为明确山东省冬小麦田猪殃殃Galium aparine对常规除草剂氯氟吡氧乙酸、苯磺隆及双氟磺草胺的抗性水平和抗性种群的乙酰乳酸合成酶(acetolactate synthase,ALS)靶标抗性机理,在温室内采用整株生物测定法测定21个猪殃殃种群对氯氟吡氧乙酸、苯磺隆和双氟磺草胺的抗性水平,同时根据猪殃殃ALS基因序列设计引物,提取猪殃殃高抗种群单株基因组DNA进行测序,并与拟南芥Arabidopsis thaliana敏感型ALS基因进行比对,查找突变位点分析其抗性机理。结果表明,21个猪殃殃种群对氯氟吡氧乙酸均敏感,尚未产生抗性;90.48%的猪殃殃种群已对苯磺隆产生了抗性,其中低抗、中抗和高抗种群分别占总种群数的23.81%、23.81%和42.86%,相对抗性指数最高为1 134.82;71.43%的猪殃殃种群已对双氟磺草胺产生了抗性,其中低抗、中抗和高抗种群分别占总种群数的19.05%、9.52%和38.10%,相对抗性指数最高为87.05。高抗苯磺隆种群XZ-1和LW均发生了ALS基因第197位氨基酸功能位点的突变,其中XZ-1种群发生了CCC(脯氨酸)到TCC(丝氨酸)...  相似文献

The effects of a range of herbicide doses on crop–multiple weed competition were investigated. Competitivity of Galium aparine was approximately six times greater than that of Matricaria perforata with no herbicide treatment. Competitivities of both weeds decreased with increasing herbicide dose, being well described by the standard dose–response curve with the competitivity of M. perforata being more sensitive than that of G. aparine to a herbicide mixture, metsulfuron‐methyl and fluroxypyr. A combined model was then developed by incorporating the standard dose–response curve into the multivariate rectangular hyperbola competition model to describe the effects of multiple infestation of G. aparine and M. perforata and the herbicide mixture on crop yield. The model developed in this study was used to predict crop yield and to estimate the herbicide dose required to restrict crop yield loss caused by weeds to an acceptable level. At the acceptable yield loss of 5% and the weed combination of 120 M. perforata plants m?2 and 20 G. aparine plants m?2, the model recommends a mixture of 1.2 g a.i. ha?1 of metsulfuron‐methyl and 120 g a.i. ha?1 of fluroxypyr.  相似文献

Three Galium species are believed to be present across western Canada: Galium aparine, Galium spurium and Galium boreale. Galium spurium and G. aparine are very difficult to distinguish morphologically, which is problematic for crop consultants and weed surveyors, and could have implications for control measures. Molecular techniques could potentially make identification easier and more rapid than using chromosome counts, as is currently done. The objective of this study was to identify morphological traits and/or genetic polymorphisms capable of species differentiation. To this end, Galium seed of unknown speciation were collected from nine field populations across western Canada and, along with two reference samples of G. spurium and G. aparine, were characterised for both morphological traits and their ribosomal ITS1‐5.8S‐ITS2 genomic sequence. In addition, single nucleotide polymorphism variation within the highly conserved 5.8S ribosomal RNA gene was identified that could consistently differentiate Galium species. Sequence analysis of the ITS1‐5.8S‐ITS2 region of field collections from western Canada indicated that all samples were G. spurium and all were highly related to each other. These results were supported by a distinct lack of variation in morphological traits, as nearly all plant traits measured did not differ between populations. This suggests that all sampled populations, and perhaps most of the Galium populations across western Canada, are derived from a single species, G. spurium.  相似文献

