选择67只同期发情的绒山羊母羊,人工授精输配28只(试验Ⅰ组),胚胎移植31只(试验Ⅱ组),未受配母羊8只(对照组)。采用血小板计数法对59只受配和移植后母羊进行早期妊娠诊断。结果显示,在发情后第7天,怀孕母羊血小板数值分别降低(63±51.71)×109个/L和(55±32.90)×109个/L,与未配种对照母羊血小板值相比,差异极显著(P0.01);胚胎移植后未孕羊的血小板记数值在发情当天和第7天相差(29±22.56)×109个/L,与对照组差异显著(P0.05),与胚胎移植妊娠羊之间比较差异不显著(P0.05)。经与临床妊娠检查及产羔结果比较:配种羊妊娠符合率91.30%,未孕羊符合率80.00%,总符合率89.29%;胚移植妊娠羊符合率38.46%,未孕羊符合率77.78%,总符合率61.29%。  相似文献

采用血小板计数法对60只母羊进行超早期妊娠诊断。结果表明,已孕母羊在配种后第7天血小板数平均值降低74±59.98×109个/L,与配种前血小板值相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。未孕母羊的血小板平均值降低2±3.11×109个/L。用本方法诊断为妊娠羊只54只,未孕羊6只,经与实际妊娠情况进行比较,妊娠符合率为92.59%(50/54),未孕的符合率为83.33%(5/6),总符合率达93.33%(56/60)。  相似文献

应用血小板计数法对奶牛超早期妊娠进行诊断,结果表明:20头未孕母牛的血小板测定值为(494.9±6.9)×109个/L);与之相比,22头妊娠母牛的血小板测定值极显著减少(P<0.01)。根据妊娠母牛配种前后血小板值之差大于或等于194.8×109个/L为妊娠标准,对30头受配母牛进行了超早期妊娠诊断,经与直检结果比较,妊娠母牛符合率为86.36%(P>0.05)。  相似文献

对20头未孕母牛血小板正常值的测定结果为496.5×109/L±66.5×109/L;对30头受配母牛进行血小板值变化和最佳血检时间的试验,结果表明,22头妊娠母牛于配种第7天血小板值明显减少(P<0.01);而8头未妊娠母牛则无明显变化(P>0.05)。根据妊娠母牛配种前后血小板值差>192.3×109/L为妊娠标准,对30头受配母牛进行了超早期妊娠诊断试验,经直检妊娠母牛符合率为86.36%,空怀母牛符合率为87.5%,总符合率为86.66%(P>0.05)。  相似文献

用激素对经产波尔母羊进行超数排卵,发情后用纯种波尔公羊配种,手术法从输卵管中冲出发育至2~4细胞的胚胎,检胚后再经手术移回同期发情的受体羊输卵管内"借腹怀胎",用B超仪进行早期妊娠诊断.结果①对11只波尔母羊(供体羊)进行超排,3只未采到胚胎,另8只共采到109枚胚胎,超排有效率为72.7%,平均采胚数为13.6枚±6.1枚(按8只供体羊计算,下同),109枚胚胎中1枚为8细胞(细胞用C表示,下同),44枚为4C,31枚为2C,33枚为1C;②移植受体56只,35~45天B超检查,29只妊娠,26只未孕,1只可疑(按未孕计),妊娠率为51.8%;③对170只受体羊分3批进行同期发情处理,平均同期发情率为87%.  相似文献

应用血小板计数法对母猪早期妊娠进行诊断,结果表明:10头未孕母猪的血小板测定值为323.9×109/L±3.9×109/L;10头妊娠母猪的血小板测定值在妊娠第7天减少到251.9×109/L±8.6×109/L(P<0.01).根据妊娠母猪配种前后血小板值之差≥72×109/L为妊娠标准,对20头受配母猪进行了早期妊娠诊断,经与超声波诊断结果比较,妊娠母猪符合率为87.5%(P>0.05).  相似文献

