It has been reported that epigallocatechin-3-O-(3″-O-methyl)-gallate (EGCG3″Me) and the EGCG3″Me-rich green tea ( Camellia sinensis L.) cultivar 'Benifuuki' exhibit antiallergic effects. The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of various tea leaf catechins on histamine release from murine bone marrow mast cells (BMMC). At a dose of 50 μg/mL, the rank order of histamine release inhibition was observed to be epicatechin-3-O-(3″-O-methyl)-gallate (ECG3″Me) > gallocatechin-3-O-(3″-O-methyl)-gallate (GCG3″Me) > EGCG3″Me > gallocatechin-gallate (GCG) > catechin-gallate (CG) > EGCG > epicatechin-gallate (ECG) > epigallocatechin (EGC) > gallocatechin (GC). Of the various tea cultivars analyzed by HPLC, the greatest content of ECG3″Me was found in the third crop of 'Benifuuki' (1.05% dry weight). Moreover, ECG3″Me content was positively correlated with EGCG3″Me content in 'Benifuuki' tea leaves. In an assay of mixtures of ECG3″Me and EGCG3″Me, inhibitory activity (50 μg/mL in total) was increased as the content of ECG3″Me increased. This suggests that ECG3″Me might link to the antiallergic effect of 'Benifuuki' tea, as has been reported for EGCG3″Me.  相似文献

Nineteen apparent flavonoids were determined by HPLC-DAD in foliage of a chemotype (G-type) of Barbarea vulgaris , and four were isolated. Two were novel tetraglycosylated flavonols with identical glycosylation patterns, kaempferol 3-O-(2,6-di-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl)-β-d-glucopyranoside-7-O-α-l-rhamnopyranoside (1) and quercetin 3-O-(2,6-di-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl)-β-d-glucopyranoside-7-O-α-l-rhamnopyranoside (2). The identification of d/l configuration was tentatively based on susceptibility to α-l-rhamnosidase and β-d-glucosidases. A characteristic feature of 1 and 2 was appreciable water solubility, an expected consequence of the extensive glycosylation. A less complex pair of flavonols comprised 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside-7-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosides of kaempferol and quercetin. Two natural chemotypes of B. vulgaris differed in levels of 1 and 2, with the P-type deficient in 1 and 2 and the insect-resistant G-type rich in 1 (ca. 3-4 μmol/g dry wt) and with moderate levels of 2 (ca. 0.3-0.8 μmol/g dry wt). However, there was only modest seasonal variation in flavonols 1 and 2, in contrast to a strong seasonal variation in insect resistance.  相似文献

Genistein is the principal soy isoflavone to which the putative beneficial effects of soy consumption have been attributed; however, the possibility of adverse biological effects (e.g., estrogenic, antithyroid) has also been raised. This paper describes development and validation of a simple and sensitive analytical method for the determination of genistein in the blood of rats receiving dietary genistein (<0.5-1250 microg of genistein aglycone/g of chow). The method uses serum/plasma deproteination, liquid-liquid extraction, deuterated genistein and daidzein internal standards, isocratic LC separation, and electrospray mass spectrometric quantification using selected ion monitoring. Extraction efficiency is approximately 85%, the detection limits for genistein and daidzein from 50 microL of rat blood are approximately 5 nM, and the limit of quantification is approximately 15 nM. Interassay precision (relative standard deviation 4.5-4.6%) and intraassay precision (3.3-6.7%) were determined from replicate analysis of a spiked control and an incurred serum sample. The distribution of conjugated and unconjugated forms of genistein in the blood of rats was determined using selective enzyme hydrolysis. The glucuronide was the predominant metabolite (>90%), and only small amounts of the sulfate conjugate and the aglycone were observed at all dose levels. No evidence for additional metabolites was obtained. The 7- and 4'-glucuronide conjugates of genistein were identified using electrospray mass spectrometry and (1)H NMR. Total blood genistein ranged from <15 nM in animals fed soy-free control diet to as high as 8.9 microM in male rats fed 1250 microg of genistein/g of chow and encompasses blood isoflavone levels observed in humans consuming a typical Asian diet and nutritional supplements (0.1-1 microM) and infants consuming soy formulas (2-7 microM).  相似文献

