对杉木桤木混交林和杉木纯林土壤酶与肥力因素的分析研究表明,混交林下土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶活性都高于杉木纯林;脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶几乎与所有土壤肥力因素呈显著或极显著相关;杉木桤木混交林下土壤酶活性的提高,有利于土壤有机质的转化和土壤养分含量的增加。  相似文献

以三峡水库岸坡系统常见的5种不同土地利用类型(林地、草地、退耕地、耕地、消落带)为对象,研究不同用地类型下土壤酶活性、土壤化学性质及其二者之间的关系。结果表明:林地土壤的过氧化氢酶、脲酶、碱性磷酸酶的活性在所有用地类型中最低,这与耕地土壤中的蔗糖酶、蛋白酶活性最低形成鲜明对照。与之相反,退耕地土壤中的脲酶、蛋白酶活性最高,而草地中的蔗糖酶、碱性磷酸酶活性居于最高。相关性分析表明:土壤过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶活性与全氮、速效氮、全磷、有机质含量以及pH值分别呈现极显著的正相关,但碱性磷酸酶活性与速效磷含量呈现出极显著的负相关。蔗糖酶和脲酶活性则与全氮、速效氮、速效磷、pH值也呈显著的相关性。脲酶与有机质含量之间、蛋白酶与全氮、速效氮、pH值之间均分别呈显著相关性。林地土壤的全氮、速效氮、全磷、速效磷含量在几种用地类型中居于最低,岸坡林地能够有效减少可能进入三峡库区水体的N,P含量。消落带土壤中的速效氮、速效磷以及全磷含量在所有用地类型中最高,消落带的人为耕作可能是加剧水库水体N,P元素富营养化的重要来源之一。建议在三峡库区进一步增加林地,限制在消落带进行耕作等农事活动。  相似文献

以自然修复的矿区废弃地土壤为对照,从土壤酶活性的垂直分布、季节动态特征及其与土壤养分含量、重金属含量相关性研究了人工修复的栾树Koelreuteria paniclata、杜英Elaeocarpus decipens混交林(修复地)对湘潭锰矿区废弃地土壤酶活性的影响.结果表明:0~60 cm土层中,随着土层深度的增加,土壤酶活性逐渐下降;同一土层中,修复地土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶活性均高于对照地,且脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性的差异均达到了极显著差异(P<0.01),0~20 cm土层中蔗糖酶酶活性的差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);同一季节修复地土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性均显著或极显著高于对照地(P<0.05),秋、冬季修复地土壤蔗糖酶活性显著高于对照地(P<0.05),夏季差异不显著(P>0.05),而春季修复地显著低于对照地(P<0.05);土壤酶活性与土壤有机质、全N、Mg含量呈极显著(P<0.01)或显著(P<0.05)的正相关性,与土壤微生物数量之间均呈极显著或显著的正相关;土壤中重金属对土壤酶活性多表现为抑制作用,且以脲酶活性最敏感,其次是过氧化氧酶活性.人工修复植被能明显提高锰矿区废弃地土壤的酶活性.  相似文献

为了解草甘膦施加量与土壤酶活性的效应关系,研究了草甘膦不同施用水平对土壤中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、脲酶、蔗糖酶活性的影响,为草甘膦生态风险评价提供基础依据。结果表明:未污染土壤中CAT、脲酶、蔗糖酶活性分别为15.30(0.002M KMnO_4mL/20min*g)、32.59mg/g、22.88mg/g;添加草甘膦后,土壤CAT及脲酶活性随着草甘膦施加量的增加而线性降低,但蔗糖酶活性随着草甘膦施加量的增加而增加。对草甘膦浓度变化的响应脲酶最为显著,蔗糖酶居中,CAT次之。草甘膦施加量为10g/kg时,CAT、脲酶、蔗糖酶活性分别为8.60(0.002M KMnO_4mL/20min*g)、4.74(mg/g)、28.97(mg/g);草甘膦施加量为15g/kg时,CAT、蔗糖酶活性分别为5.70(0.002M KMnO_4mL/20min*g)、39.14(mg/g),脲酶活性已无法检出;当草甘膦施加量为20g/kg时,土壤中CAT、蔗糖酶活性分别为1.05(0.002M KMnO_4mL/20min*g)、55.17(mg/g),脲酶活性无法检出;即三个酶中脲酶的耐受性最低。  相似文献

