用FTIR法研究木材阻燃剂FRW的阻燃机理   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3

采用FTIR显微分析技术,对FRW阻燃处理红松木材限制燃烧固相产物的结构进行分析;采用GC_FTIR联机分析方法,对经FRW阻燃剂及其主要组分处理的紫椴木材试样的热解挥发性产物进行分析和鉴定;讨论FRW阻燃处理木材的热解炭化过程、阻燃剂的作用以及热解产物的结构特点。结果表明:FRW阻燃木材受热时,随着温度的升高,在FRW及其分解产物的催化下,木材逐步发生聚糖脱水、半纤维素脱乙酸、聚糖降解、木质素降解、木材热解产物聚合、脂肪族聚合物脱氧及芳构化等反应,最终炭化;FRW阻燃剂改变了木材的热解途径,并且显著降低了挥发性有机化合物的生成量。  相似文献

在综合分析热分析法、锥形量热仪法和FTIR法获得的FRW阻燃机理研究结果并吸收木材阻燃机理研究现有成果的基础上,推导进而提出了木材阻燃剂FRW的阻燃机理。其主要内容是:1)FRW阻燃木材受热时,阻燃剂FRW分解产生不燃性气体和不挥发的酸性熔融物质,具有降低体系温度和氧气浓度及屏蔽热辐射的作用,降低了木材的热解速度;2)FRW的组分硼酸和GUP的酸性分解产物催化木材脱水、降解,以及木材热解产物的缩合、聚合、芳构化等反应,能改变木材的热解途径并使其向着有利于炭化的方向变化,FRW显著的催化成炭作用,使阻燃木材的燃烧放热量大大降低,这是FRW阻燃机理的主要方面;3)硼酸与GUP起阻燃作用的温度和方式不同,并且有相互补充的作用,因而表现出阻燃协同效应。  相似文献

In order to investigate the pyrolytic characteristics of the burning residue of fire-retardant wood, a multifunctional fire-resistance test oven aimed at simulating the course of a fire was used to burn fire-retardant wood and untreated wood. Samples at different distances from the combustion surface were obtained and a thermogravimetric analysis (TG) was applied to test the prrolytic process of the burning residue in an atmosphere of nitrogen. The results showed that: 1) there was little difference between fire-retardant wood and its residue in the initial temperature of thermal degradation. The initial temperature of thermal degradation of the combustion layer in untreated wood was higher than that in the no burning wood sample; 2) the temperature of the flame retardant in fire-retardant wood was 200°C in the differential thermogravimetry (DTG). The peak belonging to the flame retardant tended to dissipate during the time of burning; 3) for the burning residue of fire-retardant wood, the peak belonging to hemicellulose near 230°C in the DTG disappeared and there was a gentle shoulder from 210 to 240°C; 4) the temperature of the main peaks of the fire-retardant wood and its burning residue in DTG was 100°C lower than that of the untreated wood and its burning residue. The rate of weight loss also decreased sharply; 5) the residual weight of fire-retardant wood at 600°C clearly increased compared with that of untreated wood. Residual weight of the burning residue increased markedly as the heating temperature increased when burning; 6) there was a considerable difference with respect to the thermal degradation temperature of the no burning sample and the burning residue between fire-retardant wood and untreated wood. __________ Translated from Journal of Beijing Forestry University, 2006, 28(3): 133–138 [译自: 北京林业大学学报]  相似文献

采用锥形量热仪(CONE)法对复合木材阻燃剂FRW处理紫椴木材(FZ)、FRW的组分磷酸脒基脲(GUP)处理紫椴木材(GZ)、硼酸处理紫椴木材(BZ)和未处理的紫椴木材(UZ)的燃烧性进行了系统的测定,通过对上述试样在燃烧时的热释放、质量变化、烟气产生以及尾气成分等实验数据的综合对比分析,讨论了阻燃剂的作用机理。结果表明:1)FRW阻燃剂显著降低了木材的热释放速率(RHR)、总热释放量(1FHR)、有效燃烧热(EHC)、质量损失速率(MLR)、烟比率(SR)、比消光面积(SEA)、CO2的浓度及产率(Yco2);2)GUP与硼酸之间存在显著的阻燃协同效应;3)FRW阻燃木材的MLR曲线与RHR曲线相似,失重和热释放主要发生在有焰燃烧阶段;4)FRW阻燃处理能显著提高木材燃烧时的成炭率,说明催化成炭是FRW阻燃机理的主要方面。  相似文献

