本试验选用1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡448只,随机分为8组,每组4个重复,每个重复14只鸡,采用4×2(Cu×VA)完全随机设计,研究了日粮添加不同水平的铜(0、8、150、225 mg/kg)和维生素A(1 500、5 000 IU/kg)对肉仔鸡不同生长阶段(前期0~4周龄和后期5~7周龄)的生长性能及血液生理指标的影响.结果表明:高铜(150、225 mg/kg)显著降低前期体增重和采食量、血红蛋白生成和血沉(P<0.05);高铜有利于白细胞生成 (P<0.05);0 mg/kg铜组显著提高血红蛋白含量、后期红细胞压积和前期血沉(P<0.05);铜的不同添加水平对全期红细胞数目影响不显著(P>0.05).5 000 IU/kg维生素A组获得较好的生长性能、血红蛋白含量、红细胞数目,并显著提高前期红细胞压积和白细胞数目,但显著降低后期红细胞压积(P<0.05).铜和维生素A互作效应对前期体增重及全期料重比影响均显著(P<0.05),对前后期血红蛋白含量、血沉、白细胞计数及后期红细胞压积影响均极显著(P<0.01),且二者间存在互补作用,Cu(8 mg/kg)×VA(5 000 IU/kg)组与Cu(0 mg/kg)×VA(5 000 IU/kg)组对前期肉仔鸡生长性能、红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、红细胞压积、血沉均较好.铜和维生素A互作效应对全期红细胞数目影响不显著(P>0.05).结果提示,在基础日粮铜水平为16~23 mg/kg时,铜的适宜添加量前期为8 mg/kg,后期为0~8 mg/kg;全期维生素A的添加量为5 000 IU/kg.  相似文献

试验旨在研究抗菌肽和地衣芽孢杆菌对肉仔鸡生长性能、肠道微生物和免疫器官指数的影响。选用1日龄AA肉仔鸡360只,随机分为5组(每组6个重复,每个重复12只)。对照组喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加35 mg/kg抗生素、200 mg/kg抗菌肽、100 mg/kg地衣芽孢杆菌、200 mg/kg抗菌肽+100 mg/kg地衣芽孢杆菌,试验期42 d。结果表明:1地衣芽孢杆菌和抗菌肽能显著降低料重比,提高平均日增重和42日龄体重(P0.05);2抗菌肽和地衣芽孢杆菌能显著降低肉仔鸡肠道中大肠杆菌和沙门菌数量,提高乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数量(P0.05),两者体现出显著的互作效应(P0.05);3抗菌肽和地衣芽孢杆菌联合添加能显著提高肉仔鸡免疫器官指数(P0.05)。由此可见,地衣芽孢杆菌和抗菌肽可以替代抗生素,显著提高肉仔鸡的生长性能和机体免疫功能,改善肉仔鸡肠道环境,体现出一定的互作效应。  相似文献

试验研究日粮中禽脂水平(30和24 g/kg)以及是否添加外源乳化剂溶血卵磷脂(LPC)对肉仔鸡生长性能、脂肪酸表观消化率以及日粮表观代谢能(AME)的影响.本试验选用168只1日龄AA肉仔鸡(公雏),按照2×2因子设计,分4个处理,每个处理7个重复,每个重复6只鸡.试验中测定生长性能、营养物质表观消化率以及日粮AME.结果表明,禽脂添加水平对肉仔鸡生长性能、脂肪酸表观消化率以及日粮AME没有显著影响(P>0.05).日粮中添加LPC提高肉仔鸡体增重(P<0.05)、降低料重比(P<0.05)、提高14~17日龄日粮AME(P<0.05).添加LPC有提高14~17日龄肉仔鸡粗脂肪表观消化率的趋势(P=0.086).日粮中添加外源乳化剂LPC提高了C18:0脂肪酸的表观消化率(P<0.05),对其他脂肪酸、粗蛋白质以及粗脂肪表观消化率没有显著影响(P>0.05).这些结果表明,在含禽脂的日粮中添加500 mg/kg LPC能改善肉仔鸡生长性能;LPC改善肉仔鸡生长性能的作用是通过提高脂肪表观消化率实现的.  相似文献