研究湖南会同连栽第2代杉木人工纯林和撂荒对第1代杉木人工林采伐迹地土壤养分与酶活性的影响.结果表明:0~30 cm和30~60 cm土层中,撂荒地土壤有机质、养分含量普遍高于连栽杉木人工林地,且腐殖质碳、有效磷含量的差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),全磷含量在0~30 cm土层中的差异达到显著水平(P<0.05).0~30 cm土层中,撂荒地过氧化氢酶活性极显著高于连栽杉木人工林地(P<0.01),磷酸酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶活性均显著高于连栽杉木人工林地(P<0.05),30~60 cm土层中,撂荒地过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶活性也显著高于杉木人工林地(P<0.05),磷酸酶和脲酶活性也高于连栽杉木人工林地,但差异不显著(P>0.05).林地土壤过氧化氢酶、磷酸酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶活性与土壤有机质、养分含量之间均呈较好的正相关,而且与水解氮、速效磷、腐殖质碳的相关性高于其与有机质的相关性.主成分分析表明,土壤酶活性在林地土壤质量体系中扮演着重要角色,其中脲酶、蔗糖酶和磷酸酶可作为林地土壤质量评价的指标.撂荒具有更好地恢复土壤养分含量和酶活性的能力,对维持杉木人工林地持续生产力有着重要作用.  相似文献

本研究比较了丘陵地区油茶单作、花生单作及油茶-花生间作三种种植模式下五种土壤酶(蔗糖酶、蛋白酶、脲酶、酸性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶)活性的差异,并采用相关分析、通径分析对土壤酶活性和土壤养分的相关性进行了研究,旨在探讨油茶种植模式对土壤酶活性的影响,以期为油茶生产中培肥和改良土壤提供参考。结果表明,不同种植模式对土壤酶活性影响明显。与油茶单作相比,油茶-花生间作显著提高0~10 cm土层土壤蔗糖酶、蛋白酶、脲酶及过氧化氢酶的活性,以及10~20 cm土层蔗糖酶活性;与花生单作相比,油茶-花生间作显著提高了0~10 cm土层土壤蛋白酶活性。相关性分析表明土壤酶活性与土壤养分的相关性较高,特别是脲酶和酸性磷酸酶。通径分析结果表明,土壤速效磷和速效钾对蔗糖酶产生显著的直接影响,有机质和速效磷是影响蛋白酶的主导因子,土壤全氮是影响脲酶的重要因素,土壤全氮和速效磷是直接影响酸性磷酸酶的重要因子。综合看来,与油茶单作相比,油茶-花生间作模式可以改善土壤质量,提高土壤酶活性,对提高土壤肥力有着重要意义。  相似文献

以小兴安岭丰林自然保护区内红松中幼龄林和成熟林土壤为研究对象,测定了不同土层(0~10 cm和10~20 cm)土壤理化性质和5种土壤酶活性并进行相关性分析。结果表明:红松林不同土层土壤的理化性质差异较大。土壤酶在不同深度的土层中变化较大;土壤p H值与土壤脲酶活性呈极显著负相关;土壤微生物生物量碳含量与土壤淀粉酶活性呈显著正相关,与蔗糖酶活性呈极显著正相关;脲酶活性与土壤全氮、全磷含量、土壤总孔隙度呈极显著正相关,与土壤温度呈显著正相关;磷酸酶活性与土壤全磷含量、土壤含水率呈显著正相关,与总孔隙度呈极显著正相关。蔗糖酶活性与过氧化氢酶活性呈显著正相关;过氧化氢酶活性与土壤全磷含量呈极显著正相关。  相似文献

土壤酶活性能够实质性的反映土地管理和土壤健康状况。为了更好的了解复合农林模式中土壤酶活性的变化规律和功效,本研究对花椒(Zanthoxylum bungenum)模式、桃树(Prunus persica var.nectariana)模式、桑树(Morus alba)模式和梨树(Pyrus pyrifolia)模式根际与非根际土壤酶活性与土壤养分进行了对比分析。结果表明:由于在林下广泛种植多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne),使得木本植株根际与非根际土壤酶活性没有显著的差异,但它们的活性都远远高于其对照地。除各模式多酚氧化酶活性的峰值均出现在9月份外,过氧化物酶、蔗糖酶、磷酸酶、脲酶的峰值多出现在7月和8月份。有机质与这5种土壤酶活性都有显著的正相关,而全N仅与磷酸酶和蔗糖酶有显著的正相关,pH值则与它们呈显著的负相关。植物组成可能对土壤酶活性和土壤化学性质有直接的影响。  相似文献

以蒙古栎(Quercus mongolica)林、杂木林和胡桃楸(Juglans mandshurica)林3种天然次生林土壤为研究对象,通过生长季节内表层土壤(0~30 cm )淀粉酶、蔗糖酶、脱氢酶和过氧化氢酶活性以及土壤微生物呼吸速率的测定,探讨了辽东山区土壤酶活性与土壤微生物呼吸之间的关系。结果表明:辽东山区蒙古栎林、杂木林、胡桃楸林土壤酶活性与土壤微生物呼吸具有一定的季节波动,但相关性不显著。除胡桃楸林微生物呼吸与过氧化氢酶活性之间具有显著关系外,蒙古栎林和杂木林微生物呼吸与4种酶活性之间均无显著相关性。研究结果为进一步系统了解辽东山区次生林植物群落土壤碳循环过程提供了参考。  相似文献

