By researching passageway, the features of passageway reinforcing design and draw are analyzed, and the mathematics model of orthogonal passageway and slant passageway are established. The method of applying CATIA V5 to hydro-structure is explored and a scheme of 3-D visual reinforcing CAD System is designed. It is proved by practice that the system is not only convenient to input parameter, but also to use universally. The system can use in design and researching of orthogonal passageway and slant passageway. It is very quick and easy that revise reinforcing bar of reinforcing drawing in construction.  相似文献

Traditionally, the surface contour instrument or three-coordinate machine was used in 3-D curued surfaces measuring system. Now triangle measuring device using laser is installed on the three-coordinate machine and replaces the contact pin. But this method is still limited by the three-coordinate machine itself. Particle Size Analysis of Clay by Malvern Laser Particle Analyzer   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In order to study the particle size distribution of fine grained soil, the Malvern Mastersizer 2000 laser diffraction grain size analyzer and traditional densimeter method were used to test the clay in Hefei. According to the work principle and affecting factors of laser method, the parameters, such as the refractive index, concentration, ultrasonic displacement and time, pumping speed of the apparatus, were altered in turn. Then the influence of these control parameters on the particle size was investigated, and the best parameters for the clay in Hefei were identified. The grain size distributions measured by laser method under the best condition and traditional densimeter method were compared, which shows that laser method has a wider measuring range, higher accuracy and better repetitiveness in measuring the particle size distribution of fine grained soil.  相似文献

Several methods of measuring surface vescosity are discussed. An appropriate method for measuring surface viscosity of melting slag- the laser method is proposed as well as an experimental device is set. With the device the surface viscosities of some aqueors liguids are measured. The results verify that the device is feasible and lays a good foundation for measuring the surface viscosity of melting slag.  相似文献

此项试验旨在探讨防止满天红梨采前落果的有效途径。试验结果表明:采果前一个月对树冠喷施10~30mg/L的2,4-D、50~200mg/L的GA3和10~40mg/L的NAA对防止满天红梨采前落果均具有极显著作用。在不同浓度处理中,2,4-D和NAA均以20 mg/L的处理效果最好,坐果率分别比对照提高了13.7个百分点和16.8个百分点,GA3以100 mg/L的处理效果最好,坐果率比对照高14.8个百分点。  相似文献

In order to investigate the effects of inlet temperature,velocity and water methanol molar ratio on methanol- steam reforming for hydrogen production in microreactor, we carry out 3-D simulation of methanol-steam reforming for hydrogen production in self-designed plate microreactor with the application of general finite reaction rate model in CFD software of FLUENT, The kinetics used are DE and SR model, The results show that, At the conditions of inlet velocity, temperature and water methanol molar ratio are 2.88 m/s, 493 K and 1.3 respectively, methanol conversion at the reactor outlet reaches 79.8%. Through the simulation, we can see that in microreactor it can be maintain higher hydrogen molar fraction and methanol conversion at high reactant flow rate.  相似文献

本研究利用孝顺竹种胚诱导出的淡黄色胚性愈伤组织为材料,对影响细胞悬浮培养的摇床转速、培养液2,4-D浓度、继代天数、接种细胞浓度(W/V)等因素进行了研究.结果表明,悬浮培养时的摇床转速以120 r/min时培养效果较好,转速低于100 r/min时,愈伤组织容易结团,分散性差;适宜的2,4-D浓度为4~6 mg/L,低于4 mg/L时愈伤组织易褐变;接种后培养7 d是最佳的转接时期,至多不能超过10 d;接种细胞密度以4.0%最为合适,可保持较高的增殖速度,同时培养产物较多.在50 mL培养液(NB+500 mg/L Pro-line+500 mg/L Glutamine+300 mg/L Hydrolyzed casein+30 mg/L Sucrose+4~6 mg/L 2,4-D)中接种4.0%的愈伤组织,于120 r/min的转速下经过7 d培养,可增殖一倍以上,以后每7 d继代转接一次,培养大约一个月,便可以建立生长迅速、分散性好、均一的悬浮细胞系.  相似文献

This paper introduces the definition of the quasi-dunamic instrument, analyzes the measuring principle of the double-theodolite space coordinate quasi-dynamic measuring system, builds the experimental system with the currency theodolite and designing the accessorial driving and orientational framework, investigates the dynamic character under variant tracking velocity of this system by the experiments and gians some elementary conclusions. The Object-Oriented technology is introduced into the 3-d Numerical Manifold method(NMM). The design method and management of the Classes about the three dimensional Numerical Manifold Method are studied. The Classes are designed and the prototypes of some key classes are shown. As an example,the 3-d numerical calculation results are given. The calculation results are in good agreement with the theoretical solutions. A whole 3D finite element model of a Large Steel Structural Factory Building is established. Then dynamic characteristics and dynamic responses are calculated by importing the seismic excitation in different three directions to evaluate its earthquake resistance. Compared with the Code for Seismic Design of Buildings, the results show that this factory building meets the requests of seismic fortification intensity 7. This paper discusses a calculation method which can be used to increase the measuring speed of weihging system for products. The usual measuring method can only get exact value after the value has been stable, whereas the method discussed in this paper uses a limited number of transient value obtained during measuring time to calculate the stable value. Existing mobile satellite communication ground stations mostly achieve satellite tracking with laser gyro.But such stations are not only expensive but also ponderous for installation in moving vehicles,and they can only track geostationary satellite.In order to solve these problems,a tracking scheme using grads tracking method is proposed.With this scheme,not only the expensive laser gyro can be eliminated from the system,but also non-geostationary satellite can be tracked.A tracking scheme based on GRAD-DBF(grads-digital beam forming)are presented.The tracking system can eliminate both the laser gyro and the mech-electronic rotating pedestal and servo system,at the same time it has the ability of tracking multiple non-geostationary satellites.Simulation programs and results of the tracking scheme are given by the software Mathcad.  相似文献