本试验旨在探讨黄芩多糖对肉仔鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响.选择240只1日龄的爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡,随机分为4个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复20只鸡,分别在基础饲粮中添加0、100、200和400mg/kg黄芩多糖提取物.试验期为49 d.测定各组生长性能、免疫器官指标和免疫球蛋白指标.结果表明:200mg/kg添加组可显著提高肉仔鸡49日龄平均体重、平均日增重并降低料重比(P<0.05),对胸腺指数和法氏囊指数的影响显著(P<0.05);21日龄时,100mg/kg添加组对法氏囊指数影响显著(P<0.05),对肉仔鸡全期的血清免疫球蛋白水平的影响不显著(P>0.05).由此可知,饲粮中添加适量的黄芩多糖在一定程度上可以提高肉仔鸡的生长性能,促进免疫器官的发育和提高免疫功能,其中200 mg/kg添加量较好.  相似文献

选择324只AA肉仔鸡随机分成6组,基础日粮中分别添加0、40、60、80、100、120mg/kg的半胱胺饲喂7周,结果表明:①日粮中添加60mg/kg半胱胺显著提高了3周末肉仔鸡的增重8.41%(P<0.05)和胸肌率13.6%(P<0.05)。②日粮中添加100mg/kg半胱胺显著提高了4~7周龄肉仔鸡的增重5.62%(P<0.05),降低料肉比12.97%(P<0.05),提高其屠宰率和胸肌率分别为4.1%(P<0.05)和12.4%(P<0.01),显著降低了肉仔鸡的腹脂率31.6%(P<0.05)。③日粮中添加60mg/kg半胱胺是改善1~3周龄肉仔鸡生产性能和胴体品质的最适剂量,100mg/kg半胱胺是改善生长全期肉仔鸡生产性能和胴体品质的最适添加剂量。  相似文献

试验旨在研究蔗糖脂肪酸酯对肉仔鸡生长性能及脂肪消化率的影响。选取360只1日龄的AA肉仔鸡,随机分为3组,每组设6个重复,每重复20只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组在基础饲粮中添加200 g/t蔗糖脂肪酸酯,试验2组添加300 g/t蔗糖脂肪酸酯。试验期42 d。结果表明,试验1组和试验2组与对照组相比,均能提高肉仔鸡各个阶段的平均日增质量,但差异不显著(P0.05);试验1组与对照组相比,能降低肉仔鸡前期和后期的料重比,能提高肉仔鸡前期和后期脂肪的消化率,差异均不显著(P0.05),但能显著降低肉仔鸡全期的料重比3.87%(P0.05);试验2组与对照组相比,分别显著降低肉仔鸡前期、后期和全期的料肉比3.08%、7.32%和6.63%(P0.05),分别显著提高肉仔鸡前期和后期的脂肪消化率7.25%和6.61%(P0.05);试验2组与试验1组比较,平均日增质量和脂肪消化率方面在各个阶段的差异均不显著(P0.05),料肉比在肉仔鸡前期和后期的差异不显著(P0.05),但在全期的料肉比上差异显著(P0.05);3组间各个阶段的平均日采食量差异不显著(P0.05)。试验结果表明,在肉鸡猪油日粮中添加蔗糖脂肪酸酯对肉仔鸡的平均日增质量、饲料效率和脂肪的消化率均有提高,添加300 g/t时在改善饲料效率和脂肪消化率方面效果更显著。至添加量,还有待进一步的试验研究。  相似文献