Agroforestry practice is believed to be an effective means of maintaining and improving soil fertility, and is widely used by farmers around the world. To gain better understanding of the effects of agroforestry practice on soil fertility, the organic carbon content, total nitrogen content, microbial biomass, basal respiration, and activity of soil enzymes at three soil depths (0–10, 10–20, and 20–30 cm) of Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba L.)–tea (Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze) agroforestry systems were investigated. Study plots were established in Yushan Farm in Changshu, Jiangsu Province, China. These involved two densities of Ginkgo trees mixed with tea (G1 and G2) and monoculture tea systems (G0). The results showed that C, N, microbial biomass, and enzyme activity were higher in surface soil than in soil from the middle and lower layers whereas pH and metabolic quotient increased with soil depth. pH, microbial biomass C, N, basal respiration, and catalase and invertase activity in the 0–10 cm layer were significantly lower for G0 than for G1 and G2. Polyphenoloxidase activity in the 0–10 cm layer was significantly lower for G2 than for G0 and G1. Metabolic quotient in the 20–30 cm layer was significantly higher for G0 than for G2. The activity of soil enzymes, including catalase, dehydrogenase, urease, protease, and invertase, significantly and positively correlated with soil organic carbon and total nitrogen. The results of this study suggest that growing tea with Ginkgo could be regarded as good agroforestry practice which could enhance accumulation of organic matter in soil, improve the activity of soil enzymes, and maintain soil productivity and sustainability.  相似文献

通过对引进的玉杏、红丰、凯特、红太阳、大棚王等5个山东杏品种1年生枝条进行0℃、-25℃、-30℃、-35℃、-40℃等5个梯度低温和时间交互胁迫处理,测定各品种电解质渗出率、可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化等相关的生理指标,以研究经抗寒性锻炼之后的各品种不同胁迫时间和胁迫温度在生理方面对各品种的影响。结果表明,电解质渗出率、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛(MDA )含量和游离脯氨酸(Pro )含量均随温度的降低而增高;5个优质杏品种的半致死温度分别为玉杏-41.65℃、红丰-35.33℃、凯特-34.38℃、红太阳-34.06℃、大棚王-31.40℃。抗寒力强弱顺序:玉杏>红丰>凯特>红太阳>大棚王。  相似文献

通过对马尾松林、茶园和毛竹林土壤酶活性的研究表明:3种群落间,毛竹林的过氧化氢酶活性大于马尾松林、茶园(P<0.01),毛竹林的多酚氧化酶活性大于茶园(P<0.05),而马尾松林和茶园间无显著差异;脲酶在各群落间无显著差异.在垂直分布上,第1层过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性与其他层次间有显著或极显著差异,而多酚氧化酶活性在各层间无显著差异.进一步分析土壤酶活性与土壤肥力关系表明,马尾松林的过氧化氢酶、脲酶活性高低可作为评价马尾松林土壤肥力的指标;而人为扰动较大的茶园和毛竹林土壤酶活性高低不能作为评价其土壤肥力的指标.  相似文献

Aerial seeding is one of the most important vegetation restoration patterns in remote hilly areas, and studies concerning soil quality and its management have practical value. In 2000, a study of the effect of thinning intensities at five different treatments levels, 0 (CK), 30% (slight thinning), 48.75% (medium thinning), 53.75% (intense thinning) and 65.6% (super intense thinning) on soil enzyme activity was carried out on 9-year-old aerial seeded Chinese pine (Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.) stands with an initial density of 8000 trees/hm2, in the Wang-jiapu Aerail Seeding Center, Yanqing County, Beijing. Five years later, the activities of five kinds of soil enzymes, soil urease, alkaline phosphatase, inertase, catalase and polyphenol oxidase in the first 20 cm of soil layer were compared during four seasons. Relationships among soil enzymes and soil physiochemical properties were also analyzed to examine the possibility of using soil enzymes to evaluate thinning intensities. The results showed that the maximum enzyme activities of catalase and polyphenol oxidase occurred in June, those of soil urease and alkaline phosphatase occurred in October, and soil invetase had its maximum in April. In addition, the five soil enzymes were affected differently by thinning intensities. Soil catalase, urease and invertase showed the highest response to a slight thinning, followed by medium thinning, which is the opposite experienced with polyphenol oxidase and alkaline phosphatase. There are statistically significant and positive relationships between soil enzymes and organic matter and available K. It should be noted that soil water was a limiting factor to soil enzyme activity. Compared with soil physicochemical characteristics, soil enzymes were more sensitive to levels of thinning intensities. Among the enzymes, soil alkaline phosphatase and catalase could be regarded as indicators to assess soil quality. It is concluded that a suitable thinning intensity benefits the development of undergrowth and soil enzymes. 以大鹤国有防护林场3种不同林龄(15、23、34 a)的湿地松林为研究对象,研究了不同林龄湿地松林土壤酶活性及其养分含量变化特征。结果表明:土壤pH值随着林龄增加呈先降低后升高,随着土层深度的增加逐渐升高。随着林龄的增长,土壤有机质先增加后降低;土壤水解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量逐渐降低。土壤中的脲酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶和多酚氧化酶活性随林龄的增长逐渐降低;酸性磷酸酶活性仅在表层土随着林龄的增长逐渐降低,而随着土层的加深表现为先增长后降低。土壤养分和酶活性随土层深度的变化均存在显著性变化。相关分析表明,土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶和酸性磷酸酶均与土壤有机质、水解氮、有效磷和速效钾存在极显著正相关(P<0.01),多酚氧化酶与速效钾呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。滨海地区湿地松在林龄较低阶段土壤养分较为充足,随着林龄的增长,土壤肥力逐渐下降,不利于森林可持续发展。  相似文献

