水泥-土基植生固沙材料水、肥释放特征研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用沙柱淋出法研究了控释肥、吸水剂和水泥掺量对植生固沙材料NPK释放规律和保水性的影响。结果表明,因NPK的溶解度不同对照组和实验组养分累计淋出率顺序均为NKP;与对照组相比,实验组掺撒可力肥128d的N素累计淋出率均高于对照组。两种肥料相比,因撒可力肥芯有吸水性故其NPK控释能力优于Osmocote;不同肥料、吸水剂和水泥掺量相比,养分控释能力较优的是掺撒可力肥、SAP1和10%水泥/土比这组配方;保水性较优的是掺撒可力肥、SAP1和30%水泥/土比这组配方。固沙材料中N素累计淋出率曲线为"S"型和P、K为"L"型;N素淋出率曲线为"多峰"型和P、K为"单峰"型,多峰现象可解释为磷素对固沙材料中水泥和土固化作用-部分减少了控释肥薄膜溶胀破裂行为。  相似文献

 为解决固沙技术中水与肥的“瓶颈”问题,在模拟沙地中研究添加控释肥与吸水剂对固沙植物甘草生长发育的影响。结果表明:不同的控释肥对吸水剂的吸水率影响不同,各种控释肥料在沙土中分解释放速度远小于尿素;添加一定量的控释肥均可促进甘草的生长发育,表现在株高、根长、侧根数、叶片发育、生物量(干质量)和对营养元素(N、P、K)的吸收等方面。因此,在固沙植物栽培中添加控释肥与吸水剂的技术是可行的,为解决固沙植物的水肥问题提供了新的思路。  相似文献

几种包膜控释肥氮素释放特性的评价   总被引:24,自引:6,他引:24  
采用水浸泡法和土培法,按照欧洲标准化委员会(CEN)推荐的控释肥料评价标准,对国内外8种包膜肥料的氮素释放特性进行了评价。水浸泡法测试结果表明,Compo-1、Compo-2的初期溶出率(t1)超出该标准,其它6种包膜肥的t1在标准规定的范围内;8种包膜肥的微分溶出率(△t)均符合标准,氮素释放期(T)均达到缓/控释要求。8种包膜肥中除了Compo-1、Compo-2的t1以外,其它均符合CEN推荐的控释肥料标准,但因包膜材料和工艺的差异,表现出了各自不同的氮素释放特征。土培条件下Compo系列、Cau系列、Osmocote和Au的释放期分别是水浸泡条件下的2~4、1.5、0.7和1.3倍,不同的包膜肥料有各自不同的估算系数,需要采用具体的校验试验确定。从盆栽试验中油菜、玉米第六周生物量来看,Compo-3、Cau-C17显著低于速效肥处理,Osmocote、Au油菜处理显著高于速效肥油菜处理,其它施肥处理与速效肥处理差异不显著。  相似文献

水肥调控技术及其功能性肥料研究进展   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
综述水肥调控的有关技术,以及以高吸水性树脂 (super absorbent polymer,SAP) 为保水、缓/控释材料制备保水型缓/控释肥料的研究进展,为今后此类肥料的开发、应用提供依据。水分和养分是限制我国旱地农业可持续发展的主要因子,以肥调水,以水促肥,充分发挥水肥的协同效应是提高水肥利用率的关键。目前,水肥调控 (耦合) 技术的实施主要通过农艺措施和施肥灌溉技术来完成。近年来,随着SAP性能的不断改善和使用的普及,人们对SAP在吸水保水的同时,对土壤肥料养分的保持和缓释作用开始给予了重视,以SAP为保水、缓释材料的保水型缓/控释肥料的研究成为水肥调控研究的热点。SAP与一般聚合物不同之处是它具有高度亲水性,聚合物的骨架是一个适度交联的网状结构,进入树脂分子内的养分离子或分子可以以各种结合形式被暂时固定而延缓了养分的释放。土壤中可溶性盐对SAP吸水性能有重要影响,但尿素分子影响甚小。保水型缓/控释肥料可通过养分负载、复混或包膜等工艺制备。保水型缓/控释肥料是水肥调控 (耦合) 技术、化学制剂保水节水技术和肥料缓/控释技术的综合运用和物化的载体,兼具吸水、保水和养分缓/控释功能,实现水肥在同一时空条件下的一体化调控,同时提高水分和肥料的利用效率,在农业、林业、环境修复、生态工程等领域具有广阔的应用前景。未来工作是进一步寻求合适的SAP制造原料和工艺,降低成本;应用分子设计,改善SAP的结构,提高生物降解性,控制盐分的不利影响,提高肥料的吸水、保水和对养分的缓释性能;加强养分释放机理和不同于普通缓/控释肥料评价方法的研究。  相似文献