为建立猪殃殃靶标抗性快速检测方法,并明确小麦田猪殃殃Galium aparine var.tenerum对AHAS抑制剂靶标的突变类型及分布,从河南、陕西、安徽、江苏和山东5省不同田块采集疑似对AHAS抑制剂产生抗性的猪殃殃植株,采用特异性引物PCR扩增靶标酶AHAS基因保守区片段,并以直接测序法检测采集样品,通过与拟南芥AHAS基因序列比对分析后明确其突变位点。结果显示,在5省25个农田的样品中共有19个农田检测到AHAS突变,分布在河南、安徽和江苏3省;在检测样品中发现突变发生在2个位点,共有3种突变类型,分别是197位脯氨酸(CCC)突变为丙氨酸(GCC)或丝氨酸(TCC),或者是574位色氨酸(TGG)突变为亮氨酸(TTG),检测结果与田间药效反应基本一致。这种用特异性引物扩增目的片段测序的方法,由于其可以在生长当季进行检测,适用于田间靶标突变抗性猪殃殃的快速检测与监测。  相似文献

Interactions between the weeds Bromussterilis L., Galium aparine L. and Papaver rhoeas L. were investigated over 3 years of continuous winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) across a factorial combination of organic and conventional fertilizer, and ploughing and hand-roguing contrasted with minimum tillage and herbicide. The species were sown separately and together at 50 seeds m?2 per species at the start of the experiment in October 1989. In addition, there were weed-free and background-weed controls. Weed densities were monitored at roughly monthly intervals and crop yield recorded for three seasons. B. sterilis populations increased 10-fold under minimum tillage, but declined under ploughing. Densities of P. rhoeas remained largely low. G. aparine increased on the organically fertilized minimum-tillage plots, except where B. sterilis was present; the high densities of B. sterilis reduced the population size of G. aparine. Crop yield was influenced most strongly by the fertilizer treatment in the first season, but later the density of B. sterilis was by far the most important factor; the evidence of interactive effects of the different weed species on crop yield was weak at best. Interactive effects of arable weed species can be observed, but only at very high densities, and so are unlikely to be of widespread economic importance.  相似文献

The Cittadella di Alessandria (Italy) is a military fortification that was built in the 18th century. The site has recently been abandoned and is now colonised by weeds, including the invasive Ailanthus altissima. The aim of the study was to compare the efficacy of different herbicides (glyphosate, a mixture of aminopyralid + fluroxypyr and triclopyr + fluroxypyr) applied to cut stumps or to the basal bark of A. altissima. For the cut stump application, plants were first cut at the base and then immediately sprayed and for the basal bark application, the lower 50 cm of the plants was sprayed with the herbicides; untreated cut plants were used as a control, for comparison. Two runs per study were carried out (in summer 2015 and in spring 2016). Efficacy was assessed up to 2018 by counting the resprouts and their height in the cut stump application and, for the basal bark treatment, by measuring the variation in the plant circumference after treatment. The cut stump treatment carried out in summer greatly reduced the number of resprouts, compared to the spring treatment, to less than one sprout per plant when aminopyralid + fluroxypyr was used, and its efficacy lasted for about two years. The basal bark treatment did not control the species, but lower levels of variation in circumference and greater mortality were detected in plants treated with aminopyralid + fluroxypyr. Considering the high level of infestation of the site and the high risk of plant resprouting, repeated cut stump treatments with aminopyralid + fluroxypyr would be preferable to eradicate this invasive species.  相似文献

