从死亡肉鹅的肝和脾病料中分离到一株细菌,经细菌形态学观察、鉴别培养、梅里埃微生物全自动分析仪检测、血浆凝固酶试验鉴定为金黄色葡萄球菌;该分离菌株对小白鼠有致病性,动物回归试验中,能使雏鹅发病并全部死亡;药敏试验结果表明,该菌株对环丙沙星、先锋V、青霉素和氨苄青霉素高度敏感,而对复方新诺明不敏感。  相似文献

从患皮肤溃烂的大鲵体内分离到一株细菌,经人工回归感染试验证实该菌株具有较强致病力;通过生理生化鉴定和16S rRNA序列分析,分离菌株为嗜水气单胞菌。该分离菌株对头孢噻吩、庆大霉素、氟哌酸、头孢三嗪高度敏感,对强力霉素、头孢唑啉、卡那霉素中度敏感。  相似文献

为了解新疆和田地区某规模化羊场羔羊腹泻病例主要感染的病原菌及其耐药情况,试验采集腹泻羔羊肛拭子进行细菌的分离培养、革兰氏染色,挑取纯化后的单菌落进行生化鉴定和16S rRNA基因鉴定,并对分离菌株进行药敏试验和小鼠致病性试验。结果表明:分离菌株革兰氏染色镜检可见单个存在或成对排列的革兰氏阴性短杆菌,结合生化试验结果初步鉴定为绿脓杆菌,命名为6f。该菌株16S rRNA序列在NCBI中进行BLAST比对发现,与绿脓杆菌菌株核苷酸相似性达到100%,高度同源,最终鉴定分离菌株6f为绿脓杆菌。分离菌株6f对头孢拉定、卡那霉素、氨苄西林等14种抗生素高度敏感,对头孢他啶、多黏菌素B中度敏感,对青霉素、克林霉素、麦迪霉素、万古霉素耐药。分离菌株6f对小鼠具有强致病性。说明引起该规模化羊场羔羊腹泻的病原菌是绿脓杆菌,该菌对大多数抗生素敏感。  相似文献

研究采用常规细菌分离培养和生化试验、血清学凝集试验,对病猪场疑似病料的细菌分离菌株进行鉴定.结果分离菌株符合沙门氏菌检验标准,从而将猪场该次发病确诊为仔猪副伤寒,并采用纸片法进行药敏试验,筛选敏感药物进行治疗,从而降低了养殖户的经济损失.  相似文献

本试验对某实验动物养殖场送检的一批BALB/c小鼠进行剖检,观察病理变化,对病变组织进行细菌的分离纯化鉴定。利用16S rRNA基因对分离细菌进行PCR扩增、测序及系统进化树分析。分离菌株进行动物回归试验和药敏试验。经形态学及分子生物学鉴定,分离菌株为摩氏摩根菌,对小鼠有很强的致病性。药敏试验表明,该菌耐药性高,仅对新霉素、链霉素、左氧氟沙星、氟苯尼考敏感,选用敏感药物新霉素和氟苯尼考进行联合用药,疫情得到有效控制。  相似文献

从内蒙古呼和浩特市郊区某猪场饲养的母猪鼻腔分泌物中分离到1株病原细菌。经细菌纯化培养和生化鉴定后,结果表明该细菌为革兰氏阳性。菌体形态为成对、短链状、葡萄串状排列的球菌。进一步进行了PCR扩增产物测序分析发现该菌株与金黄色葡萄球菌的同源性达99%。药敏试验显示,该菌株对拜有利高度敏感,对庆大霉素、头孢噻污、氧氟沙星、卡那霉素、氯霉素中度敏感,对林可霉素、四环素等耐药。结果显示,该分离菌符合金黄色葡萄球菌的生物学及分子学特性。  相似文献

从天门市某养鸽场采集发病鸽的心血、肝、肺等组织病料进行细菌的分离培养,并对分离的菌株进行生化鉴定、人工感染动物和药敏试验。结果显示,分离的病原体为多杀性巴氏杆菌,该菌株对蒽诺沙星、环丙沙星高度敏感,对氨苄青霉素、庆大霉素中度敏感,对氯霉素、青霉素、四环素和磺胺二甲嘧啶不敏感。  相似文献

Antibiotic susceptibility of bacteria isolated from nasal swabs and lungs of pigs, to 16 commonly used antibiotics, was determined by disc diffusion test. beta-lactams showed the best activity against Streptococcus suis (S. suis) (> 99% of susceptible strains). The lowest sensitivity of S. suis was evidenced to: tylosin, tetracycline and neomycin (50%, 40% and 25%, respectively). Isolates of Escherichia coli (E. coli) demonstrated the highest susceptibility to cephalosporin (85% strains), gentamicin and norfloxacin (over 74%). The lowest susceptibility of E. coli was demonstrated to tiamulin and penicillin (11.3% and 1.9%, respectively). Over 80% of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (App) strains were susceptible to all antibiotics tested. The highest resistance of App, but demonstrated by below 20% of tested isolates only, was evidenced to neomycin and LxS. Isolates of Pasteurella multocida (Pm), Haemophilus parasuis (Hps) and Arcanobacterium pyogenes (A. pyogenes) were highly susceptible to the most antibiotics included in the analysis. The comparison of the in vitro susceptibility of pathogens to the chemotherapeutics used on Polish farms for the therapy of bacterial infection of pigs within the last five years and the last 10 years, showed an increasing percent of E. coli and S. suis strains resistant to commonly used antibiotics. It is also shown that Pm, Hps, App and A. pyogenes isolates were continuously susceptible to the most chemotherapeutics applied.  相似文献

