采集具有典型高致病性猪蓝耳病病变特征的心、肝、脾、肺、肾、小肠和淋巴结等制作成石蜡切片,经H.E染色后观察,显示肾小管上皮细胞变性、坏死、脱落减少、肾脏局部出血、肾小球见有萎缩;肺的病例变化差异较大,可见到肺气肿、出血、肺泡壁增厚、单核淋巴细胞等炎性细胞渗出和肺泡内充满纤维素样蛋白渗出物等;肝脏见液化性坏死灶、肝小叶间结缔组织增生;脾脏的动脉鞘部位淋巴细胞减少,噬酸性粒细胞浸润,脾小体周围出血;淋巴结中见有合胞体等。  相似文献

为了研究天鹅源丙型副伤寒沙门菌感染致实验小鼠的组织病理学变化和其菌体抗原的组织分布,奠定菌株致病机制的研究基础,采用天鹅源丙型副伤寒沙门菌株口腔灌服感染实验小鼠,在感染后不同时点采集小鼠11个组织脏器制备石蜡切片,进行HE染色和免疫酶组织化学染色,对感染小鼠的组织病变及菌体抗原的分布进行观察。感染小鼠的心、肝、脾、肺、肾、肠道、脑等组织在感染3~6h后开始出现炎性反应,直至感染后14d;感染鼠回肠组织有显著的坏死、脱落及炎性损伤,右心室呈现脱落的血栓栓子,肺泡壁增厚、血管充血、水肿、炎性细胞浸润和支气管肺炎,多脏器变性、坏死、炎性细胞浸润,多脏器组织可见"伤寒小结"。感染3h,除脑外,其他被检脏器皆检出细菌抗原,除感染途径肠道细菌抗原含量极高,脾、心、肺、肝的阳性信号也很强,且主要存在组织的细胞质中。研究结果提示天鹅源丙型副伤寒沙门菌能感染实验小鼠,侵嗜小鼠多个脏器,长时间不同程度地引起多脏器变性、坏死及炎性反应。  相似文献

给23只体重2~2.5公斤、弓形虫病间接血凝反应阴性的日本大耳白兔,腹腔接种弓形虫滋养体100万个,然后,在濒死期(3~46天)捕杀,取其心、肝、脾、肺和肾五种脏器组织作冷冻切片,进行免疫酶组织化学染色,以检测感染兔主要脏器组织中病原的分布。感染兔组织切片中弓形山经酶标记染色后,在光学显微镜下观察,其形态呈圆形、卵圆形、球杆状、棒状,纺锤状和桔瓣状;虫体的核不显色,体壁被一层呈细小颗粒状深褐色物质包裹,虫体轮廓十分清晰;其他组组细胞均染成淡黄色或淡黄褐色。在11份等检材料中,阳性结果为99.98%。感染后不同时期病原在兔脏器中的分化,以第6~22天检出数量较多,被检五种脏器中病原数量的分布以肝脏最多,心脏、脾脏、肺脏次之,肾脏最少。另外、在本实验中.试用振荡冲洗代替滴片浸泡法,冲洗后.染色背景很好。  相似文献

为探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在小鼠亚硝酸盐中毒组织损伤中的作用,将20只小鼠随机分为对照组和亚硝酸盐中毒组,分别注射0.3mL的生理盐水和50g/L亚硝酸钠。中毒组小鼠死亡后,处死对照组小鼠,采取心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑等组织,制作石蜡切片,进行HE染色和VEGF免疫组化染色,镜下观察组织病变以及VEGF蛋白的分布特点。结果显示,亚硝酸盐中毒可引起小鼠机体产生明显的缺氧症状,心、肝、脾、肺、肾等组织都有不同程度的病理损伤,主要表现为水肿和出血;各组织均观察到VEGF阳性信号,在出血病变区域阳性信号最为明显。说明亚硝酸盐中毒可造成机体各器官不同程度的病理损伤,并引起小鼠体内VEGF表达量的增加,VEGF对器官的病理变化有明显的促进作用。  相似文献