试验旨在研究日粮中添加苜草素(苜蓿提取物)对肉仔鸡免疫性能和生长性能的影响。试验选取1日龄商品代AA雄性肉仔鸡390只,按体重随机分为5个处理组,每组设6个重复,每重复13只,第1组设为对照,采用玉米-豆粕型日粮,其它处理组饲料中分别添加500、1000、1500mg/kg苜草素和150mg/kg的金霉素。试验肉仔鸡自由采食、饮水,7日龄首免鸡新城疫Ⅳ系疫苗,21日龄二次免疫。结果表明:苜草素组的免疫器官指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),150mg/kg的金霉素显著抑制免疫器官发育(P<0.05);苜草素组的新城疫血凝抑制抗体效价显著高于对照组(P<0.05),150mg/kg的金霉素显著抑制体液免疫反应(P<0.05);21和42d苜草素组的T、B淋巴细胞的转化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),150mg/kg的金霉素显著抑制其转化(P<0.05);添加1000mg/kg的苜草素显著提高了肉仔鸡前期、后期和全期的日采食量、日增重和均重(P<0.05),降低了料肉比,但未表现出显著性差异(P>0.05),添加150mg/kg的金霉素也显著提高了肉仔鸡前期、后期和全期的生产性能(P<0.05);日粮中添加不同剂量的苜草素可以增强肉仔鸡的体液免疫和细胞免疫能力,提高肉仔鸡的生产性能,同时,添加150mg/kg的金霉素抑制肉仔鸡的免疫机能并促进其生长。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮添加胍基乙酸(GAA)对爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡生长性能、血液学指标、脏器指数、组织同型半胱氨酸含量以及组织形态的影响,以系统评价AA肉仔鸡对GAA的耐受性。试验选用540只1日龄AA肉仔鸡公雏,随机分为5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复18只鸡。5组试鸡分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0、800、1 600、4 000和8 000 mg/kg GAA的饲粮。试验期42 d,分为前期(1~21日龄)和后期(22~42日龄)2个阶段。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮添加800~4 000 mg/kg GAA显著提高了肉仔鸡前期、后期和全期平均日增重(P0.05),显著降低其后期和全期料重比(P0.05),但对各期平均日采食量均无显著影响(P0.05)。饲粮添加8 000 mg/kg GAA组的平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比与对照组相比差异不显著(P0.05)。饲粮添加800~8 000 mg/kg GAA对21、42日龄肉仔鸡血常规指标、血清生化指标、脏器指数和组织同型半胱氨酸含量均无显著影响(P0.05)。饲粮添加4 000、8 000 mg/kg GAA对肉仔鸡肝脏和肾脏组织形态无不良影响。由此可见,肉仔鸡饲粮中添加GAA对其生长性能、血液学指标、脏器指数、组织同型半胱氨酸含量和组织形态无不良影响,肉仔鸡可耐受8 000 mg/kg GAA。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮添加维生素E和酵母硒对黄羽肉种鸡产蛋性能、孵化性能及蛋中维生素E和硒(Se)沉积量的影响。试验采用3×3双因子设计,设3个维生素E添加水平(0、20、40 IU/kg)和3个Se添加水平(0、0.15、0.30 mg/kg)。选用32周龄快大型岭南黄羽肉鸡父母代种母鸡864只,根据产蛋率和体重一致性原则随机分成9个组,分别为VE_0Se_0组、VE_0Se_(0.15)组、VE_0Se_(0.30)组、VE_(20)Se_0组、VE_(20)Se_(0.15)组、VE_(20)Se_(0.30)组、VE_(40)Se_0组、VE_(40)Se_0.15组和VE_(40)Se_0.30组,每组6个重复,每个重复16只鸡。试验期8周。结果表明:1)饲粮中维生素E和Se添加水平对黄羽肉种鸡的体增重、平均日产蛋量、料蛋比、平均蛋重、产蛋率、破蛋率和不合格蛋率均无显著影响(P0.05)。2)饲粮中维生素E和Se添加水平对黄羽肉种鸡的蛋长径、蛋短径、蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位、蛋黄重、蛋壳重和蛋壳厚度均无显著影响(P0.05)。3)饲粮中维生素E和Se添加水平对黄羽肉种鸡的健雏出壳重、孵化率、弱雏率和受精率均无显著影响(P0.05)。4)饲粮中维生素E添加水平对黄羽肉种鸡血浆MDA含量有显著影响(P0.05),随饲粮中维生素E添加水平的升高血浆MDA含量呈降低趋势,其中维生素E添加水平为40 IU/kg时血浆MDA含量显著低于0 IU/kg时(P0.05);饲粮中维生素E和Se添加水平对血浆MDA含量有显著交互作用(P0.05),其中VE_(40)Se_0组的血浆MDA含量显著低于VE_0Se_(0.15)和VE_0Se_(0.30)组(P0.05)。5)随饲粮中维生素E和Se添加水平的升高,黄羽肉种鸡蛋中维生素E和Se含量显著增加(P0.05);饲粮中维生素E和Se添加水平对蛋中维生素E和Se含量有显著交互作用(P0.05)。结果提示,维生素E可以提高黄羽肉种鸡的抗氧化水平,饲粮中维生素E和Se添加水平可以显著影响蛋中维生素E和Se的含量;建议在无任何应激因素刺激和不使用Se缺乏地区饲料原料的情况下,黄羽肉种鸡玉米-豆粕型饲粮可以不用额外添加维生素E和Se。  相似文献

