本试验旨在研究发酵菜籽粕替代豆粕对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质及血清生化指标的影响。选用23日龄黄羽肉公鸡400只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复25只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加3%、6%和9%发酵菜籽粕等营养替代豆粕。试验期43 d。结果表明:①与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组肉鸡平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比差异均不显著(P>0.05);与试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组相比,试验Ⅲ组肉鸡平均日增重分别提高16.47%(P<0.05)、15.03%(P<0.05),料重比分别降低7.71%(P<0.05)和4.27%(P>0.05)。②各组肉鸡胸肌的pH1、pH24、肉色(L*、a*、b*)、蒸煮损失和嫩度差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组肉鸡胸肌的失水率与对照组相比均显著降低(P<0.05)。③与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组肉鸡血清中葡萄糖含量分别降低13.06%(P<0.05)、8.12%(P>0.05)和9.57%(P>0.05);总蛋白含量分别提高2.50%(P>0.05)、20.86%(P<0.05)和33.92%(P<0.05);谷丙转氨酶含量分别降低7.99%(P>0.05)、18.85%(P>0.05)和26.98%(P<0.05)。综上所述,肉鸡日粮中添加3%~9%发酵菜籽粕等营养替代豆粕是可行的,其中添加9%发酵菜籽粕效果最好。  相似文献

试验旨在研究富含棉籽肽的发酵棉粕(枯草芽孢杆菌-1和扣囊复膜酵母Su 2019混菌发酵)对AA肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响。试验选取240羽1日龄健康的AA肉鸡母雏,根据体重相近原则分为4组,对照组(CK,添加6%棉粕),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(分别添加4%、6%、8%富含棉籽肽发酵棉粕),每组4个重复,每个重复15羽鸡。试验分为1~21和22~42日龄两个阶段,试验期42 d。每个阶段结束时,对肉鸡称重,采集血液样本,测定每个阶段肉鸡的生长性能和免疫功能指标。结果表明:①与CK相比,Ⅱ组肉鸡21 d 平均日增重(ADG)极显著提高(P<0.01),且显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组肉鸡42 d平均日采食量(ADFI)显著提高(P<0.05),且极显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.01);②与CK相比,Ⅲ组肉鸡21 d胸腺指数显著增加(P<0.05),且其42 d胸腺指数显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);Ⅱ组42 d法氏囊指数极显著提高(P<0.01);③Ⅲ组肉鸡21 d吞噬指数显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组42 d吞噬指数均显著高于CK(P<0.05);④Ⅲ组肉鸡21 d的IL-2、IL-1β含量显著高于CK和Ⅰ组(P<0.05),IL-6含量极显著高于CK(P<0.01);与CK相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组42 d的IL-2含量均显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅲ组IL-1β极显著提高,而IL-6含量极显著降低(P<0.01),Ⅰ、Ⅲ组TNF-α含量极显著提高(P<0.01);⑤与CK相比,试验Ⅲ组肉鸡21 d的IgM、IgA含量极显著提高(P<0.01),Ⅰ组IgG含量极显著高于其他组(P<0.01);Ⅱ组42 d的IgM和IgA含量均极显著提高(P<0.01)。综上所述,肉鸡日粮中添加一定比例的富含棉籽肽的发酵棉粕,可以提高肉鸡的生长性能和免疫功能。  相似文献

