饲粮类型和蛋白质水平对早期断奶仔猪生产性能的影响   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
选48头28±2日龄断奶仔猪(平均体重约5.5千克),随机分成8组,采用2×4设计研究2种饲粮类型与4个粗蛋白质(CP)水平(22、18、17和14%)对仔猪生产性能的影响。试验结果显示:①低蛋白质饲粮使仔猪血浆尿素氮(PUN)含量和腹泻指数显著降低(P<0.05或0.01)。②采食全植物蛋白型饲粮的仔猪,其平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)低于(P<0.01)采食复合蛋白型饲粮的仔猪。前者的料肉比(F/G)趋于高于后者,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。前者的PUN含量高于(P<0.01)后者。③对于ADG、ADFI和PUN指标,存在饲粮类型×CP水平的交互作用(P<0.05或0.01)。④全植物蛋白型饲粮和复合蛋白型饲粮取得最大日增重的CP水平(%)分别为18.9和19.9。试验结果表明,复合蛋白型饲粮的饲养效果优于全植物蛋白型饲粮。饲粮类型不同,蛋白质的适宜水平也不同。  相似文献

试验选取60头体重约8kg的三元杂交(杜×(大×长))断奶仔猪,随机分为5组,每组2个重复,分别饲喂色氨酸水平为0.130%、0.155%、0.180%、0.205%和0.230%的玉米———玉米蛋白粉型饲粮,以探讨断奶仔猪对色氨酸的需求参数。结果表明,在0.130%~0.205%的色氨酸水平内,随着饲粮中色氨酸水平的提高,仔猪的采食量、平均日增重和饲料转化率(G/F)都极显著提高(P<0.01),采食每单位色氨酸所获得的体增重显著增加(P<0.05),血清尿素氮浓度显著降低(P<0.05)。并且在饲粮色氨酸0.205%水平组,仔猪的各项指标最佳。但饲粮色氨酸0.230%水平组仔猪平均日增重又显著降低(P<0.05),采食量和饲料转化率趋于降低(P>0.05),采食每单位色氨酸所获体增重显著减少(P<0.05),血清尿素氮浓度趋于升高(P>0.05)。以上结果提示,8~20kg断奶仔猪获最佳生产性能的色氨酸需求参数为0.205%,饲粮中赖氨酸和色氨酸比例为100:18,相应的表观可消化色氨酸需求参数为0.163%。  相似文献

