文章针对农产品加工过程中微量组分配料称量精度问题,以计算机为上位机、以电子秤为下位机、以RS-232作为两者之间的通信总线,利用Visual Basic中的MSComm控件等软件系统开发其应用程序,通过多次性能试验和改进,实现了农产品微量组分的可靠配料和准确称量。  相似文献

基于民勤荒漠植物非称量蒸渗仪试验系统研发过程,对民勤不同监测时段的非称量蒸渗仪结构设置、试验监测及其监测结果应用情况进行对比分析。结果表明:民勤非称量蒸渗仪试验研究起步较早,先后经历了5代非称量蒸渗仪试验系统的研发改造过程。第1、2、3代非称量蒸渗仪试验系统的建立,使民勤荒漠植物蒸渗试验得到逐步发展与完善;第4代荒漠植物非称量蒸渗仪试验系统增设了渗漏监测,模拟了荒漠植物真实的补水状态,设计出不同地下水恒位补偿式蒸渗仪和渗漏型蒸渗仪,实现了地下补水与地面灌水试验的同步监测;第5代荒漠植物非称量蒸渗仪试验系统通过扩容改造,实现了荒漠植物林木与林分尺度蒸渗试验的同步监测,并基于电子传感技术实现蒸渗监测自动化管理,为尺度水平荒漠植物蒸散耗水研究及其监测数据的网络资源共享提供保障。  相似文献

To guarantee the safety and reliability of steam-injection boiler, the real-time supervisory control system of steam-injection boiler is developed. This system consists of host computer and slave computer two levels system. The run parameters and run status of steam boiler are automatic supervisory with the host computer. There are some weaknesses for traditional microscope measurement, including small scope field, complex operation and subjective errors. To avoid these issues, a measurement system combining video and microscope is made. With the magnification of microscope and video, the accuracy of grating micrometer and the real-time notification of chamfer location, this system achieves high precise measurement. By displaying with two monitors, the computer can collect and display other measurement data while the chamfer is measured, which makes full use of the display resolution and enhances the efficiency of instruments. The computer monitor and control system for hydropower station is always a structure system of laminate distribution and open style. The system can adjudge active power and inactive power of water turbine according to the requirement. The operators in active-control level give the value of active power and inactive power for water turbine by computer workstation. PLC of LCU run the power control procedure by net communication in order to realize power adjust. The power adjust of water turbine mainly by speed control system and magnetization system. The 2-D Fuzzy PID Control Model is proposed in order to carry out power adjust of water turbine . In this new method the parameter of PID can self-neaten on line according to power deviation and power deviation rate. By means of this procedure the machine unit can obtain given power value rapidly, exactly and stably. 为了对温室蝴蝶兰生育过程的基本规律和量化关系有一个清楚的理解和认识,并对其生长系统的动态行为进行预测,从而辅助进行对蝴蝶兰生长和生产系统的适时合理调控,研究建立了以太阳辐射为基本驱动因子的温室蝴蝶兰生长发育动态模型,进一步开发出基于WindowsXP的计算机模拟系统。模型系统采用C++ Builder6.0语言编程技术,主要包括太阳辐射、碳同化、干物质分配等重要模块,可以输出干物质积累量、光合作用率、叶面积指数、叶片数与花朵数等参数变量,具有较完善的功能,模拟系统在界面和功能上能够达到较好的统一。对山东省济宁市农业高技术园区温室内蝴蝶兰进行模拟检验分析表明,模拟结果与实测结果符合较好,模型系统可以动态预测蝴蝶兰光合产物积累量等重要变量指标,研究认为该模型系统是研究蝴蝶兰生长发育特性及优化管理的重要工具。  相似文献

A confocal scanning laser microscope is presented. Its motion control system is built with the DSP - based motion controller. The system worked on a double CPU structure that includes industrial control computer and motion controller, the system adopt friendly man - machine interface In the design of software. The systems tasks are divided into real - time tasks and no - real - time tasks. The lower computer deals with the real - time tasks such as position control and velocity control and the upper computer is used to deal with the non - real - time tasks.
