通过常规石蜡包埋切片、HE染色,观察2只雄性海南鳽消化系统的组织结构。结果显示,其消化管具一般的4层结构,但缺乏黏膜肌层。食管有粗大的皱襞,肌层发达,无食管腺。嗉囊不明显,肌胃退化,与腺胃构成一囊状的胃。小肠绒毛较长,有分支现象,未见中央乳糜管结构。肠腺的黏液细胞为圆形,细胞核位于细胞中央;无十二指肠腺。肝、胰的结构与其他鸟类相似。海南鳽消化器官的特点可能与其食性有关。  相似文献

以组织学方法研究了孵化第5,9,12,18天鸡胚的胃、肠、肝、胰的显微结构,探讨了鸡胚胃、肠、肝、胰的形态发生。观察到腺胃粘膜深层的复管状腺比腺胃粘膜浅层和肌胃粘膜中的单管状腺结构复杂,肌胃的肌层比腺胃和肠管的肌层发达。诸如此类,器官中结构较复杂或较发达的部分需要较长的发育时间,往往发育较早;复腺的发育中先有腺管然后有腺管分支和腺泡;吞食蛋白羊水对消化器官的发育具有重要影响  相似文献

通过组织学观察,探讨野生黄鼬消化管的组织结构特点.将8只野生黄鼬经乙醚麻醉后处死,解剖取食管、胃、小肠、大肠,制作石蜡切片,观察其组织结构.结果显示野生黄鼬食管的黏膜为复层扁平上皮,食管腺发达,肌层以骨骼肌为主.胃贲门部有发达的皱襞和贲门腺;胃底腺有大量的主细胞和壁细胞;胃大弯部的腺体以壁细胞为主,仅有少量主细胞;胃幽门部有发达的幽门腺和大量壁细胞.十二指肠黏膜层有小肠腺,内有潘氏细胞存在,黏膜下层含有十二指肠腺;空肠可见孤立淋巴小结、弥散淋巴组织及集合淋巴小结.结肠无皱襞和肠绒毛,大肠腺排列紧密,其中杯状细胞特别多;直肠固有膜内有发达的大肠腺.所以野生黄鼬消化管的特点是胃各部胃腺发达,壁细胞特别多.  相似文献

为了探讨极北鲵消化道(食管、胃、小肠和大肠)组织学结构,试验采用苏木精-伊红(H.E.)染色法。结果表明:极北鲵的消化道各部分均由黏膜层、黏膜下层、肌层和外膜构成;食管黏膜上皮为复层纤毛柱状上皮具杯状细胞,固有膜内具食道腺;胃部固有膜内具胃腺;小肠和大肠上皮内具杯状细胞,固有膜内未见肠腺。  相似文献

The cranial chamber (proventriculus) and caudal chamber (ventriculus) of the stomach of the Red jungle fowl (Gallus gallus spadiceus) were examined by means of light microscopy. Both chambers presented folds of the tunica mucosa lined by a simple prismatic epithelium that was positive for neutral mucin. Simple tubular glands occupied the lamina propria of both chambers; in the ventriculus of older birds, they showed a coiled base. These ventricular glands were lined by simple cuboidal cells represented by the chief cells and a few large basal cells. The luminal and tubular koilin rodlets and folds of the ventriculus were positive to periodic acid Schiff (PAS) stain. The proventricular glands were situated between the inner and outer layers of the lamina muscularis mucosae. Cells lining the tubulo-alveolar units of the proventricular glands showed a dentate appearance. Vacuoles were not observed, and the cells were negative for Alcian-PAS stain. The tunica submucosa was very thin in the proventricular wall. In the ventriculus, it was not separated from the lamina propria owing to the absence of any lamina muscularis mucosae. The tunica muscularis of the proventriculus was formed by a thick inner layer of circular smooth muscle fibres and a thin outer layer of longitudinal fibres. In addition to these layers, oblique muscle fibres formed the most internal layer of the tunica muscularis in the ventriculus.  相似文献

通过对50例蛋用型鸡尸体剖检和组织病理学观察,发现病鸡极度消瘦、脱水,羽毛囊出血,鸡爪出血,鸡冠苍白,贫血,趾骨隆凸,胸骨内侧有黄白色奶油样肿瘤结节。在肝、脾、肾、卵巢、输卵管、肺、骨髓、腺骨、肠道等可见胞浆内充满球形的、嗜酸性颗粒的骨髓瘤细胞,呈灶状或弥漫性的分布,该变化是骨髓细胞瘤病病理学的特征性变化,具有诊病意义。有关蛋用型鸡发生骨髓细胞瘤病在国内外尚未见报道。  相似文献

通过对秃鹫消化系统的解剖观察表明,秃鹫的消化管较短,仅为躯干长的22~2.5倍,腺胃与肌胃外形分界不明显,不形成较细的峡,腺胃壁较厚,粘膜密布许多针尖状乳头,肌胃壁较薄,肌层不发达,其内膜角质化程度低,不形成厚的肫皮或内金,肌胃内容物中亦不见砂粒。肝脏分为两叶,左右两叶各有1个肝门,左叶以肝肠管与胰管共同开口于十二指肠终袢,右叶以胆管开口于十二指肠终袢。  相似文献