The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of perilla cake and rapeseed meal instead of soybean meal on the apparent digestibility and nitrogen metabolism of beef cattle.20 Qinchuan beef cattle of about 12 months old with similar weight and good health were selected and divided into 5 groups with 4 cattle in each group according to the univariate randomized block design.Five different protein feeds treatments were 31% soybean meal,36% rapeseed meal,14% perilla cake+24% rapeseed meal,28% perilla cake+12% rapeseed meal and 42% perilla cake,respectively.The experiment lasted 120 days,of which the pre-feeding period was 15 days and the trial period was 105 days.During the test,the daily intake of nitrogen,urine nitrogen and fecal nitrogen,the apparent digestibilities of dry matter (DM),organic matter (OM),neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) of each test cow were determined.The results showed that:① The 42% perilla cake group had the highest nitrogen intake,and the 36% rapeseed meal group had the lowest nitrogen content,and the differences between the groups were not significant (P>0.05).The manure nitrogen in 36% rapeseed meal group was significantly higher than 28% and 42% perilla cake groups (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference with 31% soybean meal group and 14% perilla cake group (P>0.05).② The 42% perilla cake group had the highest sedimentary nitrogen,which was significantly different from other groups (P<0.05),and the 31% soybean meal group was significantly higher than 36% rapeseed meal group (P<0.05).③ The apparent digestibility of DM and ADF in 42% perilla cake group were significantly higher than those in 31% soybean meal group and 36% rapeseed meal group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in apparent digestibility of DM,OM and NDF between 14% and 28% perilla cake groups (P>0.05).④ The content of urea nitrogen in 14% perilla cake group was significantly higher than 31% soybean meal group and 42% perilla cake group (P<0.05),and it was not significantly different from the 36% rapeseed meal group and 28% perilla cake group (P>0.05).The 31% soybean meal group had significantly higher nitrosate nitrogen content than 36% rapeseed meal group and 42% perilla cake group (P<0.05),and these three groups were significantly higher than 14% and 28% perilla cake groups (P<0.05).Allantoin nitrogen in 31% soybean meal group was significantly higher than 42% perilla cake group (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference from the other three groups (P>0.05).There was no significant differences in creatine nitrogen,microbial nitrogen predicted value,urea nitrogen/urine nitrogen,creatine nitrogen/urine nitrogen,and purine derivative nitrogen/urine nitrogen among all groups (P>0.05).In summary,in this test,when 42% perilla cake was used instead of 31% soybean meal in the concentrate,the beef cattle had the highest nitrogen deposition,which was 3.65 g/d higher than 31% soybean meal group.The apparent digestibility of DM,OM,NDF and ADF were 3.45%,2.22%,6.56%,and 10.98% higher than 31% soybean meal group,respectively.  相似文献

试验旨在研究日粮中紫苏饼、菜籽粕代替豆粕对肉牛养分表观消化率及氮代谢的影响。选择20头体重相近、健康状况良好的12月龄左右的秦川肉牛(母牛)为试验动物,按照单因素随机区组设计,将20头试验牛分为5组,每组4头牛。不同试验组日粮中分别添加以31%豆粕(对照)、36%菜籽粕、14%紫苏饼+24%菜籽粕、28%紫苏饼+12%菜籽粕和42%紫苏饼为蛋白质原料配制的5种不同的精饲料。试验持续120 d,其中预饲期15 d,正试期105 d。试验期间,测定每头试验牛每天的摄入氮、尿氮及粪氮,测定日粮中干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的表观消化率。结果表明:① 42%紫苏饼组摄入氮含量最高,36%菜籽粕组最低,但各组间氮含量差异不显著(P>0.05);36%菜籽粕组的粪氮显著高于28%和42%紫苏饼组(P<0.05),且与31%豆粕组和14%紫苏饼组差异不显著(P>0.05);② 42%紫苏饼组的沉积氮最高,与其他各组均差异显著(P<0.05),其中31%豆粕组显著高于36%菜籽粕组(P<0.05);③ 42%紫苏饼组的DM、ADF表观消化率显著高于31%豆粕组和36%菜籽粕组(P<0.05),14%和28%紫苏饼组的DM、OM和NDF的表观消化率均差异不显著(P>0.05);④ 14%紫苏饼组尿液中尿素氮含量显著高于31%豆粕组和42%紫苏饼组(P<0.05),且与36%菜籽粕组和28%紫苏饼组差异不显著(P>0.05);31%豆粕组尿液中马尿酸氮含量显著高于36%菜籽粕组和42%紫苏饼组(P<0.05),而这3组均显著高于14%和28%紫苏饼组(P<0.05);31%豆粕组的尿囊素氮含量显著高于42%紫苏饼组(P<0.05),与其他3组差异不显著(P>0.05);各组的肌酸氮、微生物氮预测值、尿素氮/尿氮、肌酸氮/尿氮和嘌呤衍生物氮/尿氮均没有显著差异(P>0.05)。综上,本试验条件下,精料中用42%紫苏饼代替31%豆粕,肉牛氮沉积最高,比对照组高3.65 g/d;DM、OM、NDF、ADF的表观消化率分别比对照组高3.45%、2.22%、6.56%、10.98%。  相似文献