The condensed tannin concentrations and composition and the characterization of the phenolic constituents in the leaves of the forage legume sulla (Hedysarum coronarium), a biennial forage legume found in temperate agricultural regions, were studied. The colorimetric butanol-HCl assay was used for the quantitation of the seasonal condensed tannin concentrations in the leaves of sulla. Fractionation of extracts on Sephadex LH-20 using step elution with aqueous methanol, followed with aqueous acetone or gradient elution with water, aqueous methanol, and aqueous acetone, gave condensed tannin and flavonoid fractions. The chemical characteristics of the purified condensed tannin fractions were studied by acid-catalyzed degradation with benzyl mercaptan and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). Thiolysis revealed that epigallocatechin was the major extender unit (15-75%) while gallocatechin was the major terminal unit (50-66%), thus indicating the extractable sulla condensed tannin fraction as the prodelphinidin type. Condensed tannin oligomers to polymers obtained from Sephadex LH-20 gradient fractions ranged between 2.9 and 46 mDP. The homo- and heterogeneous oligomer ions in condensed tannin gradient fractions detected by ESI-MS ranged from 2 to 10 DP and are consistent with the values obtained by thiolysis (2.9-6.9 DP). Lower molecular weight phenolics, including flavonoids and phenolic acids, were characterized by liquid chromatography atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometry (LC-APCI/MS) and ESI/MS/MS on a linear ion trap. The flavonoids extracted with aqueous acetone and methanol from sulla leaves and identified included kaempferol, rutin, quercetin-7-O-α-L-rhamnosyl-3-O-glucosylrhamnoside, quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnosyl-7-O-glucoside, kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside-dirhamnoside, genistein-7-O-β-D-glucosyl-6″-O-malonate, formononetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside-6″-O-malonate, and afrormosin and the phenolic acid chlorogenic acid.  相似文献

Recent studies have shown that soy isoflavone inhibits inducible nitric oxide (NO) synthase activities and is reported to have peroxynitrite scavenging ability. Consequently, we investigated whether isoflavones (daidzein and genistein) and extracts from soy-based products (miso, soymilk, tofu, soy sprout, black soybean, soybean, and yuba) would inhibit the reactive nitrogen species (RNS) effect in vitro and in vivo. In the in vitro experiments [including the protection of cellular DNA from peroxynitrite or sodium nitroprusside damage, an inhibitory effect on nitric oxide production from lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced RAW 264.7 cells, and nitric oxide scavenging ability], extracts from soy-based foods showed a potent antioxidant activity and an inhibiting effect on RNS activity. These effects were correlated with total isoflavone content. In the in vivo experiments, rats were given isoflavones (4.0 mg/kg bw) or soy-based product extracts (1.0 g/kg bw) orally for 1 week and were injected with vehicle H(2)O (1 mL/kg bw) or LPS (10 mg/kg bw) on the day 7. Twelve hours after treatment, the rats were killed, and blood serum was collected for analysis. The intraperitoneal administration of LPS resulted in an increase in serum nitrite, nitrate, and nitrotyrosine concentrations. These are stable metabolite end products of nitric oxide, to 4-, 16-, and 5-fold levels, (4, 10 microM and 58 +/- 14 pmol/mL), of the placebo control, respectively. Results showed that oral administration of isoflavones and extracts from soy-based products significantly decreased serum nitrite, nitrate, and nitrotyrosine levels in LPS-induced rats. This study demonstrates that soy isoflavone supplementation may inhibit RNS-induced oxidation both in vitro and in vivo.  相似文献

