巨龙竹是至目前为止所发现最粗的竹子,单株竹材生物量居同类竹材之首。对3-5年生薄壁型巨龙竹秆材不同部位的主要化学成分进行了测定,包括灰分、木素、综纤维素、多戊糖、冷水抽出物、热水抽出物、1%Na OH抽出物、乙醚抽出物、苯-醇抽出物。结果表明:薄壁型巨龙竹的木素、综纤维素、多戊糖的含量与常用纸浆造纸原料木材接近,灰分含量介于木材和草类原料之间;除冷水抽出物外,薄壁型巨龙竹其它抽出物含量在秆高方向上均表现出递增的分布规律。  相似文献

测定了1-5年生苦竹秆上、中、基3个部位的顺纹抗压强度、顺纹抗拉强度、弦向抗弯强度租化学组成,并对其进行了相关分析,结果表明:顺纹抗拉强度与各化学组成均为显著相关,顺纹抗压强度与纤维素的质量分数达显著相关,木质素和苯-醇抽提物的质量分数与力学强度为正相关,纤维素、灰分、热水抽出物、1%NaOH抽出物的质量分数与力学强度为负相关。  相似文献

为构建棕榈藤材材性数据库,提升棕榈藤材高附加值加工利用水平,文章以高地钩叶藤为研究对象,对其主要化学成分含量进行测定和分析。结果表明,高地钩叶藤材综纤维素、酸不溶木质素、α-纤维素、半纤维素、苯-醇抽提物、热水抽提物、冷水抽提物、1%NaOH抽提物及灰分含量的均值分别为67.98%、16.72%、43.91%、24.38%、9.78%、18.85%、15.02%、38.60%和1.46%。径向上,综纤维素、α-纤维素、酸不溶木质素及灰分含量均为藤皮>藤中>藤芯;而半纤维素、冷水抽提物、热水抽提物、苯-醇抽提物及1%NaOH抽提物含量均为藤芯>藤中>藤皮。轴向上,综纤维素、α-纤维素、酸不溶木质素及灰分含量最大值均在中部,而半纤维素及4种抽提物含量最大值均在梢部。酸不溶木质素和α-纤维素含量最小值在梢部,综纤维素、半纤维素及灰分含量最小值在基部,冷水抽提物、苯-醇抽提物及1%NaOH抽提物含量最小值均出现在基部以上2 m处,而热水抽提物含量最小值在中部。  相似文献

马尾松木材化学组分的遗传控制及对木材育种的意义   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
本文利用 1 3年生马尾松子代测定林的 2 0个自由授粉家系的木材试样 ,着重研究木材化学组分的遗传学问题。研究结果表明 ,木材化学组分、基本密度和生长性状在家系间的差异都达到了极显著水平 ,并受中等至强度的遗传控制。在 6个木材化学组分中 ,灰分、戊聚糖和 1 %NaOH抽出物含量的遗传力较高 ,木质素、综纤维素和热水抽出物含量的遗传力稍低。生长性状与木材密度呈显著的负相关 ,而与木材化学组分相关性很小 ,似相互独立。遗传相关认为灰分和热水抽出物含量可分别作为综纤维素和木质素的间接选择指标。由于综纤维素和木质素含量在家系间的绝对差异较小 ,仅为 2 %~ 3% ,对选育的实际意义不大。可选择综纤维素含量高的优株进行无性繁殖加以利用  相似文献

采用我国木材化学成分分析国家标准,对人工林米老排木材化学成分进行了测定和研究分析.结果表明:人工林米老排木材冷水抽提物含量和热水抽提物含量分别为2.67%和3.12%,1%NaOH抽提物含量为17.08%,纤维素含量为47.49%,综纤维素含量为80.42%,木素含量为28.80%,pH值为5.44;木材冷水抽提物和综纤维素含量在树干的不同高度上略有差异,但方差分析检验,差异不显著,热水抽提物、1%NaOH抽提物、纤维素和木素含量在树干的不同高度上差异显著,达到1%显著性水平;由树基往上,热水抽提物含量略呈两端高、中间低的趋势,冷水抽提物、1%NaOH抽提物和木素的含量逐渐降低,综纤维素含量和木材pH值逐渐升高;纤维素含量在树干上的分布规律为中间高、两端低,而且从树干中部往上的降低幅度较大.  相似文献