在生长猪日粮(含添加剂VE 7 IU/kg)中添加VE 50IU/kg和VC 100 mg/kg,对杜洛克生长母猪的生产性能无明显影响,肥育猪日粮(含添加剂VE 4.9 IU/kg)中添加VE 25 IU/kg和VC 50 mg/kg,可提高日增重8.6%,单位增重的饲料消耗下降11. 7%。表明杜洛克母猪肥育日粮的VE和VC水平可能应高于生长阶段。  相似文献

为了探讨不同剂量维生素C(vitamin C,VC)对蛋鸡免疫机能的影响,将240只体重相近的45日龄罗曼褐壳蛋鸡随机分为A、B、C、D、E 5组,每组4个重复,每个重复12只。A组不进行免疫,日粮中也不添加VC,为对照组,B、C、D、E 4组颈部皮下注射新城疫Ι系疫苗进行免疫,并在该4组日粮中分别添加0、250、500、750 mg/kg的VC,分4周测脾脏、胸腺、法氏囊等免疫器官指数及血清中新城疫HI抗体效价。结果显示,添加VC的C、D、E组,蛋鸡脾脏、胸腺等免疫器官指数均显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)高于B组,法氏囊指数在第21、28天显著高于B组(P<0.05),新城疫HI抗体效价极显著高于B组(P<0.01),且以日粮中500 mg/kg的VC添加量效果最好。由此可见,在鸡的日粮中适当添加VC能促进脾脏、胸腺等免疫器官的生长发育,显著增强免疫系统合成分泌抗体的能力,从而提高鸡体的免疫机能。  相似文献

This study was conducted to determine the effects of vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) and vitamin E (DL-alpha-Tocopheryl acetate) on performance, digestion of nutrients and carcass characteristics of Japanese quails reared under chronic heat stress (34 degrees C). A total of 180 10-day-old Japanese quails were randomly assigned to six treatment groups, three replicates of 10 birds each. The birds with a 2 x 3 factorial design received either two levels of vitamin C (100 and 200 mg/kg of diet) or three levels of vitamin E (125, 250, or 500 mg/kg of diet). Then, 200-mg vitamin C/kg of diet, compared with that of 100 mg/kg of diet, and higher dietary vitamin E inclusions resulted in a higher performance. The interaction between vitamin C and vitamin E for final body weight change (p=0.01) and feed efficiency (p=0.02) was detected. Final body weight change and feed efficiency increased to a higher extent by increasing dietary vitamin C when higher vitamin E levels were fed. Carcass characteristics improved with an increase of both dietary vitamin C and vitamin E (p=0.004). The interactions on carcass characteristics were all significant (p=0.02) and manifested themselves in a way that they were improved to a higher extent by an increase of dietary vitamin C when higher vitamin E levels were fed. Digestibility of nutrients (DM, OM, CP and EE) was greater with higher dietary vitamin C (p < 0.02) and also with higher vitamin E (p=0.07). There were no interactions detected for digestibility of nutrients (p=0.32). Taken together, the results of the present study conclude that a combination of 200 mg of vitamin C and 250 mg of vitamin E provides the greatest performance in Japanese quails reared under heat stress and can be considered as a protective management practice in poultry diet, alleviating the negative effects of heat stress.  相似文献