选57头28日龄断奶仔猪(平均体重约4.5kg),研究饲粮粗蛋白质(CP)水平对早期断奶仔猪大肠蛋白质腐败作用和腹泻的影响。结果显示:(1)饲粮CP水平分别与仔猪的CP、未消化CP日摄入量,结肠内容物中大肠杆菌、挥发性盐基氮(VBN)和氨氮(AN)含量,以及腹泻指数之间存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)的正相关。(2)结肠内容物中VBN和AN含量分别与仔猪腹泻指数呈显著(P<0.05)的正相关。(3)饲粮CP水平分别与盲肠内容物中VBN和AN含量之间的相关关系不显著(P>0.05)。(4)随着饲粮CP水平的升高,仔猪结肠组织病理变化亦增加。(5)与CP20.4%的全植物蛋白型饲粮和CP19.2%的复合蛋白型饲粮比较,低蛋白质氨基酸平衡饲粮(CP16.5%)可有效地降低仔猪结肠内容物中VBN和AN含量及腹泻指数。试验表明,饲粮CP水平对结肠蛋白质腐败作用可产生显著的影响。随着饲粮CP水平的升高,结肠内蛋白质腐败、结肠组织病理变化和仔猪腹泻指数均有增加。平衡饲粮氨基酸使CP水平降低可减少结肠内蛋白质的腐败和仔猪断奶后腹泻。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平包被蛋氨酸对肉鸡生长性能、血液生化指标和氨基酸表观回肠消化率的影响。选用 18日龄科宝 500肉鸡 3780只,按试验要求随机分为 7组,每组设 3个重复,每个重复 180只鸡。对照组(A组)饲粮添加 0.16%的消旋蛋氨酸(DL Met),试验组饲粮添加含量为 50%的包被蛋氨酸,添加量分别为饲粮的 0.32%(B组)、0.29%(C组)、0.26%(D组)、0.22%(E组)、0.19%(F组)、0.16%(G组)。饲喂至 42日龄结束。结果表明:B组和 C组末重、平均日增重和平均日采食量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),B组死亡率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其他组与对照组均差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组(除 G组外)血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),B组和 C组血浆总超氧化物歧化酶活性均显著高于 G组(P<0.05),其他生化指标各组间均差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组干物质和粗蛋白质表观回肠消化率均与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),除 G组多种氨基酸表观回肠消化率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)外,其他试验组的各种氨基酸表观回肠消化率均与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)或显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示,随着包被蛋氨酸添加量的增加,肉鸡生长性能逐渐改善,氨基酸回肠消化率逐渐提高。饲粮添加 0.19%包被蛋氨酸(替代对照组 60%的蛋氨酸)即可满足肉鸡需要,即采用包被方式后,蛋氨酸最多可节约 40%。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮粗蛋白质(CP)水平对中国荷斯坦奶牛产奶性能、氮利用及血液激素的影响。采用重复 4×4拉丁方设计,8头经产中国荷斯坦奶牛随机分为 4个处理。4个处理的饲粮 CP水平分别为 12.56%、13.96%、15.53%和 16.93%。试验分为 4个周期,每个周期18d。在 4d收集期内,全量收集粪、尿,每天测量产奶量、乳成分和干物质摄入量(DMI),并在收集期最后 1d采集血样。结果表明:4个饲粮处理的 DMI基本相同(P>0.05);饲粮 CP水平12.56%的产奶量和能量校正奶(ECM)明显低于饲粮 CP水平 13.96%至 16.93%(P<0.05),饲粮 CP水平 13.96%至 16.93%的产奶量和 ECM 基本相同,其中饲粮 CP水平 13.96%和16.93%的产奶量分别为28.18和28.72kg/d,ECM分别为32.64和32.04kg/d;乳成分中仅乳蛋白率随着饲粮 CP水平增加而提高(P<0.05);饲粮 CP水平 12.56%和 13.96%的乳氮效率明显高于饲粮 CP水平 15.53%和 16.93%(P<0.05或 P<0.01);随着饲粮 CP水平的提高,尿氮排出量不断增加,乳氮排出量也缓慢上涨,体内氮沉积显著增加(P<0.05或 P<0.01),只有饲粮 CP水平 16.93%的粪氮排出量明显增加(P<0.05);饲粮 CP水平 12.56%的血液瘦素浓度最高(P<0.05),催乳素(PRL)、生长激素(GH)、胰岛素样生长因子 1(IGF 1)、血糖、非酯化脂肪酸(NEFA)和 β-羟丁酸(BHBA)浓度较高;而饲粮 CP水平 16.93%的血浆尿素氮(PUN)浓度最高(P<0.01),胰岛素和 GH浓度较高,IGF 1浓度较低。由此可见,饲粮 CP水平13.96%适合中国荷斯坦奶牛产奶量28kg/d或 ECM32kg/d的泌乳性能、氮利用和内分泌调节。  相似文献

72只21日龄樱桃谷鸭平均分成4组,分别添加0、30、60、90mg/kg烟酸进行3周饲养试验。测定平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日增重(ADG)、料重比(F/G)、血清总胆固醇(TCH)、血清总甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。结果表明:①日粮烟酸水平不影响ADFI、ADG、F/G(P>0.05),但与ADFI、ADG、F/G存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著二次曲线关系(P<0.01)。②日粮烟酸水平可能影响TCH、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。当基础日粮烟酸和色氨酸水平分别为35mg/kg和0.16%时,建议肉鸭后期烟酸添加水平为60mg/kg。  相似文献