对云南甜竹的9项化学组成进行分析,结果表明:云南甜竹的综纤维素、木素等细胞壁主要物质含量和一般木材接近,灰分和各种抽出物含量介于木材和草类原料之间 除综纤维素和灰分在秆高方向上表现出明显的递增分布规律外,云南甜竹其它各化学成分在秆高方向上未呈现出明显的分布规律。从化学组成角度分析认为,云南甜竹满足制浆造纸工业对原材料的要求,可以作为发展竹浆产业的原料竹种,值得在气候适宜的地区推广种植。  相似文献

采用传统的化学成分测试方法和激光扫描共聚焦显微镜技术(CLSM)研究了杞柳的化学成分以及木质素在各细胞及纤维细胞各微区的分布,分析了株高不同部位化学成分的变异规律。结果表明:杞柳的1%Na OH抽提物、热水抽提物、冷水抽提物、苯醇抽提物、综纤维素、α-纤维素、酸不溶木质素、酸溶木质素、多戊糖和灰分分别为32.11%、10.85%、7.11%、3.27%、70.46%、35.50%、20.18%、4.50%、15.51%、0.90%;在不同部位,除了α-纤维素和多戊糖含量差异不显著,其余各指标均差异显著;木质素在各细胞及纤维细胞各微区分布不均一,导管细胞壁木质素浓度高于木纤维和射线,纤维细胞角隅处木质素浓度高于次生壁和复合胞间层。  相似文献

对18年生人工林火炬松纸浆材的化学成分含量进行了系统地测试,分析和讨论了火炬松化学成分含量在树干高度方向上的变异规律.结果表明:1、火炬松纸浆材的灰分、冷水、热水、苯醇和1%N aOH抽提物含量,纤维素、戊聚糖和木质素含量平均值分别为0.33%、1.59%、3.21%、2.32%和13.66%、47.98%、15.10%、29.66%;2、沿树干高度方向,火炬松木材灰分含量和纤维素含量变化不明显;热水和苯醇抽提物含量逐渐减小;冷水抽提物和木质素含量表现出先增加后减小或者逐渐减小的趋势;1%N aOH抽提物含量则表现出先减小后增加的趋势;戊聚糖含量表现出逐渐增加或减小的趋势.方差分析表明,火炬松木材各化学成分含量在沿树干高度方向的变化不显著.  相似文献

利用3个22年生马尾松初级种子园自由授粉家系1.3 m、5.3 m和10.0 m 3个高度圆盘,研究3个家系纵向木材化学组分的变化规律。结果表明:综纤维、酸不溶木素、冷水抽提物、热水抽提物、苯醇抽提物、1%NaOH抽提物、灰分和水分等8个化学组分含量指标在树干纵向高度间差异显著。纤维素、综纤维、酸不溶木素、热水抽提物、苯醇抽提物、1%NaOH抽提物、灰分和水分等8个化学组分含量均随着树干高度的增加不断下降。混合取样数据接近整株化学组分的平均水平,因而宜采用混合样分析马尾松化学组分变化。不同家系木材化学组分的纵向均匀性以169号最好,159次之,162最差。  相似文献

Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate the moisture content (MC), density, and amount of extractives along the height of a 32-year-old oil palm stem. The extractives were removed following TAPPI standards T-207 and T-280 for water solubility and acetone extractives. The results showed that the MC of the palm stem increased from the outer towards the inner section, while the density decreased. Along the tree height, the MC was found to increase from the bottom to the middle part, but slightly decreased towards the top. An inverse trend was obtained for the density distribution along the tree height. The results of the extractive separation showed that the middle and center sections of the oil palm stem contained the highest amount of extractives irrespective of the types of solvent. The highest amount of extractives was obtained from hot water extraction, followed by cold water and acetone extractions. The lowest amount of extractives was located at the bottom outer section of the oil palm stem which ranging from 2.0 to 9.2%, whereas the middle and center sections contained a greater amount of extractives ranged from 4.6 to 32.8% regardless of the type of solvent used.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The connection between chemical composition and anatomy of wood is poorly studied. Abiotic and biotic growth conditions affect the synthesis of structural compounds and the anatomy of wood at the same time as they affect growth. In this study, the wood chemical composition, and connections between wood chemistry and anatomy were studied in downy birch (Betula pubescens Ehrh.) grown on four growth sites possessing mineral and peat soils. Lignin, holocellulose, extractive and ash contents, and effective heating value were analysed and compared with libriform fibre double wall thickness and lumen diameter, vessel size and number, and ray and axial parenchyma numbers. Measured lignin and extractive contents were exceptionally high and holocellulose content low. Correlations between wood anatomy and effective heating value were partly different on different soils. Correlations between holocellulose and anatomy were the opposite of the correlations between other chemical compounds and anatomy. The significant correlations between chemical composition and anatomy were commonly opposite in trees grown on peat than in trees grown on mineral soil. Particularly, vessel characteristics and fibre wall thickness correlated significantly with wood chemistry in trees grown on mineral soil. The connections between wood anatomy and chemistry proved to be soil-dependent.  相似文献