间接荧光抗体法快速诊断海兰褐蛋鸡J亚群禽白血病的研究   总被引:17,自引:2,他引:17  
某地区海兰褐蛋鸡发生肿瘤性传染病,经临床症状和病理学检查,在肝、脾、肾、卵巢、输卵管、肺、骨髓、腺胃、肠道等可见胞浆内充满球形嗜酸性颗粒的骨髓瘤细胞,呈灶状或弥漫性的分布。该变化是禽骨髓细胞瘤病病理学的特征性变化,具有证病意义。经用特异性抗J亚群白血病病毒囊膜蛋白gp85的单克隆抗体的免疫组化方法,在病料组织切片上检出病毒抗原,从而确诊为蛋鸡J亚群禽白血病。本研究是尝试用间接荧光抗体法来快速诊断该病。采用特异性抗J亚群禽白血病病毒囊膜蛋白gp85单克隆对组织触片作间接荧光抗体试验,检测J亚群禽白血病病毒抗原。在骨髓、食管、肌肉、输卵管、肾都出现了范围广而且很明亮的荧光;肝、肺、脾的荥光较为明亮;心脏的荧光较弱,但清晰可见。表明在病料组织中存在特异性病毒抗原。  相似文献

Diseases affecting the proventriculus and ventriculus often present with similar clinical signs. It is important for the avian practitioner to be familiar with these diseases, their prevalence, and the species most commonly affected to judiciously prioritize the appropriate diagnostic techniques. A basic understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the proventriculus and ventriculus is useful in integrating the pathophysiology and clinical signs associated with variable disease processes. It is also essential to evaluate radiographs and endoscopic images, perform diagnostic techniques, make a diagnosis, and provide appropriate therapy.  相似文献

Acute necrosis of the ventriculus is a very uncommon lesion in birds. We describe a fatal case of acute necrotising ventriculitis caused by Rhizopus microsporus var. chinensis in a mature female eclectus parrot (Eclectus roratus). The bird presented acutely dull and lethargic, was vomiting and had bright green droppings, suggestive of acute heavy metal poisoning. It was treated with fluids and chelation therapy, but died within 12 h. Necropsy, cytology, histopathology and culture results demonstrated fungal invasion of the ventriculus associated with transmural necrosis, haemorrhage, acute inflammation and abundant R. microsporus var. chinensis and lesser numbers of Candida krusei.  相似文献

Birds of prey have developed talons, a hooked beak, and a tongue and oral cavity replete with pronounced hooks and papillae for prehending large boluses of food. The size of the proventriculus in relation to the ventriculus and weak musculature of the ventriculus, combined with an extremely acidic luminal pH, are consistent with a gastric digestive physiology maximized for protein digestion. The pyloric sphincter retains indigestible matter in the stomach, which is later compressed into a pellet and egested. The ventriculus, pylorus, pancreas, and an elongated duodenum coordinate to maximize neutralization of acidic peptic juices and increase the efficiency of digestion and absorption. Raptors are susceptible to a variety of infectious and noninfectious diseases that affect the digestive tract. Diagnostic testing and treatment recommendations for raptor intestinal disease conditions are discussed in this article.  相似文献

Peptides of the gastrointestinal tract play a significant role in the digestive processes and the development of the body; therefore, it is important to have an understanding of location and distribution of gastrin, somatostatin and glucagon immunoreactive (IR) cells in the stomach mucosa of growing birds. For this purpose, 6 embryos and 37 chicks from an ostrich farm in Latvia were used. Tissue samples were collected from the proventriculus – superficial and deep glandular region and from the ventriculus – side wall and pyloric region. The number of cells was determined in 10 mucosal fields of each tissue sample. For statistical analysis, the one‐way anova method was used. Gastrin IR cells regarding the stomach mucosa were found only in the pyloric region. Somatostatin IR cells were most densely located in the pyloric region too, but some cells were also discovered in the mucosa of proventriculus and ventriculus. Glucagon IR cells were found in the epithelium of the deep glands of the proventriculus and only some cells of the superficial glands of the proventriculus, and the ventriculus side wall mucosa. Gastrin and somatostatin IR cells were present in a comparatively large quantity in the ostrich chicks' ventriculus – pyloric region yet not long before hatching. They were located deep in the mucosa of pyloric glands, and their number tended to increase with birds advancing in age.  相似文献

Myenteric ganglioneuritis and encephalomyelitis were diagnosed in an umbrella cockatoo. The cockatoo exhibited clinical signs that were milder than those associated with this syndrome, such as anorexia, muscle wasting, regurgitation, depression, and changes in fecal consistency. The gross lesions also differed from earlier reports in that only the duodenum and proximal jejunum were grossly dilated. Normally the proventriculus and ventriculus are dilated without visible intestinal changes. The histopathological lesions, however, such as perivascular cuffs in the brain stem and muscular mass of the ventriculus and proventriculus, were similar to earlier reports. A virus was suspected, although transmission and isolation of a virus has not occurred in other reports and was not attempted in this case.  相似文献