试验通过使用人工授精后绵羊作为受体进行胚胎移植,以寻找一种更加有效的方法提高绵羊胚胎移植的经济效益。试验中使用FSH对10只无角道赛特绵羊进行超数排卵处理,同时对60只受体小尾寒羊进行同期发情。供体羊在发情配种后4.5~5.0d从子宫角收集胚胎。同时,将胚胎移植到同期发情并进行人工授精的受体羊子宫内。总共有57枚可用胚移植给44只受体小尾寒羊,32只怀孕到分娩,共产下羔羊51只(无角道赛特羔28只,道赛特与小尾寒羊杂种羔23只)。此外,经人工授精但未进行手术移植的7只小尾寒羊产下15只杂种羔羊。移胚植受体妊娠率72.7%(32/44),移胚受体繁殖率118%(51/44),受体利用率88.3%(53/60)。移胚受体总妊娠率和受体利用率均显著高于常规ET组(P<0.01)。与常规胚胎移植相比,受体羊人工授精后移植胚胎不仅提高了无角道赛特母羊的繁殖率,而且提高了受体羊的利用率。  相似文献

试验采用放牧+补饲的方式,分别利用玉米秸秆和小麦秸秆全价颗粒饲料在冷季对妊娠后期甘肃高山细毛羊进行补饲,测定妊娠后期母羊体重、血清生化指标、瘤胃液发酵参数及羔羊初生重。试验选取体况相近且健康的妊娠后期母羊60只,随机分为3组,每组20只。试验组补饲营养量根据中国美利奴羊妊娠后期母羊的饲养标准确定(扣除放牧采食量),试验组Ⅰ补饲小麦秸秆全价颗粒饲料(1.19 kg/(只·d)),试验组Ⅱ补饲玉米秸秆全价颗粒饲料(1.19 kg/(只·d)),对照组按牧民传统方式(玉米0.05 kg/(只·d)、燕麦草0.2 kg/(只·d))补饲,正试期60 d。结果表明,试验组妊娠母羊的平均日增重、羔羊初生重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而两试验组间无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组妊娠母羊血液总蛋白、白蛋白、葡萄糖、总胆固醇浓度及谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶和乳酸脱氢酶活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组妊娠母羊瘤胃液中总氮、蛋白氮、挥发性脂肪酸浓度和丙酸摩尔比均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而乙酸摩尔比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,补饲小麦秸秆或玉米秸秆全价颗粒饲料均可改善妊娠后期甘肃高山细毛羊营养状况,促进羔羊的生长发育。  相似文献

为了研究季节对杜泊羊体内胚胎生产效率及胚胎移植妊娠率的影响,于2016年选取内蒙古赛诺草原羊业有限公司种羊场经产纯种杜泊母羊作为供体,采用同期发情、超数排卵及腹腔镜人工输精等方法对供体羊进行处理后,利用手术冲胚的方法获得纯种杜泊羊胚胎,同时对受体羊进行同期发情处理和胚胎移植。经统计分析,2016年全年该公司共有放栓供体4 241只,超排处理4 180只,配种供体4 131只,冲胚供体3 987只,供体可用率为94.01%;冲出胚胎总数为23 516枚,可用胚胎18 002枚,胚胎可利用率为76.55%,平均每只供体能获得可用胚胎4.52枚。供体在10月、11月、12月冲胚所获得的平均冲胚数和平均可用胚数明显高于4月、5月、6月(P<0.05),其中10月的平均冲胚数和平均可用胚数最高(P<0.01),分别为7.04枚和5.62枚。将获得的部分胚胎用于胚胎移植,移植单胚怀孕受体数为4 446只,妊娠率为53.67%;移植双胚怀孕受体数805只,妊娠率65.02%。此外,受体在1月、3月、6月、12月受胎率较其他月份高(P<0.05)。该研究可为杜泊种羊超数排卵、胚胎移植和肉羊的产业化生产提供一定的数据参考。  相似文献

由于荒漠草原牧草产草量和营养价值的季节性变化,母羊配种期前营养物质摄入不足,导致母羊繁殖力较差。通过优化放牧戈壁短尾母羊配种期前饲料营养搭配,在配种前25 d给母羊饲喂高营养饲料,短期内提高母羊营养补饲水平。结果表明:短期高浓度营养补饲后,2个试验组母羊的产羔率分别比对照组提高6.40%、19.69%,产双羔率分别比对照组提高6.92%、10.20%。在该种短期营养补饲模式下,母羊的产羔性能得到一定程度的提升,并且牧民的养羊收入得到提高。  相似文献