Cinidon-ethyl (BAS 615H) is a new herbicide of isoindoldione structure which selectively controls a wide spectrum of broadleaf weeds in cereals. The uptake, translocation, metabolism and mode of action of cinidon-ethyl were investigated in Galium aparine L, Solanum nigrum L and the tolerant crop species wheat (Triticum aestivum L). When plants at the second-leaf stage were foliarly treated with cinidon-ethyl equivalent to a field rate of 50 g ha−1 for 48 h, the light requirement for phytotoxicity and the symptoms of plant damage in the weed species, including rapid chlorophyll bleaching, desiccation and necrosis of the green tissues, were identical to those of inhibitors of porphyrin synthesis, such as acifluorfen-methyl. The selectivity of cinidon-ethyl between wheat and the weed species has been quantified as approximately 500-fold. Cinidon-ethyl strongly inhibited protoporphyrinogen oxidase (Protox) activity in vitro, with I50 values of approximately 1 nM for the enzyme isolated from the weed species and from wheat. However, subsequent effects of herbicide action, with accumulation of protoporphyrin IX, light-dependent formation of 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid-derived ethylene, ethane evolution and desiccation of the green tissue, were induced by cinidon-ethyl only in the weed species. After foliar application of [14C] cinidon-ethyl, the herbicide, due to its lipophilic nature, was rapidly adsorbed by the epicuticular wax layer of the leaf surface before it penetrated into the leaf tissue more slowly. No significant differences between foliar and root absorption and translocation of the herbicide by S nigrum, G aparine and wheat were found. After foliar or root application of [14C]- cinidon-ethyl, translocation of 14C into untreated plant parts was minimal, as demonstrated by combustion analysis and autoradiography. Metabolism of [14C]cinidon-ethyl via its E-isomer and acid to further metabolites was more rapid in wheat than in S nigrum and G aparine. After 32 h of foliar treatment with 50 g ha−1 of the [14C]-herbicide, approximately 47%, 36%, and 12% of the absorbed radioactivity, respectively, were found as unchanged parent or its biologically low active E-isomer and acid in the leaf tissue of G aparine, S nigrum and wheat. In conclusion, cinidon-ethyl is a Protox-inhibiting, peroxidizing herbicide which is effective through contact action in the green tissue of sensitive weed species. It is suggested that a more rapid metabolism, coupled with moderate leaf absorption, contribute to the tolerance of wheat to cinidon-ethyl. © 1999 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

A model system consisting of chemically isolated cuticular membranes placed on agar was used to study the penetration of various formulations of 14C-labelled clopyralid, fluroxypyr, triclopyr, picloram, and 2,4-D into and through cuticular membranes. Clopyralid, commercially formulated as the acid, or 1-decyl ester was rapidly absorbed after 12 h by isolated cuticles of Euonymus fortunei. There was less absorption of the monoethanolamine and potassium salt formulations when compared to the acid and 1-decyl ester. However, in terms of the absorbed 14C-activity that partitioned into the agar, there was no difference between the acid and salt formulations with approximately 90% being partitioned after 48 h. Conversely, the 1-decyl ester formulation of clopyralid was retained in the cuticle; less than 5% of the absorbed fraction was recovered in the agar after 48 h. When the acid forms of clopyralid, fluroxypyr, triclopyr, picloram, and 2,4-D were compared, there was little or no difference in absorption among the herbicides. However, the 14C-activity from clopyralid partitioned the most (90%) and triclopyr the least (50%) into the agar. When ester formulations of clopyralid, fluroxypyr, and triclopyr were compared, at least 95% of the 14C-activity was absorbed 24 h after application. However, of the amount absorbed, significantly more of the butoxyethyl ester of triclopyr (36%) partitioned into the agar than did the 1-decyl ester of clopyralid (6%) or the 1-methylheptyl ester of fluroxypyr (5%). Differential retention of various herbicide formulations in this model system may explain, in part, the differences in absorption and translocation among radiolabelled clopyralid formulations observed in previous research (Kloppenburg & Hall, 1990).  相似文献

Echinochloa crus-galli (L.) P. Beauv. (barnyardgrass) is an annual weed that is native to Asia and found throughout the world. The broad ecological tolerance and competitive ability of E. crus-galli makes it the most important weed species in rice. Genetic studies of plants are becoming increasingly common because reliable information is necessary to better understand population dynamics, occurrence of herbicide resistance, and demographic data. Echinochloa crus-galli populations from 34 different locations in Turkey were compared with respect to morphological differences and genetic variation. For morphological variation, five seeds of each population were sown in pots and grown in a screenhouse using a randomized block design. Morphological parameters such as germination speed, flowering time, leaf area, plant height, spikelet length, above-ground biomass, root dry weight and number of seeds were measured. Distinct differences among populations with respect to hierarchical cluster analysis were observed. Genetic variations among populations were performed using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers. The seven RAPD primers amplified 55 bands whose molecular weight varied between 200 and 4000 bp. The percentage of polymorphic bands was 74.54%. Results showed high morphological and genetic variability among individual genotypes within geographic locations. Phenotypic and genetic variability among E. crus-galli populations would be influenced by agricultural practices, crop characteristics, geographic location and herbicide pressure. Differences between weed populations may affect response to chemical or biological control.  相似文献

