维生素C、E对中华绒螯蟹生殖性能的影响   总被引:17,自引:2,他引:17

通过对河蟹雌性亲体投喂不添加或添加VC、VE的4组实验饲料,并以新鲜河蚌为对照,进行198d饲养试验,以雌蟹性腺系数、产卵力、孵化率以及各组织中SOD活性、MDA含量等指标作为判据,研究了VC、VE对雌蟹生殖性能的影响。结果表明,1(投喂添加0.5mg·(100g)-1VC饲料组)、2(投喂添加0.022mg·(100g)-1VE饲料组)和3(投喂添加0.5mg·(100g)-1VC饲料和0.022mg·(100g)-1VE饲料组)3个组雌蟹的产卵力分别为3620个卵细胞·g-1体重、3540个卵细胞·g-1体重、3710个卵细胞·g-1体重,孵化率分别是83.03%、84.06%、86.27%,均极显著高于4组(投喂未添加维生素饲料组)雌蟹的产卵力(2490个卵细胞·g-1体重)和孵化率(29.28%)(P<0.01),也显著高于5组(饲喂河蚌)雌蟹的产卵力(3010个卵细胞·g-1体重)和孵化率(71.12%)(P<0.05)。雌蟹卵巢中SOD活性,1、2和3组则比4组和5组显著低(P<0.05),分别为56.35Nu·mL-1、53.61Nu·mL-1和39.87Nu·mL-1,相应地,MDA含量分别为6.03nmol·mL-1、5.65nmol·mL-1和5.57nmol·mL-1;4组雌蟹,虽然其卵巢中SOD活性较高,达79.25Nu·mL-1,但因饲料中缺乏抗氧化性的VC、VE,引发卵子脂质过氧化,MDA含量显著增加(P<0.05),为23.18nmol·mL-1,导致卵质低下,从而影响了卵子孵化。综上所述,雌蟹饲料中添加适量的VC  相似文献

以维生素A添加量为0(对照组)、10 000IU/kg(1万组)和80 000IU/kg(8万组)的3种人工配合饲料饲养大菱鲆Scophthamus maximus亲鱼8个月,通过比较各饲料组亲鱼平均相对产卵量、卵子上浮率、受精率、孵化率、卵子与仔稚鱼的大小等,研究不同添加水平的维生素A对亲鱼繁殖性能的影响。结果表明,8万组卵子上浮率和孵化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),与1万组差异不显著(P>0.05);8万组初孵仔鱼体长2 684.1±24.91μm,显著高于对照组2 562.3±30.00μm(P<0.05),与1万组2 484.2±56.16μm差异不显著(P>0.05);卵子中n-3HUFA、n-6HUFA的含量和性腺中维生素A的含量随着饲料中维生素A添加量的增加而增加;8万组血清中SOD(超氧化物歧化酶,Superoxide dismutase)活力为91.88U/ml,显著高于对照组70.57U/ml(P<0.05)。  相似文献

绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sensu stricto)是高盐碱耐受性水产动物,然而随着绒螯蟹种质退化等原因,北方地区养殖绒螯蟹面临规格小、抗逆性差和病害频发等问题,开发利用新的土著绒螯蟹种质保证绒螯蟹产业健康发展显得尤为必要。团队于2020和2021年9月,在黑龙江省绥芬河水系用地笼捕捉野生绒螯蟹共计299只(雌体156只,雄体143只),统计绒螯蟹性成熟情况并分别计算不同体重绒螯蟹所占百分比,测量性成熟个体的甲壳长、甲壳宽,解剖取出肝胰腺和性腺,精刮肌肉,测定可食率、色泽及常规营养成分。结果显示,绥芬河绒螯蟹雌体未性成熟比例显著低于性成熟比例(P<0.05),而雄体则相反。不论是雌体还是雄体,性成熟个体的平均体重均显著高于未性成熟个体(P<0.05)。雌性成熟个体平均体重为(110.51±2.42) g,雄性则为(147.79±5.94) g。雌性成熟个体(≥100.00 g/只)的百分比为55.94%,雄性成熟个体(≥125.00 g/只)的百分比为60.00%。9月29日,雌体肝胰腺指数(HSI)和性腺指数(GSI)均显著高于雄体,而出肉率(MY)和肥满度(CF)则显著低于雄体(P<0.05)。雌体甲壳亮度值(L*)和黄度值(b*)均显著低于雄体(P<0.05)。雌体性腺和肌肉中粗蛋白含量显著高于雄体,而性腺中水分含量则显著低于雄体(P<0.05)。综上所述,绥芬河绒螯蟹具有性成熟个体平均体重大且大规格个体百分比高等特点,卵巢和肌肉中粗蛋白与粗脂肪百分比较高,是一种重要的高蛋白低脂肪营养物质来源。本研究结果为绥芬河水系野生绒螯蟹种质资源开发以及利用提供了基础资料。  相似文献