试验旨在探明皮下注射褪黑素(MT)对荷斯坦奶牛配种妊娠率及血清生殖激素的影响。用计步器法确定自然发情的首次配种荷斯坦奶牛150头,对其中70头进行颈部皮下肌内注射褪黑素30 mg,12 h后进行人工输精;选择170头产后首次配种的荷斯坦奶牛进行同期排卵-定时输精处理,其中90头荷斯坦奶牛最后一次注射促性腺激素释放激素(gonadotropin-releasing hormone,GnRH)的同时进行颈部皮下肌内注射褪黑素30 mg,16 h后进行人工输精。在进行二次配种的荷斯坦奶牛中选择153只进行皮下注射褪黑素。荷斯坦奶牛输精后20~35 d进行妊娠检查,详细记录首次配种妊娠母牛头数、二次配种妊娠母牛头数、产犊数。选取同期排卵-定时输精的荷斯坦奶牛25头,皮下注射褪黑素8 h后用放射免疫法检测其血清中褪黑素、促卵泡素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)的含量及35 d妊检时妊娠母牛血清中孕酮(P4)含量。结果显示,与自然发情和同期排卵对照组相比,其对应的皮下注射褪黑素组荷斯坦奶牛的妊娠率及产犊率均显著提高(P<0.05);皮下注射褪黑素组的双犊率显著提高(P<0.05),首次配种妊娠率和产犊率均显著提高(P<0.05),二次配种妊娠率和产犊率均差异不显著(P>0.05)。血清激素检测结果表明,与对照组相比,皮下注射褪黑素组血清中褪黑素、LH、E2含量均显著增加(P<0.05);35 d妊检时,皮下注射褪黑素的妊娠母牛P4含量显著增加(P<0.05)。本试验结果表明,皮下注射褪黑素能够提高荷斯坦奶牛的妊娠率、产犊率及血清中LH、E2和P4含量,说明皮下注射褪黑素能够促进卵母细胞成熟和排卵,并提高配种妊娠率。  相似文献

As sheep produce similar pregnancy‐associated glycoproteins (PAGs) to cattle, a commercially available bovine visual pregnancy test based on the detection of PAGs (visual‐PAG‐test) was evaluated in sheep. The test was performed with whole blood (WhB), plasma (P) and serum (S) of 163 pregnant and 153 non‐pregnant ewes. Additionally, 11 pregnant ewes were tested weekly from day 14 to 49 of gestation and monthly from day 60 to day 149. Ten ewes were sampled weekly from the date of lambing until day 63 post‐partum (p.p.). The sensitivity in mid‐pregnancy (n = 163) was 98.16% (WhB), 99.39% (P) and 99.39% (S) compared to transabdominal ultrasonography as the gold standard while the specificity (n = 153) was 94.12% (WhB), 76.47% (P) and 93.46% (S), respectively. During early pregnancy, all 11 ewes were correctly identified as pregnant on day 42 (100%); however, the test sensitivity decreased to 54.6% (WhB) and 63.6% (S and P, respectively) at day 49. The ewes were again consistently identified as pregnant on day 63 (P) or on day 119 (S, WhB). The test was consistently negative from day 42 p.p. onwards in eight out of ten ewes. Two ewes remained consistently positive until the last sample on day 63 p.p. In conclusion, the test could be used to accurately select pregnant ewes at day 42 with a drop in sensitivity at day 49. The sensitivity of the visual‐PAG‐test was good in mid to late pregnancy, and early detection of pregnancy was possible in individual animals. In some ewes, the PAGs were however detectable for more than 63 days p.p.—the previous breeding history should therefore always be taken into account for correct interpretation of the test results.  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of breeding season [late spring (LSP) vs winter (WIN)] on reproductive performances, foetal development and progesterone (P4) concentrations of sheep in the subtropics. Ewes of Farafra breed were exposed for mating in LSP (n = 79) and WIN (n = 45). Ultrasonographic examinations were performed at days 25, 45 and 75 of mating to estimate the pregnancy rate, incidence of twinning and percentage of foetal losses. Foetal growth rate was determined at 10‐day interval, and blood samples were taken on days 0 (oestrus), 8, 18 of oestrous cycle and on days 30, 45, 60 and 90 of pregnancy for P4 analysis. The results showed that pregnancy and lambing rates were greater (p < 0.01) for ewes mated in LSP (93.7% and 92.4%) than for those mated in WIN (75.6% and 71.1%), respectively. There was no effect of season on the incidence of twinning (overall 19.1%) or the frequency of foetal losses (overall 7.3%). Transient reduction of placental size, foetal growth and P4 concentration was observed following LSP matings. In conclusion, pregnancy and lambing rates were higher following LSP matings. Summer heat stress of the late spring mated ewes transiently interferes with foetal growth and P4 concentrations.  相似文献