The Sijiaotian Tunnel in Yunnan Dabao Highway lies in the narrow defile landscape,and the engineering geology condition is complex,with plenty of cienega.According to the actual situation of the Sijiaotian Tunnel Project in Yunnan Dabao Highway,the stability of the surrounding rock mass is studied by using a 3-D non-linear FEM.The Drucker-Prager criterion is chosen as the failure criterion of the rock.The relatively dangerous zone and the monitoring points in the tunnel are determined.The numerical results show that the Sijiaotian Tunnel is relatively stable.The conclusion has some significance for guiding the construction of similar projects.  相似文献

在嵌入式果蔬保鲜运输车监测系统中,需要记录和查询车内温度、湿度等大量数据.本研究使用SQLite开源数据库来实现这些功能,设计了数据库的功能和结构,对数据库进行了移植,将数据库集成到监测系统中.同时,对所设计的SQLite数据库进行了实验验证,结果表明达到了设计目的,可以满足果蔬保鲜运输车监测系统的要求.  相似文献

研究了甘蓝型油菜花茎外植体高效诱导不定芽的再生体系,结果表明:以含有2,4-D(0.5~1.0mg/L)的培养基对外植体进行预培养,以及在分化培养基中加入AgNO3(2~6mg/L),可显著降低外植体褐化坏死的频率,提高了不定芽的发生频率及其再生能力;6BA(2.5 mg/L)与NAA(0.1mg/L)配合使用有利于提高不定芽发生频率;再生的不定芽90%可长根  相似文献

Chlorophyll fluorescence is a promising technique for postharvest quality research, and reported studies were mainly based on the fluorescence kinetic analysis method, which has not been quite satisfactory for measuring fruit quality. This paper reports on using a hyperspectral imaging technique for measurement of laser-induced fluorescence from apple fruit for predicting multiple fruit quality parameters. A continuous wave blue laser (408 nm) was used as an excitation source for inducing fluorescence in apples. Fluorescence scattering images were acquired from ‘Golden Delicious’ apples by a hyperspectral imaging system at the instance of laser illumination (0 min) and after 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 min of illumination. The hyperspectral fluorescence image data were represented by mean, maximum, and standard deviation spectra. Standard tests were performed on measuring fruit skin and flesh color, firmness, soluble solids content, and titratable acid. A hybrid method of combining principal component analysis and neural network modeling was used for developing prediction models to predict fruit quality parameters for each of the six illumination time periods. Fluorescence emission decreased steadily during the first 3 min of illumination and was stable within 5 min. The 0-min fluorescence prediction models had somewhat poorer prediction results for individual quality parameters except skin hue than did the models of longer illumination time. The differences were minimal in the model prediction results from the fluorescence data at 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 min of illumination. Overall, excellent predictions were obtained for apple skin hue with the correlation coefficient of prediction of 0.94. Relatively good predictions were obtained for fruit firmness, skin chroma, and flesh hue with values for the correlation coefficient being equal to or greater than 0.74 for 1 min of illumination or longer times, and poorer correlations were found for soluble solids content, titratable acid, and flesh chroma. Hyperspectral laser-induced fluorescence imaging is potentially useful for assessing selected quality parameters of apple fruit and further research is needed to improve fluorescence measurement for better prediction of fruit quality.  相似文献

为了研究Wnt-3a在小鼠着床前,孤雌囊胚和正常胚胎上的表达差异情况。采用激光扫描共聚焦显微技术和半定量RT-PCR检测方法,对孤雌囊胚和正常囊胚上Wnt-3a的表达,以及分布情况进行定性和定量的检测。利用激光扫描共聚焦显微技术检测发现:在着床前的小鼠孤雌囊胚和正常囊胚上都有Wnt-3a蛋白质的表达,且只在滋养层细胞中表达。通过半定量RT-PCR检测发现,着床前小鼠孤雌胚胎与正常胚胎相比,Wnt-3a的转录水平没有显著性差异。所以Wnt-3a在着床前小鼠孤雌胚胎和正常胚胎中都有表达,而且其转录水平在这2种胚胎中没有显著性差异。  相似文献

为了解2,4-D对土壤微生物生态特征效应.通过盆栽试验,采用三因素完全随机设计,平板菌落计数法对不同时间土样进行土壤细菌、放线菌、真菌数量的测定.研究了2,4-D胁迫下添加尿素、多效唑对土壤微生物的影响,揭示了土壤细菌、放线菌、真菌在2,4-D胁迫下添加尿素、多效唑的动态变化.结果表明,高浓度2,4-D胁迫下,1~60 d明显抑制了细菌的生长,对放线菌、真菌的生长呈先刺激后抑制的作用,直到第60天3种菌均未恢复到对照水平;低浓度2,4-D胁迫下,1~60 d对细菌、放线菌、真菌均呈抑制效应.添加尿素、多效唑刺激了土壤细菌、放线菌、真菌的繁殖,2,4-D+尿素、2,4-D+尿素+多效唑2种处理对3种菌的刺激效应更为显著,与对照相比,对细菌和放线菌的刺激效应极显著,在1~60 d平均最高激活率达396.5%和125.9%.  相似文献
