This paper reviews progress towards the establishment of an Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Power Grid (APG) and the key barriers to multilateral cross-border electricity trade in ASEAN. An analysis across political, technical, institutional, economic, environmental, social and time dimensions is employed. Using a policy sequencing framework, the paper concludes it remains premature for ASEAN to pursue a strong form of power sector market integration on account of the sizeable barriers that currently remain, especially economic and institutional barriers. Focusing on bilateral power purchase agreements and large-scale investments in solar and wind power over 2022–2030 would help to develop stronger foundations for ASEAN to make steps towards deeper regional integration in the electricity sector in subsequent years, while also being consistent with renewables adoption goals.  相似文献

The tremendous seasonal variation of rainfall and the relative little dispose capacity of sewage are the main reason of the lack of water quantity and the contaminate of water quality in low water season in LIJIANG. Adjusting water quantity is an important measure to resolve the problem. So, the author does an investigation on water resource of LIJIANG, calculates upper-water supply and requires equation. As a result, in the condition of no water adjust, and if in the extraordinary year of the lack of water quantity, the water flow will fade in 2010, and the demand of water quantity of 30 m~3/s in the season of the lack of water will not be satisfied. Based on the actuality of water resource, the thesis introduces the project of mending water reservoir to LIJIANG,analyzes its feasibility in the respect of technique and financial condition,brings forward major problem of the project. The result proves the benefit of the project in the field of environment,economy society is very prominent, and the project is an engineering to realize water resource of LIJIANG reasonable utilize; for the reason to guarantee this project to bring into play its function,it is time to carry out integrate management to water resource and water environment in LIJIANG valley.  相似文献

Summary Insect pests are major problems for all crops, worldwide. In this review we will focus on legumes, which are attacked by a range of insect pests including pod/seed feeders, defoliators and sap feeders. We review the history of breeding for resistance to insect pests in legumes, which has had mixed success, and discuss further opportunities in this area. We also review the extraordinary array of direct and indirect mechanisms contributing to insect defence in legumes, the understanding and exploitation of which offer opportunities for both legume and non-legume crops. There is also good potential to improve insect resistance in legume crops through a detailed understanding of the signaling pathways that regulate induced responses to insect feeding, and recent progress in this area, primarily obtained from non-legume systems, is reviewed. The importance legumes play in farming systems, their wide range of novel chemistry and the emergence of model systems suitable for genomic approaches present opportunities for research in this area strongly linked to breeding programs to help develop legume crops with enhanced insect resistance. The numerical solution of sample point stress field in finite element network of ferrite-martensite microstructure under finite deformation has a high-gradient distributive characteristic whose stress gradient between ferrite and martensite crystalline element is very high. If the interpolation method is used in the whole region,the isogram will be seriously smooth so that the original high-gradient sample point stress field will become untrue. This paper presents a new method for drawing isogram of ferrite-martensite microstructiire stress field by interpolating sample points in an element one by one. This method can make the post-treatment of high-gradient discrete stress field in crystalline network approach to a truer condition and solve the problem of arbitrary curve boundary of the deformed two phase steel.  相似文献

The wavelet transform is a new subject developed quickly in the past ten years Compared with Fourier transform and Gabor transform, the wavelet transform is a part of time-frequency transform, so the message can be obtained from the signals effectively. By means of the fractionized multiresolution analysis to the signals, many problems unalbe to be solved by Fourier tranform have been solved in this way.Based on the fact that the maxima of the noise wavelet transform reduces dramatically with the increase of the scale, we obtain the result that this way is more advanced than the Fourier transform multiresolution analysis to the noise elimination.  相似文献

Small sum credit is a efficient way to help farmer shake off poverty. The opportunity cost of win the loan, refinancing rat and the probability of success of have effects on the development of this item. In many areas, if the loan can't be paid in time, farmer will be punished. The way has great efficiency on the farmer who owes the loan on purpose. But the effect on the farmer who doesn't owe the loan on purpose of the way hasn't been studied. The relationship between the probability of winning the loan and these factors has been studied by a simple method in this paper. The conclusion is, the decrease in the opportunity cost and refinancing rat, the increase in the probability of success can help farmer win the loan. Application of low intensity ultrasonic waves to the biotechnology is one of new and hot research fields. The physical mechanisms of ultrasound mainly include the effects of mass transfer ,heating and cavitation. Many researchers found that low intensity ultrasonic waves could accelerate the interacton of substrate and help reactant to enter the active center of enzyme and production to leave center; it could also alter the permeability of membrane and enhance the transfer of mass, and so promote the production of beneficial matter and the absorption of drug to cells; in addition ,it could raise the efficiency of cell metabolism and the growth of cells; so low intensity ultrasonic waves can be used in enzyme engineering, fermentation engineering, cell engineering and biological therapeutics of Neoplasm. Although it is not long since the Chinese real estate appraisal agencies appeared in China, they have been developing quickly. The wavelet transform is a new subject developed quickly in the past ten years. Compared with the Fourier transform, the wavelet transform is a part of time-frequency transform. The most important character is that it can be used to transform a signal into basic units at different scales and location, each unit represents a component of original signal difference from others. The wavelet transform has been proven to be a powerful and efficient tool for processing signal due to this character. This paper introduces the de-noising principles of the wavelet transform. The move toward resilient and productive agriculture requires, among other innovations, the design of new sustainable farming systems in which the variety plays a main role. Plant breeding strategies adapted to organic farming conditions have to deal with limiting factors. Whereas in north-west France, it is known that trials carried out under high-input management do not give a good prediction of genotype performance in organic conditions, less is known about the relative stability of wheat genotypes between low-input (LI) and organic cropping systems. A retrospective analysis of 34 winter wheat trials conducted from 2004 to 2011 was performed to determine whether data obtained on genotypes grown under LI conditions can be used to predict genotype performance in organic (ORG) target conditions. Every year, ORG and LI (no fungicide or growth regulators, N balance sheet-60 kgN/ha, weed control with herbicides) trials including 25–30 genotypes describing a large range of genetic diversity were sown in three different agro-climatic regions across north-west France. Genotype performance in ORG management system was reduced from 25 to 40 % for yield and from 10 to 22 % for grain protein content. Estimates of genotypic values appeared to be more precise under LI than ORG conditions. Because of high genetic correlations between LI and ORG conditions, the relative efficiency of indirect selection from LI to ORG conditions was approximately 1. Spearman’s rank correlations were high (Rs = 0.54–0.92) and genotype rank inversions generally had a minor extent. However, in 2005 and 2010, almost 50 % of the lines had to be retained in LI to keep 80 % of the top 20 % of genotypes in organic conditions. Compared with previous results from high-input conditions, LI management provided a better prediction of genotype performance under ORG conditions but crossover genotype × management interactions could be observed between both systems. Overall, combining information provided from both LI and ORG crop management systems appears to be a good process for building efficient and adapted breeding schemes for ORG farming conditions.  相似文献
