强化保生灵在断奶母猪饲料中的应用效果   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
选择怀胎80d、品种一致、体质量相近的健康重胎母猪76头,随机分为对照组(42头)和试验组(34头)。对照组母猪饲喂基础日粮,试验组母猪在基础日粮中添加强化保生灵500mg/kg,饲喂至乳猪断奶。试验结果表明:试验组比对照组提高窝产活仔率3.95%、初生窝重及初生均重9.79%和5.30%,断奶均重和日增重提高12.13%(P<0.05)和14.75%(P<0.05);出生病死率、断奶病死率和产弱仔率分别降低24.39%、40.45%和45.48%,消除母猪断奶后20d未发情数。可见,在重胎期母猪日粮中添加强化保生灵具有改善母猪产活仔率、初生窝重及断奶仔猪均重,提高日增重,降低仔猪病死率、弱仔率以及改善母猪产后自然发情的效果。  相似文献

为了验证自制中草药饲料添加剂对母猪泌乳繁殖性能的应用效果,选择以往繁殖正常的4~6胎次、体型体况相近、生产记录基本一致的大白母猪50头,按随机区组设计,试验组和对照组各25头,每组5个重复,每个重复5头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加自制中草药饲料添加剂0.5%。试验从母猪妊娠85 d开始至断奶后(断奶日龄21 d)发情间隔期10 d结束。全程跟踪测评两组母猪的泌乳繁殖性能及哺乳仔猪的生长性能。结果表明,试验组母猪窝产总仔数、21 d断奶个体重与断奶成活率均优于对照组(P0.05),窝产活仔数、初生仔猪重比对照组分别提高7.25%和18.33%(P0.05),初生窝重提高27.46%(P0.01);21 d断奶窝重较对照组提高17.22%(P0.05)。试验组的总泌乳力与日均泌乳力分别提高17.22%和13.06%(P0.05),初乳中的乳蛋白和乳脂含量较对照组分别提高19.94%和26.83%(P0.05);断奶母猪14 d内发情率和总受胎率分别提高9.22和12.36个百分点(P0.05),母猪断奶后再发情配种时间试验组比对照组缩短1.54 d(P0.05);试验组哺乳仔猪的腹泻指数下降18.67%(P0.05),皮毛发育状况评分提高3.64%(P0.05)。应用试验表明,该自制中草药饲料添加剂是一种能改善母猪泌乳繁殖性能和提高哺乳仔猪生长发育的绿色环保饲料添加剂。  相似文献

试验旨在研究母猪日粮中添加多肽菌素对妊娠母猪繁殖性能和新生仔猪生长性能的影响。试验选取胎次、体况相近,预产期前45 d的母猪23头,随机分为2组,试验组12头,对照组11头。每头母猪单栏饲喂,作为一个重复。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加2 g/kg多肽菌素。试验期69 d(妊娠期45 d,哺乳期24 d)。结果表明:(1)试验组母猪窝产仔总数比对照组高2.98%,窝产活仔数比对照组高4.98%,窝产健仔数比对照组高6.95%,健仔率比对照组高3.90%,但差异均不显著(P0.05)。(2)试验组仔猪初生窝重、初生个体重、断奶窝重、断奶个体重、平均窝增重及平均个体增重均比对照组显著提高(P0.05);(3)试验组仔猪初生窝重均匀度及断奶窝重均匀度分别比对照组提高32.23%和38.78%,差异极显著(P0.01)。说明妊娠母猪日粮添加2 g/kg多肽菌素可提高妊娠母猪繁殖性能和初生仔猪生长性能,提高生猪养殖的实际效益。  相似文献