通过田间小区试验,验证了不同助剂对20%氯氟吡氧乙酸乳油(EC)防除空心莲子草的增效作用,并系统研究了不同助剂对20%氯氟吡氧乙酸EC药液在空心莲子草叶面润湿性能的影响。结果表明:添加氮酮、油酸甲酯或聚三硅氧烷可显著提高20%氯氟吡氧乙酸EC对空心莲子草地上部分鲜重及再生能力的抑制效果,其中以添加聚三硅氧烷的处理增效最为显著,添加聚三硅氧烷后,20%氯氟吡氧乙酸EC对空心莲子草地上部分鲜重、再生茎叶鲜重的抑制率分别为86.95%和81.66%;添加氮酮、油酸甲酯或聚三硅氧烷后,20%氯氟吡氧乙酸EC药液在空心莲子草叶面的表面张力显著降低,接触角减小,滞留量增加,其中以添加聚三硅氧烷的处理效果最为显著,添加聚三硅氧烷后,20%氯氟吡氧乙酸EC的初始接触角小于50°,180 s时接触角均小于15°,表面张力为25.09 m N/m,滞留量为1.891 g/cm2;添加氮酮或聚三硅氧烷可缩短20%氯氟吡氧乙酸EC药液在空心莲子草叶面正、反面的干燥时间,而添加油酸甲酯则会延长其干燥时间。研究表明,添加助剂改善了20%氯氟吡氧乙酸EC药液在空心莲子草叶面的润湿性能,可能是助剂提高20%氯氟吡氧乙酸EC对空心莲子草防效的原因之一。  相似文献

The impact of the relative time of emergence on the growth allometry of Galium aparine L. (cleavers) in competition with Triticum aestivum L. (spring wheat) was studied in a greenhouse experiment. The hypothesis that changes in growth allometry, particularly in the leaf area/height ratio, caused by a shift in the relative time of emergence, could lead to plants overcoming the competition or to competitive suppression was tested. The plant height, dry weight, total leaf area and vertical distribution were analyzed during the first 83 days of growth. The late emergence of G. aparine substantially influenced the growth dynamics for the dry weight and total leaf area. The dynamics of height growth were affected only following a significant delay in G. aparine emergence. The ratio of dry weight to total leaf area was almost unaffected by the competition. By contrast, the allometric relationship between the plant height and total leaf area was highly sensitive to the relative time of emergence. The results suggest that height is the most important growth trait for the plants to resist increasing competition. Even though the plants responded to competition with elongation, the physiological costs linked with “shade avoidance” caused reductions in the dry weight and leaf area growth that resulted in the total suppression of the late‐emerging individuals, in particular when their emergence was >10 days after that of the crop.  相似文献

Studies of the absorption and translocation of 14C-2,4-D in Chenopodium album L., Galinsoga parviflora Cav., Datura stramonium L. and Galium aparine L. in relation to their susceptibility gave the following results: In G aparine (resistant) there was little transport of 2,4-D applied to the leaves, and a probable relationship between resistance and the immediate binding of the 2,4-D in the treated leaf. D. stramonium (relatively resistant) transported 2,4-D in considerable amounts alter uptake through the leaf, while C. album (very susceptible) and G. parviflora (susceptible) were intermediate in respect of 2,4-D translocation. No relationship between susceptibility of these four species and 2,4-D uptake and translocation from the leaves could be established. After application to the root systems of the four species, 2,4-D was taken up and translocated in the shoot to varying extents. In G. aparine much 2,4-D was taken up and translocated. In contrast to leaf application, the herbicide was not immediately converted into a strongly-held immobile form. In C. album, G. parviflora and D. stramonium, however, no 2,4-D was translocated in the shoot. There was thus no correlation between susceptibility and shoot transport of 2,4-D in the four species studied. 麦田猪殃殃对苯磺隆抗药性的快速检测   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以采自山东、河南、安徽、陕西等地麦田及非农田的10个猪殃殃Galium aparine生物型为试材,运用单剂量甄别技术对不同生物型对苯磺隆的抗药性进行了检测,并以温室盆栽法及皿内抗性水平测定法验证其可靠性和可行性。结果表明:在甄别剂量(有效成分)85 mg/L下,猪殃殃不同生物型萌发率存在显著性差异,可以较好区分猪殃殃抗、感生物型;温室盆栽法及皿内抗性水平测定法结果一致,除采自山东泰安和陕西周至的麦田猪殃殃对苯磺隆仍处于敏感状态外,其他3个地区麦田猪殃殃均产生了不同程度的抗药性,且均与皿内单剂量甄别法结果一致,表明皿内单剂量甄别法具有可靠性和可行性。  相似文献