To evaluate dietary selenium (Se) requirement in turkeys offered a diet supplemented with two levels of vitamin E (VE), 96 newly hatched male BIG 6® chicks (58.4 ± 4.12 g) were divided into eight groups of 12 animals each and fed maize soya diets containing 0.05, 0.10, 0.20 and 0.30 mg Se/kg from sodium selenate in combination either with the natural VE content (approximately 10 IU/kg) or with a VE addition of 50 IU/kg. Animals from all the groups were highly performant and their final body weights (1746 ± 190 g) after 35 days on experiment were not significantly different. According to its dietary supply, Se concentration in the liver and plasma increased dose dependently. Independent of dietary VE, the activities of GPx3 in plasma and of GPx1 in liver and breast muscle increased to a larger extent in turkeys supplemented with 0.10 and 0.20 mg Se/kg in relation to animals with low marginal Se supply (0.05 mg/kg). Supplementation of 0.30 mg Se/kg only slightly increased further selenoprotein activities. 2‐Thiobarbituric acid reactive substances in the liver were strongly reduced by dietary VE, but not by Se. Plasma aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and creatine kinase (CK) activities did not show muscular lesions in none of the groups. Although there were no signs of muscular lesions even in turkeys with marginal Se and moderate VE supply, the activity of selenoproteins in various organs increased up to 0.30 mg Se/kg diet, independent of VE supply. It was concluded that for growing turkeys the Se supply should meet at least a level of 0.20 mg/kg diet as currently recommended by the National Research Council and Gesellschaft für Ernährungsphysiologie. Vitamin E addition confirmed the particular function of the vitamin as a lipid antioxidant and should be taken into consideration when diets with high PUFA concentrations are fed.  相似文献

本研究进行6周的饲养试验,评估维生素E(VE)和汞对比目鱼生长性能和汞生物学蓄积的影响。试验采用2×3因子设计,将360条比目鱼随机分到6组,每组3个重复,每个重复20条鱼。对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组分别在基础日粮中添加100、200 mg/kg VE、15 mg/kg汞、15 mg/kg汞+100 mg/kg VE、15 mg/kg汞+200 mg/kg VE。结果显示,日粮添加汞显著抑制比目鱼的增重、特定生长率、饲料效率和蛋白效率(P<0.05),而VE显著改善增重(P<0.05)。汞和VE对试验期间比目鱼的存活率无显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮补充VE对比目鱼粗脂肪、水分有一定影响。VE显著降低肌肉、肝脏和肾脏汞含量(P<0.05),但日粮添加汞降低了组织VE含量(P<0.05)。汞显著降低了比目鱼机体二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸含量(P<0.05),补充VE后显著改善了机体亚麻酸和二十碳五烯酸含量(P<0.05)。结果表明,日粮中添加VE对比目鱼生长发育具有促进作用,同时有降低无机汞在机体蓄积的潜在作用。  相似文献

1. Effects of dietary polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) and vitamin E (VE) on an immune response may interact because VE may protect PUFA from in vivo oxidation. The present study was designed to study the presence of such an interaction in growing layer chickens. 2. Three dietary concentration of linoleic acid (LA, 3.3, 6.6 and 10%), in combination with 4 concentration of dietary VE (5, 20, 40 and 80 mg/kg) were used. Effects of LA and VE on circulating VE concentration, fatty acid composition of bursal and adipose fat, and antibody kinetics against keyhole limpet hemocyanin and Mycobacterim butyricum were established. 3. At high dietary LA concentration, bursal and adipose LA were higher but bursal arachidonic acid and long chain n-3 PUFA decreased. The dietary VE level did not consistently affect the deposition of PUFA in tissue. Plasma VE concentrations were affected by the dietary VE and LA content, but not by their interaction. Antibody responses before and 7 d after immunisation were affected by the dietary treatments. Antibody concentration were not affected by tissue fatty acid content. 4. In conclusion, the interaction effects of dietary PUFA and VE on fat deposition and immune responses are of minor importance compared to separate PUFA and VE effects. This implies that, within the studied range, adding extra VE to preserve or affect the effects of dietary PUFA on antibody responsiveness is unnecessary.  相似文献

