温室环境控制系统的最大特点是控制对象的精确数学模型很难建立。文章将常规PID控制算法与现代控制理论相结合,对常规PID算法进行改进,得到新型MPT控制算法,并加入模糊控制算法规则,在误差大时,运用模糊算法进行调节,以彻底消除PID饱和积分现象,当误差较小时,采用改进后的PID算法控制输出。同时加入了自适应调节规则和自整定专家系统,建立了基于人工智能的温室环境控制算法。将此算法应用于温室环境控制。系统具有无超调和控制精度高等特点。  相似文献

日光节能温室是我国北方地区农作物冬季实现增产的关键措施之一,其中卷帘机的升降、天窗放风是实现其内部环境调控的重要措施,也是日常管理工作的主要内容。当前卷帘机的操作主要是人工操作,劳动强度大、费时费力且农作物不能及时得到有效合理的光照。卷帘机定位关键技术作为日光温室自动化控制系统的一个组成单元,通过研究利用角度传感器记录卷帘机运行位置的方法,提出了卷帘机运动位置控制模型,解决了日光温室模糊控制系统对卷帘机位置精准测量与控制的问题,为日光节能温室的产业化发展提供了科学的技术支撑。  相似文献

设施农业是现代农业发展主要方向,但中国设施温室环境控制起步晚,技术相对落后,控制效果差。农业温室智能控制是现阶段设施农业种植与农业生产的关键部分,是中国能够有效提高农作物生产率,保证农作物品质的重要工具。为了促进中国设施农业温室大棚智能控制技术的快速发展,推动设施农业领域的技术进步,本文总结了国内外设施温室发展状况及温室环境控制技术的发展历程,分析了不同时期的温室环境控制特点,提出了中国温室环境控制技术的不足之处,展望了设施农业温室大棚智能控制技术的发展方向。  相似文献

温室白粉虱取食广泛,寄主繁多,但它也有非嗜食植物。非嗜食植物对温室白粉虱可能有很好的控制作用。研究了4种植物的汁液对温室白粉虱的影响,结果表明,供试植物的汁液对温室白粉虱都有很好的控制作用,使温室白粉虱落卵量减少65%以上。非嗜食植物次生物质在温室白粉虱的控制中会有良好的前景。  相似文献

温室环境模型是制定控制策略、优化控制方法的重要基础。采用径向基网络构建北方地区的温室环境控制模型,以温室内的温度和湿度为输出,采用进化策略(ES)优选网络中心,简化网络结构,并与OLS算法进行性能对比。试验结果表明:进化RBF网络具有更小的网络结构,并在逼近能力和泛化能力上优于OLS算法。该模型为设计北方温室环境控制方案和结构奠定了良好基础。  相似文献

对粮食或食品进行烘干处理有利于运输、储存与后续加工,而在干燥过程中对温度的控制非常重要。为对比不同算法在温度控制方面的差异,使用西门子S7-200 SMART可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable logic controller,PLC)进行程序设计,并采用昆仑通态触摸屏实现人机交互。同时,为达到提高温度控制精度的目的,通过对传统比例-积分-微分(Proportion-integral-derivative,PID)控制算法与模糊控制算法进行改进,设计了模糊PID复合控制算法和模糊PID切换控制算法。采用梯形图语言对上述4种控制算法进行编程,并进行PLC控制烘干箱的试验验证。结果表明,新设计的模糊PID复合控制算法和模糊PID切换控制算法均在一定程度上反映了其结合要素各自的优点,能有效克服传统PID控制算法动态特性差和模糊控制算法稳态特性差的缺点。当温度由30 ℃升至设定温度72 ℃时,与模糊PID切换控制算法相比,模糊PID复合控制算法能将调节时间缩短6 s,且稳态误差减小0.1 ℃。  相似文献

根据温室环境的特点提出一种基于3G无线通信技术和VPN(Virtual Private Network)虚拟专网技术的温室远程监控系统。该系统在温室现场设备和中心服务器之间建立无线的虚拟专网,采用Linux操作系统、ARM9处理器作为软硬件平台,能够对温室环境因子数据的进行自动采集、远程传输、存储管理、网络发布、分析处理,同时实现对温室辅助控制设备的远程控制。试验结果表明:该系统设计方案合理、可靠,能满足各种环境因子的数据采集及多种温室辅助设备的远程控制。鉴于设计方案中采用了通用型技术构架,本系统已经扩展应用于其他农业领域中,如农情监测、气象灾害监测预警等,应用前景非常广阔。  相似文献

为了完善温室环境模型,实现生产过程最优控制,本研究从温室地上环境模型类型入手,以环境因子、静动态模型为划分依据,分析总结了单因子环境模型、多因子综合模型、静、动态模型的研究进展和存在问题,归纳了温室模型的简化方法。指出温室环境控制的主要问题仍是缺乏精确的环境模型。最后在以能量、质量和物质等平衡关系基础上,考虑作物品质、产量及经济成本,提出了运用现代优化控制理论,建立精准的温室环境模型,将成为今后的研究方向。  相似文献