本研究旨在探讨菜籽粕对4~6周龄浙东白鹅体增重、养分利用率及血清生化指标的影响,以确定此阶段肉鹅日粮中菜籽粕的合理添加水平。试验选用4周龄健康的浙东白鹅160只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组分别饲喂以3%、6%和9%的菜籽粕代替基础日粮中豆粕的试验日粮。预试期7 d,正试期14 d。结果表明:①3%、6%和9%组鹅体增重较对照组呈下降趋势,但各组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。②3%组总能(GE)、粗蛋白质(CP)和总磷(TP)的利用率最高,均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),粗脂肪(EE)利用率较对照组极显著提高(P<0.01),随着菜籽粕添加量的增加,肉鹅对粗纤维(CF)和钙(Ca)的利用率降低,且6%和9%组较对照组呈现极显著差异(P<0.01)。③3%组天冬氨酸(Asp)、谷氨酸(Glu)、色氨酸(Ser)、异亮氨酸(Ile)、亮氨酸(Leu)、苯丙氨酸(Phe)利用率均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);6%组除缬氨酸(Val)、赖氨酸(Lys)外,其余氨基酸利用率均显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05;P<0.01);9%组色氨酸(Ser)、甘氨酸(Gly)、组氨酸(His)利用率均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。④随着菜籽粕添加量的增加,血清中血糖(GLU)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)含量呈上升趋势(P>0.05),9%组血清中总胆固醇(TC)含量较对照组显著升高(P<0.05),总蛋白(TP)、甘油三酯(TG)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)含量与对照组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,4~6周龄浙东白鹅日粮中用3%~6%的菜籽粕代替部分豆粕较为适宜。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究用固态发酵菜籽粕替代部分豆粕对肉仔鸡生长性能、免疫功能及消化酶活性的影响.试验选用1日龄爱拔益加肉仔鸡180羽,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复10羽,分别饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮(豆粕对照组)以及用未发酵菜籽粕(菜籽粕组)或固态发酵菜籽粕(发酵菜籽粕组)等氮替代基础饲粮中25%豆粕的饲粮.试验期6周.结果表明:发酵菜籽粕组较菜籽粕组可显著提高肉仔鸡全期的平均日增重(P<0.05),而发酵菜籽粕组肉仔鸡平均日增重比豆粕对照组稍高,但差异不显著(P>0.05).21日龄时,与豆粕对照组相比,发酵菜籽粕组显著提高了肉仔鸡的脾脏指数、胸腺指数及十二指肠、空肠、回肠和盲肠的蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性(P<0.05);42日龄时,菜籽粕组较豆粕对照组显著提高了肉仔鸡的脾脏指数(P<0.05),发酵菜籽粕组显著提高了十二指肠、空肠、回肠和盲肠的蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性(P<0.05).由此可见,固态发酵菜籽粕等氮替代基础饲粮中25%的豆粕具有提高肉仔鸡生长性能、免疫功能和肠道消化酶活性的作用.  相似文献