Pathways of chlortoluron metabolism were compared in excised leaves of four tolerant species, namely wheat (Triticum aestivum var Clement), Bromus sterilis, Galium aparine and Veronica persica. The herbicide was principally detoxified by hydroxylation of the ring methyl in wheat and by N-dealkylation in Veronica persica. Both pathways were involved in Bromus sterilis and Galium aparine. Kinetic study of the degradation showed that capacity to form non-toxic conjugates could, at least partially, explain the tolerance of these species to chlortoluron. In plants treated with 1-aminobenzotriazole, a cytochrome P-450 enzyme inactivator, N-dealkylation of chlortoluron was little or not affected, but ring methyl hydroxylation was strongly inhibited. This suggests that at least two distinct enzymatic systems could participate in this metabolism. Moreover, cytochrome P-450 enzymes could be involved in the ring methyl hydroxylating reaction.  相似文献

Entomopathogenic nematodes (EPNs) are known as effective biological agents against soil-dwelling stages of insect pests. In the present study new EPN populations from the Steinernematidae and Heterorhabditidae families were isolated at different locations in Israel. The newly isolated populations were subjected to a series of bioassays for beneficial traits, for selection of a superior isolate for biological control of insect pests. Nematode motility was measured in sand columns, with and without the susceptible insect Galleria mellonella. Infectivity was evaluated using an invasion rate assay, as well as a dose response assay in which LD50 values were calculated. Nematode tolerance to environmental stresses was examined in heat and desiccation tolerance assays. The reproductive potentials of the new isolates were assessed in cadavers of G. mellonella. All Steinernematid populations were identified as Steinernema feltiae and the Heterorhabditids as Heterorhabditis sp. Large variation between the various populations was recorded in all assays. In order to identify a superior isolate, each strain was scored as 1 if its performance did not differ significantly from the highest level recorded in the particular assay; −1 if its performance did not differ significantly from the lowest level; and 0 if its performance was between the highest and lowest levels or did not differ from either. The scores for the different traits were then summed for each population and the totals were compared. The best score (+4) was obtained for a S. feltiae population isolated in northern Israel. These results will be used for the utilization of the new population as a biological control agent.  相似文献