为评估中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)超大规格亲本(母本≥300 g, 父本≥400 g)繁育子代的养殖效果, 本研究以正常规格亲本(300 g≥母本≥150 g, 400 g≥父本≥250 g)作为对照, 比较了超大规格和正常规格中华绒螯蟹繁育子代 F1 在扣蟹及成蟹阶段的生长性能和养殖效果差异。结果显示: (1) 超大规格组个体在豆蟹、扣蟹及成蟹阶段的平均体重均一直高于对照组, 其中扣蟹和成蟹体重分别于 9—11 月和 7 月差异显著(P<0.05); (2) 生殖蜕壳及性腺发育方面, 超大规格组雄体和雌体在 9 月 5 日至 9 月 25 日和 7 月 25 日至 9 月 5 日期间的生殖蜕壳率分别显著低于对照组(P<0.05), 此外, 超大规格组雌体的性腺指数在性腺发育前期(9 月 10 日)显著低于对照组(P<0.05), 雄体则在性腺发育中期(10 月 10 日)显著较低(P<0.05); (3) 超大规格组在扣蟹阶段的产出重量和成蟹阶段的最终产量均高于对照组, 其中雄体在扣蟹阶段的产量与对照组差异显著(P<0.05); (4) 就规格分布而言, 超大规格组雌雄个体中大规格扣蟹(>12 g)及大规格成蟹(雄蟹>230 g, 雌蟹>200 g)所占比例均显著高于对照组, 且超大规格组中小规格扣蟹及小规格成蟹所占比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述, 在扣蟹和成蟹养殖阶段, 超大规格亲本繁育子代相较于对照组具有更快的生长速度和更高的产量, 且子代中大规格蟹的比例显著高于对照组, 由此认为超大规格亲本繁育子代具有更高的经济效益优势。  相似文献

在饲料中分别添加0、200、1200 mg/kg的维生素E(DL-α-生育酚乙酸脂形式)配制成Ec、El和Eh三种试验饲料,饲喂3龄半滑舌鳎亲鱼(雌性1.58±0.19 kg/尾、雄性0.20±0.05 kg/尾)70 d,探讨饲料中添加不同水平的维生素E对半滑舌鳎亲鱼繁殖性能的影响。结果显示,饲料中添加1200 mg/kg的维生素E(Eh组)不仅可以促进亲鱼性腺的发育,提高亲鱼产卵量、浮卵率、受精率、孵化率以及初孵仔鱼长度,而且影响仔鱼质量,仔鱼的成活率、12 d仔鱼长度、生存活力等方面均要高于对照组。而饲料中添加200 mg/kg的维生素E(El组)只对亲鱼性腺的发育和初孵仔鱼长度有一定的促进作用,对亲鱼产卵量、浮卵率、受精率、孵化率没有显著影响(P>0.05)。随饲料中维生素E的增加,血清中SOD的活性显著升高(P<0.05),MDA含量则显著下降(P<0.05)。此外,El和Eh试验组卵中干物质、维生素C的含量,以及卵子脂肪酸中PUFA、n-3PUFA、n-3HUFA和n-6PUFA的含量均要高于Ec组,El和Eh试验组之间的没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,在半滑舌鳎亲鱼饲料中添加适量维生素E会亲鱼促进性腺的发育,增加产卵量,提高卵子和仔鱼的质量。在本试验中Eh组(1200 mg/kg)亲鱼的繁殖性能要优于Ec组(0 mg/kg)和El组(200 mg/kg)。  相似文献