本研究旨在探究发酵花生秧的营养价值及其对番鸭生产性能、屠宰性能、生化指标及鸭粪污染指标的影响,探讨利用发酵花生秧进行番鸭节粮养殖的可行性。选取15日龄的公番鸭360只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组饲喂90%基础日粮+10%发酵花生秧,试验Ⅱ组饲喂85%基础日粮+15%发酵花生秧,试验Ⅲ组饲喂80%基础日粮+20%发酵花生秧,预饲期7 d,正式试验期48 d,测定并计算各组番鸭的生产性能、屠宰性能及各脏器指数,同时采集各组番鸭的血清、肌肉及新鲜粪样,测定血清生化指标及鸭粪常规成分的变化情况。结果表明,①与未发酵的花生秧相比,发酵后的花生秧粗蛋白质、钙水平分别上升31.82%(P<0.01)、97.40%(P<0.01);粗纤维、磷及水分含量分别下降2.35%(P<0.05)、20.69%(P<0.05)、53.23%(P<0.01),营养价值得到提升。②与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组料重比分别下降6.51%(P<0.01)、6.84%(P<0.01);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的腿肌率分别上升20.50%(P<0.05)、25.55%(P<0.05)、9.27%(P>0.05);肝脏指数分别上升9.90%(P>0.05)、12.23%(P<0.05)、3.18%(P>0.05);肌胃指数分别上升17.70%(P<0.05)、30.82%(P<0.05)、36.66%(P<0.05);腺胃指数分别上升1.37%(P>0.05)、32.99%(P<0.05)、36.43%(P<0.05);③发酵花生秧可影响番鸭血清中TP、ALB、GLB、A/G、ALT、AST、AST/ALT、UREA、UA、CRE含量;与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组鸭粪中的总氮、磷、钾、水分含量均呈下降趋势。综上,10%、20%发酵花生秧饲料能显著提高番鸭的生产性能,明显降低增重成本,对番鸭的产肉性能无明显影响,但可能对其肝脏功能、肾脏功能、免疫功能有一定的影响。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to explore the nutritional value of fermented peanut vine and its effects on the production performance,slaughter performance,serum biochemical indexes and feces' routine ingredient in Muscovy ducks.The feasibility of fermented peanut vine that applied to grain-saving feeding in Muscovy ducks was also explored.Three hundred and sixty 15-day-old male Muscovy ducks were randomly divided into 4 groups,6 repetitions in each group,15 ducks each repetition.The ducks in control group were fed with basic diet,while in group Ⅰ were fed with 90% basic diet+10% fermented peanut vine,in group Ⅱ were fed with 85% basic diet+15% fermented peanut vine and in group Ⅲ were fed with 80% basic diet+20% fermented peanut vine.After 7 days pre-feeding period and 48 days feeding period,production performance,slaughter performance and organ indexes were then measured.Meanwhile,serum,muscle and fresh feces were collected for measurement of the levels of biochemical indexes and feces'routine ingredients.The results showed that:① Compared to unfermented peanut vine,CP and Ca levels of fermented peanut vine were elevated by 31.82% (P<0.01) and 97.40% (P<0.01) respectively,while CF,P and H2O levels were decreased by 2.35% (P<0.05),20.69% (P<0.05) and 53.23% (P<0.01) respectively.Nutritional value of fermented peanut vine was clearly increased.② Compared to control group, F/G of group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were decreased by 6.51% (P<0.01) and 6.84% (P<0.01) respectively.The leg muscle rate of groupⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were improved by 20.50% (P<0.05),25.55% (P<0.05) and 9.27% (P>0.05) respectively,and liver indexes were increased by 9.90% (P>0.05)、12.23% (P<0.05) and 3.18% (P>0.05) respectively,gizzard indexes were elevated by 17.70% (P<0.05),30.82%(P<0.05) and 36.66% (P<0.05) respectively,and glandular stomach indexes were increased by 1.37% (P>0.05),32.99% (P<0.05) and 36.43% (P<0.05) respectively.③ Fermented peanut vine could affect the levels of TP,ALB,GLB,A/G,ALT,AST,AST/ALT,UREA,UA and CRE in serum of Muscovy ducks.Compared to control group,N,P,K and H2O levels in feces of ducks were decreased in the test groups.In conclusion,10% and 20% fermented peanut vine could markedly improve the production performance,reduce cost to gain ratio,and did not affect meat performance.But fermented peanut vine might affect the function of liver,kidney and immune in Muscovy ducks.  相似文献

试验旨在研究不同营养调控剂对冷季放牧绵羊生长性能、屠宰性能和血清生化指标的影响。采用单因素完全随机区组试验设计,将48只健康、体重相近(28.01±1.70)kg的7月龄放牧母羊随机分为4组,Ⅰ组不补饲;Ⅱ组补饲常规精料;Ⅲ组补饲常规精料+复合配方1 (0.30%苹果酸、0.06%半胱胺、0.08%糖萜素);Ⅳ组补饲常规精料+饲料复合配方2 (0.60%苹果酸、0.12%半胱胺、0.16%糖萜素)。其中每组3个重复,每个重复4只,进行45 d饲养试验。结果表明:①试验Ⅲ组末重最高,较Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组分别提高6.26% (P>0.05)、3.69% (P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组平均日增重最高,较Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组分别提高26.32% (P<0.01)、5.74% (P>0.05)。②试验Ⅲ组的屠宰率较Ⅱ组提高4.68% (P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组的净肉率较Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组分别提高18.46% (P<0.05)、10.97% (P>0.05)和4.40% (P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组的胴体净肉重较Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组分别提高49.74% (P<0.01)、13.22% (P>0.05)和18.27% (P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组的胴体净肉率较Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组分别提高10.42% (P<0.01)、6.00% (P>0.05)和3.37% (P>0.05)。③在血清GLU、Ca、P、HDL、LDL、GPT、IgG含量中,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ和Ⅲ组依次呈上升趋势,而其A/G、TG含量依次呈下降趋势。综上,补饲复合营养调控剂可改善冷季放牧绵羊的生长性能、屠宰性能和血清生化指标,其中补饲复合配方1组(试验Ⅲ组)作用效果最佳。  相似文献