选择30头28±2日龄断奶仔猪(平均体重4.5kg),研究饲粮粗蛋白质(CP)水平对早期断奶仔猪组织病理变化的影响。试验结果显示:(1)饲粮CP水平分别与仔猪的CP摄入量、CP表观消化率、可消化CP摄入量、未消化CP摄入量存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)的正相关。(2)CP真消化率则不受饲粮CP水平的影响,两者的相关关系不显著(P>0.05)。(3)饲粮CP水平分别与结肠内容物中挥发性盐基氮(VBN)和氨氮(AN)含量存在显著(P<0.05)的正相关。(4)饲粮CP水平与血浆VBN含量存在显著(P<0.05)的正相关;但血浆AN含量则不受饲粮CP水平的影响,两者的相关关系不显著(P>0.05)。(5)随着饲粮CP水平升高,仔猪结肠、肝、肺和肾组织的病变指数增加。试验结果表明,随着饲粮CP水平升高,仔猪结肠内蛋白质腐败作用增强,腐败产物产量增加,吸收进入体内的腐败产物亦增加;腐败产物的增加使仔猪器官组织的损伤加重  相似文献

21日龄平均体重为5.85kg的断奶仔猪64头,按随机区组设计分4组,肉碱添加水平分别为:0mg/kg、50mg/kg、100mg/kg和150mg/kg。试验结果表明:添加肉碱不影响仔猪的平均日增重(ADG)和饲料转化效率(FCR),但添加100mg/kg肉碱可显著提高早期断阴仔猪的平均日采食量(ADFI);各组干物质、粗灰分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、钙和磷消化率不受肉碱影响,添加150mg/kg肉碱可使断奶后0d ̄14d的仔猪对粗脂肪的消化率比添加50mg/kg肉碱组显著降低14.6%(P<0.05),添加100mg/kg肉碱可使断奶后15d ̄28d的仔猪对氨基酸的消化率比对照组显著提高3.5% ̄3.8%(P<0.01)。结论:日糖添加100mg/kg肉碱可以显著促进21日龄断奶仔猪采食和极显著提高断奶后15d ̄1  相似文献

The experiment was aimed to study the effects of protein peptide with different pepsin digestibility in vitro (A80,A90) on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility of growing pigs. Experiment 1:300 growing pigs of Duroc pig×Landrace pig×Yorkshire pig were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 4 repeats pre group and 15 pigs per repeat. The pig of group Ⅰ was fed with basal diet,that of groups Ⅱ to Ⅴ were fed with basal diet with 1%,2%,3%,4% A80 supplement,respectively. The experiment period lasted for 30 d. Experiment 2:240 growing pigs of Duroc pig×Landrace pig×Yorkshire pig were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 repeats pre group and 15 pigs per repeat. The pig of group Ⅰ was fed with basal diet,that of groups Ⅱ to Ⅳ were fed with basal diet with 1%,2%,3% A90 supplement,respectively. The experiment period lasted for 30 d. The results showed that the average daily gain (ADG),average daily feed intake (ADFI) and feed/gain (F/G) had no significant difference among all groups (P>0.05) in experiment 1. But the ADG had a tendency to reduce with the increase of A80. The DM,CP apparent digestibility of group Ⅱ was significant higher than that of groups Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅴ (P<0.05),and had no significant difference with group Ⅳ(P>0.05). Digestibility of Ca and P showed a tendency to improve with the increase of A80,but there was no regularity. Experiment 2:With the increase does of A90,ADG was increased firstly and then decreased. The ADG of group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of group Ⅰ(P<0.05),and had no significant difference with other groups (P>0.05).The ADFI of group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of other groups (P<0.05).DM and CP apparent digestibility showed a tendency to decline with the increase dose of A90.In conclusion,A80 had no significant improvement on growth performance and A90 showed a quadratic improvement to pig's growth performance and the best addition percentage of protein hydrolysate in diet was 2% to 3%.  相似文献