Investigations were conducted to elucidate the mechanism of selectivity of the auxin herbicide, quinmerac, in cleavers (Galium aparine) and the tolerant crops sugarbeet (Beta vulgaris), oilseed rape (Brassica napus) and wheat (Triticum aestivum). After root treatment with the herbicide, the selectivity has been quantified as approximately 400-fold between oilseed rape and Galium and 1000-fold between sugarbeet or wheat and the weed species. When 1 and 10 μM [14C]quinmerac were applied for 4 h, no significant differences between root absorption and translocation of 14C by Galium and the crop species were found. After 16 h, metabolism of [14C]quinmerac to the biologically inactive hydroxymethyl and dicarboxylic acid derivatives was more rapid in wheat and sugarbeet than in Galium. In oilseed rape, a lower rate of herbicide metabolism was observed. In Galium, accumulations of abscisic acid (ABA), triggered by quinmerac-stimulated ethylene biosynthesis, were found to cause the herbicidal growth inhibition which develops during 24 h of application. Within 1 h of treatment, quinmerac stimulated 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC) synthase activity and ACC concentration specifically in Galium shoot tissue. During the next 4 h, ACC synthase activity was increased up to 50-fold, relative to the control. Within 3 h of exposure to quinmerac, increased ethylene formation followed by higher ABA levels was detected. In sugarbeet, oilseed rape and wheat, quinmerac did not stimulate ACC synthase activity and ACC and ABA levels. It is suggested that (i) the selectivity of quinmerac is primarily based upon the lower sensitivity to the herbicide of the tissue/target in the crop species, (ii) the induction process of the ACC synthase activity in the shoot tissue is the primary target of herbicidal interference. 为探索提高真菌除草剂防效的途径,研究了胶孢炭疽菌菌株QZ-97a与低剂量化学除草剂混用的互作效果。结果表明,菌株QZ-97a孢子悬浮液与低剂量的化学除草剂氯氟吡氧乙酸(Fluroxypyr,氯氟吡氧乙酸)混用可显著提高对波斯婆婆纳的防效。1.0×10~8个孢子/ml的菌株QZ-97a孢子悬浮液与常规剂量1/10的氯氟吡氧乙酸混用可在波斯婆婆纳危害时的田间条件下经保湿24~72h后使子叶期波斯婆婆纳死亡。可见,该菌与常用的防除波斯婆婆纳的化学除草剂配合性好,具有被开发为防除波斯婆婆纳的真菌除草剂的潜力。  相似文献

Thresholds for winter wheat weed control have been determined for different herbicides or mixtures effective against individual weed species. For Avena sterilis L. subsp. ludoviciana (Durieu) Nyman the economic threshold was between 7 and 12 plants m?2, for Alopecurits myosuroides Hudson and Lolium multiflorum Lam. it varied between 25 and 35 plants m?2, while for Bromus sterilis L. the values were just under 40 plants m?2. For Galium aparine L. the threshold was as low as 2 plants m?2, while for Vicia sativa L. it was between 5 and 10 plants m?2. Within the same species the different values of economic threshold result from the different costs and efficacy of herbicides. Nitrogen fertilization was important: in its absence, the competitiveness of B. sterilis and G. aparine was negligible, and it was not possible to calculate an economic threshold for some of the treatments which could not be justified economically. A series of eleven field experiments over two seasons investigated the control of Galium aparine (cleavers) with mecoprop and a proprietary mixture of ioxynil plus bromoxynil. Applications of mecoprop (2?4 kg a.e. ha?1) between December and March gave variable results but a mixture of ioxynil + bromoxynil (0?6 kg a.i. ha?1) and mecoprop improved control up to at least 90%, at most sites. Applications of mecoprop alone in April were most effective and frequently achieved more than 90% control. In May, when the G. aparine plants were very large, it was less successful. The reasons for the environmental effects on performance are discussed. Preliminary examination of the effect of soil temperature on mecoprop activity indicates that the reliability of control increases with increasing temperature (0–12°C). An average of 94% control was achieved when soil temperatures were greater than 6°C. Genetic diversity within and among 20 herbicide-resistant (HR) and 16 herbicide-susceptible (HS) Avena fatua multi-field populations was determined using 82 polymorphic loci resulting from two intersimple sequence repeat (ISSR) primers and one long-primer random amplified polymorphic DNA (LP-RAPD) primer. Collections from the Red River Valley of North Dakota and Minnesota, sampled in 1964 and 2000, represented A. fatua populations before and after intensive exposure to herbicides. A 1995 collection from south-west North Dakota represented A. fatua exposed to low herbicide selection. Despite differences in years of herbicide exposure among collections, both HR and HS populations from every collection maintained nearly similar levels of ISSR and RAPD diversity. Genetic differentiation among populations (GST) varied from 11% to 13% among HR populations and from 9% to 16% among HS populations, indicating that 84–91% of total variation remained within HS or within HR populations. Minimal difference in gene diversity between HR and HS is consistent with multiple origins of resistance, where HR A. fatua most likely evolved from diverse founding individuals.  相似文献