试验旨在研究葡萄籽粕对种鸡产蛋高峰后期生产性能、鸡蛋品质及新城疫抗体水平的影响。选取产蛋率、体重相近,健康状态良好的64周龄罗曼灰父母代种鸡810只,随机分为6组,每组5个重复,每个重复27只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别饲喂葡萄籽粕替代基础日粮中3%、4.5%、6%、7.5%、9%玉米的试验日粮(分别为试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组)。预试期7 d,正试期30 d。探讨日粮中添加不同水平的葡萄籽粕对种鸡产蛋高峰后期生产性能、鸡蛋品质及新城疫抗体水平的影响及其作用机理。结果表明:葡萄籽粕能够明显抑制种鸡产蛋高峰后期生产性能降低,对于日均产蛋量,试验Ⅲ组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组产蛋率较对照组分别提高了12.38%、14.76%、18.09%(P<0.05),各试验组蛋鸡的日均采食量、料蛋比及破软蛋率与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);葡萄籽粕处理组鸡蛋的哈氏单位、蛋黄重及蛋壳强度均高于对照组,但随葡萄籽粕添加量的增加没有表现出规律性变化;葡萄籽粕能够降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量(P<0.01);并能够提高种鸡新城疫HI抗体水平(P>0.05)。综上,在种鸡产蛋高峰后期日粮中以葡萄籽粕替代玉米,可提高种鸡生产性能和新城疫抗体效价,改善鸡蛋品质,降低鸡蛋中胆固醇含量,且以替代6%的玉米效果较好。  相似文献

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of complex nutritional regulation additives on growth performance, slaughter performance and serum biochemical indexes of grazing sheep in cold season.A single factor random block design was used and 48 grazing ewes with the average weight (28.01±1.70) kg and 7 months old were randomly divided into 4 groups:Group Ⅰ without supplement;Group Ⅱ with concentrate;Group Ⅲ with concentrate+complex formulation 1 (0.30% malic acid, 0.06% cysteamine, 0.08% saccharicterpenin);Group Ⅳ with concentrate+complex formulation 2 (0.60% malic acid, 0.12% cysteamine, 0.16% saccharicterpenin)with 3 replicates per group and 4 grazing ewes per replicate.The results showed that:①The final weight of group Ⅲ was the highest and higher than group Ⅱ and Ⅳ by 6.26% (P>0.05)、3.69% (P>0.05), respectively.The average daily gain of group Ⅲ was highest, and higher than group Ⅱ and Ⅳ by 26.32% (P<0.01)、5.74% (P>0.05) respectively.②Comparing with group Ⅱ, the slaughter rate of group Ⅲ was increased by 4.68% (P>0.05).Compared with groupⅠ, Ⅱ and Ⅳ, the meat percentage of group Ⅲ was increased 18.46% (P<0.05), 10.97% (P>0.05) and 4.40% (P>0.05), while the net meat weight of carcass in group Ⅲ was increased by 49.74% (P<0.01), 13.22% (P>0.05) and 18.27% (P<0.05), respectively.Compared with groupⅠ, Ⅱ and Ⅳ, the net meat rat of carcass in group Ⅲ was increased 10.42% (P<0.01)、6.00% (P>0.05) and 3.37% (P>0.05), respectively.③There was a rising trend as the order of groupⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅳ and Ⅲ in serum glucose, Ca, P, HDL, LDL, GPT and IgG, while A/G and TG showed a decreasing trend.Based on the above results, in this trial, supplementing complex nutritional regulation additives had good effects on growth performance, slaughter performance and serum biochemical indexes of grazing sheep in cold season.And supplementing complex formulation group 1 (group Ⅲ) was the best.  相似文献

试验旨在研究枯草芽孢杆菌、酿酒酵母及其复合菌发酵棉粕的常规营养成分、棉籽肽含量及棉籽肽分子质量分布的变化。试验设4个组:对照组(未发酵组)、试验Ⅰ组(枯草芽孢杆菌-1)、试验Ⅱ组(酿酒酵母)及试验Ⅲ组(枯草芽孢杆菌-1和酿酒酵母复合发酵)。检测各组棉粕样品粗蛋白质(CP)、干物质(DM)、粗灰分(Ash)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗脂肪(EE)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)、棉籽肽含量和棉籽肽分子质量分布等指标。结果表明:①试验Ⅰ组DM、CP和Ash含量极显著高于其他处理组 (P < 0.01);对照组EE含量显著高于其他处理组 (P < 0.01);试验Ⅲ组ADF含量极显著低于其他处理组(P < 0.01);3个试验组Ca和P含量较对照组均有所提高,其中试验Ⅲ组Ca和P含量显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。②各试验组之间游离氨基酸和总游离氨基酸含量差异均不显著(P > 0.05),但与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组总游离氨基酸含量分别提高了134.02%、75.59%和75.44%;③各试验组酸溶蛋白质和棉籽肽含量均极显著高于对照组(P < 0.01),其中试验Ⅰ组的酸溶蛋白质和棉籽肽含量最高;3个发酵试验组1 000 u以下的棉籽肽峰面积百分比分别为89.41%、77.61%和84.58%。综合以上试验结果,在枯草芽孢杆菌、酿酒酵母及其复合菌的作用下,通过固态发酵能显著改善棉粕的营养价值,为棉粕资源的开发利用提供了理论依据。  相似文献