经剖检观察到病鸡脏器上的肿瘤结节,病理组织学检查到心、肝、脾、肺、肾、肠等组织中有大量网状细胞增生。免疫组织化学检测到病变组织中有REV抗原。因此,将组织学病理变化和检测禽网状内皮组织增殖病病毒相结合可以作为实验室快速、准确诊断禽网状内皮组织增殖病的方法。  相似文献

用猪丹毒杆菌人工感染2月龄肉鸽,对其进行临床症状,病理剖检及病理组织学观察。试验结果表明,人工感染猪丹毒杆菌肉鸽在接种细菌后12h出现症状,18~45h全部死亡。剖检可见肠道卡他性炎,脾呈典型的败血性变化,心、肝、肾、肺等不同程度的淤血和出血。病理组织学检查表明,在感染肉鸽的心、肝、肾、肺等组织出现炎症及坏死性脾炎等病变。  相似文献

为了解牦牛源鲍氏志贺菌对实验动物除肠道外的心、肝等的快速致病性损伤,本研究以牦牛源鲍氏志贺菌感染SPF小鼠,剂量为0.5mL·只-1(2×109 CFU·mL-1),感染后6、18、30、42、54、66h剖杀、取样并对剖解进行详细观察,在每个安排的时间点平行采集3只小鼠的脑、心、肝、脾、肺、肾、小肠、大肠和胰腺等组织,制备组织切片,通过HE染色和免疫组化染色,对感染小鼠的组织病理学变化和细菌定位进行观察,收集小鼠血液进行乳酸脱氢酶、尿素、肌酐、α-淀粉酶、甘油三酯、总蛋白、白蛋白、磷酸激酶、CO2结合力、P、血糖、白细胞数等血液生化指标检测。试验结果表明,小鼠除小肠上皮细胞损伤外,心外膜下出现凝固性坏死病灶,肝组织有炎性细胞浸润及肉芽肿形成,肺泡壁炎性细胞浸润,胰腺上皮细胞肿胀,细胞质溶解,细胞核固缩或碎裂等;心肌细胞、肝细胞、肺泡壁、肾小管细胞、胰岛细胞、肠上皮细胞细胞质内均有待检菌体抗原阳性反应;生化指标除甘油三酯外均有一定变化。试验证实病变的严重程度与菌体抗原检出量成正相关,分离株能在实验动物体内进行大面积侵嗜,心、肝、肺、胰腺、肾也是牦牛源鲍氏志贺菌分离株的主要靶器官。生化指标和病理损伤的特征性变化对该病诊断与研究拓展具有重要价值。  相似文献

应用经SPF鸡胚增殖的虎源高致病性禽流感病毒A/Tiger/Harbin/01/2003(H5N1)株(其对MDCK细胞的TCID50为10^-7.36/0.05mL),经滴鼻途径人工感染小鼠,无菌采取感染致死的小鼠和对照组小鼠的肺、脑等脏器进行了组织病理学、免疫组化以及透射电镜观察。结果显示:感染致死小鼠以肺脏损害最为明显。光镜观察,肺泡腔不同程度缩小,胞腔内有少量蛋白样浆液渗出,肺泡间隔不同程度增宽,肺内小血管及肺泡间隔的毛细血管扩张、淤血,支气管充血。免疫组化染色发现,在支气管上皮细胞、一些肺泡上皮细胞和浸润的单核细胞胞浆内见到该病毒抗原的阳性染色颗粒。电镜观察,小鼠肺泡扁平上皮细胞表面和肺泡腔中见到短杆型和圆型的流感病毒样粒子。  相似文献

为提高良种禽蛋大西藏高原的孵化率,弄清良种禽蛋在西藏高原的孵化晚期胚胎死亡的原因、机理,本文对孵化晚期(15~19)天胚胎死亡的鸡胚,进行了详细的剖检变化及组织病理学观察观察。结果发现,其胚胎病变主要特征主要为:心、肝、肺及毛细血管严重淤血心肌细胞、肝灸性,肺泡扩张及坏死。研究结果表明,鸡胚晚期致死主要是由于胚胎期摄入氧不足,为窒息而死。  相似文献