为研究生殖营养素和中草药复方制剂(商品名"喜满圈")对藏猪经产母猪繁殖性能的影响,选择以往繁殖正常的分娩1周的藏猪经产母猪40头,随机等分成对照组和试验组,每组4个重复,每个重复5头。两组试验母猪在相同条件下进行饲养管理,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组于母猪产后2周开始每天饲喂"喜满圈"产品,每头每天1袋,均匀拌料投喂,至配种后21 d结束,对于断奶后2周仍不发情的母猪停止饲喂"喜满圈"。跟踪测定其发情配种及后续繁殖性能。研究结果表明:试验组与对照组相比,经产母猪断奶后21 d内的发情率和受胎率分别提高20和14.74个百分点(P0.01);仔猪初生重较对照组提高0.03 kg(P0.05),放牧经产藏猪母猪窝产仔数提高1.2头(P0.01),2月龄仔猪断奶重较对照组提高0.31 kg(P0.01)。试验证明:补饲饲粮中添加"喜满圈"能提高放牧经产母猪发情配种受胎率,同时提高产仔数、仔猪初生重和仔猪断奶重。  相似文献

为探究饲料中添加乳酸菌素对母猪及哺乳仔猪的影响,试验选择健康状况良好、预产期相近、胎次相近(3~6胎)的20头母猪,按完全随机设计法分为对照组和试验组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头母猪,试验期54 d。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮+0.25 g/kg的乳酸菌素。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组母猪在重胎期及哺乳期的采食量均较高(P>0.05);试验组母猪的窝产仔数、窝产活仔数、窝产健仔数、初生总窝重、健仔重及母乳中的免疫球蛋白含量有所增加(P>0.05);母猪日粮中添加0.25 g/kg的乳酸菌素不影响母猪粪便中的微生物(乳酸菌、大肠杆菌及产气荚膜梭菌)、断奶后的发情情况及哺乳仔猪粪便中的免疫球蛋白含量。因此,哺乳母猪料中添加0.25 g/kg乳酸菌素可提高重胎期和哺乳期母猪的采食量,改善母猪的产仔情况,提高母猪乳汁中的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)与免疫球蛋白G(IgG)的含量,降低仔猪的死胎率、弱仔率及腹泻率。综上,哺乳母猪料中添加0.25 g/kg乳酸菌素可改善母猪的繁殖性能,提高哺乳仔猪的生长性能。  相似文献

文章旨在研究日粮添加茶多酚对母猪生产性能和经济效益的影响。试验选用体重[(220±3)kg]、胎次(3~5次)较为接近的杂交母猪30头,人工授精后随机分为两组,每组15个重复,每个重复一头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在日粮中添加200?mg/kg茶多酚。结果表明,与对照组相比,茶多酚组窝产仔猪数增加0.87头(P>0.05),窝产活仔数较显著增加1.22头(P<0.05),初生窝重显著增加2.90?kg(P<0.05),而初生均重却显著减少0.14?kg(P<0.05)|断奶仔猪数量显著增加1.2头(P<0.05),断奶仔猪窝重显著增加6.9?kg(P<0.01),同时降低了断奶仔猪均重0.5?kg(P>0.05)|从母猪断奶发情情况看,母猪断奶后的发情率显著增加(P<0.01),而母猪断奶后的发情间隔缩短(P>0.05)。同时,与对照组相比,试验组母猪经济收益大大改善,收益总计提升280.5元。结论:日粮添加茶多酚能有效改善母猪生产性能,养殖效益大大增加。 [关键词]茶多酚|母猪|生产性能|经济效益  相似文献

本研究旨在评估日粮中添加发酵饲料对三元母猪繁殖性能和免疫机能的影响。试验将48头1胎龄妊娠(90±2)d、体况和健康度一致的“杜长大”三元母猪随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头。对照组饲喂常规日粮,试验组饲喂试验日粮(常规日粮添加5%发酵饲料,同时减少2%玉米和3%豆粕),试验从妊娠90 d开始至断奶后7 d。结果:试验组初生窝重、断奶仔猪数、断奶窝重、仔猪日增重、仔猪断奶成活率、母猪哺乳期采食量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。断奶当天母猪背膘厚度极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),断奶-发情间隔极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),总产仔数和产活仔数差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组分娩当天母猪血清和分娩后第2天初乳中IgG和IgM水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),IgA水平有升高趋势,但未达到显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:日粮中添加发酵饲料能显著提高三元母猪的繁殖性能和免疫机能。 [关键词]发酵饲料|三元母猪|繁殖性能|免疫机能  相似文献