The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of different corn meal addition levels on the silage quality of osier peel, and to discuss the appropriate level of corn meal addition.According to one-factor complete randomalized experimental design, there were 4 treatments groups which the corn meal addition levels were 0%(control group)、5%(group Ⅰ)、10%(group Ⅱ)and 15%(group Ⅲ), respectively.The general nutrient contents and fermentation quality were determined and the comprehensive scores of fermentation quality were evaluated after ensiling for 60 days.The results showed as follows:When corn meal addition amounts increased in osier peel silage, CP contents tended to raise, then dropped down, NDF and ADF contents declined gradually.Comparing with group Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ, the pH and NH3-N/TN of silage in control group were the highest which were 4.76% and 11.09%, repectively, and that were increased by 18.70% and 98.75%、18.11% and 96.63%、16.95% and 85.76%, respectively, WSC contents was decreased by 53.21%(P<0.05)、54.61%(P<0.05)、58.26%(P<0.05), respectively.The score of both sensory evaluations and comprehensive assessments of fermentation quality were group Ⅰ>group Ⅱ>group Ⅲ>control group.According to the results obtained from sensory evaluations and comprehensive assessments of fermentation quality in this trial conditions, we concluded that the optimum supplement dosage of corn meal was 5% in osier peel silage.  相似文献

为研究精料维生素A(VA)添加水平对生茸期马鹿日粮营养物质消化、血液生化指标及鹿茸产量的影响,以阿尔泰马鹿为研究对象,选择健康、体重相近的5~7岁龄公鹿18头,随机分为3组,分别为试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组,每组6头。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂VA添加水平为12 800、18 800和24 800 IU/kg的精料,粗饲料由苜蓿干草和麦秸组成,自由采食。预试期15 d,正试期66 d。结果表明:①试验Ⅰ组干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)的采食量极显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.01),且粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)采食量显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组粗蛋白质、磷采食量显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。②试验Ⅰ组磷消化率显著高于试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05),其余营养物质消化率各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。③精料VA添加水平对阿尔泰马鹿的蛋白质代谢和糖脂代谢没有产生显著影响(P>0.05)。但血液总蛋白(TP)、血糖(GLU)随着VA添加水平的升高有升高的趋势,而总胆固醇(TC)、尿素氮(UREA)等则有下降的趋势。④血液谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性随着VA水平的升高而降低,其中试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组的碱性磷酸酶活性显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。⑤血液免疫球蛋白含量随着VA添加水平的升高而升高,其中试验Ⅲ组的免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量极显著高于试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组(P<0.01)。⑥试验Ⅲ组的丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)、谷胱甘肽-过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性极显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01)。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)随着VA添加水平升高呈极显著升高变化(P<0.01)。⑦试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组血液生长激素(GH)含量极显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01),试验Ⅲ组的胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和VA含量极显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01),血液雌二醇(E2)含量随着饲喂精料VA水平的升高而升高(P<0.01)。血液睾酮(T)和25-羟基维生素D3(25-OH-VD3)含量有随VA水平升高而升高的趋势(P>0.05)。⑧各组之间鹿茸产量无显著性差异(P>0.05),其中试验Ⅰ组最高,试验Ⅲ组产茸量最低。综上,在本试验条件下,精料VA添加水平为12 800 IU/kg时阿尔泰马鹿有较高的采食量和鹿茸产量,精料VA添加水平为24 800 IU/kg时阿尔泰马鹿有较强的免疫和抗氧化功能。综合生产效益,推荐马鹿精料VA添加水平为12 800 IU/kg。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究微生物蛋白酶水解豆粕对1~21日龄肉鸡生长性能和养分消化率的影响。选择1日龄科宝母雏336只,随机分为4组,即对照组、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组。对照组为玉米—豆粕型基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别以5%、10%和15%酶解豆粕替代对照组中等量的普通豆粕。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组显著提高了肉鸡采食量(12%~21%)和增重(8%~16%)(P<0.05),降低料重比(3%~7%)(P<0.05);试验组对干物质、粗蛋白质、能量、钙和磷的消化率也具有显著的提高作用(P<0.05);各试验组之间,生产性能和干物质、粗蛋白质、钙消化率差异显著(P<0.05),但能量和磷的消化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,豆粕经酶解改善了其蛋白质的营养价值,肉仔鸡日粮添加酶解豆粕可以提高肉鸡的生长性能和养分消化率。  相似文献