为探究猪弓形虫感染对猪器官组织学结构的影响,对信阳某猪场自然发病猪进行病理学诊断。处死病猪后采取肝脏组织用福尔马林固定,姬姆萨染色法进行染色。采集肺、肝、肾、淋巴结和心等组织,石蜡包埋,HE染色,光学显微镜下观察。在用姬姆萨染色的肝脏切片上能够观察到弓形虫的速殖子,分别在肺、肝、肾、脾脏、淋巴结和心脏等组织器官切片中发现弓形虫滋养体或假囊,表明该场疾病是由猪弓形虫引起的,各组织器官出现出血、炎性细胞浸润、嗜酸性粒细胞和中性粒细胞增多等病理变化。  相似文献

Renal vascular lesions associated with experimentally induced septicemic porcine salmonellosis consisted of fibrinoid necrosis of the vessel walls and fibrin thrombi within the lumina of interlobular arteries, afferent arterioles and glomerular capillary loops. Extrarenal vascular alterations were predominantly localized to the skin and the lungs. In these sites, too, mere fibrin thrombi were found in the capillaries, whereas mixed thrombi, consisting of fibrin, platelets, leucocytes and erythrocytes were present in larger vessels. The conclusion is drawn that the renal vascular injury is completely compatible to the generalized Shwartzman reaction, while the extrarenal vascular changes may only in part depend on this mechanism.  相似文献

An 11-month-old female ostrich (Struthio camelus) had become gradually emaciated over a 2-week period and subsequently died. Necropsy revealed white to green mold growth on the walls of caseous thickened air sac membranes and multiple white necrotic foci in the lungs and liver. Histologically, the multiple exudative, necrotic and granulomatous lesions were compatible with mycotic infection in the air sacs and lungs, and hyphae positively reacted with a monoclonal antibody (Mab-WF-AF-1) to Aspergillus fumigatus wall fractions. Multifocal hepatic necrosis was also found, and several spores were observed in the blood vessels. Fungal culture of these lesions yielded pure growth of A. fumigatus. This is an established case of fatal A. fumigatus infection in an ostrich reared in Japan.  相似文献

In an attempt to determine whether Trypanosoma congolense occurs both within and outside the blood vessels in an infected animal host, multimammate rats (Mastomys coucha) were infected with T. congolense and samples from spleen, lymph nodes, bone marrow, liver, kidney, lungs, brain, heart, intestines, ovaries and testes were collected. The tissue samples were fixed and processed for light and electron microscopical examination. In all the tissues examined, trypanosomes were found only within the lumen of large and small blood vessels, capillaries and sinuses. It is concluded that following entry into the blood circulation after intra-peritoneal infection of M. coucha, T. congolense remains restricted to the bloodstream.  相似文献

Tuberculosis of the cerebrum was diagnosed in a 21-month-old chicken. Tuberculous lesions were also found in the liver, spleen, lungs, intestinal walls, skeletal muscles, bone marrow, heart wall and ovaries. Mycobacterium avium was isolated from the brain, liver and the lungs.  相似文献

Gross changes in the lungs of Ascaris suum- infected calves consisted of atelectasis and hemorrhagic foci, edema and emphysema, frequently with bullae. Prominent microscopic lung lesions were edema and emphysema of the interlobular septa with large numbers of eosinophils within and around lymphatics, peribronchiolar lymphoid nodules and parasitic granulomas. Many of the microscopic features were consistent with those found in atypical interstitial pneumonia. Changes in the alveoli were atelectasis, the exudation of plasma proteins, mononuclear cells and eosinophils, and alveolar wall thickening. Lesions found later included fibrosis and fetalization of the alveolar walls. Plasma cells and neutrophils were not common. Challenge with Toxocara canis after sensitization with A. suum resulted in the lungs developing a few areas of atelectasis. Migration of T. canis to lungs of calves is slower than A. suum. A. suum larvae were always found in bronchi, bronchioles and alveoli of calves that died. Lesions were observed in the liver but not the kidney of A. suum infected calves; both lung and liver lesions tended to resolve with time.  相似文献