The inhibitory effects of C-2 epimeric isomers of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate (EGCG) and two O-methylated EGCG derivatives, (-)-epigallocatechin-3-O-(3-O-methyl)gallate (EGCG3'Me) and (-)-epigallocatechin-3-O-(4-O-methyl)gallate (EGCG4'Me), against oxazolone-induced type IV allergy in male mice were investigated. These compounds exhibited strong antiallergic effects by percutaneous administration at a dose of 0.13 mg/ear. The inhibition rates of (-)-gallocatechin-3-O-gallate (GCG), (-)-gallocatechin-3-O-(3-O-methyl)gallate (GCG3'Me), and (-)-gallocatechin-3-O-(4-O-methyl)gallate (GCG4'Me) on mouse type IV allergy were 52.1, 53.3, and 54.8%, respectively. However, the antiallergic effects were weaker than those of their corresponding original tea catechins (2R,3R type). The inhibition rates of those were 88.0, 73.2, and 77.6%, respectively. For all of the catechins tested, oral administration at a dose of 50 mg/kg body weight significantly suppressed the allergic symptoms. The inhibitory rates varied from 24.0 to 60.6%. No significant differences were observed between the effects of the epimers (2S,3R type) and their corresponding original catechins (2R,3R type). The antiallergic effects of tea catechins and their C-2 epimers observed in this study were dose-dependent. These results suggest that C-2 epimers of tea catechins, which are produced during heat processing at high temperatures, could be disadvantageous for the antiallergic effects on type IV allergy.  相似文献

A new liquid rice hull smoke extract with a smoky aroma and sugar-like odor prepared by pyrolysis of rice hulls followed by liquefaction of the resulting smoke contained 161 compounds characterized by GC/MS. Antioxidative, antiallergic, and anti-inflammatory activities of the extract were assessed in vitro and in vivo. At pH 5, the extract inhibited 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radicals and suppressed nitric oxide (NO) and β-hexosaminidase releases from lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced RAW264.7 mouse macrophage leukemia cells and ionophore A23187-stimulated RBL-2H3 rat basophilic cells without significant cytotoxicity. 12-O-Tetradecanolylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA) was applied to the ears of CD-1 mice to induce inflammation (edema), which was accompanied by increases in a series of biomarkers. Topical application of 1% of the extract as well as feeding mice a standard diet with 1% extract for two weeks significantly reduced the expression of biomarkers associated with the TPA-induced inflammation. These include tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), IL-1β, interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6), leukotriene B(4) (LTB(4)), prostaglandin E(2) (PGE(2)), myeloperoxidase (MPO). These in vitro and in vivo findings demonstrate the potential value of rice hull smoke extract derived from a major agricultural byproduct to serve as a new biomaterial for the improvement of food quality and safety and the environment.  相似文献

Anthocyanins from blackberries are natural dietary pigments. The aim of this study was to investigate the occurrence of anthocyanins in fruits of wild Norwegian blackberries and three blackberry ( Rubus fruticosus L.) cultivars and to report the complete identification of cyanidin 3-O-β-(6″-(3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaroyl)glucopyranoside), 5. This new pigment is most probably the same pigment that has previously been reported to occur in various blackberry samples as cyanidin 3-dioxalylglucoside. All of the examined blackberry samples contained in similar relative proportions the 3-glucoside (1), 3-rutinoside (2), 3-xyloside (3), and 3-O-β-(6″-malonylglucoside) (4) of cyanidin and 5. The absolute amounts of 1-5 in the wild Norwegian blackberries were 249, 18, 10, 24, and 22 mg of cyanidin 3-glucoside equivalents/100 g of fresh weight, respectively.  相似文献

Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)-induced reactive oxygen species (ROS) production in HepG2 was used to screen hepatocyte protective compounds from the flowers of Hemerocallis fulva. Three new polyphenols, n-butyl 4-trans-O-caffeoylquinate (1), kaempferol 3-O-{α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)]}-β-D-galactopyranoside (2), and chrysoeriol 7-O-[β-D-glucuronopyranosyl(1→2)(2-O-trans-feruloyl)-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (3), together with four caffeoylquinic acid derivatives (4-7), eight known flavones (8-15), one naphthalene glycoside, stelladerol (16), one tryptophan derivative (17), adenosine (18), and guanosine (19) were isolated from the bioactive fractions of the aqueous ethanol extract of H. fulva flowers. The structures of isolated compounds were characterized by means of spectroscopic data. Compounds 1-3 were described as first isolated natural products. Among the above-mentioned compounds, the caffeoylquinic acid derivatives are the major components with potent free radical scavenging activity in HepG2 cells and are for the first time isolated from H. fulva flowers. A convenient ultraperformance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method was also developed to simultaneously separate and identify caffeoylquinic acids and flavonoids promptly.  相似文献

Twenty-four secondary metabolites, including 16 isoflavonoids, 7 astragalasides, and 1 benzoquinone, have been isolated from the roots of Astragalus membranaceus (Astragali radix). Among these isolated isoflavonoids, (-)-methylinissolin 3-O-β-d-(6'-acetyl)-glucoside (1), (-)-methylinissolin 3-O-β-d-{6'-[(E)-but-2-enoyl]}-glucoside (2), and calycosin 7-O-β-d-(6'-acetyl)-glucoside (3) have been identified as new compounds on the basis of spectroscopic analysis; (-)-methylinissolin 3-O-β-d-glucoside (4) was isolated from the natural products for the first time. The nitric oxide (NO) production inhibitory activity of the major compounds has been assessed in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. To identify A. membranaceus, a fingerprint method was developed by using a high-performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detector (HPLC-ELSD) method. Furthermore, characteristic peaks for the 11 major compounds in the chromatogram were unambiguously confirmed.  相似文献

A novel thermostable β-glucosidase (Te-BglA) from Thermoanaerobacter ethanolicus JW200 was cloned, characterized and compared for its activity against isoflavone glycosides with two β-glucosidases (Tm-BglA, Tm-BglB) from Thermotoga maritima. Te-BglA exhibited maximum hydrolytic activity toward pNP-β-d-glucopyranoside (pNPG) at 80 °C and pH 7.0, was stable for a pH range of 4.6-7.8 and at 65 °C for 3 h, and had the lowest K(m) for the natural glycoside salicin and the highest relative substrate specificity (k(cat)/K(m))((salicin))/(k(cat)/K(m))((pNPG)) among the three enzymes. It converted isoflavone glycosides, including malonyl glycosides, in soybean flour to their aglycons more efficiently than Tm-BglA and Tm-BglB. After 3 h of incubation at 65 °C, Te-BglA produced complete hydrolysis of four isoflavone glycosides (namely, daidzin, genistin and their malonylated forms), exhibiting higher productivity of genistein and daidzein than the other two β-glucosidases. Our results suggest that Te-BglA is preferable to Tm-BglA and Tm-BglB, but all three enzymes have great potential applications in converting isoflavone glycosides into their aglycons.  相似文献

Isoflavone levels and isoflavone chemical composition in 11 cultivars of soybean, including 4 Indian and 7 genotypes of soybean grown in Bulgaria, were analyzed as determined by C 18 reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with a photodiode array detector. Antioxidant activity of soybean extracts was assessed using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity, and total phenolic compounds (TPC) were determined by using Folin-Ciocalteu reagent. The range of total isoflavones (TI) was 558.2-1048.6 microg g (-1) of soy in Indian cultivars, and it was 627.9-1716.9 microg g (-1) of soy in the case of Bulgarian cultivars. The highest and lowest total isoflavone contents were observed for Maus-2 (1048.6 microg g (-1) of soy) and Hardee (558.2 microg g (-1) of soy), respectively, for the Indian cultivars, and they were observed for Boryara (1716.9 microg g (-1) of soy) and Line 5 (627.9 microg g (-1) of soy) for the Bulgarian genotypes. DPPH radical scavenging activity did not differ significantly among the cultivars and did not correlate with TI, whereas TPC correlated well with TI and weakly with DPPH. Malonylglucoside of all the aglycones, total genistein (TGin), and total daidzein (TDin) showed strong correlation with total isoflavones, whereas acetylglucoside and aglycone levels did not significantly correlate with total isoflavone. Profiling of soybean isoflavone is helpful in understanding the regulation of isoflavone biosynthesis for greater improved resistance of crops to disease and greater health benefits for humans. This comparative study of soybean cultivars grown in India and Bulgaria throws light on their composition and nutraceutical value.  相似文献

