以长寿沙田柚柚皮作为试验材料,采用冷压法、水蒸气蒸馏法和C02超临界萃取法三种方法提取柚皮精油.研究不同方法提取柚皮精油的成分与含量。结果表明.三种提取方法的精油提取率分别为0.126%、0.401%和0.252%;采用GC—MS检测分析结果表明,三种方法所得精油有效成分的种类分别为49种、35种和37种,其中有22种成分相同,包括6种最高含量的成分(0.4%);水蒸气蒸馏法在提取过程中的高温会导致部分精油成分挥发或分解,CO2超临界萃取法提取前的冻干过程也会使部分精油成分随水分流失.冷压法依然是可保持沙田柚柚皮精油成分最有效的提取方法。  相似文献

采用酶辅助溶剂萃取法(EASE)、酶辅助水蒸气蒸馏法(EASD)、酶辅助同时蒸馏萃取法(EASDE)和超临界流体萃取法(SFE)提取油樟树叶中的挥发性精油,收率分别为1.36%、3.00%、3.70%和2.29%。通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析发现,提取物的主要成分均为1,8-桉叶素,并且在酶辅助同时蒸馏提取物中相对含量最高,达到54.05%。采用DPPH自由基清除能力检测樟油的体外抗氧化活性,并采用二倍稀释法测定了樟油对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度。结果显示,樟油的体外抗氧化活性较弱;酶辅助溶剂萃取、酶辅助水蒸气蒸馏和酶辅助同时蒸馏萃取法提取的樟油对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有较好的抗菌作用,而超临界流体萃取提取的樟油抗菌效果较差。  相似文献

[Objective] To establish a rapid,fast and accurate high performance liquid chromatographic analysis for HERBA TAXILLI.[Methods]Quercitrin and quercetin were extracted from HERBA TAXILLI by acid hydrolysis and ultrasonic extraction. Quercitrin and quercetin contents were detected by RP-HPLC. [Results] Quercetin was the main component extracted by acid hydrolysis. There were few free quercetins by ultrasonic extraction; and they were mainly existed in the form of quercitrin. [Conclusions] Quercitrin extracted by ultrasonic extraction was used as the index for quantitative determination; detection was carried out by RP-HPLC. This method could rapidly and accurately reflect the quality of HERBA TAXILLI.  相似文献

从萃取率、萃取时间、萃取油成分及外观颜色等方面比较了超临界CO2萃取方法和常规方法——水蒸汽蒸馏萃取法。结果表明,超临界CO2萃取方法操作自动化程度高,不仅萃取能力强,而且能方便有选择性地萃取所需成分,更适合于热敏性、易氧化物质成分的提取,在花椒调味油开发方面必将得到广泛的应用。  相似文献

为探讨采用超临界CO2萃取技术萃取金银花中总黄酮的工艺条件;采用分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量,考察压力、温度、时间和夹带剂对总黄酮提取率的影响,并同热醇浸泡提取法、微波提取法和超声提取法的得率进行比较;得到超临界CO2萃取最佳条件为:压力30Mpa、温度40℃、时间120min和夹带剂用量4.5ml/g时,提取得率最高。同热醇浸泡提取法、微波提取法和超声提取法相比,其总黄酮得率分别为8.92%、9.56%、9.32%、和10.24%;超临界CO2提取方法同其他方法相比,得率高、时间短,是一种合适的提取金银花中总黄酮的方法。  相似文献

[Objective] To simultaneously detect scopoletin and scoparone contents in HERBA ARTEMISIAE ANNUAE by three-dimensional fluorescence coupled with alternating trilinear decomposition method. [Methods] The contents and recovery rates of scopoletin and scoparone were detected in HERBA ARTEMISIAE ANNUAE under unknown disturbances by using three-dimensional fluorescence coupled with alternating trilinear decomposition method. Component number was estimated by core consistency diagnostic( CORCONDIA) test. [Results] As for standard curve method,scopoletin and scoparone contents were 0. 080 4% and 0. 024 8% in HERBA ARTEMISIAE ANNUAE,respectively.As for second-order standard addition method,scopoletin and scoparone contents were 0. 082 7% and 0. 023 4%,respectively; and their recovery rates were 97. 9% and 102. 9%,respectively. The resolved spectra and real spectra of scopoletin and scoparone matched quite well with each other. [Conclusions] This method was simple and effective,and solved the problem of analyze interested components under complex background.  相似文献