We investigated the impact of residual extractives on lignin determination by lignin content difference between unextracted and extracted pulps, residual extractives analysis, and lignin content contribution from model extractive compounds. There were two different kinds of extractives in aspen kraft pulp. The extractives impacting on kappa number determination were well removed in oxygen delignification; these were mainly unsaturated fatty acids. However, the extractives impacting on Klason lignin determination were largely resistant to oxygen delignification; these were mainly saturated fatty acids, sterols, and hydrocarbons. Oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids was the main reaction in oxygen delignification. These trends were confirmed by simulation of lignin content determination with three model extractive compounds (β-sitosterol, linoleic acid, and palmitic acid). 采集了常见制浆材(桉木、相思木及杨木)样品的近红外光谱,测定了样品的基本密度、综纤维素、木质素和苯醇抽出物含量,用人为控制水分的方法测定了样品的水分含量。对原始光谱进行预处理后,分别运用偏最小二乘法(PLS)、LASSO算法、支持向量机法(SVR)和人工神经网络法(BP-ANN)建立基本密度、水分含量、综纤维素、木质素和苯醇抽出物含量的预测模型。对预测模型进行独立验证,结果显示:LASSO算法建立的基本密度和综纤维素模型性能最优,其预测均方根误差(RMSEP)分别为0.006 3 g/cm~3和0.49%,绝对偏差(AD)范围分别为-0.008 8~0.009 6 g/cm~3和-0.85%~0.87%;PLS建立的水分含量模型及苯醇抽出物模型最优,RMSEP值分别为1.21%和0.24%,AD范围分别为-1.99%~2.03%和-0.35%~0.38%;SVR建立的木质素模型最优,RMSEP值为0.43%,AD范围为-0.76%~0.74%,均满足制浆造纸工业中对误差的要求。  相似文献

From June to December, we determined the effects of variations in biochemical composition on delta(13)C of tree rings of 2-year-old oaks (Quercus petraea (Matt.) Liebl.) growing under semi-natural conditions, and the dependence of these effects of water stress during the growth season. Percent abundance, carbon concentration and delta(13)C were measured in holocellulose, lignin, extractive-free wood, starch and a water-soluble fraction. Relative concentrations of lignin and holocellulose in the extractive-free wood varied little during the season or in response to water stress, indicating that these compounds could not quantitatively explain the variations in whole-wood delta(13)C. Among all sampled tree rings, the relative concentration of each structural compound (holocellulose and lignin) accounted for less than 5% of the delta(13)C variability in whole wood. Variations in holocellulose and extractive-free wood delta(13)C between tree rings were almost identical (r > 0.95), whereas variations in lignin delta(13)C were less well correlated to these compounds. Whole-wood delta(13)C had a slightly altered isotopic signal compared with that of the structural compounds because of the presence of the extractive component. These results showed that variations in lignin delta(13)C and lignin concentration have little influence on extractive-free wood delta(13)C and whole-wood delta(13)C. Rather, holocellulose influences delta(13)C the most. Thus, we confirmed that, for climatic reconstruction from tree rings, removal of extractives by soxhlet is generally sufficient and sometimes unnecessary. Our findings also indicate that, in the case of rapid and severe water stress, the structural component did not accurately record the associated increase in delta(13)C because of dilution with previously formed organic matter and cessation of trunk growth. The effect of drought on carbon isotope ratios was more pronounced in the extractive compounds, making them good water stress indicators but only on a scale of days to months.  相似文献