对藏獒和松狮犬的犬瘟热自然感染病例进行了临床观察、尸体剖检以及病理组织学检查.结果显示,病毒主要侵害犬的呼吸、消化、神经、心血管和免疫系统.肺脏呈严重的间质性肺炎和支气管肺炎的变化,肺泡壁结构消失,肺泡腔内有大量巨噬细胞;胃、肠黏膜充血、水肿,上皮细胞坏死、脱落;脑膜和实质充血、水肿,可见微血栓形成;心脏明显扩张,右心肥大,心室腔内有鸡脂样凝血块;免疫器官受损严重,脾脏和淋巴结均呈明显退行性病变.在胃腺上皮细胞、肝细胞、肺泡上皮细胞和细支气管上皮细胞内发现嗜酸性的核内或胞浆包涵体.  相似文献

给家兔分别肌肉注射不同剂量的亚硒酸钠,历时入周,复制出亚急性硒中毒的动物模型。病理形态学变化为:家兔的生长受到明显抑制,肝,肾,心,脾等组织器官损害严重如肝实质细胞变性,坏死;肾实质退行病变;心肌纤维变性,充血,肺淤血,水肿:脾萎缩,淋巴细胞坏死,肝,肾,心细胞内线粒高度肿胀,嵴减少,断裂或消失成空泡。  相似文献

Pathogenesis of acute toxoplasmosis in specific-pathogen-free cats   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Systemic toxoplasmosis was produced in specific-pathogen-free cats by intravenous inoculation with Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoites. Infectious organisms were recovered from all tissues studied, but the number of organisms recovered from liver, lungs and spleen was 10-fold to 10,000-fold higher than from heart and brain. The occurrence and severity of Toxoplasma-induced lesions correlated with the number of infectious organisms recovered from the various tissues. In nonlymphoid tissues, the Toxoplasma-associated lesions consisted of multifocal necrosis, usually with demonstrable organisms. Lesions in the spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes consisted of reticuloendothelial and lymphoid hyperplasia, with few demonstrable organisms. Pneumonitis was severe and sometimes fatal in the early stages of systemic toxoplasmosis. Light- and electron-microscopic studies showed that the earliest lung lesions were randomly distributed infiltrates of neutrophils, eosinophils, and mononuclear cells into alveolar walls. Later lesions were diffuse alveolar necrosis, pneumocytic hyperplasia, and extensive fibrinocellular exudates in alveoli. Tachyzoites were present in cytoplasmic vacuoles of fibroblasts, macrophages, type I and II pneumocytes, bronchiolar epithelial cells, bronchiolar smooth muscle cells, endothelial cells, neutrophils, and eosinophils, and circulating monocytes. Replication of organisms was found in all parasitized cell types except neutrophils and eosinophils.  相似文献

应用他萄球菌A蛋白辣根过氧化物酶(HRP—SPA)间接免疫酶染色,观察了弓形虫在机体各主要器官和病变中的分布,探讨了虫体与病变的关系。虫体在脾脏、肝脏中分布最多,肺脏次之,肠、心、脑更次之,肾脏最少。虫体在器官中的分布呈两种状态,即局灶性分布和散在性分布,凡呈局灶性分布的部位,经HR染色观察,都是大小不一的凝固性坏死灶,从病灶中央到病灶边缘均有虫体分布。病灶范围的大小和严重程度,取决于病灶内虫体的数量和分布的面积。HRP—SPA间接免疫酶染色检测石蜡组织切片中的弓形虫,可以考虑用作弓形虫病与其它疾病的鉴别诊断。  相似文献