2004年在病猪体内分离到一株猪链球菌,通过平板扩散法和微量稀释法药敏试验表明这株链球菌对红霉素敏感。采用这株猪链球菌进行体外诱导试验,在低浓度药物组第165代和高浓度药物组第180代的菌液对红霉素M IC值均达到中介水平。它们的耐药表型均为内在型,而且都扩增到了ermB耐药基因。其中180代菌的23S rRNA碱基1387位A突变成G;它们的核糖体蛋白L4,165代菌碱基104位、585位和633位,分别T突变成C、A突变成G和A突变成G,180代菌碱基283位和651位,分别A突变成G和T突变成G;核糖体蛋白L22,165代和180代菌碱基109位和468位,分别C突变成A和T突变成A,并且165代菌碱基还在426位G突变成A。这些碱基的突变可能是引起猪链球菌对红霉素耐药的原因之一。  相似文献

Eighty-seven Streptococcus suis isolates recovered in 1999-2000 from diseased pigs, all from different farms, were screened for resistance against macrolide and lincosamide antibiotics by the disk diffusion and agar dilution test and a PCR assay, amplifying the ermB gene and the mefA/E gene. Seventy-one percent of the isolates showed constitutive resistance to macrolide and lincosamide antibiotics (MLS(B)-phenotype). All these isolates were positive for the ermB gene in the PCR, but negative for the mefA/E gene. For all strains minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) against five other antimicrobial agents were determined. All strains were susceptible to penicillin. Ninety-nine percent of the isolates were susceptible to enrofloxacin and tiamulin. Eighty-five percent of the strains were resistant to doxycycline. A 540bp fragment of the ermB genes of eight S. suis strains was sequenced and compared with ermB genes of five S. pneumoniae and five S. pyogenes strains of human origin. A 100% homology was found between these fragments in seven S. suis, one S. pneumoniae and three of the S. pyogenes isolates. This study demonstrates that resistance against macrolides, lincosamides and streptogramin B is widespread in S. suis and mediated by ribosome methylation, encoded by the ermB gene.  相似文献

河南省猪链球菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为探讨河南省猪链球菌的血清型分布和耐药性情况,本试验对2016年5月~2017年5月从河南省猪场采集的各种组织病料进行猪链球菌的分离培养、生化鉴定及PCR鉴定,并进行了血清群的分群鉴定和血清型的分型鉴定,对其中的2型猪链球菌进行了药敏试验。结果显示,试验共鉴定出189株猪链球菌,流行的猪链球菌的血清群主要以D群为主,其次是G群和C群;优势的血清型是2型、7型、9型和1型。其中87株为2型猪链球菌,超过90%的2型菌株对β-内酰胺类(青霉素G、阿莫西林和头孢菌素类)、氯霉素、万古霉素、环丙沙星敏感,超过40%的2型菌株对多西环素、四环素、红霉素、复方新诺明、丁胺卡那霉素、克林霉素、链霉素、米诺环素产生耐药性。以上结果为指导猪场使用敏感药物及时控制疫情、选择血清型相符的疫苗进行预防及减少损失提供参考依据。  相似文献

A double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed for the detection and the identification of Streptococcus suis capsular types 1, 2, 1/2, 3 and 22. The specificity of this test was first evaluated using reference strains of S. suis capsular types 1 to 28 and 1/2 as well as 15 different bacterial species susceptible to be isolated from swine. The ELISA developed was very specific for capsular types 1, 3 and 22 but it could not discriminate between capsular types 2 and 1/2. In a second study, S. suis isolates from 328, 493, 368 and 76 diseased pigs were used to detect capsular types 1, 2 or 1/2, 3 and 22 respectively. The relative specificity and sensitivity varied between 98% and 100%. The ELISA results were in excellent agreement with the standard techniques (biochemical tests, coagglutination and capsular reaction tests) in detecting both positive and negative strains. Kappa values were 0.80, 0.99, 0.97 and 1.00 for detecting S. suis capsular types 1, 2 or 1/2, 3, and 22 respectively. To evaluate the relative-sensitivity of the test, primary cultures from 73 diseased pigs and tissue samples from 67 diseased pigs were used directly for detecting these capsular types. With primary cultures, the relative specificity and sensitivity (95.9% and 91.6% respectively) remained high and the test was very suitable (Kappa = 0.87). 采用6种常用抗菌药物对临床分离的38株猪链球菌2型进行敏感性检测,从中选择3株对红霉素和环丙沙星敏感的菌株,采用体外递增药物浓度的方法分别诱导成对红霉素和环丙沙星耐药的菌株,按临床检验标准委员会(CLSI)推荐的方法测定了红霉素和环丙沙星对同一亲本的敏感株和诱导耐药株的体外最小抑菌浓度(MIC),并测定在外排泵抑制剂利血平存在的情况下敏感株和诱导耐药株的MIC变化情况。微量稀释法测定的MIC结果显示:在所选的6种抗生素中,氟苯尼考和氨苄西林对临床分离的38株猪链球菌的作用最好,抑菌率都为100%,红霉素及环丙沙星有一定作用,耐药率分别达39.5%(15/38)和28.9%(11/38),而磺胺间甲氧嘧啶、四环素的抑菌效果最差,耐药率达100%。浓度递增法成功诱导了猪链球菌2型菌株对红霉素和环丙沙星耐药性,其MIC值分别由0.001 8 mg/L上升至128 mg/L。在外排泵抑制剂利血平存在的情况下,抗菌药物对部分猪链球菌2型菌株的MIC值下降。结果提示:逐步增加药物浓度可以诱导猪链球菌2型菌株对红霉素和环丙沙星的耐药性,而且猪链球菌2型菌株耐药性的产生可能与耐药性相关的主动外排机制有关。  相似文献