试验旨在研究饲粮添加中草药对哺乳母猪繁殖性能和仔猪腹泻的影响。选取32头预产期相近的长大二元杂种妊娠母猪,按随机区组的方法分成对照组和试验组,每组16个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组母猪饲喂基础饲粮,试验组母猪饲喂在基础饲粮中添加2%中草药的饲粮,试验期37 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组母猪日均泌乳量、产活仔数、断奶窝重、窝增重分别显著提高13.30%(P0.05)、21.24%(P0.05)、12.48%(P0.05)、7.62%(P0.05),初生窝重也有提高,但差异不显著(P0.05),断奶至发情间隔天数和仔猪腹泻率分别显著下降10.50%(P0.05)和27.94%(P0.05)。  相似文献

为研究β-胡萝卜素对母猪繁殖性能及哺乳仔猪生产性能的影响。采用非配对单因子随机分组设计,将18头繁殖性能基本一致的长大母猪分为2个处理,对照组C(11头)和试验组T(7头);对照组C饲喂基础日粮,试验组T在基础日粮中额外添加不同剂量的10%含量的β-胡萝卜素。结果表明,日粮中添加10%含量的β-胡萝卜素的试验组T每头母猪产活仔数较对照组C增加3.24头,显著提高38.9%(P〈0.05);与对照组C相比,试验组T每头母猪的仔猪断奶窝重显著提高36.6%(P〈0.01);平均出生窝重、平均断奶头数、仔猪平均断奶个体重分别提高为18.2%(P〉0.05)、25.8%(P〈0.05)、2.3%(P〉0.05);试验试验组T每头母猪平均窝产弱仔数、死胎数较对照组C分别减少0.06头、0.04头。  相似文献

为了研究在哺乳母猪饲粮中添加一定量的腐植酸对其繁殖性能以及泌乳成分的影响效果,该试验选择40头分娩日期相近、繁殖性能、体况良好相近的长白母猪,随机分成两组,每组4个重复,每个重复5头母猪。在同等饲养条件下,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮+腐植酸,至21 d断奶饲养试验结束。结果表明:试验组的死胎数显著低于对照组(P0.05),窝产活仔数和初生窝重显著高于对照组(P0.05),试验组的21日泌乳力显著高于对照组(P0.05)。得出结论,腐植酸能改善哺乳母猪的繁殖性能和泌乳效果。  相似文献

本试验旨在比较吡咯喹啉醌(PQQ)与维生素E和有机硒对围产期母猪繁殖性能和抗氧化功能的影响。选用40头体重和背膘厚接近且妊娠90 d的第3胎大约克母猪,随机分为2组,每组20头。对照组在基础饲粮中添加60 mg/kg维生素E和0.20 mg/kg有机硒,试验组在基础饲粮中添加1 mg/kg PQQ。试验期为妊娠第90天至分娩后第7天。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮添加PQQ对母猪产程、产仔数、产活仔数及仔猪初生窝重、仔猪平均初生重以及产后7 d仔猪平均日增重均无显著影响(P0.05),但数值上有所升高;饲粮添加PQQ显著提高了初生仔猪和母猪血清总超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性及还原型谷胱甘肽含量(P0.05),显著降低了血清丙二醛含量(P0.05),对血清过氧化氢酶活性、总抗氧化能力及氧化型谷胱甘肽含量均无显著影响(P0.05)。综合得出,围产期饲粮中添加PQQ较维生素E和有机硒对母猪繁殖性能无显著影响,能显著增强围产期母猪及初生仔猪的血清抗氧化功能。  相似文献