An intumescent waterborne amino-resin fire-retardant coating for wood (C) was synthesized and its fire-retardant and smoke-suppressant properties were investigated. The main film-builder of C was urea-formaldehyde resin blended with polyvinyl acetate resin. The intumescent fire-retardant system of C consisted of guanylurea phosphate (GUP), ammonium polyphosphate (APP), pentaerythritol (PER) and melamine (MEL). Specimens of plywood painted, respectively, with a commercial intumescent fire-retardant coating (A), a synthesized coating (C), and the main film-builder of coating C (B), as well as an unpainted plywood (S-JHB), were analyzed by cone calorimetry (CONE). The results show a marked decrease in the heat release rate (HRR) and the total heat release (THR), an increased mass of residual char (Mass), a marked postponement in time to ignition (TTI) and a reduced carbon monoxide production rate (P CO). The smoke production rate (SPR) and total smoke production (TSP) of the plywood painted with coating C were observed with the CONE test. The overall fire-retardant and smoke-suppressant performance of the synthesized coating C was much better than that of the commercial coating A. 目前世界范围内木材资源短缺的情况日益加剧,发展人造板工业已成为世界各国解决木材资源严重不足的重要途径.其中,胶合板作为室内装饰的主要材料,其产量和需求量都在急剧增长.我国胶合板产量从1980年的33.00万m3增长到2004年的2 098.62万m3,呈现大幅度增长的趋势(张文标等,2000).但由于普通胶合板具有易燃性,在许多领域的应用上受到限制.因为一旦发生火灾,不仅造成重大的经济损失,而且往往会发生人员伤亡.1950-2003年全国共发生火灾4 177 730起,直接经济损失2 434.525 1亿元,因火灾死亡174 855人,受伤329 352人.  相似文献

制板因素对阻燃中密度纤维板(MDF)各项性能的影响至关重要.根据前期试验,选取阻燃剂施加量和热压温度两个主要的制板影响因素,分别探讨了该因素对FRW阻燃中密度纤维板物理力学性能和阻燃性能的影响.研究结果表明:阻燃剂施加量对FRW阻燃中密度纤维板的物理力学性能影响较小,并且所有物理力学性能指标均达到并超过了中密度纤维板国家标准GB/T11718-1999的要求;而阻燃剂施加量对FRW阻燃中密度纤维板的阻燃性能影响较大,氧指数与阻燃剂施加量之间具有显著的相关性.热压温度除对FRW阻燃中密度纤维板的几个指标略有影响外,对其他的物理力学性能指标和氧指数几乎无影响.  相似文献

选用新型木材阻燃剂SLB对马尾松和南洋楹两种木材进行了阻燃处理,并用氧指数法和木垛法对处理后木材的阻燃性能进行了测试。结果表明:用SLB阻燃剂处理木材,载药量达到40 kg/m^3以上时,阻燃性能达到相关标准的要求,阻燃效果随着载药量的增大而增强。在载药量相近时,南洋楹木材比马尾松木材的阻燃效果显著。  相似文献

Pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS) was employed to examine the chemical emissions from the glued wood samples at elevated temperatures (150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, and 500°C). Two wood species, Douglas-fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii) and southern pine (Pinus palustris), one structural adhesive, phenol–resorcinol–formaldehyde (PRF), PRF-bonded Douglas-fir, and PRF-bonded southern pine were evaluated. The volatile compounds with a mass range of 35–300 m/z emitted from the pyrolysis samples were separated by gas chromatography (GC) and identified by mass spectrometry (MS). The results indicated that compared to neat wood and resin film samples, several additional pyrolysis products were observed for the PRF-bonded wood samples including (1) acetaldehyde and butanedial for PRF-bonded Douglas-fir and (2) acetaldehyde, furfural, 2-furanmethanol, butanedial, 2,3-butanedione, cyclopropyl carbinol, 1,2-benzenediol, and 1-(acetyloxy)-2-propanone for PRF-bonded southern pine. These additional compounds were possibly associated with the interaction between wood and PRF resin. The results also indicated that bonded wood products would be less thermally stable than those of neat wood and PRF resin samples.  相似文献

本研究以ZR-M-301型木材阻燃剂为浸渍药液,樟子松和水曲柳为木材试样,选择常压浸渍、压力浸渍、微波处理后常压浸渍、超声波加压浸渍和微波处理后超声波加压浸渍五种木材阻燃处理方法,经过试验,探索在生产阻燃木材的浸渍方法中引入微波和超声波技术的可行性,找到效果好的木材阻燃处理方法.本研究的创新点是将微波处理与超声波辐射技术应用于木材阻燃处理中,利用微波加热处理改善木材构造的渗透性能,利用超声波的空化作用强化阻燃剂浸入性能,并提出了新的技术路线.  相似文献

建立气相色谱-质谱法测定阻燃人造板中的多溴联苯醚。样品经粉碎后,采用甲苯超声提取,提取液经硅胶净化后,用配有EI源的气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定。结果表明,本方法检出限为3 mg/kg,回收率为91.7%,相对标准偏差为7.79%。该方法灵敏度、准确度、精密度高,适用于阻燃人造板中多溴联苯醚的分析检测。  相似文献

