榅桲(Cydonia oblonga Mill,异名C.vul-garis Pers)属蔷薇科榅桲属,别名木梨,榅桲属仅榅桲1个种。榅桲在食品加工中常用于加工果冻、水果糖浆、果酱及水果原浆、榅桲酒、榅桲精华液、保健性榅桲果汁饮料。榅桲也是香料植物,可作为时尚化妆品的原料。维吾尔族人称榅桲为“比也”,除生食外,主要用于做饭的辅助品及熬制果酱等。榅桲也是疗效独特、具有浓郁地方民族色彩的传统维药。当地汉人称榅桲为木瓜。榅桲的栽培历史悠久,已形成许多变种。在新疆主要有3个变种9个类型,现介绍如下。1梨形榅桲1)猪嘴榅桲分布于巴音郭楞蒙古自治州。果实洋梨… 相似文献

Abstract BA 29 and EMA (Cydonia oblonga L.) plants were grown in a 1:1 sand:perlite mixture and irrigated with nutrient solutions containing two B concentrations (0.025 and 0.2 mM) combined with two salinity (electrical conductivity, EC) levels (0.75 and 4 dS-m-1). The lowest growth of plants was recorded when 0.2 mM B was combined with 4 dS-m-1 in the nutrient solution. As salinity (EC) level increased from 0.75 to 4 dS-m-1, P, Ca and Fe concentrations of leaves decreased. The potassium concentration of leaves of both rootstocks increased, as salinity levels (induced by KCl) increased. The two quince genotypes respond differently for the same treatments, indicating a genotypic effect. 相似文献

The purpose of this work was to acquire more information on the capacity of in vitro grown quince (Cydonia oblonga Mill.) leaves to simultaneously regenerate somatic embryos, adventitious roots and shoots, and to evaluate the variations induced on regeneration response by treatments of different length with growth regulators. After 2 days of liquid treatment with 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, the leaves were cultured for 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 and 21 days on gelled growth medium containing the basal components of Murashige and Skoog and kinetin (Kin) 4.5 μM + naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) 0.5 μM. At the end of each treatment period, the leaves were cultured on a transfer medium in the absence or in the presence of a growth regulator combination represented by N6-benzylaminopurine (BA) 2.66 μM + gibberellic acid 0.58 μM + indole-3-butyric acid 0.3 μM. SummaryCross-pollination is of primary importance for quince (Cydonia oblonga), whose flowers reward pollinators with pollen and nectar. Characteristics of the nectar from two self-fertile (SF) and two self-sterile (SS) cultivars of quince were compared in a 3-year study, in order to establish if the two fertility groups differed from each other in terms of nectar production and/or insect attraction. The volume of nectar secreted per flower per day was measured using calibrated capillaries. The concentrations of nectar sugars were determined using a hand-held refractometer. The composition of nectar sugars was analysed using thin layer chromatography and densitometry. The quantity and quality of the nectar varied between years, cultivars, and fertility types. The volumes of nectar ranged from 0.40 – 5.30 µl flower–1 d–1 over the 3 years. The concentrations of sugars in the nectar produced flower–1 d–1 averaged ≥ 20% (w/w) in all cultivars, and ranged from 21.80 – 35.60% (w/w) over the 3 years. Significantly lower volumes of nectar were measured in the SF cultivars than in the SS cultivars in both years of the study. However, the concentrations of sugars in the nectar were not significantly lower in the SF group. The total sugar content of nectar varied between 160.59 – 347.65 mg ml–1. The main sugar component in the nectar was sucrose, followed by glucose and fructose. Differences in the composition of nectar sugars could not be correlated with the two fertility groups. Our data showed that, although certain properties of their nectar make SS cultivars more attractive to honeybees than SF cultivars, members of the latter group can also attract sufficient numbers of bees to carry out cross-pollination, which is beneficial to both fertility types of C. oblonga. 相似文献