比较了池塘养殖条件下,全程投喂配合饲料、杂鱼和传统饵料(以黄豆、小麦和玉米为主,辅以少量饲料和杂鱼)对河蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)二龄成蟹生长、性腺发育、规格分布、成活率、单产、饵料系数和饵料成本的影响。结果显示:(1)无论雌雄,传统饵料组早期(5-8月份)的增重率和特定生长率方面最低,杂鱼组最高;(2)杂鱼组雌体8月份性腺发育速度最快,传统饵料组性腺发育速度最慢,其余月份雌体和雄体的性腺指数和肝胰腺指数均无显著差异;(3)无论雌雄,最终杂鱼组的大规格成蟹(雄体175 g,雌体100 g)比例最高,而传统饵料组的小规格成蟹(雄体100 g,雌体75 g)比例最高,且体重差异较大,配合饲料组的中等规格成蟹较为集中,最终三组投喂模式下雌雄蟹的平均体重并无显著差异,杂鱼组略大于传统饵料组;(4)三种投喂模式下,三者的成活率和平均产量并无显著差异;杂鱼组的饵料系数和饵料成本最高,配合饲料组饵料系数最低,但饵料成本居中;传统饵料组饵料系数居中,饵料成本最低。结果表明,全程投喂配合饲料对河蟹二龄成蟹的养殖性能和性腺发育无显著影响。  相似文献

中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)1龄性早熟是目前产业发展中面临的重要问题,为全面了解中华绒螯蟹 1龄性早熟性状对其子代相关性状的影响,本研究构建了 1 龄性早熟自交家系(PI)和 1 龄性早熟与 2 龄正常成熟杂交家系(PHN),综合评估其养殖性能和可食率。结果表明:(1)在扣蟹养殖阶段, PI 组 F1扣蟹平均体重始终大于 PHN 组;PI组 F1雌体的增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)和早熟率均高于 PHN组,雄体则较低,但均无显著性差异(P>0.05);PI组 F1雌体成活率显著低于 PHN 组(P<0.05),雄体略低于 PHN 组;PHN 组总产量较高,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。扣蟹终体重呈正态分布, 3.00~8.99 g 终体重扣蟹比例较高。(2)在成蟹养殖阶段,生长前期(3 5 月)PI 组平均体重低于PHN 组,生长后期(7 9 月)则以 PI 组为高;3 5 月和 7 9 月 PHN 组 F1WGR 和 SGR 均高于 PI 组,而 5 7 月则以 PI组为高;PI组 F1生殖蜕壳和性腺发育略早于 PHN组,无显著性差异(P>0.05);总体来看, PI组 F1成活率和产量均高于 PHN组,但饵料系数显著低于 PHN组(P<0.05);PHN组 F1体重<125.00 g和≥250.00 g的成蟹百分比较高,两组体重<125.00 g 的成蟹存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。(3)就总可食率(TEY)而言, PI 组 F1TEY 高于 PHN 组;就肥满度(CF)而言, PI组 F1雌体高于 PHN组,雄体则较低,但两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。综上, 1龄早熟自交组 F1具有扣蟹平均体重大、早熟率略高,成蟹生殖蜕壳较早、成活率和产量高的特点;而 1 龄早熟与 2 龄正常成熟杂交组F1则具有扣蟹成活率和产量高,成蟹生殖蜕壳略晚、饵料系数低的特点。  相似文献

为探究盐度在中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)交配和产卵前后对血淋巴中5种激素的影响,本研究分别设置了0、2、4、6的交配盐度和3、6、9、12、15、18、21的产卵盐度,分析了不同交配和产卵盐度条件下,中华绒螯蟹血淋巴中双羟基孕酮(DHP)、促性腺激素(GTH)、前列腺素(PG)、雌二醇(E2)和睾酮的含量变化。结果显示,在淡水中,雌蟹无交配行为发生,当盐度<6时,雌蟹只交配不产卵。雌蟹在盐度为2~6中交配后,血淋巴中GTH、PG、E2和睾酮与交配前相比均无明显变化,且交配后各盐度组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。随着盐度的升高,雌蟹产卵前,血淋巴中DHP、PG、E2和睾酮的含量均呈先下降再上升的趋势;产卵后血淋巴中DHP、PG、E2则呈先上升后下降的趋势,其中,当盐度为18时,雌蟹产卵后,血淋巴中DHP、GTH、PG、E2和睾酮含量均降到最低,且与产卵前相比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。当盐度为6时,雌蟹产卵前血淋巴中DHP、PG、E2和...  相似文献