On the basis of analysing problems of conventional fuzzy controller in the design of the structure and algorithm, this paper puts forward a kind of control algorithm that is fuzzy and Adaptive PI coordinate decision controller (FACDC) . It adopts the hierarchial control structure imitating intelligent control and combines fuzzy controller and adaptive PI controller. It takes full advantage of two controllers. This paper discusses the idea and design procedures of applying the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control to throttle actuator of automobile engine of AMT. It is presented that the structure of electronic-controlled hydraulic throttle actuator, the composition of the control system, the control algorithms and the experiment results of the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control. This paper researches the fuzzy control and simulation of regulating system for PMSM in electrical vehicle. The mathematics model is set up.The PMSM,the PMSM measures demux, dq to abc converter and the three phrase PWM converter models are set up in MATLAB/ Simulink. The fuzzy controller is designed with two dimension fuzzy design method, and take E and EC as input variable, U is the output variable. According to the controller and models, the fuzzy control model of regulating system for PMSM is created in matlab/simulink. A quarter - car suspension system in which the MR fluid dampers are used as the semi - active control actuators has been proposed and developed based on the theory analysis of MR fluid dampers characteristic. A adaptive fuzzy logic controller is developed. The completed system is simulated via SIMULINK Toolbox of MATLAB 6.1. Compared to the passive suspension system and simple fuzzy logic controller, the adaptive fuzzy logic controller markedly reduces the vertical acceleration of the sprung mass and effectively improves ride comfort of automobile.  相似文献

Fuzzy PID controller was applied in variable air volume system. The task was to control the temperature of supply air and the temperature of air conditioned room (the return air temperature) close to their respective targets. The fuzzy PID control system of supply air temperature and return air temperature was designed respectively. The supply air temperature was controlled through adjusting the valve opening of chilled water. And the indoor temperature was controlled through adjusting the rotational speed of variable frequency ventilator. The supply air temperature and the indoor temperature (return air temperature) were controlled online by fuzzy PID controller. Thus, it was shown that the design of fuzzy PID controller was reasonable and the effect of fuzzy PID control was well.  相似文献

In the intelligent control system with microprocessor controlling, the development of embedded software requires some simple and practical intelligent control algorithms. The algorithms can not only make the control system's performance good, but also meet the demands of real time control. Aim at the problem, it is presented that a fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control. The structure , control algorithms and the simulation results of the controller are given. The simulation and application show that the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligent control has many advantages such as fast response, less overshoot, good robust. The issue of exponential stability for TS-model-based fuzzy chaotic control systems with constant or time-varying delays is investigated. A linear-feedback fuzzy controller is designed using parallel dispersal compensation technique for a large class of chaotic control systems. By means of the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach in combination of the linear matrix inequality and differential inequality techniques, the criteria for exponential stability of the TS-model-based fuzzy controller are derived, and the corresponding control laws are presented. The results are easy to be calculated numerically because of the linear matrix inequalities representation.  相似文献

The effect of damping on vibration is analyzed during the suspension deformation based on the 1/4 vehicle model. The Fuzzy logic control strategy for the semi-active suspension was proposed. By means of dissipating the energy of vibration and decreasing the peak value of the body acceleration via the action of damping, the parameter-self-adjust fuzzy controller was established. The united simulation of ADAMS and Matlab/Simulink were used for demonstrating the efficiency of the controller. Comparing with the practical passive suspension possessing the nonlinear character and the present fuzzy controller, the control system based on the new-style strategy provides better ride comfort and road handling.  相似文献

Based on the fuzzy control technology,the feedback control method of synthesized yaw rate and side slip angle is presented for the ESP system.The influence of nonlinear characteristics of tires on cornering characteristics and driving stability of vehicle is considered.The nonlinear tire model(Magic Formula) is adopted,and the four-wheel vehicle model with two degrees of freedom and a vehicle reference model are set up on this basis.Then the fuzzy controller of yaw rate and the fuzzy controller of side slip angle are designed and a simulation model generated by Simulink software is used.Simulation results show that the lateral stability of vehicle can be enhanced by controlling yaw rate and side slip angle with the synthesized feedback control method.  相似文献

A dual closed-loop automatic cruise control system is proposed according to the properties of the AMT system with cruise control function inside, which is developod by the authors. The human simulated intelligent fuzzy control is applied to the inner loop of throttle position control while the conventional fuzzy control is applied to the outer loop of vehicle speed control. The scheme of the whole control system and the design process of the controller are presented. The experimental results show that with the proposed dual closed-loop control system, the unstable phenomena of engine speed can be eliminated and the throttle control responses fast without buffeting. Moreover, the system has the advantages of easy manipulation and reliable operation. The controller has the advantages of free of accurate mathematical model and easy to carry out and high robust and so on.  相似文献