Effects of dextrose plus lactose in sow’s feed were tested on subsequent reproductive performance and within litter birth weight variation. During the last week of gestation and lactation, sows were either fed a commercial lactation diet (Control: C), or an isocaloric diet containing 25 g/kg dextrose plus 25 g/kg lactose (Treatment: T). In the subsequent weaning‐to‐oestrus interval (WEI), all sows received the same amount of a commercial feed, but T sows were supplemented with 150 g dextrose plus 150 g lactose per day. Weight and backfat changes were recorded as well as litter characteristics during the treatment period and the subsequent parity. No significant effect of treatment was found on the subsequent reproductive performance, including the number of piglets born, although the number of live born piglets was 0.51 larger (p = 0.31) and weight of the live born piglets was 84 g higher in the T sows (p = 0.07) than in the C sows. When sows were categorized in sows with 12 or less and more than 12 total born piglets in the previous litter, treatment of sows with dextrose plus lactose resulted for the group with 12 or less piglets in a strong increase in subsequent total born piglets (13.97), whereas in the untreated sows the subsequent litter size was 11.89. In the group with more than 12 total born piglets, no effect of treatment was found (interaction between previous litter size and treatment p = 0.03). The within litter variation in birth weight in the subsequent litter was numerically lower in the T sows. We concluded that the use of dextrose and lactose during lactation and WEI seems to enhance litter size in sows with low previous litter size and seems to have the potential to reduce the within litter variation in birth weight.  相似文献

试验旨在研究枯草芽孢杆菌对围产期母猪繁殖性能和子代生长的影响。试验选用2~4胎次、预产期相近的妊娠85 d的健康大白猪40头,随机分为2组,每组20头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加250 g/t的枯草芽孢杆菌制剂。试验期为妊娠85 d至产后21 d。分别于母猪妊娠85、112 d和产后21 d测量母猪背膘厚并计算背膘损失。于产后1和21 d耳缘静脉采血,肝素抗凝,离心分离血浆,测定血浆生化指标。于产后1 d记录母猪的产仔数和产活仔数,并称取仔猪出生窝重。于产后21 d称取仔猪断奶窝重并计算断奶窝日增重;每天观察并记录每窝仔猪腹泻情况,计算腹泻率。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌制剂对母猪繁殖性能无显著影响(P0.05),但显著降低了仔猪1~7日龄和1~21日龄腹泻率(P0.05),显著增加了产后21 d母猪血浆免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)含量(P0.05),且产后1 d母猪血浆白蛋白(P=0.087)和Ig M(P=0.096)含量以及产后21 d背膘厚(P=0.096)均呈增加趋势。综上所述,饲粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌制剂虽然不影响母猪繁殖性能,但可增强机体对蛋白质的利用和免疫力,降低仔猪腹泻率。  相似文献

The effect of L-carnitine supplementation during pregnancy and lactation on performance parameters of sows was studied. The trial comprised a total of 127 sows (40 gilts, 87 mature sows) which were divided into a control and a treatment group. All animals were fed individually and received basic feed mixtures for pregnancy and lactation with low carnitine concentrations (gestation diet: 4.7 mg/kg feed, lactation diet: 12.5 mg/kg feed). The rations of the sows in the treated group were supplemented with 125 mg L -carnitine per head and day during pregnancy and 250 mg L -carnitine per head and day during lactation. The animals of the control group received identical feed mixtures in identical amounts, but without the L -carnitine supplement. L -carnitine supplementation resulted in higher sow liveweight gains between day 1 and day 85 of pregnancy. The number of piglets per litter and the number born alive did not differ between the control sows and those treated with L -carnitine. However, the L -carnitine-supplemented sows produced only half as many non-viable piglets as the control animals. Moreover, litter weight and mean birth weight of piglets from L -carnitine-treated sows were higher than in the control sows. This effect was more marked in gilts (+8% higher litter weight, +9% higher piglet weight) than in sows (+7% and +6%, respectively). Piglets from sows whose ration was supplemented with L -carnitine showed higher liveweight gains during the suckling period (+12% for gilts, +4% for sows), which is why litter weights post weaning were also higher among the sows treated with L -carnitine than in the control sows (+14% for gilts, +10% for sows). Overall, the study shows that dietary supplementation with L -carnitine during pregnancy and lactation improves the reproductive performance of sows.  相似文献