中华绒螯蟹扣蟹性腺发育与肝胰腺和血淋巴的蛋白质浓度相关.性早熟前后,雌雄扣蟹肝胰腺总蛋白浓度分别由(121.17±44.50)mg@g-1和(89.43±21.86)mg@g-1下降至(81.08±5.84)mg@g-1和(70.58±9.90)mg@g-1,雌性扣蟹的肝胰腺占体重的比值也由8.18%降至3.90%.血淋巴总蛋白浓度正常发育的雌性扣蟹为(99.55±12.06)mg@mL-1,明显高于性早熟雌性扣蟹的(72.26±17.87)mg@mL-1;而雄性扣蟹性早熟前后的血淋巴总蛋白浓度无显著差异.肝胰腺总蛋白浓度二秋龄雌蟹高于性早熟雌性扣蟹,但它们之间的血淋巴总蛋白浓度没有显著差异.二秋龄雄蟹的血淋巴和肝胰腺总蛋白浓度与性早熟雄性扣蟹相当,差异不显著.  相似文献

为探究长江口中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)繁殖群体的组成及交配前后的生理特征变化,于2020年12月在长江口水域进行了调查采样。分析了中华绒螯蟹繁殖群体的规格组成、性别比例、雌蟹繁殖状态以及交配前后的肝胰腺指数(HSI)、性腺指数(GSI)和Fulton条件指数K的变化。结果显示,在长江口中华绒螯蟹繁殖群体中,雌蟹整体规格小于雄蟹,雌雄比例为0.39∶1,雄蟹数量显著大于雌蟹(χ2=101.87,P<0.05)。对生理特征的比较发现,不同繁殖状态雌蟹之间的HSI差异显著(P<0.05),其中,抱卵状态下最高,已交配状态下最低。雌蟹在已交配状态下的GSI和K指数高于未交配状态(P>0.05),抱卵状态下雌蟹的K指数最低(P<0.05)。雄蟹的GSI显著低于雌蟹(P<0.05),而K指数显著高于雌蟹(P<0.05)。雄蟹的HSI、GSI与壳宽之间呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),而雌蟹仅发现HSI与GSI之间呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。研究结果有助于了解长江口中华绒螯蟹繁殖交配期生理特征,为中华绒螯蟹资源养护及管理提供基础数据。  相似文献

This study was conducted to determine the optimum phospholipids: highly unsaturated fatty acids (PL/HUFA) ratio in maturation diets for female Chinese mitten crab, Eriocheir sinensis broodstock. Five isolipidtic and isonitrogenous diets were formulated to contain different amounts of pork lard, fish oil and soy lecithin with resulting PL/HUFA levels (%dry weight) of 1.4/0.3 (Diet 1), 1.6/2.5 (Diet 2), 2.3/2.0 (Diet 3), 3.8/1.5 (Diet 4) and 5.1/0.8 (Diet 5). Diet 1 lacked supplemental fish oil and soy lecithin and served as the control. Each of the five formulated diets was fed to a total of 150 female crabs for a period of 7 months. All diet treatments were triplicated with 50 crabs stocked in a pond as a replicate. After 6 months, male crabs were introduced into the ponds where females were kept, mating, spawning and egg hatching (in seawater) occurred in the following month. The nutritional value of various formulated diets was assessed based on survival, gonadosomatic index (GSI), egg production per female, fecundity (eggs/g female weight) of the females fed those diets and egg and larval (newly hatched zoea I larvae) quality.Females fed Diet 1 had the lowest GSI, egg production per female and fecundity while no significant difference were found for survival, hepatosomatic index (HSI) and the percentage of female spawned among the diet treatments (> 0.05). Although there were no significant differences in egg diameter, egg wet or dry weights among all treatments (> 0.05), the highest and the second highest proportions of essential fatty acids (EFA), i.e. 20:5n-3 (EPA), 22:6n-3 (DHA) and HUFA were found in the eggs produced by the females fed Diet 3 and Diet 2, respectively. Statistical analysis showed that EPA, DHA and HUFA in eggs produced by females fed Diet 3 were significantly higher than those from the other treatments (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, zoea I larvae from crabs fed Diet 3 had significantly larger carapace length than those from the other four treatments (< 0.05). The zoea I larvae from crabs fed Diet 2 and Diet 3 also showed generally better tolerance to starvation and osmotic shock.In conclusion, our results indicated that diet included levels of PL/HUFA around 1.6/2.5 or 2.3/2.0 (% dry weight) fed female E. sinensis broodstock supported increased fecundity and elevated level of HUFA in egg, which in turn resulted in improved overall quality of newly hatched larvae.  相似文献