试验旨在研究添加不同水平玉米粉对杞柳皮青贮品质的影响,探讨玉米粉最佳添加量。采用单因素完全随机分组设计,在杞柳皮中分别添加0%(对照组)、5%(Ⅰ组)、10%(Ⅱ组)和15%(Ⅲ组)玉米粉进行青贮,60 d后取样分析青贮常规营养成分和发酵品质,对青贮发酵品质进行综合评分。结果表明:随玉米粉添加量的增加,青贮料粗蛋白质(CP)含量先升高后降低,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量逐渐降低。对照组杞柳皮青贮料pH和NH3-N/TN最高,分别为4.76和11.09%,显著高于其他3组(P<0.05),分别高18.70%和98.75%、18.11%和96.63%、16.95%和85.76%,水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)含量分别低53.21%(P<0.05)、54.61%(P<0.05)、58.26%(P<0.05)。青贮饲料现场感官鉴定评分和发酵品质综合评价得分顺序均为试验Ⅰ组>试验Ⅱ组>试验Ⅲ组>对照组。在本试验条件下,根据现场感官鉴定以及综合评价青贮饲料发酵品质的各项指标,杞柳皮青贮以添加5%玉米粉效果最佳。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of probiotic interaction on growth performance, intestinal nutrient digestion and absorption, and related sugar transporters in broiler. Two hundred 1-day-old male Arbor Acres broilers were selected, and then randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 10 for each replicate. Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis were mixed in proportion, and then fermented in milk. The chicks in the control group received normal drinking water, the chicks in probiotic group Ⅰ (mixed ratio of 2:1:1), group Ⅱ (mixed ratio of 1:2:1), and group III (mixed ratio of 1:1:2) received drinking water supplemented with 1% compound probiotics. All chickens were fed with normal diet for 42 days, every 21 days as a stage. The results showed that: 1) Compared to control group, the ADG(P<0.05) and feed conversion ratio (P>0.05) of broilers in all probiotic groups were improved. Furthermore, the production performance of broilers in probiotic group Ⅰ was higher than those of probiotic group Ⅱ and Ⅲ. 2) Compared to control group, specific activities of amylase, lipase, trypsin in jejunum of probiotic groups increased significantly (P<0.05). 3) In all probiotic groups, the intestinal villus height increased significantly (P<0.05), crypt depth decreased significantly (P<0.05), and the expression of glucose transporter 2 (GLUT2), particularly in probiotic group Ⅰ and Ⅲ, was significantly upregulated (P<0.05). In conclusion, probiotics interaction can enhance digestive enzyme activity, improve the structure of digestive tract, upregulate the expression of nutrient transporter, improve the nutrient digestibility and energy absorption efficiency, and further improve production performance of broiler. When the mixing ratio of L. casei, L. acidophilus and B. lactis was 2:1:1, the compound probiotics had a better effect on broilers.  相似文献

旨在研究益生菌互作对肉鸡生长性能、肠道养分消化吸收及相关糖转运蛋白的影响。本研究中,200只1日龄雄性爱拔益加肉雏鸡被随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只。将干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和双歧杆菌分别按比例混合后于牛乳中发酵。对照组正常饮水(control组),益生菌Ⅰ组(混合比例为2:1:1)、Ⅱ组(混合比例为1:2:1)、Ⅲ组(混合比例为1:1:2)补充1%复合菌乳制品于饮用水中,各组皆饲喂基础日粮。整个试验饲养周期为42 d,每21 d为一个阶段。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,益生菌互作组均可显著提高肉鸡平均日增重(P<0.05),改善饲料利用率(P>0.05),在所有益生菌互作组中,益生菌Ⅰ组的肉鸡生长性能最好;2)益生菌互作显著刺激了空肠淀粉酶、脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶的特异性活性(P<0.05);3)益生菌互作组均显著提高了小肠绒毛高度(P<0.05),降低了隐窝深度(P<0.05),上调了GLUT2 mRNA的表达(P<0.05),其中,以益生菌Ⅰ、Ⅲ组作用最佳。综上所述,益生菌互作能够增强消化酶活性、改善消化道结构、上调营养转运蛋白表达,提高养分的消化率及能量吸收有效性,从而提高肉鸡的生产性能;且当干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和双歧杆菌的混合配比为2:1:1时,复合益生菌制剂对肉鸡的作用效果较佳。  相似文献