通过对辽西北地区4种典型农林复合模式对土壤改良的研究,结果显示,相对于对照原始荒地,农林复合模式具有降低土壤容重,增加土壤持水量、土壤孔隙度等作用,同时改善土壤肥力,增大土壤内氮、磷、钾含量,提升有机质含量。土壤质量综合评价显示,农林复合模式中大扁杏-花生-玉米对土壤的改良效果最好,大扁杏-麻黄草、樟子松-花生次之。在土层深度上,大扁杏-花生-玉米模式和大扁杏-麻黄草模式对0~20cm土层的土壤改良效果好于20~40cm;樟子松-花生模式结果与之相反。  相似文献

林木耗水量和环境供水量相平衡是干旱区造林的基本依据,林木耗水研究对了解其生理特性和造林规划有重要意义。在宁夏南部黄土丘陵区采用热脉冲植物茎流计和快速称质量法测定了主要造林树种山桃、山杏、柠条和沙棘的耗水量。结果表明:山桃、山杏、沙棘、柠条年耗水量分别为594.19、271.13、24.88和20.82 kg,日耗水量分别为3.30、1.51、0.14和0.12 kg;不同树种蒸腾耗水过程具有相似的变化过程,即正午是日蒸腾最强的时间,7、8月是耗水量最大的月份。  相似文献

The authors presented the enzyme characteristics of catalase, sucrase, urease and alkaline phosphatase under agroforestry systems in northern Jiangsu Province. The results show that soil enzyme activities reduce gradually from top to bottom layer of the soil profile, and the fluctuations of catalase and urease are smaller than those of sucrase and alkaline phosphatase. Soil enzyme activities differe significantly in different samples, and the order is arranged as poplar-crop intercropping segment (A, D) > paulownia-crop intercropping segment (B, C) > CK. Furthermore, soil enzyme activities increase with intercropping age. On the other hand, in the same plot, there are closer relationships between enzymes in the soil samples. Catalase, alkaline phosphatase and urease are negatively related, while alkaline phosphatase and urease are positively related (except in samples B and C). In addition, the enzyme activities have a close relationship with the fertilizers. Catalase is positively correlated with the soil pH value (r = 0.854, 0.804, 0.078 and 0.082, respectively), and is negatively correlated with total N (r = –0.201, –0.529, –0.221 and –0.821, respectively), total P (r = –0.143, –0.213, –0.362 and –0.751, respectively) and available P (r = –0.339, –0.351, –0.576, and –0.676, respectively). Sucrase, urease and alkaline phosphatase are negatively correlated with the pH value, while positively correlated with the other fertilizers (r 1). The authors suggest that enzyme activity will be a great potential as an indicator of soil quality.  相似文献

以郑州市6个公园绿地为研究对象,采集0~20 cm土层的108份土壤样品,测定其理化性质和土壤酶活性,并对其土壤酶活性及其与土壤理化性质进行相关性分析。结果表明,碧沙岗公园尿酶活性及磷酸酶活性最强,滨河公园过氧化氢酶活性最强,郑州绿博园多酚氧化酶活性最强;尿酶与速效钾呈正相关关系,与过氧化物酶呈负相关关系;过氧化氢酶与非毛管孔隙度、磷酸酶呈正相关关系,与速效磷、多酚氧化酶呈负相关关系;磷酸酶及蔗糖酶与土壤容重呈负相关关系,与非毛管孔隙度呈正相关关系;磷酸酶、蔗糖酶与水解性氮、阳离子交换量、有机质含量呈正相关关系;蔗糖酶与非毛管孔隙度呈正相关关系;多酚氧化酶与理化性质不相关。根据研究结果判断,土壤酶活性可以作为土壤肥力评价指标。  相似文献