为探讨采用超临界CO2萃取技术萃取大蒜精油的工艺条件及分析其组成 ;研究了超临界CO2萃取大蒜精油时,萃取压力、萃取温度、CO2流量和萃取时间对大蒜精油萃取率的影响,并采用气-质联用方法(GC-MS)分析了大蒜精油的组成。结果表明: 最佳萃取条件为萃取压力30Mpa、萃取温度45℃、CO2流量10kg/h、萃取时间80min;GC-MS分析确定了大蒜中24种化学成分,其中含量较高的为含硫化合物。  相似文献

为了探究分子蒸馏技术纯化紫苏油α-亚麻酸的可行性,筛选紫苏油提取方法的基础上,考察了蒸馏温度、蒸馏压力、刮板转速和进料速度4个因素对分子蒸馏技术纯化α-亚麻酸效果的影响。结果表明,紫苏油最佳提取法为超临界CO2萃取法,α-亚麻酸纯化的首要影响因素是蒸馏温度,其次是蒸馏压力,再次是进料速度,最后是刮板转速。最佳纯化工艺:蒸馏温度220℃,蒸馏压力0.07 mbar,刮板转速375 r/min,进料速度1.0 d/min,该工艺条件下α-亚麻酸纯度达到97.42%。该方法有效提高了紫苏油α-亚麻酸的纯度,为高纯度α-亚麻酸的研究和利用奠定了理论基础。  相似文献

[Objective] To research the effects of medicated serum of HERBA POLYGONI PERFOLIATI on HBsAg and HBeAg secretion in2215 cells. [Methods]Destruction rate of medicated serum of HERBA POLYGONI PERFOLIATI to 2215 cells and HL-7702 were detected by MTT method; HBsAg and HBeAg secretion in cell supernatant was detected by ELISA method when four different concentrations of medicated serums were applied in 2215 cells for 72 h. [Results]20% and 40% medicated serums showed inhibitory effects on HBsAg and HBeAg secretion,showing certain dose-effect relationship. At the same time,medicated serum of HERBA POLYGONI PERFOLIATI had less significant inhibitory effects on HL-7702 than that on 2215 cells. [Conclusions] Medicated serum of HERBA POLYGONI PERFOLIATI had certain toxic and anti-HBV effects in vitro.  相似文献

为了研究6种伞形科植物挥发油的杀螨效果,分析活性最好的植物挥发油的主要活性成分。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取香菜、白芷、柴胡、大齿山芹、辽蒿本、川芎6种伞形科植物挥发油。以玻片浸渍法测定其挥发油杀螨活性后,使用气质联用仪(GC-MS)对具有较好杀螨活性的挥发油化学成分进行分析。结果表明香菜、白芷、柴胡、大齿山芹、辽蒿本、川芎挥发油杀螨的半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为2.9006、1.1575、3.2386、1.6314、1.8854、0.3767 mg/mL,其中以川芎挥发油的杀螨活性最强,其主要成分为4-萜烯醇(11.81%)、双环(2,2,1)庚烷-2-醇1,7,7-三甲基-2-乙酸酯(8.28%)、4-乙烯基-2-甲氧基苯酚(14.88%)、苯戊酮(7.92%)、苯己醇(9.87%)。本研究首次发现川芎挥发油对朱砂叶螨具有较好的触杀作用。毒杀效果与市售常用杀螨剂螺螨酯(LC50=356.8878 mg/L)相对持平。因此推测4-萜烯醇可能是杀螨的活性成分之一。  相似文献

采用超临界流体萃取得到川芎挥发油,平均收率为6.86%。利用毛细管气相色谱—质谱联用仪对川芎提取物成分分离和鉴定的49种化学成分,并用峰面积归一化法测定各种成分的质量分数。结果标明,超临界CO2川芎提取物的主要成分为:3-丁基苯酞、3-丁叉苯酞、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、棕榈酸、亚油酸等。卷烟加香试验表明,川芎油可有效地掩盖卷烟杂气,使烟气柔和,香气细腻,对改进烟气品质作用明显。  相似文献

