本文主要论述了热压法制造水泥刨花板的工艺。试验选取热压温度、热压时间、水灰比、灰木比、添加剂和板子密度等工艺变量建立多元回归方程,并对刨花形态等问题进行了讨论。试验结果表明:热压温度和刨花形态对板子性能影响极为显著;热压法水泥刨花板不仅具有与冷压法相同的物理力学性能,而且还具有水泥水化速度快、板坯脱模强度较高等特点,因而缩短了水泥刨花板的生产过。 相似文献

为了降低刨花板生产中板坯的含水量,刨花板车间采用液体石蜡代替以前的石蜡乳液用作刨花板的防水剂,经过多次较系统的试验、获得成功,并已投入生产,效果良好。过去刨花板生产,一直是采用石蜡乳液作防水剂,不但工艺复杂,而且增加了板坯中的水份,给热压工序带来了困难,同时对刨花板的产量和质量都有较大的影响。我厂刨花板经过技术改造以后,由于预压改为连续式滚筒预压,故对施胶后刨花的挥发物含量提出了更高的要求,如挥发物超过15%,则板坯不能成型。预压前,刨花中的含水量主要有两个来源,一是刨花经烘干后余下的含水量,一是在施胶过程中加入的水分。烘干刨花中的一般含水量: 尿醛树脂胶加入的含水量为8%(含量60%,加量12%);石蜡乳液加入的含水量约为4—6%(含量20%,加量1—1.5%)。 相似文献

本文利用落叶松刨花和自制的异氰酸酯胶粘剂 ,通过正交重复实验研究了刨花板制造工艺参数中的密度、热压温度、热压时间、刨花含水率、施胶量和施蜡量对“2 4h吸水厚度膨胀率”与“不可逆厚度膨胀率”差的影响 ,同时通过单因素重复实验对刨花板制造常用的胶种和刨花种类对厚度膨胀率差也进行了研究。结果表明 ,在上述热压参数中 ,只有板的密度和刨花种类是影响刨花板“厚度膨胀率平行性”规律的显著性因素 ;结合和分析部分学者的实验结果发现 ,刨花形态和刨花预处理也是影响刨花板“厚度膨胀率平行性”规律的显著因素。研究表明前者对刨花板“厚度膨胀率平行性”规律影响的实质是不同密度刨花板在 2 4h的吸湿膨胀的速率与程度差异所致 ,后者则是由于这些因素影响了木材的吸湿膨胀特性所致 相似文献

再生木纤维制备成型颗粒燃料物理性能的初步研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以废弃纤维板所制再生木纤维为原料,采用环模制粒机把原料压缩为成型颗粒燃料。通过试验测定了成型燃料的密度、抗跌碎性、抗渗水性和吸湿性等。结果表明:原料的纤维形态和特性对成型燃料的密度、耐久性有显著影响。实验中,再生木纤维所制颗粒燃料的密度均为1.21 g/cm3,略小于再生木刨花所制颗粒燃料密度;两种再生纤维形态成型后的跌碎率分别为0.36%和0.59%,吸水率相差不大,约为7.90%,与再生木刨花和贴面再生木刨花所制颗粒燃料相比,其抗跌碎性较好,但抗渗水性能略差;吸湿率为1.03%,抗吸湿性较好。纤维比表面积越大,纤维间填充度就越高,结合越紧密,其成型燃料的密度就越大,抗跌碎性也越好,但抗吸水性越差。 相似文献

本文论述了竹材、意大利杨复合定向刨花板的强度性能,就胶种、刨花厚度、竹材所占比率、板密度、板坯结构、施胶量等诸因子对板材强度性能的影响进行了探讨。结果表明:(1)胶种对竹木复合定向刨花板的强度影响不大;(2)降低刨花厚度或提高板密度均可使板材强度提高;(3)单层结构的复合定向刨花板强度最高;(4)提高板材中竹材的比率可使板子强度明显改善;但竹材比率过高时,板材强重比反而下降,呈开口向下的抛物线型变化;(5)酚醛树脂定向刨花板的强度随原料酸性增大而降低。 相似文献

Density and resin content are two factors that have a signifi- cant effect on the production cost of wood composite. However, particle size affects resin content and density, which suggests that the interaction of these three factors can be manipulated to reduce the board density and resin content of particleboard without adversely influencing its mechani- cal properties. Some mathematical functional forms based on resin con- tent, board density and slenderness ratio were regressed and an appropri- ate form was chosen. According to analysis of the results using SHA- ZAM 9 software, the exponential function best fit the experimental data. Finally, "indifference curves" of mechanical properties were illustrated and analyzed. The results indicated that negative effects of density or resin content reduction on mechanical properties could be compensated for by controlling particles’ slenderness ratio. Interestingly, increases in slenderness ratio compensated for the negative effects of decreases in resin content or board density on module of rupture (MOR) and module of elasticity (MOE). Moreover, this "compensation ratio" intensified as resin content or density decreased and/or as the MOR or MOE increased. On the other hand, reduction in slenderness ratio indicated a comple- mentary effect on reducing internal bond (IB) strength, a result of de- creases in resin content or density. Reed and wheat straw particleboards bonded with urea formaldehyde (UF) resin were manufactured from two different material configurations (i.e., fine and coarse particles). The board densities were in the range of 0.550–.90g/cm3. The effects of particle size and board density on the board properties were examined. The properties of particleboard produced from fine particles were better than those made from coarse particles. An increase in board density resulted in a corresponding improvement in the board properties. The properties of OF bonded reed and wheat straw particleboards were relatively lower than those of commercial particleboards. Three silane coupling agents were used to improve the bondability between the reed and wheat particles and OF resin. Results of this study indicate that all the board properties were improved by the addition of silane coupling agent. The degree of improvement achieved from each coupling agent was different; epoxide silane was found to be more effective for reed straw particleboard, and amino silane was better for wheat straw particleboard. 相似文献

结合众多实验结果,讨论了刨花板制造工艺中12个主要因素-热压温度、热压时间、热压压力、板的密度、刨花含水率、施胶量、施蜡量、胶剂种类、刨花形态、刨花原料种类、刨花预处理、成板的二次压制处理对刨花板吸水厚度膨胀率的影响。结果表明,降低刨花板的24h吸水厚度膨胀率要通过降低其不可逆厚度膨胀率获得,而降低不可逆厚度膨胀率的实质是尽量以非膨胀功耗能释放内应力,减少粘弹性变形和胶接点破坏。研究还表明,上述12个制板要素中,除施蜡量外,都对不可逆厚度膨胀率有很大的影响,因此选择合理的制板工艺因素对刨花板的尺寸稳定性很重要。 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the strength properties of a composite board containing waste paper as a core material, could be improved by the prior prepressing of the core material before pressing the product to final thickness. Results indicated that intermediate cold prepressing of the core layer had no effect on the bending strength and MOE and can thus be eliminated. Flakeboard containing Kraft waste paper appears to be superior to commercial particle boards, with regard to thickness swelling in water. Results so far obtained indicate that waste paper can be utilized for flakeboard manufacture. 相似文献

降低尿素与甲醛的摩尔比可降低脲醛树脂中游离甲醛含量,但对脲醛树酯的缩聚和粘结强度会产生一些不利的影响.用新研制的脲醛树脂胶粘剂在竹材碎料板中进行了应用.结果表明:中密度板的各项性能指标均远低于高密度板,密度在0.9g/cm3以上可获得较好的产品质量;随着施胶量的增加,静曲强度和平面抗拉强度增加,厚度膨胀率下降,施胶量以8%~12%为宜;产品质量达到刨花板质量的国家标准. 相似文献