Six purified diets were formulated to contain three lipid sources, fish oil (FO), linseed oil (LO) and soybean oil (SO), at 6% diet lipid crossing two levels of vitamin E (100 and 300 mg α‐tocopheryl acetate/kg diet) for each lipid source (FO100, FO300, LO100, LO300, SO100, SO300). The juvenile Chinese mitten crab, Eriocheir sinensis, respectively, fed on these diets with four replicates for 6 weeks. The crab weight gain (WG) and specific growth rate (SGR) were significantly affected by dietary lipid sources. No difference was found between the crabs fed two levels of vitamin E, but the WG and SGR were numerically higher in crab fed 300 mg/kg vitamin E than those fed the other level of vitamin E. The lipid source and vitamin E level could affect fatty acid composition in the hepatopancreas. The contents of saturated fatty acids (SAFA) and n‐3HUFA were significantly higher in the crab‐fed fish oil. The highest contents of n‐6PUFA and n‐3PUFA were found in the crab‐fed soybean oil and linseed oil respectively. The contents of SAFA, n‐3HUFA and n‐3PUFA were higher in the 300 mg/kg vitamin E treatment. A lower malondialdehyde (MDA) content and higher phenoloxidase (PO) activity were observed in the crab fed 300 mg/kg vitamin E. The results of this study indicate that the Chinese mitten crab fed the diet with 6% fish oil and 300 mg/kg vitamin E showed better growth, antioxidant capacity and resistance to Aeromonas hydrophila.  相似文献

Vitamin E supplement is important in protecting lipid oxidation and enhancing immunity of aquatic animals. A 10‐week feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effect of dietary lipid and vitamin E on juvenile Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis. The experimental diets included three levels of vitamin E (0, 100 and 300 mg kg?1) and two levels of lipid (6% and 9%). The 9% lipid diet significantly enhanced the body lipid of crabs compared with the 6% lipid diet. The vitamin E concentration of hepatopancreas increased with the increase in vitamin E in the diets regardless of dietary lipid levels. The hepatopancreas fatty acids, especially polyunsaturated fatty acid and highly unsaturated fatty acid, were significantly enhanced by vitamin E supplement or 9% dietary lipid. Vitamin E supplement significantly increased the total antioxidant capacity, superoxide dismutase, lysozyme and phenoloxidase activities of crabs compared with those fed the diets without vitamin E supplement. The hepatopancreas malondialdehyde of crabs fed 100 mg vitamin E kg?1 was significantly lower than those fed 0 or 300 mg vitamin E kg?1. The phenoloxidase activity of crabs fed the 9% lipid diet was significantly higher than those fed 6% lipid, irrespective of vitamin E levels. Vitamin E supplementation increased the bacterial resistance of juvenile crab. This study indicates that dietary lipid and vitamin E supplement do not affect crab growth and survival, but vitatmin E supplement at 100 mg kg?1 can enhance immunity and antioxidant capacity of crab fed 6% or 9% dietary lipids.  相似文献

This study was conducted to determine the optimum highly unsaturated fatty acid (HUFA) level in semi-purified diets for female Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis broodstock. Five isolipidic and isonitrogenous diets were formulated to contain different HUFA levels (0.14, 0.65, 1.15, 1.64, and 2.07%, respectively) by the supplementation of HUFA-rich fish oil. Diets were fed to triplicate groups of 25 female crabs (75 animals per treatment) stocked in concrete tanks for 8 months. The hepatopancreas, ovary, and muscle of the crabs were sampled after 3-month culturing, and the eggs were sampled after 8-month culturing. The reproductive performance of E. sinensis broodstock was evaluated in relation to the different dietary HUFA levels. Moreover, the fatty acid composition of the hepatopancreas, ovary, muscle, and eggs was determined in crabs fed various levels of HUFA. The results showed that a significant positive correlation was observed between the dietary HUFA level and the HUFA content in hepatopancreas, ovary, and egg, respectively. However, no significant difference in gonadosomatic index, hepatosomatic index, and total ovarian and hepatopancreatic lipid content among the treatments was observed after 3-month culturing. Also, the reproductive performance was similar for all treatments after 8-month culturing. The fact of lacking significant correlation between reproductive parameters and dietary HUFA level was discussed in respect of the catadromous life cycle of E. sinensis and warranted further research with more comprehensive approaches.  相似文献