Previous studies showed that supplementation of sows' diets with L-carnitine increases body weights of their piglets at birth. This study was performed to investigate whether piglets of sows treated with L-carnitine differ in their growth potential from that of piglets of untreated control sows after weaning. It was also investigated whether supplementation of piglets' diets with L-carnitine improves their growth after weaning. In two trials, piglets of the first litters of primiparous sows (trial 1) and the second litters of the same sows (trial 2) were divided into four groups: group 1, piglets of control sows, fed a control diet; group 2, piglets of control sows fed a diet supplemented with 30 mg L-carnitine/kg; group 3, piglets of L-carnitine-treated sows, fed a control diet; group 4, piglets of L-carnitine-treated sows fed a diet supplemented with 30 mg L-carnitine/kg. Mean initial body weights of the piglets of the four groups were identical. They were 8.5 kg in trial 1 and 12.5 kg in trial 2. Diets were fed ad libitum over a period of 35 days. Piglets from sows treated with L-carnitine did not differ in body weight gains, feed intake and gain : feed ratio from those of control sows. In trial 1, piglets supplemented with L-carnitine had higher body weight gains (p < 0.005) and showed a tendency towards a higher gain : feed ratio (p = 0.09) than piglets fed the control diets. In trial 2, no significant difference in these parameters emerged between piglets fed the diet supplemented with L-carnitine and those fed the control diet. In conclusion, this study shows that dietary L-carnitine treatment of sows does not improve the growth potential of their piglets after weaning under the conditions of equal initial body weights. The study also shows that L-carnitine supplementation of their diets improves the growth performance in light piglets of primiparous sows.  相似文献

A regional experiment was conducted at 8 experiment stations, with a total of 320 sows initially, to evaluate the efficacy of adding 13.35% ground wheat straw to a corn-soybean meal gestation diet for 3 successive gestation-lactation (reproductive) cycles compared with sows fed a control diet without straw. A total of 708 litters were farrowed over 3 reproductive cycles. The basal gestation diet intake averaged 1.95 kg daily for both treatments, plus 0.30 kg of straw daily for sows fed the diet containing ground wheat straw (total intake of 2.25 kg/d). During lactation, all sows on both gestation treatments were fed ad libitum the standard lactation diet used at each station. Response criteria were sow farrowing and rebreeding percentages, culling factors and culling rate, weaning-to-estrus interval, sow BW and backfat measurements at several time points, and litter size and total litter weight at birth and weaning. Ninety-one primiparous and multiparous sows and their pigs were used to evaluate the effects of a novel carbohydrate- and protein-based feed ingredient (Nutri-Pal, NP) on sow and litter performance during lactation. Nutri-Pal is a feed supplement for sows that consists of a blend of milk chocolate, brewer's yeast, whey products, and glucooligosaccharides. The dietary treatments consisted of a corn-soybean meal control and a corn-soybean meal plus 5% NP fed from d 110 of gestation to weaning. The diets were formulated to be equal in total Lys and ME. Sows were allotted to treatment based on parity, body weight, and the date of d 110 of gestation. There were 46 and 45 sows per treatment over four farrowing groups. Litters were standardized to 10 pigs and weighed within 1 d of farrowing, and all sows weaned at least 8 pigs at an average age of 21 d. Sows were weighed on d 110 of gestation, d 1 postfarrowing, and at weaning. Sows were fed three times daily during lactation. Sows were checked twice daily after weaning for signs of estrus. The weaning weight of sows fed NP was increased (P < 0.10) compared with those fed the control diet. Sows fed the control diet tended (P = 0.11) to lose more weight per day from d 110 of gestation to weaning than the sows fed NP. Otherwise, sow response variables (sow weight on d 110 of gestation and d 1 postfarrowing, d 110 of gestation to d 1 postfarrowing and lactation weight change per day, d 110 of gestation to d 1 postfarrowing, lactation, and total feed intake, days to estrus, pigs born alive or dead, and litter and average pig birth weight) were not affected (P > 0.10) by diet. There were no effects (P > 0.10) of diet on litter performance response variables (pigs weaned, litter and average pig weaning weight and gain, and survival percent). The NP feed ingredient had minor effects on sow productivity, but it did not affect litter productivity indices.  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate effects of beet pulp supplementation on growth performance, fecal moisture, serum hormones and litter performance in lactating sows. Ninety primiparous sows (Landrace × Yorkshire) were randomly allotted to one of three dietary treatments in a 21‐day trial starting 3 days before parturition. The three dietary treatments were supplemented with 0, 10 and 20% beet pulp, respectively. Backfat loss and fecal moisture content were increased (P < 0.05), where cortisol and norepinephrine levels were decreased (P < 0.05) in sows fed beet pulp supplementation diets compared with control diet, but there was no difference between 10% and 20% beet pulp supplementation treatments. No effect was observed on bodyweight, average daily intake, weaning to estrus interval, epinephrine level in sows and litter weight, litter size, survivability in piglets among dietary treatments. Taken together, beet pulp supplementation has no significant effect of growth performance of lactating sows and piglets with decreased cortisol and norepinephrine levels in lactating sows, but it can increase fecal moisture content which is beneficial for sow feces excretion.  相似文献