Abstract

Chitosan is a biopolymer derived from chitin in crustacean shells. Over the past decade it has been studied as an environmentally benign wood-protecting agent. It is assumed to act as a fungi-stat against a wide range of fungi and even as a fungicide at higher concentrations. This study investigated the properties of wood treated with modified chitosan of different molecular weights. Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) and beech (Fagus sylvatica L.) samples were impregnated with two chitosan solutions differing in their average molecular weights. The chitosan solutions were depolymerized by nitrous acid to one solution of high molecular weight and one solution of low molecular weight with a concentration of 5% (w/v). The results show changes in sorption properties, antifungal properties, fire-retardant properties and mechanical properties of modified chitosan-treated wood. Heat-modified, chitosan-treated wood showed similar properties to chitosan-treated wood, except for brownish coloration, enhanced hydrophobation, and slightly reduced antifungal and fire-retardant properties. The modulus of rupture and hardness showed little or no change. The modulus of elasticity of the heat-modified, chitosan-treated wood increased by 27% compared with untreated wood.  相似文献

Mechanical properties and the visible and near infrared (NIR) (350–2500 nm) spectra obtained from longitudinal and transverse face of 155 small clear wood samples of Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) were measured, and 103 of them were used to establish calibration models. Calibrations were tested on an independent set (52 samples). Differences between calibrations developed by using the longitudinal and transverse face were small. The calibrations developed by using NIR spectra (350–2500 nm) collected from transverse face were slightly inferior to those developed by using NIR spectra collected from longitudinal face. When reducing the spectral range to between 780 and 1050 nm, the calibrations developed by using NIR spectra collected from longitudinal face were slightly inferior to those developed by using NIR spectra collected from transverse face, and reducing the spectral range causes no decrease in the quality of the models developed using NIR spectra collected from transverse face. Partial lease square (PLS) modeling and test showed that calibrations developed using the visible and NIR spectra from transverse and longitudinal faces and calibrations developed by using the reducing spectral range (780–1050 nm) from the transverse face were moderate, and have a RPD range from 1.51 to 1.90. In November 2003 and June 2004, the insect borers and their spatial distribution within Pinus massoniana were investigated in Zhoushan City, in East China’s Zhejiang Province, where pine wood nematode (Bursaphelenchus xylophilus) are typically found. The niche width, proportional similarity of niche and the niche overlap of dominant species of dying trees were computed. Results show that five insect species infect and damage Pinus massoniana, which had been infected by pine wood nematodes, among which four are wood boring beetles and one termite. Species within host trees vary from winter to summer and all the species have their own niche width, proportional similarity of niche and the niche overlap. The interactions between pine wood nematode and three bacterium strains isolated from the nematode, Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, which are two strong pathogenic bacterium strains, Pseudomonas fluorescens GcM5-1A and Pseudomonas putida ZpB1-2A and a weak-pathogenic bacterium strain, Pantoea sp. ZM2C, were studied. The result showed that the strong-pathogenic GcM5-1A strain and ZpB1-2A strain significantly increased fecundity, reproduction rate, and the body volume of the adult nematode. Meanwhile, pine wood nematodes significantly promoted reproduction of the two strong-pathogenic bacterium strains. However, the weak-pathogenic bacterium strain, ZM2C, completely inhibited reproduction of pine wood nematodes. Aseptic pine wood nematodes significantly inhibited reproduction of the strain ZM2C. The results indicated that mutualistic symbiosis exists between pine wood nematodes and the two pathogenic bacteria it carries. The phenomenon showed that the pathogenic bacteria carried by the nematode were not accidentally contaminated, but rather had existed as symbionts of the nematode with which it had coevoluted over a long period. This study investigated the dynamic modulus of elasticity (DMOE) of wood panels of Fraxinus mandshurica, Pinus koraiensis, and Juglans mandshurica using the natural frequency measurement system of fast Fourier transform (FFT). The results were compared with the static modulus of elasticity (E S) tested by a mechanical test machine. The results show a significant correlation between E S, transverse vibration DMOE (E F), and longitudinal vibration DMOE (E L). For all of these species, the correlation between E S, E F and E L is more significant than the individual species, which indicated that the FFT method is universal. The correlations between E S and sample’s density (ρ) are significant, but the correlation coefficient of E S and ρ is lower than those between E F, E L and E S. Norway spruce (Picea abies) was heated for 2–8 h in the temperature range 180–225 °C, under a steam atmosphere. The chemical analyses of the treated feedstock samples indicated that during heating (total mass loss 1.5–12.5% of the initial DS) carbohydrates (hemicelluloses and cellulose) were clearly more amenable to various degradation reactions than lignin. In addition, major water-soluble products released from the feedstock material during the treatments were classified into several compound groups and changes in the relative mass portion of these groups were monitored by GC during a separate experiment.