The effect of feeding four semi‐purified diets A1, A2, A3, A4, containing different vitamin A acetate levels 0, 20, 40, 60 mg kg?1 diet, respectively, on fecundity, egg hatching rate, larval survival rate and vitamin A content in eggs of Chinese shrimp (Penaeus chinensis) broodstock was compared with a fresh clam diet (control) in a 60‐day feeding trial. The broodstock shrimp fed the diet with 60 mg kg?1 vitamin A acetate added exhibited significantly higher fecundity (P < 0.01). Hatching rate was highest with diet A4 (P < 0.05), whereas hatching rates were similar fed diets A1, A2, A3. Increasing levels of vitamin A in broodstock diet resulted in improvement in larval quality. The vitamin A levels in shrimp eggs from broodstock fed with diet A4 were higher compared with those from broodstock fed with diet A1, A2 (P < 0.01). The fecundity and hatching percentages were positively correlated with the vitamin A content in eggs in the present study. The results of this study showed that higher level of vitamin A in broodstock diet may have positive effects on fecundity and larval quality in P. chinensis.  相似文献

We investigated the effect of high levels of n−3 highly unsaturated fatty acids (n−3 HUFA) in broodstock diet on egg quality and chemical composition of eggs of Japanese flounder. The broodstock were fed diets containing three levels of n−3 HUFA (2.1%, 4.8% or 6.2%) 2 months before and during the spawning period. No significant difference was found for weight gain of broodstock among the treatments. Egg production was highest in fish fed the highest level of n−3 HUFA. However, egg quality parameters, such as percentage of buoyant eggs, hatching rate and percentage of normal larvae, were significantly higher in the group fed the lowest n−3 HUFA diet. The fatty acid composition of eggs was influenced more markedly in the neutral lipid fraction than in the polar lipid fraction by dietary n−3 HUFA levels. Arachidonic acid (AA; 20:4n−6) and egg quality parameters both decreased with increasing dietary n−3 HUFA levels. The results suggest that a high level of n−3 HUFA in broodstock diet negatively affects egg quality of Japanese flounder.  相似文献

A feeding experiment was conducted on gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata) broodstock to investigate the incidence of n-3 highly unsaturated fatty acids (n-3 HUFA) dietary deficiencies on the lipid composition of female liver, gonads and eggs, in relation to spawning quality. Broodstock were fed a control (C) diet or a n-3 HUFA deficient (D) but linolenic acid rich diet. After 20 weeks of feeding, the results showed that levels of total neutral (TNL) and total polar (TPL) lipids of female gonads and eggs were independent of diet. However the fatty acid composition of phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and phosphatidylinositol (PI) of female liver, gonads and eggs in the two groups of fish showed marked differences, reflecting the influence of fatty acid levels in the broodstock diets. This influence was even higher in TNL than in the phospholipid classes examined. In fish fed n-3 HUFA deficient diet, fatty acid composition of TNL of female gonads and eggs reflected the diet more than liver. A higher egg production in broodstock fed C diet (1.8% n-3 HUFA in diet) was extended to spawning quality such as percentages of fertilised and hatched eggs.  相似文献

在基础饲料中分别添加0、800和4 800mg/kg的维生素C饲养大菱鲆亲鱼240d,通过比较各处理组亲鱼的生长、性腺指数、相对产卵量、上浮卵率、孵化率、卵径以及各组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,研究维生素C对大菱鲆亲鱼繁殖性能的影响。实验结果表明,各处理组亲鱼生长无显著差异(P>0.05),但随着饲料中维生素C添加量的增加,亲鱼的生长呈上升趋势。800和4 800mg/kg组亲鱼相对产卵量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。随着饲料中维生素C添加量的增加,亲鱼性腺指数、产卵次数、上浮卵率、受精率和孵化率均显著提高(P<0.05),亲鱼卵和组织中维生素C含量反映了饲料中的维生素C含量。虽然各处理组亲鱼的卵径和油球径差异均不显著(P>0.05),但随着饲料中维生素C添加量的增加,亲鱼卵径和油球径呈上升的趋势。肝脏、卵巢和血清中SOD活性随饲料中维生素C添加量的增加而显著升高(P<0.05),而MDA含量则显著下降(P<0.05)。综上所述,大菱鲆亲鱼饲料中添加维生素C,能有效改善大菱鲆的繁殖性能。  相似文献

