量与林间有虫梢率呈线性正相关,诱捕量可反应横坑切梢小蠹在蛀梢期的有虫梢率。 相似文献

Spatial and temporal aspects of flight activity of the rusty grain beetle, Cryptolestes ferrugineus (Stephens), were investigated in a grain-growing district in southern New South Wales, Australia. This species is now considered an important economic pest in Australia due to the development of a high level of resistance to phosphine. Flight activity was monitored at 4-weekly intervals near and away from grain silos. We present data for the first time from trapping with a commercial aggregation pheromone lure (active trapping phase), as well as data on C. ferrugineus by-catch from trapping using an aggregation pheromone lure for another species (passive trapping phase). There was a strong seasonal pattern to flight activity, with no flight detected during the winter months of June, July, or August. This appears to be primarily related to ambient temperature, with maximum temperatures above 20 °C initiating flight. Beetles were trapped both near and away from grain storages, demonstrating flight dispersal in the farm environment. The results of this study in southern New South Wales also show that C. ferrugineus beetles of both sexes are flying in the farm environment. During the passive trapping phase, the sex ratio of trapped beetles did not deviate from 1:1, but during active trapping, the sex ratio was biased to females (3:1). While more work is required, information garnered from this study provides a basis for management strategies for the control of C. ferrugineus in south-eastern Australia. 相似文献

paradoxa, known as Shea tree or karité, is one of the dominant trees of agroforestry parklands in Sahelian region with an immense
commercial value. In this study, we examined infestation of fruit-bearing shoots and fruits on two sites in western Burkina
Faso across different reproductive phenophases, crown heights and aspects. The number of infested and healthy shoots and fruits
were counted on 60 reproductively active trees randomly selected from on-year shea trees in each site, using a metal frame
(0.5 × 0.5 m) to mark a fixed area of the canopy for sampling. The shoot and fruit borer was identified as Salebria sp. (Lepidoptera:Pyralidae), which was not reported earlier. The proportion of infested trees and shoots varied significantly
between sites and among reproductive phenophases (P < 0.0001). The site close to the natural forest had the highest infestation rate than distantly located site. Among reproductive
phenophases, the proportions of infested trees and shoots were the highest during flowering and fruit set, respectively. Fruit
infestation also varied significantly between sites, crown heights and aspects (P < 0.001). The site close to the natural forest and the crown with north-east aspect were heavily infested while the bottom
part of the crown had the lowest infestation. As a whole, 49–80% of trees, 24–31% of shoots and 4–15% of fruits were found
infested, depending on the site. These infestation levels combined with precocious flower and fruit abscissions would pose
serious economic losses that justify a call for immediate pest control initiatives. 相似文献

The character of a bark beetle outbreak, planning system, and implementation of IPM measures in a forest affected by intensive decline connected with honey fungus (Armillaria sp.) is described. It is possible to distinguish two levels of outbreak in the study area. The first level is characterized by spruce mortality connected with yellowing of spruce and presence of plant pathogens, mostly Armillaria sp. Forest stands have disperse infestations of bark beetles. Identification of infested trees and salvage cutting in time are problematic. In case of late processing of infested trees, the second level of outbreak could become manifest. The populations of bark beetle increase. Beetles could attack relatively healthy trees. The classical outbreak with forest edges and spot infestations starts. The identification of infested trees is easier. The application of pheromone trap barriers is effective. Thus, the second level of outbreak could be easily managed. The planning of IPM measures is concerned with localization of various pheromone trap systems in particular forest stands. It is based on field survey, data acquisition, estimation of swarming bark beetle population, and information of pheromone system effectiveness. 相似文献