试验采用水溶出率实测法研究了自行研制的控释肥料养分释放的特性。以养分释放速率和释放期为主要指标评价了膜材料及其构成对调节控释肥养分释放特性的影响。结果表明,膜材料M2的控释性能优于膜材料M1;用膜材料M1包膜肥料的养分累积释放曲线呈对数曲线,而用膜材料M2包膜肥料的养分累积释放曲线呈直线型。在膜的比面重(单位肥料面积上所含膜材料的重量)为20~80g/m2范围内,随着比面重的增加,包膜肥的初期溶出率降低,释放期延长;通过调节膜材料组成与比面重可以研制出释放期不同的控释肥料。  相似文献

通过田间试验,研究了风化煤复合包裹控释肥对小麦产量、叶片净光合速率(Pn)、植株干重及养分和土壤速效养分及酶活性的影响。结果表明,施用控释肥均较不施肥(CK)和氮磷钾配施(NPK)小麦产量提高,结构改善。与NPK相比成穗数降低,千粒重和穗粒数提高;等养分量控释肥增产6.69%~16.92%。控释肥使冬小麦中后期叶片Pn、植株干重、全N和全K含量提高;等养分量控释肥较NPK处理子粒蛋白质含量提高。与NPK处理相比,控释肥处理土壤速效养分在冬小麦生长发育前期低、中后期高,同时提高了土壤酶活性,有利于小麦养分吸收与运转,使得肥料利用率提高。供试控释肥中以水玻璃控释材料包裹的控释肥(WCRF)效果最好,明显激活了土壤酶活性,使土壤养分供应充足,小麦生长发育后期叶片Pn、干重及养分含量及子粒产量最高。  相似文献

采用水浸泡法对国内外4种包膜控释肥料的养分释放特性进行了系统的研究。结果表明,4种缓控释肥料的初期溶出率均小于12%,微分溶出率在0.4%~1.5%之间,这符合国际上公认的缓/控释肥的评价标准,初期溶出率小于15%、微分溶出率在0.25%~2.5%之间。采用水浸泡法测定包膜控释肥料养分释放特征,简便快速,检测时间短,重复次数少,养分浓度变化直接反映出包膜控释肥料的释放速率特性,还可以定量的测定其供肥性能,控释肥料有控制养分释放、延长供应时间的作用;其中腐殖酸和炭基有利于提高肥料颗粒的水稳定性,减缓养分的释放速率。  相似文献

以桐油为包膜材料,采用土壤盆栽试验和水中静置试验,对控释肥料养分释放动态进行了研究。结果表明,以桐油为包膜材料的包膜尿素,在土壤中养分初期溶出率为12.6%,在水中养分初期溶出率为20.1%,是比较理想的包膜材料。在水中与土壤中养分释放期为1∶1.2;N素的释放可用LOGISTIC动力学方程描述,释放常数k值可用来判断控释尿素的N素释放速率大小。  相似文献

利用专利技术,以芬兰长之道Uki厂生产的粒径分别为2.5~3.0、3.0~4.0、4.0~5.0mm的氮磷钾复合肥制造控释肥料。在25℃和40℃恒温条件下培养0、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、14、21、28、35、42d后测定氮素释放率,以探讨粒径、包膜厚度(膜材用量)、交联剂等对氮素释放率的影响。结果表明,常温和高温下,包膜厚度相同时,氮素释放率随着肥料粒径的增加而明显增加;但氮素释放率随粒径增长的幅度在膜材用量增大的情况下减小。无论是小粒还是大粒控释肥料,其氮素释放的速率随膜材用量的增多而减小。包膜材料添加交联剂可以明显增加氮素释放率,交联剂S的用量对氮素释放率的影响小于交联剂P。同一包膜厚度和单位质量下,用大粒径核心肥料制造的控释肥料可明显减少包膜材料的用量;但要改进大粒径控释肥料的氮素释放率,应利用表面平滑的核心肥料制造包膜控释肥料。  相似文献