Eight experiments were conducted with 451 ewes to test effects of ergonovine, prostaglandin F2 alpha (PGF2 alpha) and phenylephrine on sperm transport and fertility. In most experiments, ewes were mated at estrus and necropsied 2 or 3 h later. Sperm were flushed from the oviducts, uterus and anterior, middle and posterior thirds of the cervix and counted. Various doses of PGF2 alpha or phenylephrine given im at mating caused no significant increase in sperm numbers in any segment of the tract 2 h later. Three different dose levels of ergonovine were given im to ewes in natural estrus 1 h after mating and ewes were necropsied 3 h after mating. Doses of .2 and 1.0 mg were ineffective, but .5 mg increased sperm numbers about 10-fold in the oviducts and uterus. When given im at the time of artificial insemination, .6 mg of ergonovine increased the fertilization rate at 3 d from 5/25 in control ewes to 12/25 (P less than .05). In three experiments with ewes in PGF2 alpha-induced estrus, .6 mg of ergonovine increased sperm numbers in the cervix and uterus at 3 h after mating and in the uterus and oviducts at 23 h, near ovulation. Other ewes were artificially inseminated in the external cervical os and one-half of the ewes were given .6 mg of ergonovine im; ewes not returning to estrus were laparotomized at 22 to 26 d and embryos removed. After insemination during natural estrus with .2 ml of semen, pregnancy rates were 14/25 for control ewes and 15/25 for ergonovine-treated ewes; after insemination during natural estrus with .1 ml of semen, 6/35 and 18/35 (P less than .005); after insemination during PGF2 alpha-induced estrus with .2 ml of semen, 7/60 and 12/60. Fertilization and pregnancy rates combined were 32/145 (22%) for all control ewes and 57/145 (39%) for ergonovine-treated ewes (P less than .005).  相似文献

采用孕酮阴道栓和孕马血清促性腺激素相结合的方法对秋季空怀和春季早期断奶的多浪羊母羊进行同期发情处理,探讨综合性频密繁育技术。结果表明:在一年两产的频密繁育过程中,秋季空怀母羊与春季早期断奶母羊同期发情率无显著性差异(97.2%vs 96.0%)(P>0.05);分别对上述同期发情的母羊实施人工授精,受胎率有显著性差异(82.9%vs 54.0%)(P<0.05);平均产羔数(1.4 vs1.3)及产双羔母羊比率(37.9%vs 26.7%)均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。试验证明,对多浪羊母羊实施频密繁育技术处理,可以实现一年两次产羔,提高母羊的生产性能。  相似文献

Two experiments were carried out in January and May 1975 to study reproductive performance (fertility, prolificacy and fecundity) of totally confined sheep synchronized for estrus. The main objective of the first experiment was to compare reproductive performance of ewes bred naturally to those bred by artificial insemination. Semen for artificial insemination was collected by either artificial vagina or electroejaculation and stored for up to 36 hours at 5 degrees C. A second objective was to evaluate the effect of pregnant mares' serum gonadotrophin on the reproductive performance of ewes synchronized for estrus. Fertility was 53% for ewes bred by natural mating, 34% for ewes receiving pregnant mares' serum gonadotrophin and bred by artificial insemination, and 9% for those not receiving pregnant mares' serum gonadotrophin and bred by artificial insemination. There was no difference in fertility between ewes bred with semen collected by artificial vagina or by electroejaculation. A similar pattern was observed for fecundity. Average prolificacy was 2.0 with no significant differences among mating methods or pregnant mares' serum gonadotrophin application being observed. In the second experiment, the reproductive performance of ewes inseminated with semen stores at 5 degrees C for 48 to 60 hours was compared to that of ewes inseminated with semen stores for 24 to 36 hours. No significant differences in the reproductive performance were detected. Although average fertility (9%) and fecundity (19%) were low, prolificacy averaged 2.0 lambs per ewe lambing.  相似文献