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of inulin supplementation in low‐ or high‐fat diets on both the reproductive performance of sow and the antioxidant defence capacity in sows and offspring. Sixty Landrace × Yorkshire sows were randomly allocated to four treatments with low‐fat diet (L), low‐fat diet containing 1.5% inulin (LI), high‐fat diet (H) and high‐fat diet containing 1.5% inulin (HI). Inulin‐rich diets lowered the within‐litter birth weight coefficient of variation (CV, p = 0.05) of piglets, increased the proportion of piglets weighing 1.0–1.5 kg at farrowing (p < 0.01), reduced the loss of body weight (BW) and backfat thickness (BF) during lactation (p < 0.05) and decreased the duration of farrowing as well as improved sow constipation (p < 0.05). Sows fed fat‐rich diets gained more BW during gestation (p < 0.01), farrowed a greater number of total (+1.65 pigs, p < 0.05) and alive (+1.52 pigs p < 0.05) piglets and had a heavier (+2.06 kg, p < 0.05) litter weight at birth as well as a decreased weaning‐to‐oestrous interval (WEI, p < 0.01) compared with sows fed low‐fat diets. However, it is worth noting that the H diet significantly decreased the serum activities of superoxide dismutase (T‐SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH‐Px) and increased the serum malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in sows and piglets (p < 0.05). In contrast, HI diet enhanced the activities of T‐SOD and GSH‐Px and decreased the serum MDA concentrations (p < 0.05) in sows and piglets. In summary, the fat‐rich diets fed to sows during gestation had beneficial effects on reproductive performance, but aggravated the oxidative stress in sow and piglets. Inulin‐rich diets fed to sow during gestation had beneficial effects on within‐litter uniformity of piglet birthweight and enhanced the antioxidant defence capacity of sows and piglets.  相似文献

试验旨在研究妊娠后期和哺乳期母猪饲粮中添加植物小肽对1~2胎二元杂种母猪繁殖性能以及初生仔猪活力的影响。采用单因素试验设计,选取40头妊娠90 d的二元杂种母猪(杜洛克伊大白,1~2胎),按随机区组法分为2个处理,每个处理20个重复,每个重复1头母猪。对照组饲喂商品哺乳母猪饲粮(含2%鱼粉),植物小肽组饲喂2%植物小肽(替代1%豆粕和1%鱼粉)。试验期共45 d(从妊娠90 d至21 d断奶)。试验结果表明,两个处理组母猪繁殖性能差异不显著(P>0.05),但与对照组相比,植物小肽组弱仔减少了0.55头(P>0.05),木乃伊胎提高了0.20头(P=0.080)。植物小肽组仔猪初生窝重增加了1.26 kg(P>0.05),初生个体重增加了0.13 kg(P=0.077)。植物小肽组哺乳仔猪死淘率和腹泻率分别比对照组低31.01%和64.14%。两个处理组初生仔猪活力无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,1~2胎母猪妊娠后期和哺乳期饲粮中添加2%植物小肽替代部分鱼粉和豆粕不影响母猪繁殖性能,还能一定程度增加仔猪初生重,对仔猪活力无影响。  相似文献