用常规方法测定了104个速生桉木样品的综纤维素、聚戊糖、酸不溶木素及苯醇抽出物含量并采集了样品的近红外光谱。对原始光谱进行多元散射校正后,运用偏最小二乘法和交互验证的方法,确定最佳主成分数并建立样品相关化学成分含量的校正模型。独立验证中综纤维素、聚戊糖、酸不溶木素和苯醇抽出物模型的决定系数 Rval2分别为0.9067、0.9033、0.9504、0.9570;预测均方根误差(RMSEP)分别为0.33%、0.50%、0.31%、0.17%;相对分析误差(RPD)值分别为3.22、3.20、4.43、4.73;绝对偏差(AD)分别为?0.53%~0.60%、?0.95%~0.77%、?0.55%~0.52%、?0.22%~0.29%,4个校正模型较好地预测了验证集样品的化学成分含量,基本满足制浆造纸工业中快速测定速生桉木原料的需求。  相似文献

The scrimber is composed of the special elementary unit called fibrosis veneers. Study on chemical constituent changes of fibrosis veneers during heat treatment is helpful to expand the application areas of scrimbers. The objectives of this study were to investigate the effect of heat treatment on the chemical composition of poplar fibrosis veneers. The content changes of chemical composition and extractives after heat treatment were evaluated by chemical analysis. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) were used to characterize the changes in the chemical structure of components. Untreated samples were also set for comparison. The results indicated that transformation of the material induced by this treatment led to an increase in the contents of lignin and extractives, while a decrease in those of holocellulose and α-cellulose. XPS spectroscopy results showed that the hemicelluloses and celluloses could be strongly affected by the atmosphere in the oven during the treatment. Relatively, the lignin was not very sensitive to the heating process to some extent. Solid-state NMR results showed that different degrees of transformations of the polymers took place during the heat treatment, resulting from the deacetylation of hemicelluloses, demethoxylation of lignin and changes in the cellulose structure.  相似文献

Use of butanol-water mixtures for making wheat straw pulp   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Summary A central composite design was used to investigate the influence of the cooking conditions (time, temperature and butanol concentration) for wheat straw with butanol-water mixtures on the properties of the pulp obtained (yield and holocellulose, α-cellulose, lignin and ethanol-benzene extractives contents) and the pH of the resulting waste water. A second-order polynomial model consisting of three independent process variables was found to accurately describe the organosolv pulping of wheat straw. The equations derived predict the yield, the holocellulose, α-cellulose, lignin and ethanol-benzene extractives contents of the pulp, and the pH of the waste water with multiple-R, R2, adjusted-R2 and Snedecor' F values of 0.99, 0.99, 0.99 and 310.33; 0.98, 0.97, 0.95 and 56.63; 0.91, 0.84, 0.74 and 9.14; 0.99, 0.98, 0.96 and 70.52; 0.97, 0.94, 0.92 and 40.42; and 0.98, 0.95, 0.93 and 49.33, respectively. The process variables must be set at low values in order to ensure a high yield and pH. On the other hand, if a high holocellulose content and low lignin and ethanol-benzene extractives contents are to be obtained, then the process variables must be set at high values. Finally, obtaining pulp with a high α-cellulose content entails using a long cooking time and a high temperature, as well as a low butanol concentration. Received 1 July 1996  相似文献

麦秸秆成分剖析及其胶合性能的研究   总被引:17,自引:2,他引:15  
以麦秸为研究对象,将其解剖分层,采用化学分析和现代仪器分析相结合,对其各层进行成分分析,找出其最大差别.同时针对其表面的特殊性,采用两大类共7种不同的偶联剂对其进行处理,以探讨其胶合性能的变化情况.结果表明,与整秆相比,麦秸外层厚度约占20%,其各组分含量均有不同程度的差异,其中灰分含量比整秆高17.2%,而灰分中的SiO2含量更是明显高于整秆的一倍多,苯酚-乙醇(苯-醇)可溶物含量比麦秸整秆的高21.95%;电子自旋共振波谱仪(ESR)测试麦秸整秆的自由基比外层要高,扫描电镜(SEM)可看出麦秆外表面光滑,内表面没有角质层,利于胶滴的润湿、扩散和渗透.偶联剂KH-550对麦秸各层面的胶合均较好,尤其是对外表面的胶合强度提高很大,其他类偶联剂无明显效果.  相似文献