Three experiments were conducted to evaluate spray-dried blood cells (SDBC) and crystalline isoleucine in nursery pigs. In Exp. 1, 120 pigs were used to evaluate 0, 2, 4, and 6% SDBC (as-fed basis) in a sorghum-based diet. There were six replicates of each treatment and five pigs per pen, with treatments imposed at an initial BW of 9.3 kg and continued for 16 d. Increasing SDBC from 0 to 4% had no effect on ADG, ADFI, and G:F. Pigs fed the 6% SDBC diet had decreased ADG (P < 0.01) and G:F (P = 0.06) compared with pigs fed diets containing 0, 2, or 4% SDBC. In Exp. 2, 936 pigs were used to test diets containing 2.5 or 5% SDBC (as-fed basis) vs. two control diets. There were six replicates of each treatment at industry (20 pigs per pen) and university (six pigs per pen) locations. Treatments were imposed at an initial BW of 5.9 and 8.1 kg at the industry and the university locations, respectively, and continued for 16 d. Little effect on pig performance was noted by supplementing 2.5% SDBC, with or without crystalline Ile, in nursery diets. Pigs fed the 5% SDBC diet without crystalline Ile had decreased ADG (P < 0.01), ADFI (P < or = 0.10), and G:F (P < 0.05) compared with pigs fed the control diets. Supplementation of Ile restored ADG, ADFI, and G:F to levels that were not different from that of pigs fed the control diets. In Exp. 3, 1,050 pigs were used to test diets containing 5, 7.5, or 9% SDBC (as-fed basis) vs. a control diet. There were six replicates of each treatment at the industry (20 pigs per pen) location and five replicates at the university (six pigs per pen) locations. Treatments were imposed at an initial BW of 6.3 and 7.0 kg at the industry and university locations, respectively, and continued for 16 d. Supplementation of 5% SDBC without crystalline Ile decreased ADG and G:F (P < 0.01) compared with pigs fed the control diet, but addition of Ile increased ADG (P < 0.01) to a level not different from that of pigs fed the control diet. The decreased ADG, ADFI, and G:F noted in pigs fed the 7.5% SDBC diet was improved by addition of Ile (P < 0.01), such that ADG and ADFI did not differ from those of pigs fed the control diet. Pigs fed diets containing 9.5% SDBC exhibited decreased ADG, ADFI, and G:F (P < 0.01), all of which were improved by Ile addition (P < 0.01); however, ADG (P < 0.05) and G:F (P = 0.09) remained lower than for pigs fed the control diet. These data indicate that SDBC can be supplemented at relatively high levels to nursery diets, provided that Ile requirements are met.  相似文献

Effect of supplementing wheat dried distillers’ grain with solubles (DDGS)‐containing diet with enzymes on nutrient utilization by growing pigs was evaluated in two experiments. In Experiment 1, 60 pigs weighing ~30 kg were fed five diets that included a corn‐based diet (Control), Control with 10% wheat DDGS (DDGS‐PC), DDGS‐PC without inorganic P source (DDGS‐NC), and DDGS‐NC plus phytase alone or with multi‐carbohydrase for 4 weeks to determine average daily gain (ADG), average daily feed intake (ADFI) and gain‐to‐feed ratio (G:F). In Experiment 2, 30 barrows weighing 22 kg were fed five diets fed in Experiment 1 to determine nutrient digestibility and retention. Pigs fed DDGS‐PC and Control diets had similar ADG and G:F. The ADG and G:F for DDGS‐PC diet were higher (P < 0.05) than those for DDGS‐NC diet. Phytase improved (P < 0.05) ADG, G:F, total tract P digestibility and P retention by 6.6, 8.7, 86.0 and 85.5%, respectively. Addition of multi‐carbohydrase to phytase‐supplemented diet did not affected growth performance, but reduced (P < 0.05) P retention. In conclusion, inclusion of 10% wheat DDGS in growing pig diet may not affect growth performance of growing pigs. Phytase supplementation to wheat DDGS‐containing diet can eliminate the need for inorganic P supplement in pig diets.  相似文献

The objective of the study was to determine voluntary feed intake and growth performance of Windsnyer pigs fed on increasing levels of potato hash silage meal. Thirty-six growing Windsnyer pigs (19 kg ± 5.59) (mean ± standard deviation (SD)) were individually and randomly assigned to six experimental diets containing 0, 80, 160, 240, 320 and 400 g/kg DM of potato hash silage. Diets containing the potato hash silage were formulated using diet dilution method from 0 g/kg and 400 g/kg. Six pigs were fed on each diet ad libitum for 6 weeks. Average daily feed intake (ADFI), average daily gain (ADG), gain to feed (G/F) ratio, scaled feed intake (SFI) and scaled average daily gain (SADG) were measured weekly. Increasing levels of potato hash silage caused a decrease (P < 0.05) in ADG, G/F ratio and SADG. The ADFI interacted significantly (P < 0.05) with the inclusion level of potato hash silage and week of feeding. Pigs fed on 240 g/kg potato hash silage had greater ADFI in the second, third and fourth week of feeding. There was a quadratic increase (P < 0.05) in ADFI. There was a linear decrease (P < 0.05) in ADG and G/F ratio and SADG as the potato hash silage level increased. Using piecewise regression, potato hash silage can be included up to 240 g/kg DM in Windsnyer pigs without undermining growth performance.  相似文献