本研究旨在制备一种乳酸菌发酵的扶正解毒散复合制剂,并探索其对肉鸡生长性能和免疫器官发育的影响。首先,利用单因子试验法将不同比例的黄芪、板蓝根、淫羊藿及复合中药提取液添加至乳酸菌的培养基中,测定中药对乳酸菌生长的影响;其次,利用正交试验对复合药液培养基进行优化,确定最佳的培养基配方;最后,选取1日龄健康AA肉仔鸡450只,随机分为3组,每组3个重复:对照组(抗生素)、试验Ⅰ组(发酵制剂)、试验Ⅱ组(未发酵制剂),分别在试验的第21、42天测定肉鸡的生长及免疫器官指标。试验结果显示,黄芪、板蓝根、淫羊藿及复合药液组的最高活菌数与对照组相比分别提高了261.64%、505.48%、156.16%、564.38%。通过正交试验得到复合发酵液最适生产培养基配方:复合药液100 mL、红糖2.0 g、蛋白胨0.3 g、豆粕2.0 g,发酵液活菌数为7.13×109 CFU/mL。肉鸡生长试验结果显示,1~42日龄阶段,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的平均日增重分别比对照组提高了17.84%和8.22% (P<0.05),料肉比分别比对照组降低了10.88%和4.66% (P<0.05),平均日采食量明显高于对照组 (P<0.05);21、42日龄时,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组脾指数分别比对照组提高了11.04%和13.58% (P<0.05)、7.79%和7.41% (P<0.05),法氏囊指数分别比对照组提高了31.30%和26.23% (P<0.05)、15.65%和11.48% (P<0.05)。以上试验结果表明中药提取液能促进乳酸菌的增殖,复合发酵液能够提高肉鸡的生长性能并促进免疫器官的发育。  相似文献

试验旨在研究饲粮中两种全株玉米青贮比例及额外补充碳酸氢钠对疆岳驴生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、血清生化指标及经济效益的影响。选取体况良好的6~8月龄疆岳驴断奶公驴40头(106.02 kg±11.81 kg),随机分为5组:全株玉米青贮占粗饲料的比例分别为0(Ⅰ组)、30%(Ⅱ组)、60%(Ⅲ组)及额外补充碳酸氢钠的Ⅳ组(全株玉米青贮占粗饲料30%+碳酸氢钠)和Ⅴ组(全株玉米青贮占粗饲料60%+碳酸氢钠),碳酸氢钠正常添加量按照精料干物质的0.5%计算,额外添加量按照精料干物质的0.5%+全株玉米青贮干物质的1%计算,每组8头驴,按照等能等氮原则设计饲粮。预饲期12 d,正试期120 d。结果显示,随着全株玉米青贮添加量的增加,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组料重比逐渐下降,其中试验Ⅲ组显著低于试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维、粗灰分的表观消化率最高,显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),总蛋白、肌酐含量和碱性磷酸酶活性均显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组葡萄糖含量极显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01),试验Ⅲ组总胆固醇含量显著低于试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。与同等比例添加全珠玉米青贮的组相比,试验Ⅱ组平均日增重显著高于试验Ⅳ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组平均日增重高于试验Ⅴ组(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组料重比显著低于试验Ⅴ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组料重比低于试验Ⅳ组(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅳ组间粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、能量和粗灰分的表观消化率差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ、Ⅴ组营养物质的表观消化率差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅳ组总胆固醇含量及谷丙转氨酶活力均显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ~Ⅴ组疆岳驴每千克增重成本分别为16.40、15.10、14.79、17.34和16.10元,整个试验期每头驴毛利润分别为711.27、837.53、871.98、629.46和738.16元。综上,在本试验条件下,以生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化指标为评价依据,综合经济效益比较,以在基础饲粮(以DM为基础)中添加0.28%碳酸氢钠时、全贮玉米青贮占粗饲料60%(在基础饲粮DM中添加26.67%)饲喂疆岳驴公驴效果最优,无需额外补充碳酸氢钠。  相似文献