This study assessed the effect of dietary vanadium (V) and vitamin C (VC) on production performance, egg quality and antioxidant status in laying hens. A total of 360 laying hens (31‐week‐old) were randomly allotted into a 3 × 3 factorial arrangement treatments (four replicates and 10 chicks per replicate) with three levels of dietary V (0, 5 and 10 mg/kg) and three levels of vitamin C (0, 50 and 100 mg/kg) for 12 weeks. The effect of V and VC did not alter egg production, egg weight, average daily feed intake and feed conversion ratio during 1–12 week. Albumen height and Haugh unit value were linearly decreased (p < 0.001) by addition of V, whereas the effect of 100 mg/kg VC was observed to counteract (p < 0.05) this effect in V‐containing treatments during 1–12 week. Hens fed V‐containing diet laid lighter (linear effect, p < 0.05) coloured eggs (higher lightness value, lower redness and yellowness value), and the VC exerted no influence on it during 1–12 week. The serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH‐Px) activities, ability to inhibit hydroxyl radical, were significantly decreased, and the malondialdehyde (MDA) and V contents were increased (p < 0.05) by effect of V during 4, 8 and 12 week. The effect of VC alone and the interactive effect between VC and V were shown to increase serum (p < 0.05) SOD activity in 4 week and decrease MAD levels in 12 week. The result indicate that V decreased the egg quality and caused the oxidative stress at level of 5 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg, and the addition of 100 mg/kg vitamin C can alleviate its egg quality reduction effect and can mitigate the oxidative stress to some extent.  相似文献

This study was conducted to determine the effects of vitamin E (dL-alpha-Tocopheryl acetate) and selenium (Se; Na2-SeO3) on performance, digestibility of nutrients and carcass characteristics of Japanese quails reared under chronic heat stress (34 degrees C). A total of 120 10-day-old Japanese quails were randomly assigned to four treatment groups, three replicates of 10 birds each. The birds with a 2 x 2 factorial design received either two levels of vitamin E (125 and 250 mg/kg of diet) or two levels of Se (0.1 or 0.2 mg/kg of diet). A 250-mg vitamin E/kg of diet compared with that of 125 mg/kg of diet and higher dietary Se inclusions (0.1 vs. 0.2 mg/kg) resulted in a better performance (p=0.001). The interaction between vitamin E and Se for feed intake (p=0.03), final body weight change (p=0.03) and feed efficiency (p=0.001) was detected. Carcass yield increased with increasing both dietary vitamin E and Se (p=0.001). The interactions on carcass characteristics were all non-significant (p > 0.06). Digestibility of nutrients (DM, OM, CP and ether extract) was higher with higher dietary vitamin E (p=0.03), and DM digestibility was also higher with higher dietary Se (p=0.05). There were no interactions detected for digestibility of nutrients (p=0.28). From the results of the present study, it was concluded that a combination of 250 mg of vitamin E and 0.2 mg of Se provides the greatest performance in Japanese quails reared under heat stress and this combination can be considered as a protective management practice in Japanese quail diets, reducing the negative effects of heat stress.  相似文献

选用初始体质量为(7.46±0.29)g的欧亚鲈幼鱼为试验对象,投喂6种不同水平的维生素C(0、50、100、200、400和800 mg/kg)的试验饲料,饲养8周,探讨欧亚鲈幼鱼饲料维生素C的适宜含量。结果表明,饲料中维生素C添加量从0.0升高到100 mg/kg时,鱼体增重率呈上升趋势,添加量为100 mg/kg显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但添加量继续增大,对鱼体增重率无显著变化(P>0.05);经折线模型分析表明,欧亚鲈鱼种达到最大生长时,饲料中的维生素C的最低添加量为93.58 mg/kg。欧亚鲈肝脏中维生素C含量随着饲料中维生素C(0~200 mg/kg)的增加而显著升高(P<0.05),但添加量继续升高,则肝脏中维生素C达到饱和状态,经折线分析表明,肝脏中维生素C达到饱和时,饲料中的维生素C的最低添加量为149.27 mg/kg。急性胁迫前,各组血糖之间无显著差异(P>0.05),急性胁迫后,血糖升高峰值最低和恢复最快的是饲料中维生素C为400~800 mg/kg。在本试验条件下,欧亚鲈幼鱼达到最大生长、肝脏维生素C饱和及抗拥挤胁迫的维生素C适宜添加量分别为93.58、149.27 mg/kg和400 mg/kg。  相似文献