Crossbred pigs (n = 144, average age and weight = 28 +/- 3 d, 7.5 kg) were used in two 6-wk trials to assess the effects of dietary pH and P source on growth performance, gastrointestinal digesta pH and chloride ion concentration (Cl-), and bone characteristics. Treatments were randomly allotted within blocks (based on weight within gender) to a 3 x 2 factorial arrangement with three dietary pH levels (5.4, 6.0, and 6.7) and two P sources: dicalcium phosphate (DCP) and defluorinated phosphate (DFP). Pigs fed the pH 6.7 diet had reduced ADG (P less than .01) and average daily feed intakes (ADFI; P less than .001) during wk 1 to 3 and overall compared with pigs fed the pH 6.0 diet, but ADG and ADFI were not affected when the pH 5.4 diet was fed. There was a dietary pH x P source interaction (P less than .05) for ADFI. Pigs had decreased ADFI as dietary pH was increased from 6.0 to 6.7 for both DCP and DFP, but ADFI was similar for the pH 6.0 and 5.4 diets with DFP, whereas ADFI was greater for the pH 5.4 diet with DCP. The purpose of this investigation was to compare the growth performance of grower pigs fed low-CP, corn-soybean meal (C-SBM) AA-supplemented diets with that of pigs fed a positive control (PC) C-SBM diet with no supplemental Lys. Five experiments were conducted with Yorkshire crossbred pigs, blocked by BW (average initial and final BW were 21 and 41 kg, respectively) and assigned within block to treatment. Each treatment was replicated 4 to 6 times with 4 or 5 pigs per replicate pen. Each experiment lasted 28 d and plasma urea N was determined at the start and end of each experiment. All diets were formulated to contain 0.83% standardized ileal digestible Lys. All the experiments contained PC and negative control (NC) diets. The PC diet contained 18% CP and was supplemented with only DL-Met. The NC diet contained 13% CP and was supplemented with L-Lys, DL-Met, L-Thr, and L-Trp. The NC + Ile + Val diet was supplemented with 0.10% Val + 0.06% Ile. The NC + Ile + Val diet was supplemented with either His (Exp. 1), Cys (Exp. 2), Gly (Exp. 2, 3, and 4), Glu (Exp. 3), Arg (Exp. 4), or combinations of Gly + Arg (Exp. 4 and 5) or Gly + Glu (Exp. 5). Treatment differences were considered significant at P < 0.10. In 3 of the 4 experiments that had PC and NC diets, pigs fed the NC diet had decreased ADG and G:F compared with pigs fed the PC diet. The supplementation of Ile + Val to the NC diet restored ADG in 4 out of 5 experiments. However, G:F was less than in pigs fed the PC diet in 1 experiment and was intermediate between the NC and PC diets in 3 experiments. Pigs fed supplemental Ile + Val + His had decreased G:F compared with pigs fed the PC. Pigs fed supplemental Cys to achieve 50:50 Met:Cys had decreased G:F compared with pigs fed the PC. Pigs fed Ile + Val + 0.224% supplemental Gly had similar ADG, greater ADFI, and decreased G:F compared with pigs fed the PC. Pigs fed Ile + Val + 0.52% supplemental Gly had ADG and G:F similar to that of pigs fed the PC. Pigs fed supplemental Glu had decreased G:F compared with pigs fed the PC. Pigs fed Ile + Val + 0.48% supplemental Arg had decreased G:F compared with pigs fed the PC. Pigs fed the diet supplemented with Gly + Arg had ADG and G:F similar to pigs fed the PC. Pigs fed the low-CP diets had reduced plasma urea N compared with pigs fed PC. The results of these experiments indicate that supplementing Gly or Gly + Arg to a low-CP C-SBM diet with 0.34% Lys, Met, Thr, Trp, Ile, and Val restores growth performance to be similar to that of pigs fed a PC diet with no Lys supplementation.  相似文献