Ten flavonols and three anthocyanins were identified in the fruit peel of melo?n de olor (Sicana odorifera), and their structures were established by spectrometric and spectroscopic (ESI-MS and NMR) techniques. One of the identified flavonols, quercetin 3-O-(6'-O-malonyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside 4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, has not been reported before in the plant kingdom. Although quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranoside-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside had been reported before in literature and structure elucidation was done by comparison of NMR data with published data, to the best of our knowledge complete 1D and 2D NMR data have not been not delineated so far. Moreover, the antioxidant activity of pure compounds was measured by ABTS assay. It was established that quercetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside, quercetin-3-O-(6'-malonyl)-glucopyranoside, quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, and quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside contribute significantly to the antioxidant activity exhibited by the fruit peel methanolic extract.  相似文献

Nine flavones and adenosine have been identified in aerial parts of alfalfa, and their structures were established by spectral (FABMS and NMR) techniques. Five of the identified compounds, including apigenin 7-O-[beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl(1-->2)-O-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-4'-O-beta-D-glucuronopyranoside, apigenin 7-O-[2-O-feruloyl-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl(1-->2)-O-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-4'-O-beta-D-glucuronopyranoside, apigenin 7-O-[2-O-feruloyl-[beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl(1-->3)]-O-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl(1-->2)-O-beta-D-glucuronopyranoside], apigenin 7-O-[2-O-p-coumaroyl-[beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl(1-->3)]-O-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl(1-->2)-O-beta-D-glucuronopyranoside], and luteolin 7-O-[2-O-feruloyl-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl(1-->2)-O-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-4'-O-beta-D-glucuronopyranoside, have not been reported before in the plant kingdom. The aim of this study was to identify antioxidants from Garcinia buchananii bark extract using hydrogen peroxide scavenging and oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) assays. LC-MS/MS analysis, 1D- and 2D-NMR, and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy led to the unequivocal identification of the major antioxidative molecules as a series of three 3,8″-linked biflavanones and two flavanone-C-glycosides. Besides the previously reported (2R,3R,2″R,3″R)-naringenin-C-3/C-8″ dihydroquercetin linked biflavanone (GB-2; 4) and (2R,3S,2″R,3″R)-manniflavanone (3), whose stereochemistry has been revised, the antioxidants identified for the first time in Garcinia buchananii were (2R,3R)-taxifolin-6-C-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), (2R,3R)-aromadendrin-6-C-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), and the new compound (2R,3S,2″S)-buchananiflavanone (5). The H?O? scavenging and the ORAC assays demonstrated that these natural products have an extraordinarily high antioxidative power, especially (2R,3S,2″R,3″R)-manniflavanone (3) and GB-2 (4), with EC?? values of 2.8 and 2.2 μM, respectively, and 13.73 and 12.10 μmol TE/ μmol. These findings demonstrate that G. buchananii bark extract is a rich natural source of antioxidants.  相似文献