A feeding experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of high dietary intake of vitamin E (supplied as dl ‐α‐tocopheryl acetate) and n‐3 highly unsaturated fatty acid (n‐3 HUFA) on the non‐specific immune response and disease resistance in Japanese flounder Paralichthys olivaceus. Nine practical diets were formulated to contain one of three levels of vitamin E namely, 0, 80 or 200 mg kg?1 (the total α‐tocopherol contents in the diets were 21, 97 and 213 mg kg?1 based on analysis), and at each vitamin E level with one of three n‐3 HUFA levels i.e. 0.5%, 1.5% or 2.0%. Each diet was randomly assigned to triplicate groups of Japanese flounder (initial body weight: 40.5±1.0 g, mean±SD) in a re‐circulation rearing system. Fish were fed twice daily to apparent satiation at 07:00 and 18:00 hours for 12 weeks. During the experimental period, water temperature was maintained at 18±1°C, salinity 31–35 g L?1, and pH 7.8–8.2. Dissolved oxygen was not less than 6 mg L?1, and there were negligible levels of free ammonia and nitrite. The results showed that the increase in dietary n‐3 HUFA from 0.5% to 1.0% significantly decreased muscle α‐tocopherol contents in fish‐fed diets with 21 and 97 mg α‐tocopherol kg?1 diet (P<0.05). In 1.0% HUFA groups, alternative complement pathway activity (ACH50) of fish fed the diet containing the 213 mg α‐tocopherol kg?1 diet was significantly higher than noted for fish fed the diet containing 97 mg α‐tocopherol kg?1 diet (P<0.05). Fish fed the diet with 213 mg α‐tocopherol kg?1 and 2.0% n‐3 HUFA had the highest lysozyme activity (131.7 U mL?1) among all the dietary treatments. Fish fed the diets containing 97 and 213 mg α‐tocopherol kg?1 with 1.0% n‐3 HUFA had significantly higher respiratory burst activity than those fed the diets containing 21 mg α‐tocopherol kg?1 with 0.5 and 1.0% n‐3 HUFA (P<0.05). In the disease resistance experiment, high intake of dietary vitamin E with 213 mg α‐tocopherol kg?1 significantly decreased cumulative mortality and delayed the days to first mortality after a 7‐day Edwardsiella tarda challenge (P<0.05). In addition, under the experimental conditions, dietary vitamin E and n‐3 HUFA had a synergistic effect on the non‐specific immune responses and disease resistance in Japanese flounder (P<0.05).  相似文献

This study was conducted to determine the effects of dietary highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFA) on flame angelfish (Centropyge loriculus) reproduction, and egg and larval quality. In the experiment, formulated diets containing 1.8, 2.9 or 3.6% n‐3 HUFA were fed to flame angelfish broodstock (n = 4) for 5 months. Mean fecundity (daily egg production), egg fertilization rates and embryo viability were used as indicators of egg quality. In addition, mean egg diameter, oil globule diameter, per cent hatch, larval size at hatch, per cent survival to yolk exhaustion and larval size at yolk exhaustion were recorded for each treatment. Flame angelfish fed the diet containing 3.6% n‐3 HUFA exhibited significantly increased fecundity, fertilization rates and embryo viability than fish that were fed the other two formulated diets. Egg diameter, egg oil globule diameter, larval size at hatch, larval survival to yolk exhaustion and larval size at yolk exhaustion from the 3.6% n‐3 HUFA broodstock treatment group were not significantly different from those derived from the Control broodstock treatment. These data revealed that flame angelfish egg quality could respond rapidly (within weeks) to maternal dietary changes. Results from this study further support that dietary HUFA composition can significantly affect broodstock reproductive performance as well as subsequent performance of eggs and larvae.  相似文献