试验研究三种不同的小肽添加剂制品对生长猪生长性能的影响。试验选用72头初始体重在(34.64±8.32)kg的杜×长×大三元阉公猪,随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复3头猪试验各组分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组),基础日粮加100mg/kg小肽A(小肽A组),基础日粮加100mg/kg小肽B(小肽B组),基础日粮加50mg/kg小肽C(小肽C组),试验期28d。测定其对生长猪的生长性能的影响,结果表明,与对照组相比,小肽A组、小肽B组和小肽C组的生长猪的平均采食量分别提高了9.8%、7.0%和12.5%(P0.05),平均日增重分别提高了15.8%、12.8%和21.7%(P0.05),料肉比分别降低了5.1%、6.3%和8.5%(P0.05)。  相似文献

试验选取健康、体重一致、12周龄的红腹锦鸡15只,随机分为5个处理,每个处理设3个重复,每个重复1只,试验期为12周,分别饲喂蛋白质水平不周的5种试验日粮(A组16.78%,B组17.76%,C组18.75%,D组19.75%,E组20.67%)。在试验期间,采用全收粪法收集所有样品,并测定样品。研究日粮蛋白质水平对育成期红腹锦鸡生长性能、营养物质消化率的影响。结果表明:日粮代谢能在同一水平上(12.14MJ/kg),蛋白质水平为18.75%时,平均日增重为3.13g,平均日采食量为21.51g,料重比为6.87。日增重和料重比均与其他各组差异显著(P〈0.05)。平均目采食量在各组之间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。蛋白质水平为18.75%时的蛋白质消化率明显高于其他各组(P〈0.05)。目粮代谢能为12.14MJ/kg,蛋白质水平为18.75%时,为红腹锦鸡育成期适宜粗蛋白质需要量。  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of providing a water-soluble globulin in the drinking water on growth performance of weanling pigs. In Exp. 1, 360 weanling pigs (5.0 +/- 1.2 kg; 17 +/- 3 d of age; PIC) were blocked by initial weight and allotted to one of six treatments in a 2 x 3 factorial arrangement. Treatments included three diet complexity regimens with or without water-soluble globulin (3 and 1.5% solutions; d 0 to 7 and d 0 to 14, respectively) provided in the drinking water. The 35-d study was divided into three phases (d 0 to 7, 7 to 14, and 14 to 35) with corresponding lysine levels of 1.6, 1.5, and 1.35%. Soybean meal replaced specialty protein and lactose sources to provide three different complexity regimens. From d 0 to 7, a water-soluble globulin x diet complexity interaction (P < 0.05) was observed for average daily gain (ADG) and gain:feed (G/F). Increasing diet complexity increased ADG and G/F for pigs provided water, whereas the medium diet complexity regimen optimized performance for pigs offered water-soluble globulin. From d 0 to 14, pigs fed the two more complex regimens had greater ADG and G/F (P < 0.01) than the pigs fed the least complex regimen. Pigs offered water-soluble globulin had decreased (P < 0.01) ADFI, but increased (P < 0.001) G/F from d 0 to 14. For overall performance (d 0 to 35), increasing diet complexity increased (P < 0.03) ADG and ADFI, whereas water-soluble globulin offered from d 0 to 14 had no effect. In Exp. 2, 360 weanling pigs (5.2 +/- 1.6 kg; 19 +/- 4 d of age) were used in a 21-d growth assay. The trial was arranged as a 2 x 3 factorial with pigs fed the low- or medium-complexity diets (Exp. 1) with water or a 3% solution of water-soluble globulin offered for 4 or 8 d after weaning. From d 0 to 4, pigs offered water-soluble globulin had increased (P < 0.001) ADG and G/F compared with pigs provided water, whereas from d 4 to 8, pigs provided water had increased (P < 0.05) ADG and G/F compared with pigs offered water-soluble globulin. Pigs fed the medium-complexity diet had increased ADG and G/F (d 4 to 8 and d 8 to 12) compared with pigs fed the low-complexity diet. From d 0 to 8 and d 0 to 21, pigs provided water-soluble globulin for 4 or 8 d after weaning had improved G/F compared with pigs provided water. Results demonstrate that providing water-soluble globulin through the water source of weanling pigs improves ADG and G/F immediately after weaning.  相似文献