Isoflavones are legume-specific flavonoids best known for their potential cancer preventive and phytoestrogenic properties. In this study, we attempted to engineer the isoflavone pathway in the popular fruit crop tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L). Tomato plants were transformed with a soybean (Glycine max L) isoflavone synthase (GmIFS2) cDNA under the control of the cauliflower mosaic virus 35S promoter. LC-MS/MS analysis demonstrated the presence of genistin (genistein 7-O-glucoside) as the major isoflavone metabolite in the transgenic plants. Substantial amounts of genistin (up to 90 nmol/g FW) were found in leaves, while the levels were marginally detectable (less than 0.5 nmol/g FW) in fruit peels. In either case, no drastic variations in endogenous phenolic contents were observed. Fruit peels were found to accumulate high levels of naringenin chalcone, implicating the limitation of naringenin substrates for isoflavone synthesis. Our results suggested that tomato plants could be engineered to produce isoflavones without comprising the levels of endogenous flavonols, which are also health-beneficial, but it may be necessary to enhance the expression levels of chalcone isomerase simultaneously to achieve significant yields in edible tissues such as fruit peels.  相似文献

Analysis of a methanolic extract of marc from Boronia megastigma (Nees) using LC-MS (APCI, nominal mass) provided strong evidence for the presence of both glycosides and malonyl glycosides of methyl cucurbates, C13 norisoprenoids including megastigmanes, and monoterpene alcohols. Subsequent fractionation of an extract from the marc using XAD-2 and LH 20 chromatography followed by LC-UV/MS-SPE-NMR and accurate mass LC-MS resulted in the isolation and identification of (1R,4R,5R)-3,3,5-trimethyl-4-[(1E)-3-oxobut-1-en-1-yl]cyclohexyl β-D-glucopyranoside (3-hydroxy-5,6-dihydro-β-ionone-β-D-glucopyranoside); 3,7-dimethylocta-1,5-diene-3,7-diol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside; and a methyl {(1R)-3-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-2-[(2Z)-pent-2-en-1-yl]cyclopentyl}acetate stereoisomer (a methyl cucurbate-β-D-glucopyranoside); and provided evidence for 3,7-dimethylocta-1,5-diene-3,7-diol-3-O-(6'-O-malonyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside in boronia flowers.  相似文献

New red leaf tea cultivar 'Sunrouge' (Camellia taliensis × Camellia sinensis), for which an application for registration was made in 2009, is an anthocyanin-rich tea. The anthocyanin content of 'Sunrouge' was the highest among 4 tea cultivars, and was 8.4 times higher than that of 'Yabukita'. We purified and isolated 6 anthocyanins from 'Sunrouge' by chromatography, and identified them by LC/MS/MS and NMR analysis. As a result, the four anthocyanins were identified as delphinidin-3-O-β-D-(6-(E)-p-coumaroyl)galactopyranoside (2), delphinidin-3-O-β-D-(6-(E)-p-coumaroyl)glucopyranoside (3), cyanidin-3-O-β-D-(6-(E)-p-coumaroyl)galactopyranoside (4), and cyanidin-3-O-β-D-(6-(E)-p-coumaroyl)glucopyranoside (5), and the other two were estimated as delphinidin-(Z)-p-coumaroylgalactopyranoside (1), petunidin-(E)-p-coumaroylgalactopyranoside (6). Compound 3 was found in tea for the first time. In general, anthocyanins have various bioactivities, including relieving eyestrain and antioxidative effects, so it is expected that drinking 'Sunrouge' tea brings in similar bioactivities.  相似文献

Two novel caffeoylmalic acid methyl esters, 2-O-(trans-caffeoyl)malic acid 1-methyl ester (6) and 2-O-(trans-caffeoyl)malic acid 4-methyl ester (7), were isolated from pear (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai cv. Chuhwangbae) fruit peels. In addition, 5 known hydroxycinnamoylmalic acids and their methyl esters were identified: 2-O-(trans-coumaroyl)malic acid (1), 2-O-(cis-coumaroyl)malic acid (2), 2-O-(cis-coumaroyl)malic acid 1-methyl ester (3), 2-O-(trans-coumaroyl)malic acid 1-methyl ester (4), and 2-O-(trans-caffeoyl)malic acid (phaselic acid, 5). The chemical structures of these compounds were determined by spectroscopic data from ESI MS and NMR. Of all the isolated compounds, five hydroxycinnamoylmalic acids and their methyl esters (2-4, 6, 7) were identified in the pear for the first time.  相似文献