采用超临界CO2流体萃取南瓜子油,气相色谱等方法测定了南瓜子油的理化成分、脂肪酸组成、品质特性。结果表明,南瓜子含粗蛋白质为33.28%,粗脂肪为42.77%;超临界CO2流体萃取南瓜子油的提取率为90%,明显优于其他提取方法;南瓜子油含丰富不饱和脂肪酸,其中亚油酸占52.29%,所得南瓜子油品质良好酸价为1.46 mg/g,过氧化值为1.62 mmol/kg。  相似文献

采用超临界CO2萃取技术,经单因素试验研究投料量、粉碎度、萃取压力、萃取温度和萃取时间对糖茶藨籽油萃取率的影响;以糖茶藨籽油萃取率为指标,经正交试验选出最佳萃取工艺条件;通过GC-MS对提取的糖茶藨籽油进行组分分析。结果表明,最佳糖茶藨籽油的萃取条件为投料量400 g、粉碎度35目、压力35 MPa、温度45℃、时间50 min,在此条件下糖茶藨籽提油率为23.23%;超临界CO2流体萃取的糖茶藨籽油是澄明的黄色油状液体,用GC-MS检测不饱和脂肪酸含量达85%以上,其中亚油酸含量为29.57%,糖茶藨籽油酸价是1.10 mg/g,过氧化值是2.70 mmol/kg。本研究得出该工艺条件可为糖茶藨籽油的提取工艺提供了实验支持和理论依据。  相似文献

【研究目的】本实验采用超临界CO2萃取技术提取瑞香狼毒根部油脂,并确立其工艺条件【方法】通过单因素试验及正交试验,对CO2流量、萃取时间、萃取压力、萃取温度、分离温度、分离压力等条件进行了优化。【结论】在试验范围内,各影响因素对瑞香狼毒根部油脂得率作用的大小依次为:萃取压力>分离压力>萃取温度>分离温度。超临界CO2流体萃取技术提取瑞香狼毒根部油的最佳工艺参数为:CO2流量21L/h,萃取时间为100min,萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度46°C,分离温度45°C、分离压力5.5Mpa。在此最佳工艺条件下,瑞香狼毒根部油脂萃取率达到3.57%。  相似文献

[Objective] To research the chemical components in the essential oils from leaves of Tetracera sarmentosa( L.) Vahl by GC-MS.[Methods]Essential oils were extracted from the leaves of T.sarmentosa by steam distillation method.The chemical components were analyzed by GC-MS; and the relative content of each component was detected by peak area normalization method.[Results]A total of 47 chromatographic peaks were isolated and 19 chemical components were identified,accounting for 73.72% of the total essential oils.The main chemical components from leaves of T.sarmentosa were hexadecanoic acid( 41.59%),phytol( 11.10%),linoleic acid( 5.08%) and so on.[Conclusions]This research provided references for the quality control of the leaves of T.sarmentosa,as well as the further development and utilization of the leaves of T.sarmentosa.  相似文献

[Objective]To determine the plumbagin contents in the stems,leaves and roots of HERBA PLUMBAGINIS ZEYLANICAE under different grown conditions,and to provide test data for its domestication. [Methods]The plumbagin contents in the stems,leaves and roots of HERBA PLUMBAGINIS ZEYLANICAE were detected by RP-HPLC. [Results] Plumbagin contents in HERBA PLUMBAGINIS ZEYLANICAE grown in mellow soil and clay were higher than those grown in sandy and raw soils. Plumbagin contents in HERBA PLUMBAGINIS ZEYLANICAE applying K and N fertilizers were higher than that of P fertilizer. Plumbagin content was the maximum in HERBA PLUMBAGINIS ZEYLANICAE grown under full illumination. Plumbago contents in the roots,stems,and leaves grown under different reproduction modes showed only slight changes. [Conclusions]Considering from the angle of plumbagin content,the optimal cultivation condition for HERBA PLUMBAGINIS ZEYLANICAE was as follows: a given amount of N and K fertilizers should be applied during the growth of cutting seedlings of HERBA PLUMBAGINIS ZEYLANICAE on clay; and full illumination should be provided. Under this condition,the high-yield and highquality HERBA PLUMBAGINIS ZEYLANICAE could be obtained.  相似文献