Abstract

The weekly nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) release from 17 polymer‐coated controlled‐release fertilizer (CRF) formulations of Nutricote, Apex Gold, Osmocote, and a 9‐month Macrocote were measured at 30.6±0.8°C and 40.0±1.5°C. Five grams of each CRF were placed at a depth of 50 mm in 280x50 mm acid washed then rinsed silica sand columns which were leached with deionized water three times each week until nutrient recovery ceased. The volume of leachate was recorded each week and subsampled for ammonium‐N, nitrate‐N, phosphate‐P, and K analyses. Each CRF treatment was replicated three times at each temperature. Nutrient release profiles were determined. Longevities, measured as weeks to 90% nutrient recovery, were considerably shorter than the nominated release periods for all formulations. Within each CRF product group, the longevity of 9 and 12 month formulations were similar with Apex Gold 12–14 month high nitrate having the longest (38 weeks for N at 30°C) and Osmocote 8–9 month the shortest (23 weeks for N at 30°C). There were consistent trends in the nutrient release periods across all CRFs with P>K>N and with differences of around 10% in duration between nutrients. The P:N release ratio exceeded 0.10 for most CRFs during the early release period indicating an adequate P supply for most plant species. The mean reduction in longevity for Nutricote, Apex Gold, and Osmocote formulations for an increase in incubation temperature from 30°C to 40°C was 19–21 % for N, 13–14% for P, and 14–15% for K. All CRFs released nutrients unevenly with the highest rate occurring during the early part of the release period. This pattern was accentuated at 40°C and by the shorter term release formulations. The nutrient release rates of all CRFs declined steadily after their maxima.  相似文献

Potassium (K) release rate from Osmocote 14–6.3–11.6 (N‐P‐k), MagAmp 7–18–5, Choice 10–4.3–8.3, Scotts 21–3–5.8 and Unimix 10–8.7–4.2 was determined. During the 63‐day experiment Osmocote and Scotts had relatively linear release rates while the release rate from the other fertilizers was initially rapid and decreased over time.  相似文献

通过田间试验方法研究了不同控氮比掺混肥(非控、半控和全控)和运筹方式(基施、基施和追施结合)在玉米种植过程中对土壤速效磷、钾养分供应及其利用率的影响。结果表明:控氮比52.5%掺混肥在基施运筹方式下,能够保证玉米各生育阶段尤其是生长发育中后期的土壤磷、钾养分供应,其磷素利用率最高,与其他控氮比掺混肥及运筹方式相比,其磷素利用率提高了2.85%~95.55%。控氮比52.5%掺混肥在基施运筹方式下,与控氮比52.5%掺混肥减量基施处理相比,钾素利用率降低了1.47%,但与其他控氮比掺混肥及运筹方式相比,其钾素利用率提高了6.42%~20.11%。因此控氮比52.5%掺混肥基施在生产实践中能够更好地促进玉米对磷、钾养分的吸收与利用,提高肥料利用率。  相似文献

不同肥料对高吸水性树脂吸水倍率的影响及养分吸持研究   总被引:20,自引:1,他引:20  
通过对高吸水性树脂在不同肥料溶液中吸水倍率和肥料养分吸持量的测定,研究了不同吸水倍率的聚丙烯酰胺型、聚丙烯酸盐型、淀粉接枝型高吸水性树脂与氮、磷、钾肥料的相互影响。结果表明:化学肥料能显著降低高吸水性树脂的吸水倍率,并随肥料浓度的增加,高吸水性树脂吸水倍率显著降低。但不同肥料品种对高吸水性树脂吸水倍率的影响程度不同:供试肥料对高吸水性树脂的影响程度依过磷酸钙、磷酸一铵、硫酸钾、氯化铵、硫酸铵、氯化钾、尿素顺序递减。高吸水性树脂在水中溶胀时,在吸收大量水的同时,也吸持溶解在水中的肥料分子或离子,吸持量的大小因高吸水性树脂和肥料种类而不同。肥料浓度达到一定值后,随着高吸水性树脂吸水倍率的降低,吸持量也随之降低。聚丙烯酰胺型和聚丙烯酸盐型的高吸水性树脂在肥料溶液中的稳定性较淀粉接枝型要强。  相似文献