An ELISA was developed and tested to detect antibodies to Eperythrozoon suis in swine. Results were compared with those of the indirect hemagglutination (IHA) test. Antigen isolated from swine heavily infected with E suis was used for both tests. Comparison of the ELISA with the IHA test revealed a significant (P less than 0.001) correlation between results. Of 114 samples obtained from 9 swine infected with E suis, 87.7% were seropositive (titer greater than or equal to 200) via the ELISA, and 80.7% were seropositive (titer greater than or equal to 20) via the IHA test. The sensitivity of the ELISA was greater than that of the IHA test. All blood samples obtained from specific-pathogen-free swine tested negative for E suis antibody. Cross-reactions were not observed between E suis antigen and antisera against various swine and cattle disease agents using ELISA. We concluded that the ELISA may be used for rapid and effective diagnosis of infection with E suis in swine.  相似文献

This study was undertaken to determine the prevalence, capsular serotype, and antimicrobial susceptibility of Streptococcus suis isolated from slaughter pigs. Capsular serotype and antimicrobial susceptibility were determined by coagglutination test and agar dilution minimum inhibitory concentration, respectively. Streptococcus suis was isolated from 55 of the 406 palatine tonsillar samples tested (13.8%) and 14 of the 29 sampled herds (48.3%). Of the 55 isolates recovered from slaughter pigs, 26 (47.3%) were untypeable. Of the remaining 29 isolates, capsular serotypes 9 (9 isolates) and 16 (4 isolates) were the most common, followed by capsular serotypes 4 (3 isolates) and 7 (3 isolates). Every capsulated isolate was typeable and no palatine tonsillar sample yielded more than one serotype. Most of isolates were susceptible to low concentrations (MIC90) of amoxicillin (2 microg/mL), ceftiofur (1 microg/mL), and penicillin (1 microg/mL). No correlation was found between antimicrobial susceptibility and capsular serotype.  相似文献

Rapid detection of Streptococcus suis serotype 2 in weaned pigs   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
A survey to detect Streptococcus suis serotype 2 in 1,716 weaned pigs was done in Quebec. Forty-nine sow herds were included in this survey: in 26 herds, S suis serotype 2 had been isolated during the preceding 12 months and in 23 herds (control), the organism had not been detected during a previous study. Swab specimens of the nasal cavity and tonsils of pigs were obtained for bacteriologic culture, and S suis serotype 2 was easily detected by the use of brain-heart infusion agar containing a Streptococcus-selective supplement and 5% goat antiserum raised against S suis serotype 2. After measurement of the diameter of the precipitation zone of 539 isolates, a slide agglutination test was performed to identify the S suis serotype 2 isolates. The mean precipitation zone diameter obtained for group S suis serotype 2 was larger (P less than 0.001) than that for the group designated as "others". With slide agglutination test results as reference and on the basis of discriminant analysis to stimulate detection of S suis serotype 2, 93.1% of all isolates were correctly classified, using the precipitation zone diameter as unique classification criterion. Relative specificity was 94.5% and relative sensitivity was 88.7%. Use of the precipitation zone diameter on a quantitative basis led to the proposal of a simple and reliable technique to screen swine herds for S suis serotype 2 in weaned pigs. Nasal and tonsillar swab specimens were obtained and analyzed concurrently for S suis serotype 2. A murine model of Streptococcus suis type 2 meningitis in the pig   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
When young or adult mice were infected experimentally with isolates of Streptococcus suis type 2 of known pathogenicity for pigs, the organisms produced disease, young mice being more susceptible than adults. An isolate of S suis type 2 less pathogenic for pigs also appeared less pathogenic in mice. The organism could be reisolated from infected mice for up to 42 days. Inoculum size was one factor influencing the likelihood of an individual mouse developing meningitis following intravenous inoculation. Transmission of the organism from inoculated to in-contact mice occurred in young mice after intravenous or oral administration. These studies indicate that the behaviour of S suis type 2 in mice resembles its behaviour in pigs.  相似文献