聚合物类保水剂对山杏水肥利用效应的影响   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
研究了不同用量保水剂处理对干旱胁迫下山杏(Armenia casibirica)叶水势、根部氮磷钾及生物量(地上部分生物量、地下部分生物量、总生物量)、根冠比的影响。结果表明,不同处理下叶水势受到不同程度促进,且促进程度随保水剂用量增大而增大。山杏根部氮磷钾含量,因不同处理均有所变化,其中,氮含量变化最显著,随保水剂用量增大而增大。保水剂20g下氮含量是对照的1.66倍,钾含量基本无变化,而磷含量随保水剂用量增大而降低。处理可使山杏总生物量和地上部分生物量增大,而对照组的地下部分生物量和根冠比最大。山杏叶水势和根部氮含量相关性显著。研究结果表明,保水剂和复合肥的混施显著促进了山杏生长,其原因可能是其保水保肥及缓释的作用。  相似文献

Abstract

Samples of seven controlled‐release fertilizers, Nutricote Total 13–13–13, Nutricote Total 18–6–8, Osmocote Plus 15–9–12, Osmocote 13–13–13, Polyon 18–6–12, Polyon 14–14–14, and Plantacote 14–8–15, were placed in leaching columns containing acid‐washed sand. Samples of all leachates were analyzed weekly to determine release rates of ammonium‐nitrogen (N), nitrate‐N, phosphorus (P), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), manganese (Mn), and iron (Fe). Release rates for P from all products were slower than those for NH4‐N, NO3‐N, and K. Release of Mg, Mn, and Fe was very poor, with less than 50% of the total amount of each of these elements ever being released from the prills for some products. Nutricote products released Fe and Mn more effectively than did Osmocote or Plantacote.  相似文献

Abstract

Monitoring in‐season nutrient availability in cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon Ait.) is hampered by tissue sampling being limited to a short, late‐summer period, and a low‐pH, high‐iron (Fe) soil environment limits soil‐test result interpretation. To evaluate monitoring available in‐season nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K), commercially available ion‐exchange membranes (PRS?) were placed in plots where standard fertilizer practices were supplemented with the controlled‐release fertilizer (CRF) Osmocote? 14–14–14 at 0, 112, 224 or 336 kg/ha rates. PRS? nitrate (NO3)‐N was related only to CRF fertilizer, whereas PRS? ammonium (NH4)‐N reflected both the CRF and in‐season fertilizer applications. Large increases in PRS? NH4‐N with increasing CRF rates suggested a synergistic effect of CRF on fertilizer NH4‐N availability. PRS? P was positively correlated with CRF P but negatively to in‐season P applications, whereas PRS? K was related to in‐season fertilizer applications but not to CRF, suggesting poor plant P availability in the soil environment and relatively little K contribution from CRF, respectively. These results show promise for using PRS? in cranberry.  相似文献

Production light levels [1900, 1140 and 380 μE˙m‐2 ˙s‐1 photosynthetically active radiation (PAR)] and fertilizer treatments [Osmocote (18N‐3P‐10K) 12 g/15 cm pot, soluble. (20N‐6P‐17K) 480 ppm N weekly and combination of soluble 240 ppm N weekly plus Osmocote 6 g/pot] influenced growth parameters and elemental tissue content of Brassaia actinophylla in a 3×3 factorial experiment. Growth index, chlorophyll content and plant grade were greater in plants grown under medium and low PAR intensities (1140 and 380 μE˙m‐2 ˙s‐1) and when produced with the Osmocote fertilizer treatment. Inter‐nodal length decreased as production PAR levels increased. Analysis of leaf tissue indicated that decreasing PAR intensities produced an increase in N, P and K and a decrease in Mg.
